Yep! What pisses me more is the media and investigators only reporting a man offing his ex wife and himself without looking at court records, these lawyers who drained them, these judges that kept them back and forth and profited off that family and at the end it’s two innocent kids that lost both their parents. But the media says court should take female more seriously when reporting domestic abuse. Fucking airball

Fuck that shit! It’s miserable. You will start hating yourself and letting yourself go too. No motivation at all to do better in life when you have a 200lb leech

Same thing! I know someone who his ex accused him of SA his daughter of 2 year old. He lost custody. The girl died at her mother care a year after due to a gas leak, the mom lost 2 more kids that night from a previous relationship. I am in the same way, I call my mother in the house when my daughter shower. I never go close to her room when she go to sleep even when I want to give her a hug or kiss her goodnight. Because I am becoming so paranoid. The fear these kind of coparent create is unfath…

Not rough per se, but we do play sports together. I hold her, help her do flips, catch her when she jumps on me, that kind of thing. Sometimes I grip her firmly and it might not be the most comfortable, but nothing intentional. I don’t know, am I the only one who plays like that with his daughter? I’m not saying I hurt her. I know I don’t but I’m trying to understand what could have made her think that.

the kids don't have a plan, they use Facetime, they have different device in each home and the devices they don't transition with them.

The children knows, they want to be able to talk to me. mom started blocking them since she started dating. there is message from the kids even saying they can't call because mom won't let them. idk how the court ruled as they did.

I just started being pro se. I did amazing on some cases and had great outcome. lost on others not because I didn't prepare well or because my pleading was bad. there is always the human factor. the judge has been a real problem, they seem to always interpret the court order in a way that favor my ex. even when I had a lawyer.

ok! please call 911 when you go pick up your stuff. you don't know what she can cause you of. please trust me. it's free. just tell the officers that you want them to help and deescalate, don't cause her of anything, just say we are divorcing and I want the police to be present in case things escalate. please bud do it.

Do you have kids? if you don't that's a clean way out. just document she is living there. go rent a different place. so if later she comes and ask to split rent, you have your own rent that she would need to split too. staying at a friend couch doesn't count. don't go around her, try to beg her, text her... you never know how she would twist things and accuse you of something you didn't do. women are nasty in divorce. and there is a real risk. stay the fuck away from her. and don't fucking tell …

Also, I wouldn't tell you don't get married or don't have kids. just vet the person, don't get married quick. pressure test the relationship. prenup is a must if you don't want a nasty fight over the house and assets. Never and absolutely never come close to single mother. that's a red flag. it's your death certificate you sign. stay away from women who accused men in the past. it's a pattern. this socielty is just built in a way that women are incentivized to leave and divorce. you're fighting …

why would want to get married? ask that question to yourself. you can get most of the benefit of marriage without getting married. The problem isn't marriage on itself. and as bad Divorce law are that's not the worst part. The worst part is getting married to someone vindictive. that's gonna future fake you, use you and the minute you start getting tired and realize you're being used they throw you away, drag you in court, waste all your money, accuse you of being abusive, tarnish your reputatio…

I have similar agreement, to yours. I have them Wed-Fri and rotate weekends. she made a whole list of complains, like I missed 2 soccer game in 5 years where I didn't take the kids. I didn't take them to a sport she unilaterally signed them up for. petty things like I missed 1 field trip in 5 years. I extended FROR 5 times in five years to visit my family. and small things like this. and the court is saying I am unstable parent because she does more. I never tracked her or obsessed about what sh…

100% I said to the judge it is isn't fair and he said the court isn't about fairness but the law and what you can prove.

damn that hurts, were you able to get any of your 500k back? did she take the kids away? mine is nasty about custody.

I went through 3 lawyers best in my state. My ex is using a big law firm with many lawyers working on her case. I just went pro se, my first hearing is this week. Finger crossed

First, it would help to give the state as law are slightly different. assuming you're in the state. for example in my state everything her parent ever gave her I had to reimbues her 50% even gift they gave our children. because they wrote a check to her name. she conserved those checks. idk for her inheritance, but I would go after it. it is just fair. she would have to split all debut with you 50/50 even if it's only on your name only. if you don't have any evidence of her abuse, recording... p…

Wait what! That’s wild. She should have no custody not 50%. That makes me mad

Ye bro! That bitch is straight from hell! Cs is the least of my concerns. She fabricate issues. Manufacture problems surgically with her lawyers and go to court. We have been fighting in court for years. Spending probably close to 1m by her. Not that much by me. And the fact that I am still having 50% is a fucking miracle

I was represented by a lawyer, now I am self represented. the appeal window closed. but I want to file something to change the judge or something like that

Nothing really! I had like 4 different attorneys across the years. Different advices but they all were shocked and get upset that she does that to me. One of them used to say to give some concessions and try different things to avoid the court. Asked for parenting coordinator but my ex loved the court and no matter what she always go to court

I am not expecting people to solve a problem nor what's this post is about. I just wanted to understand the that part of the system as I know some people here have more knowledge than me and probably dealt with that and I wanted to start somewhere.
