One I have found to be really powerful, is talk about ministry work, for example homeless ministry, were you feed and talk to the homeless, and just love on them. i only discovered ADF type fasting last week, it works on a slow basis. The other article i read said that during the 1st 6 months of diet re-composition, get used to the diet, then start fasting. It's like being baptised then immediately starting a church, bound to fail. learn first your body and dieting etc. I dont know exactly how right it is, but it sounds right. 1 step at a time.

sounds like you may be doing fasting diet variation called ADF (alternate day fasting), where you go without till dinner every other day. i was watching a video recently on it, that its easier. Also i read that fasting should not be done for at least 6 months to get a new person adjusted to the new diet 1st, then try to "hack" your biology etc.
