Also, it's usually pretty awful attention and sex. Nobody with self-worth wants that.

Exactly!! Women typically get no benefit from hookups. The men will often admit they don't care about their hookup partner's pleasure. Yeah, it's "easy" to get sex but there's a high chance it will be unsatisfying or painful. (Plus I think these men forget it's just as easy for themselves to get laid but they, like most women, have standards, and don't want sex with someone they find ugly or who might be bad in bed, preferably.) And catcalling, street harassment, sexual objectification, sexual h…

Of course, they're called pick-mes, women who are so desperate for male attention/validation they will gladly throw themselves and other women (even their own daughters) under the bus for it, because they inherently lack self-worth. Sometimes they're desperate for sex too but mostly it's just the worth they feel from having any sort of relationship with a man, even FWB.

Yeah, all those women who scream at men for rejecting their catcalls, who stalk men who told them no, who rape and murder men as punishment are absolutely crazy. Good thing it's women and statistically not the vast majority of men with rage issues towards the opposite sex currently and historically, phew!

I hate the shutting down thing. They pretend you're the one "starting drama" or "nagging" when in reality they're the ones deciding to be dramatic and childish by throwing a silent fit instead of rationally discussing the issue. And the arguing for arguing'a sake too!! Like some of them truly cannot handle conflict when you're just trying to solve a problem but they say we're the emotional sex.

If he wants to behave like a child then she should treat him like one and take his debit card away with only weekly pocket money. He might learn then.

No, broken women might because their male role models taught them abuse is natural and expected and they don't deserve better. Otherwise, what incels call "bad boys" are just confident men who don't use manipulative fake niceness to trick their way into a woman's pants.

I haven't seen men as a whole put down, only ones that clearly hold misogynistic views of women that lead to toxic or outright dangerous relationships. Redpillers, incels, and others who treat women as walking holes who shouldn't have basic human dignity are men who deserve at the very least to be put down. And still women get put down themselves for calling these terrible people out, as if we should just meekly take objectification and abusive behavior. I think some women are pretty defensive t…

Woman here. I mostly agree but you've (general) gotta bring more than attractiveness to the table. I think incels are overly focused with looks and don't bother to develop character or chemistry, which are just as important. Elliot Rodger was model pretty and even he lamented his singlehood, not realizing it was his own awkwardness and insecurity that kept him from forming relationships.

No, entitlement is what causes danger. IE abusive relationships, people getting shot up because an incel felt too romantically rejected, rape, etc. Their problem is they don't understand the world doesn't owe any of us anything. All we owe each other is decency and respect as human beings. But they refuse to give this to anyone while wanting all that and more for themselves. That's also not a good analogy. Incels and MGTOWs feel they're inherently owed sex/a gf to cook for them/whatever. A job y…

What red pillers and other misogynists say they want and what they actually go after are wildly different things. They seem to deliberately go after younger, naive women who are easy to push around. He didn't have to manipulate you into doing any of that so he was probably disappointed, and felt like he was doing TRP wrong.

So in a society that generally tells young girls they're worthless if they don't have a man, focusing on school or hobbies instead of living to serve rheir boyfriend who (judging by how much of dating culture works) will probably use them for sex or a maid is "selfish"? Also, a lot of the people telling girls to be cautious is men. IE their dads, big brothers, other male figures. And sure, they can. But statistically men typically gain in relationships much more than women do. Better physical an…

Far better than the usual male "43, have 3 kids I never see, want an open relationship and she needs to do threesomes and clean my house or she doesn't have a chance with me" profiles. The peen is abundant and low value; she's probably got plenty of men interested no matter what she writes.

I think the top.post is satire. But it is telling that there is no male equivalent, even though men are bad customers too. Heck all but one have mine were in retail. Only female customers get called out though, for some reason. But it would be better if it hadn't just become a cringy blanket insult for any middle aged middle class women. That is a whole essay of biotroofs nonsense I am not about to read. But I could also ask you the same thing- women are very good at building friendships and adding to my life. Men with your attitude are not. Why should women be friends with you? All you do is pretend they want to mother everyone they meet. What do you have to offer that they can't get better and more of from another woman or at least, a man who isn't a misogynist? I just... can't imagine marrying anyone less than my best friend,…

You mean women are obsessed with their sexuality less. Gay men as a whole don't seem to have this issue of ghosting good friendships with other men the second it's clear they're not getting sex out of it. Lesbians also don't typically treat their crushes like trash to be discarded when their feelings aren't returned. There is honestly no excuse for how these guys act. The problem is too many men see women's company as worthless if there's no sexual element to it which is utterly dehumanizing. Th…

It's not always about learning. They can't tell which man will snap if they respond with anything less than meekness. Some guys will get aggressive, some will be encouraged by this attention and continue, some will do worse. There's unfortunately no way of reading their minds to see who is safe to be assertive with and who isn't.

Hahahaha how many women? Most if not all in medical services. On top of many already needing to raise families at home. Many retail/service workers, who make peanuts. Women have always worked long hours and often in dangerous conditions like this, expected to not complain about them. It's not a gender issue until you make it one. Also, how many incels work, period? How many hours do they put into doing something fulfilling or just necessary for society to function?
/r/ExRedPill09/04/20 08:51 PM

No kidding. Not to generalize but people really do excuse men who range from socially awkward to downright creepy and inappropriate to women. "He was just kidding" "Just give him a chance" "You're overreacting, he didn't mean any harm" "You just need to communicate better" etc. I think what OP is really angry about is society is getting better about not allowing stuff incel types do like harassment and bothering women when they clearly don't want to talk.

I wonder if in the future the idea of being a prude will have as many social consequences as "sl*ts" have historically. They mean "natural colored makeup", aka unexciting makeup. Well, not to knock anyone's preference, but it's not really fun to wear only skin shades all the time for most women. It also is a lot more ~deceiving than purple eyeshadow, something men claim to be terrified of ("they're basically lying to us!"). They're so dumb. This, especially about religion. I used to be a big complementarian advocate because I was very devout and sincerely wanted to be a good Christian. I'm still devout, but have realized what garbage the submissive woman thing is because it is 100% manmade. People who try to use the bible for it take verses out of context. It is definitely people like the Duggars who try to twist christianity into a man worshipping cult. Complementarianism is blasphemous if you ask me. And the thing is they'll say …

It's great in women. Men and women are opposites, WiReD DiFfErEnTLy, so what's good for a woman to be is bad for a man. Men are biologically made to lead and be aggressive, women biologically made to submit and avoid conflict. Social conditioning don't real.

They have a lot of hatred for "western whores" yet simultaneously fetishize and romanticize European white women (especially Scandinavians) In reality these women are often quite liberal themselves and would probably gag at the idea of some creepy redneck wanting her to be his demure blonde sex maid. The few that are less racist just go for "submissive" east Asian women.

"HoW aM i SuPpOsEd tO kNoW sHe dOeSnT wAnT iT iF sHe DoEsNt SaY No??" ??? Does a pale, trembling bank teller silently and carefully handing money over to a robber mean they consent? After all, they did what he asked without saying no. NO obviously, if they don't seem into it then they're not. Is common sense and basi…

I hope so too. She wants to do marriage counseling but money is a bit tight for them, and despite that he acts like he wants to try it too, he never helps look for a counselor or sounds particularly enthusiastic about working it out. I'm sure she'd be fine with divorcing if she thought she could afford it. He would definitely pay for child support, since he already pays for his older daughter (her 6 year old stepdaughter). That's terrible. I hope she sees the light sooner rather than later. She sounds trapped in a cycle of abuse. Also, this is why I side eye age gaps. They're not always necessarily bad, but it seems like there's a reason older men prey on naive young women far more than older women chase young men. (Most) women don't seem as hungry for control.

I... don't really understand this, but if A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones has taught me anything, it's that dragons are more like LVM that feel entitled to steal and destroy whatever they want while ladies/princesses without any special powers are the real deal.

This is why I only hang out with women unless the guy is gay or taken (and that was only one guy, even guys with gfs/wives aren't always trustworthy). Women don't bring this kind of drama and emotional manipulation.

I told my dad I watched Rosemary's Baby on Netflix and he said that was back before Roman got "vilified". Um. I told him if Roman was a pedo he deserved to be vilified. He went "Oh, yeah, he seduced some chicks." "No, he's a kiddy diddler." All he had to say to that was "Ah, well, can't please everyone." It's disturbing seeing people you're close to have opinions that horrible.

Men heavily project jealousy. Even if a woman was jealous she'd probably keep it to herself. Men assume we're mean and aggressive about it because they are. And you know they'd be playing a different tune if it were their daughter or sister a guy Leo's age was sniffing at. Suddenly age gaps are creepy then.

Because they think relationships are give and take. The woman gives and he takes. I love how obsessed society is with demonizing teenage girls and the idea that they're inherently worse bullies when boys physically, verbally and sexually bully girls like this all the time and it's brushed off as "He probably just likes you". Boys and men are almost always worse bullies. They're not afraid to take it to another level. And like this loser, most of them probably grow up to be awful men, too.

We ARE hurting them by having standards, and that's good! Abusers deserve to have their chances to abuse others hurt. They deserve to lose.

A lot of men who date single moms do. Meanwhile, single dads almost always expect their dates to be ok with him having kids regardless if she wants any and some even seem to expect the women to be their second mommy. It's because society despises single women and moms but dads are given a pass at almost everything.

And wow, not a single person, not one person, in that big thread of comments called his selfishness and skewed priorities out but me. You'd think 30 somethings would know better and have more sense but in some ways they're worse than 20 somethings.

Women who act like they wanna go back to The Olden Days when "women were women" and "men were allowed to be men" (lol) are the worst. Firstly, obviously someone failed history class, and secondly, yeah, someone who lacks so much common sense they think trading the basic rights they enjoy now (freedom of speech, not suffering marital rape, romantic agency, etc etc) just for a mediocre husband to be more socially obligated to hang around because of societal norms is a great idea needs therapy and …

People say it's porn for women. Not entirely accurate. It's porn for men: it sexually grooms women to be pick mes with no sexual standards at all and to think sex is supposed to revolve wholly around the man or else she won't keep him around, and then what good is she for?

The desperation is almost physically painful to see. Lady, you deserve some dignity. Also, who's surprised she let herself get used? Not us 🙄 the men she wants approval from so bad in the comments can't even be bothered to pretend to comfort her a little.

I used to watch that all the time. At the time I loved it but while they sometiems had good advice, I have to admit you're right. In fact, that seems to be the case for makeovers in general- they might give the woman hair care or makeup tips that really helped but they really just make them all blend in.

They act like they're emotionally untouchable but are so enraged over these posts they deserve censorship if not a full on ban for misandry. Unlike them actually hating women and wishing pain and suffering on us for not sleeping with them.

They need to keep some sort of day planner. Saturday: 10:30 am, get groceries, glare at female shoppers, and get mad at women for financial independence. 1 pm, clean bathroom, seethe the whole time because I don't have a Mommy-gf to manipulate into doing my chores for me. 3 pm, look at porn, angrily explore violent fantasies about women because they have romantic and sexual agency that allows them to reject me, someone who refuses to offer them anything substantial in return.

They're so disingenuous about it. It doesn't mean you like sex- almost everyone does 🙄 it means not only the way you feel most loved when you get it, but it's the way you express love with physical touch like holdong hands, massaging her shoulders, giving someome a pat on the shoulder, playing arm wrestling with your kid. I have the book and had my dad take the test years ago. One of the men's choices was sex or something like getting a gift. I knew what he would pick without picking so I told h…

I listen to several true crime podcasts, watch Dateline, Forensic Files, etc. There's a saying that it's always the spouse- and it's sadly all too true. (Men get murdered by their wives too but I'm sure the stats for that look quite different than the ones for how many husbands murder their wives.) Half the time it's all over an affair. Another saying is "homocide is cheaper than divorce".

Christian too. I'm engaged so I don't need to worry about this but I get you. I dropped complementarianism for the same reason: it may not be inherently abusive but it is an excellent tool for abusing and manipulating women (and not to even go into how wrong it is to twist scripture for your own evil, selfish gains). Too many men who follow that have porcelain egos and need a wife to coddle it to death as both a mommy (cooks for me, wipes my runny nose) a child (meekly does what I say, looks to …

BuT mEn GeT aTtAcKeD mOrE Statistically yes (with muggings and stuff, certainly not rape though) but there's a common denominator here. Also, women are still held accountable for our own safety very much. Being as cautious as possible is something we're taught early on and judged for not doing. I don't really care if that annoys them. Women's safety is more important than their feelings, sorry.

Not in relationships like this where he probably never even spent time with her irl. It's worked out pretty well for me. We've spent time together irl, got engaged, and are arranging for me to move within a year and marry as soon as we're able to. It's definitely possible, people just need to use common sense and learn to not waste time on lazy scumbags like this poor woman did, probably because she didn't know being single is both an option and better than waiting for this selfish creep.

I'm not a "leftist" but I can still smell the stench of her crap through the screen :) I wonder if the pickmeishas that get so triggered by seeing women supporting each other are having a Moment where they realize that's something they'll never have, and all thanks to their own unhealthy and unnecessary prioritization of male approval over their own self worth. They do occasionally have more flashes of self awareness than the guys do.

I'm not even 30 and men mostly leave me alone. Only the bored lvm creeps at the depot bother most of the time. It's such a relief!
