For the floor, I have a Neato (a Roomba basically) which runs daily to clean my floor, and beyond that a lint roller. It helps if you keep the light dim enough that it's a bit harder to tell the color. But really it's best to not care, if you're not trying to date them, it shouldn't matter.

I'd be concerned about the quality, plus it might be better to get them separate. For instance I know for me at least, I'd have no use for the strap on and I can't even tell what some of those things are. Here's a list I found. Amazon has a decent selection of bondage gear if that's what you're looking for. Honestly investing money in solid gear is worthwhile if you plan on using it, some of that looks like it'd last one or two max.

Wear something low key but unique to you that can start a conversation. Such as I wear my Eagle Scout and Order of the Engineer rings which almost never fail to get noticed and I can impress them with some of my accomplishments (I have some cool, not too geeky accomplishments which draw them in). Distance... CAN work, it's hard but it can. I was in a 3.5 year LDR relationship before. The thing about distance is that you absolutely positively NEED an end date for the distance. You have to set a point in time in which you know you'll be together again. However you shouldn't give up your college dreams just to be with her either. I can't tell you if it's worth keeping up for a year with distance, but it's not an immediate no.

If you have a smartphone, they can all have autocorrect in some fashion on them. If Android use Swype, Swiftkey, update to Jelly Bean something. As for not being in school, doesn't matter, learning is always good. But since I think it'll help you more to appeal something else, if a girl has to choose between two guys who are pretty similar, grammar can make that little bit of difference. From what I've heard/can tell it's validation. Some other girl has said, "He's good enough for me." Which proves to the other girls that he's a good catch, so they want him for themselves.
