Has anyone ever followed a structured course to get good with women? Such as Mark Mansons fearless dating course?

I have not. But some thoughts about this:

Mark Manson is a pretty respected figure. Based on what I've read of/about him, he seems like he knows what he's doing. I wouldn't straight up tell you that it'll be worth your money, but it's going to be less risky than doing a program with someone nobody's ever heard of.
These programs generally work. Why? Not because they're magic and they know something that you/we don't. But because they get you off your ass and have you approaching women, which is the only thing that can guarantee you results. You're not going to blow several thousand dollars and then continue being a wallflower are you?
Yes, they will teach you things. But I highly doubt they will teach you anything that you can't discover on your own or learn from someone else (here for example) for free. The program is a crutch. It gives you some extra confidence to do things you normally won't, like approach girls or go out alone. You feel like you have power with the program at your back, but it doesn't change who you are. You're still you, and you can do all that stuff with or without the program.

Having said that though, if you want to give it a shot I suppose it wouldn't hurt. After all, it says you can get the first few lessons free so maybe you'll want to give that a shot. My opinion though? Save your money and upgrade your wardrobe or get a gym membership instead.

seddit used to have a linked subreddit for guys going through the steps of The Rules of The Game. But it never took off. One probable reason was that the book specifically told you to do the steps in order and not look ahead. So anyone who thought they might actually do the step-by-step process, did not want to see the spoilers. But in any case, I never saw anyone get past Day 5, and that took weeks. I have never heard anyone getting past Day 8. I bombed out on Day 3 I think, that's when they tell you to buy new clothes and get your teeth whitened. Yeah right, if I had money to do that sort of thing, I would already have new clothes and a good dentist.
