canada is significantly more relaxed than the US when it comes to immigration. which means a lot of traditional family-focused families. It's not far behind for a while, but let's be fair, we're not going to be in our 20s/30s for 40 years.

my city has an official policy that they arrest the aggressor in a DV dispute. So all she has to do, if she wants to fuck with you, is call the cops, and you're spending the night in jail. Equality!

that's because guys can let a joke go, even if they are the butt of the joke. most women cannot.

I'm a hiring manager at a STEM job, and I do everything I can to avoid hiring women. They're just too risky. Not only the feminazi risk, but so many of them are mothers -- demanding to come in a 10am and leave by 3pm to take care of their precious babies. If you don't let them or try to explain you are expecting an 8 hour workday, get ready for HR meetings and sensitivity training and all that. No guys are sitting around whining that 5 hours is too much work.

Yeah, if she's fucked him, it's not a casual meetup. Even if she thinks it's innocent, it's clearly a "let's see if there's anything there" for him. Hell, I've done that with women I've slept with or want to sleep with. Get some drinks to 'catch up' -- usually turned into sex if we'd done it before, about 70% new conversions. All anecdotal, of course...

This also explains the recent flow of articles claiming misogyny in the workplace for programmers. Women are just pissed they can't sleep their way to the top, or use their bodies to make their performance better. Show some cleavage with a short skirt will get you some extra sales or whatever, but you have to materially contribute as a programmer. The women who can do this are employed just fine in our industry, but the women who want an easy job claim misogyny.

I was just going to post this one. It's a shining beacon of everything that's wrong with women in modern society. And it's backed by anonymous data that is self-generated (not self-reported -- very important distinction). When it comes down to it, most women want the top 20% of guys, and everything that's not top 20% are unattractive. This is exactly what this subreddit has been saying for a while. Women fuck around with the best guy they can get, then eventually settle for an "unattractive" guy…

It depends on the physical trauma: Rips or incisions to the perineum to allow a wider exit canal can change it a bit. There's the old joke of the "husband stitch" to make it a bit tighter. If the woman's pelvic muscles are weak, there's more chance for more trauma. Women who keep the pelvis muscles (especially the pelvic floor) strong, with kegels, will recover significantly better than women who do not. It is, frankly, too variable to give a good answer. The only thing we can say is: "Maybe"

Mental health issues are just like chronic diseases, you have to manage them. Part of being the best man you can is taking care of yourself, and this means mental health as well. If you feel like your medications aren't helping, or are causing too many side effects, talk to your doctor. There is a gigantic pile of anxiety/depression/add drugs out there, and it can take a while to find the right combo, and when you do, it's magical. You can suddenly be yourself without all the other shit dragging…

Feminism has a bunch of crap, but most of it is due to what we call third-wave feminism. First wave was universal suffrage and shaking the shackles of "property." Second wave was getting them all the same rights to hold property and debts like a man could. Again, not too shitty. Good, even. And with those new rights, came birth control and abortion, so women could take control of their reproductive issues, which really brought about the sexual revolution of the 60s and 70s, and directly led to t…

So I'm guessing you're about my age, somewhere in your early-mid 30s. Clubs and bars can suck. I try to never visit a club, ever. I like craft-quality bars (where they have aged cocktails and esoteric spirits, etc). They're more akin to a coffee house, but with alcohol. If a woman is enjoying that, her and I will get along just fine. Besides that, just start doing shit. Join a class for something. Sign up for 5k runs. Get a dog and take it to the dog park regularly. Take some fluff "life" classe…

O'Reilly thinks tides disprove atheism. He thinks the moon couldn't have come from a natural source, so it must be God. Do I need to go on? That one thing is enough to full-stop him. That's not liberal or open-minded or libertarian in any sense. It's full christian fundamentalism at play. That's not what we're about. He is a joke. He might be a stopped clock, right twice a day, but he is certainly no paragon of moderation and reasonable.
/r/TheRedPill25/04/14 09:58 PM

Ditto. A surefire way to kill the small amount of momentum we have is to let people like him dictate conversation and turn it towards their own agenda. Just like Hillary would be a dealbreaker to many on the right, O'Reilly is considered a dealbreaker by many on the left. It's the people leaning left that are going to be the hardest to convince, but the ones we most need to.

Fox news went to court to protect their right to lie to people -- outright lie -- and call it news. I don't care what else happens, that one thing is a dealbreaker for me, and I'll never trust them. They're in the shitpile of CNN (the "let me read you what people are saying on twitter" network) and MSNBC (the "I don't even know what I'm doing" network). Fox News is the "It's probably made up, but you're not going to fact check us" station.

Seriously. It takes more balls to not propose and keep it non-marriage, than the other way around. When you aren't on the traditional family path (which, for men, means picking any woman and giving her kids and then butting out and handing over your paycheck; for women, it means doing whatever the hell you want), the social pressures are enormous.

I'm over 30. With facebook, at this age, you can watch it happening in real time. The hottest girl in school didn't go to college, now has 3 kids and is REAL fat. The other girls have different but similar fates. There's a girl who I had some oneitis for in like 8th grade. She ended up marrying this guy who does professional-competitive MMA. Before he can become strong, he has to admit his weakness. He just "got the girl" in his eyes -- he's the strongest motherfucker out there. It's proving him right on all of his inner workings. You're nice enough, for long enough, and that beautiful girl will "come around" and realize the guy she wanted was right there for so long. It's so cliche that it's the basis of every romantic comedy movie ever -- more or less. It's not until she cheats on him, or berates him for a decade, or... whatever. …

I hate to say it, but you can never really tell somebody to not marry their fiancee and have everything turn out cool. I'm convinced that there's just no way to do it. Hell, telling the average guy that you don't like their girlfriend and don't really want to hang out with them as a couple can be enough to end a friendship with some spineless tool.

I don't get it. Have a movie at your place. She says no dating, fine, it's not a date. The fact that she "doesn't want to feel like a slut" means that she's already feeling hard-up to get some D. Women never mention that stuff if they aren't already thinking about it. Same way when a woman tells you, "I don't sleep with guys on the first date," the sex that night is yours to lose. She's already been thinking about sleeping with you.

Work your core. Squats (with weight), crunches, etc. Those build the muscles in the area. If your abdomen/core has been severely neglected, this should help pull in the middle-age gut. Other than that, you can't spot-remove fat without surgery. Some people just store fat in a less-sexy way than others, I'm one of them too. I get moobs and thick thighs when I gain weight. I have to keep working out to avoid those. It's not a bad thing, in the end, but I can't be comfortable and fat. Unless your b…

Oh yes, I was until my early-mid 20s. Then I started drifting. By 30 I was completely done with it. Around 22-23, I realized that nothing I did actually attracted ladies, so I did the unthinkable. I took a coworker to drinks (we played a lot of games together, so it wasn't awkward), and asked him straight up, "WTF do I do?" It was basically a pile of RP advice. I knew it worked for him, but I wasn't sure it would work with me. Of course, as we all know, it worked wonders. I'm still not quite use…

So the doc said some crap about my insurance not covering the full screen until the simple screen comes back with anomalies, and boy am I anomalous. My free T levels were 193.7, and this place claims the bottom of average is 225. If you check out the age bracketing instead of all ages aggregated, I should be somewhere around 650. Not really, there'd just be a new level set for "alpha." If everyone is super jacked, then it's going to be career. if everyone is super jacked and has a great career, then it's going to be humor, or intelligence, or risk taking, or whatever. There's always going to be a way to stratify people, but the stratifications may be slimmer. That said, in America at least, with half the males in the "Obese" category, it's not hard to level up, so to speak.

It's not. Gay people gonna gay, they've taken a harder step than most straight men ever will in figuring out what will make them happy in life. So either it's a choice and they've chosen something much harder than you, or it's not a choice, and we don't have to worry about it. Either way, we don't have to worry about it.

And if we'd all just stop trying to justify and qualify things, and say, "women need an easier course because they're just not as strong or as willing to take risks as the men are," and not try to spin it as a "strong female" thing, it'd be fine. It's like, we know women's hockey is less entertaining with no checking, but they flat out say it's because it's too dangerous for them and almost all women's leagues growing up will be no-check, so it's extra dangerous for them since they don't know ho…

There is no medical basis for this. It's complete crap, so just stop conflating the two. If you want your girl to be tighter, get her to do some kegels. That's a proven way of improving "grip," and it's not just for women. You can do it as a guy to help improve your shooting distance.

It sounds like you need to stop worrying about women for a while, and start working on yourself. It's easy to think you don't need sex when you've never had it. Once you do finally have it, you're going to be all like, "ohhhhhhh!" Women are great. They have a great feminine energy, they are sexually attractive, and frankly, sometimes it's nice to be taken on a rollercoaster of emotions instead of sitting around being reasonable. But they're people. Flawed, insecure, emotional messes, basically. …

Married men need RP more than single men. It's too fucking easy to fall into the trap of the comfortable loser. I mean, if you go and work out, dress well, keep up your confidence, what's the worst that can happen? You go back on the market as a hot commodity. The best case is that she realizes she needs to up her game (working out, dressing up, makeup, sex) to keep you around, because there will be plenty of women willing to vulture you.

Same here. Our agreement is that I'll cook her whatever she wants for dinner. That way, we have no pressure to "go out." We get a nice home made meal, with plenty of wine (which happens most other days of the year anyway), and be able to transition from the meal directly into the bedroom. This year she wants my chicken enchiladas. Those things are so fucking easy.

In a LTR, THIS is what happens when you fall into that habit of treating her too good. I've been preaching for a while that RP is almost more important in an LTR. I'm married, and while our relationship is awesome, we're watching marriages crumble all around us because of this. Their sexy partners are suddenly being little bitches, and they're not attracted to him, so they leave, and the guy ends up crying to the world on facebook. It's sad.

Good! The first step in fixing a problem is recognizing it. You're recognizing that you're not being outcome-independent, and you can work to correct that. The easiest way to "fix" it? Keep going. Eventually the random contact and other shit is going to happen so much it won't faze you. Guys, (especially young guys), tend to go for the 6 rather than the 9 because they think that they should logically have a better chance with the 6-7. But the net effect of this is a 6 who gets approached 50 times a night, and a 9 who may get approached 3 times a night. So ultimately, the 6 has more options and is more likely to have a massive bitch shield than the 9. This is also why there is a lot of "post-wall" fretting from this crowd. The reason so many men fall into the beta trap is that it's fucking easy. The entire western world is structured around the assumption that you want to be a beta chump. Social interactions are structured in a way that assumes you're a beta chump. To break free of that, you're basically swimming against the current. She's got the right conclusion, but for the wrong reasons. Doing this doesn't exempt her from giving her daughter birth control also. In addition, it also doesn't prevent STDs, so for casual hookups, the condom requirement isn't gone. In addition, this isn't giving the burden back to men. It's allowing an equal sharing of the burden. If one of them falls, it doesn't mean that the whole house comes crashing down. That's all we really want out of it.

I'm not black, so there might be other culture dynamics at play, but I have some other birth traits that are quite unique. Monogamy is a construct of beta men. In the "olden days," the richest men would have many wives (or a harem), and most men would have no wives, and few if any outlets for sex. In fact, that's a leading theory about why the men in arab countries are so much more violent than men in western countries. The reason TRP works is because it stops denying the nature of men and women, and makes everything else "click." All the irrational or crazy situations in your life suddenly make sense when you look through a different lens. When you don't need to struggle with what you feel in your biology, and constantly try to fit yourself into a mold that fits nobody, you are happier, and that alone might be enough for some people.

I'll boil it down just a bit further: Women are attracted to anything that will help make and raise healthy babies. Wealth was a way to ensure you would be taken care of, so that worked. The big brawny guys could also protect you from other guys, and ensure you had enough to eat. High-status guys had the same effect. Being alpha when in an LTR is possibly more important than being an alpha while single. You need to maintain a healthy relationship. I'm one of those married RP'ers, and I don't abuse my wife or anything. But we have a healthy set of boundaries and expectations that were established early on, and they're serving us well. Now, when most non-RP people hear "boundaries and expectations," they actually hear "i force her to gargle my cock at 6am, noon, 6pm, and 9pm, and she has to make me a full than…

People get upset (and they express through downvotes) when their expectations are violated. If you expect to pay 2.00/gal for gas and they ring it up at 2.50/gal, you're going to be upset. The modern narrative in the dating world is the following set of expectations: Men want sex, at all time, from every woman, and will take it by force if necessary Men are not able to refuse sex from a woman Men usually have to approach women, so a woman approaching a man would never be turned down Basically, w…

RP basically is business. You make yourself attractive by having great skills that everybody wants. You extract maximum value by always escalating your pay. You demonstrate a ton of high value traits. You subtly make sure that everybody knows you could have another job tomorrow. You make the best decisions you can. You apologize only when necessary. You take the lead whenever you can. You learn to talk to people and interpret their body language. You keep your frame while talking to clients/cust…

That 80/20 rule is for something closer to the animal kingdom. Or college. Somewhere where monogamy doens't play a strong role in the dynamics. Monogamy takes a lot of people off the market. Sure, some women are just never going to take anything but that top 20%, but plenty of them are willing to take someone in the top 50%. Just a bit better than average. Men love to have sex with women, that's not surprising anyone. The reason it's such a focus here is that so much of mens inability to land a good woman stems from their own behaviours. TRP is more of a guide to getting today's American men to act like men. They've been feminized, demonized, and basically shamed into a p…

The end game is to live a life you're happy with. For most of us, that includes some relationship with women. Like most things, ethical decisions are risk/reward propositions. Cheating on a test, for example. If the reward is better than the risk, I would just assume that most people are doing it. A take-home test that is "closed book," for example. You just assume everybody is open-booking it, and the risk of being caught is quite small. Guns, Germs, and Steel is a great read on this topic. To be sure, though, there are some communal parenting communities in the developed world. Not just the mormon polygamists, but there are self-selecting communes where people live in a large family structure, not just monogamous hermits.

I actually don't have much of a problem with that, and it goes back even deeper than traditional American values. It's pretty well accepted amongst most early societies that the women got pregnant, and all the women and the whole village raised the kids. The monogamous pairing of one man and one woman wasn't necessarily the way things have always been done. Some guys will want to spin plates forever, some guys will want to settle down. Just make sure you're happy with your life choice. Don't spin plates if you really want to be married, don't get married if you are just going to fuck around on her. Marriage is a lot more than just an on-demand fuck. It's about building a life together, it's about sharing values, it's about the tax breaks and legal bonds, and about estate planning and family planning. If you're the type who is eventually going to ge…

you should know that the oil sands are a boom economy, and it's going to bust at some point. the only reason you're making that much money is because that's what they have to pay to get you out there. try making that much money in a big city and see how big of a dick you have then.

Not really, the dad tries to go after the party host. Clearly, someone's a little bitter that he "had" to raise his kids, but this other boy is able to just walk away.

And of course, any women who knew a guy friend of hers thought, "this is happening to me right now!" would have all kinds of excuses as to why she and he are different.

Seriously, she sounds like a keeper. She knows what she wants, is working to get it, and is looking for a partner to help her get there. That stay at home loser must have a giant cock, or she's catastrophically unattractive, or something.

If you're showing your employer an offer letter, they might give you a raise, but just long enough to train your replacement. They know you're looking to leave, it's just a matter of time, and they're going to hedge their bets.

I am a consultant, and I go on interviews once every few weeks. I'm an amazing interview candidate, and I've only been turned down once, 10 years ago. I get the full-court press every time I interview. And I turn them down. Why? Because now I have a pile of people who couldn't "get" me, even with a 130k+ offer, and I've never been without a job. My value to them is off the charts, and I'm always taken. When I do actually want to make a move, I have job offers the same day. My latest change was a…

Here's how to dress: Wear things that fit, and wear them appropriately Don't look like you were at the gym, are going to the gym, or are in between gym sessions at all times of the day. Stop wearing running shoes as your everyday shoes. The shoe thing is such an easy thing to do, and it makes such a difference with the women.

That's true. It's hard to care that much if it's a first date. That means it's front and center in her head, all the time. If she waits a while to tell you, it means she's dealing with it. Good call.

I enjoy chubbies, but not fatties. Like, your belly can't be hanging, but if there's a little pudge, that's cool. If your thighs are soft and big, but no cellulite, that's cool. No rolls when you are standing up. Unfortunately, there are no women who will be honest and say they're "fat" when they are.

Pretty good, but definitely cut contact. Then, if it happens again, play the socially concerned person: "What if I was gay? Are you homophobic?" or something. You have to let her know you aren't going to take it, and that it's inappropriate to even say that, much less in front of a group of people. I wouldn't go back and start this conversation over, though. Cut contact and move on. She's just preparing herself for a really big wall.

That's exactly what TRP is for me too. It is, in a very large nutshell, saying "actions speak louder than words." While people say one thing about how a gender might act or what they're attracted to, their actions say something completely different. Learning to love someone for their personality takes quite a lot of time, you don't get that from 10 minutes in a bar. But physical attraction and all the other things that feed into that unconscious decision are things that can be assessed in a few …

Good on you, kid. My TRP experience has been almost the opposite, in a way. I didn't do it at all for the women, but totally for myself. How to make myself a better man. Get some life skills, learn how to talk to people, learn how to project confidence, learn how to give and receive compliments, how to talk to people, and if I'm being completely honest, how to manipulate a little bit myself, and how to pick up on manipulation from others. All of the shit my dad never taught me. The women come na…

nailed it. the difference to me between extroverts and introverts is what they can spend hours doing, and what they do to recharge their batteries. as an introvert, i can spend hours doing stuff like you mentioned, and i need to recharge by spending time alone. extroverts can 'hang out' for hours, and they recharge by spending time with their friends. and it's a spectrum, not a black and white thing.

Practice makes perfect. Start with one girl, and keep her in the air, but don't commit. Keep it a casual FWB kind of thing. You can't spin six plates if you can't spin one. Then try adding another plate.

trust us, this is going to eat at you even if you start having sex again. she enjoyed his dick more, and enough that she doesn't want anything to do with your dick for quite a period of time, and she's said you can fuck other girls. best case scenario, she broke up with you in a very passive-aggressive way, and is just waiting for you to do the hard work. worst case, she's already fucking other guys, and is going to use you for an emotional tampon until she finds a new one.

we've been together 6 years, so i'm not that concerned with the long-term survival. but just in case, there's also a pre-nup agreement. i'm fine splitting assets acquired during the marriage, the real trick is putting a limit on spousal support, and having the separate bank accounts documented years before marriage doesn't let the courts claim the "standard of living" as easily as they would with joint accounts. this is all on advice from our lawyers, btw.

to be fair, some of it might have been luck. i don't know about your circles, but the kids of early microsoft employees, kids of texas oil families, kids of the waltons, they have all the money they'll ever need just by being born. poverty begets poverty, that's a pretty well established thing. that doesn't mean that a lot of hard work doesn't go into making it, but there is some element of luck, and a lot of elements of work, in there.

There seems to be some wall-hitting going on with that girl. A bit early, so she probably was never that attractive to begin with.

"less fortunate" is a blanket PC term for poor people, no matter the circumstances by which one or the other is poor or not. and I would argue that the stats are probably misinterpreted as well. it's not that the men are seeking non-millionaires, it's that they aren't actively seeking millionaires. They're probably seeking hot girls. That (a !--> b, therefore a --> !b) is a very subtle and yet very frequent problem with stats analysis.

God, this is such a ridiculous thing that some women feel. I'm getting married, and we are still maintaining separate bank accounts. If (when) we have kids, she will stay at home and raise the kids, and she'll have more access to the money I make. But while we both work, we split expenses and she has her money, I have mine, and there's no bitterness. Stuff like this is why I'm wife-ing her up. We're both crystal clear on shit like this. And of course some of her friends think it's completely ins…

Don't put this kind of work into a girl who you aren't dating exclusively. Just tell her frankly why you prefer to spend time with others and let her sort her own shit out. If it's your girl who needs the work, all the normal leadership stuff applies. Set a good example, motivate them by acting as a peer, etc. That means, you go work out with her, and push her a bit to really work on it, and make her want to get better for you. You can't make her get better so you stop bothering her, that's neve…

That's what I did with my fiancee. We had been dating for nearly 6 years, marriage is mostly a formality at this point. I'm happy in the way we interact, the roles we take, and we share views on how we're going to raise our kids. Our proposal was super simple. We were at a restaurant, I didn't even have a ring, and I dropped the "Well, let's get married" and she said yes. Picked out a ring the next day (under 1k, of course), deal was done. No huge elaborate planning, no buying a retarded expensi…

Here's another tip that helps not just with approaching women, but pretty damn well in the business world: Video yourself. Set your little gopro hero or flip video or even iphone up so you can see your WHOLE body, then talk like you would in the situation you're practicing for. Then, go watch it. It's likely to be the most uncomfortable video you've ever seen. But pay attention to your body language, the eye contact, what your hands are doing, what your breathing patterns are like. This is a gre…

the admins of reddit are in bed with the SRS crowd, or they're fearful of an epic "but teh womynz!" backlash if they actually start enforcing basic rules of the site. Post somebody's cross-post in a forum on mobile phones to reddit, even when you know the person: banned. Openly dox people with provable traces on reddit software, but have SRS ties? Silence.

I've been doxxed by the likes of them before. On one hand, it was annoying. On the other, it reminded me that I need a generic account specific to a subreddit if I want to participate. This account is just for TRP related redditing. I don't use the name anywhere else, and I'm very careful to never even reveal what country I'm from. All TBP and SRS are doing is teaching people how to avoid them even better, so it's a double edged sword.

I am over 30, and I know so many women like this. Especially the ones who were really hot in high school. Every guy wanted them, then they got married, old, and fat. By the time they get divorced, the guys who grew up with them (i.e., me) know that we can get girls in their early-mid 20s. You wouldn't believe the amount of shaming they try to throw at you for not going after someone "your own age."

I want to give you a man challenge: cut the drinking altogether for a few months. I know it's not what you want long-term, but if you're worried about alcohol abuse, that's a real shitty way to end up at the bottom of the mating pool. If you literally can't stop, treat it like you would any other illness, and figure out why and maybe get professional help. Being a man means being in control of yourself, and if you can't control that aspect of your life, you're not being the best man you can be.

I'm a guy in my early 30s. You'd be surprised at how just the first 2 are all that's really required to attract women. The rest are nice to haves, but when you make 200k and are tall, that's good enough for most of them.
