I have this one too. It’s amazing! I think it’s starting to go on the fritz for me though, and I don’t remember if I got it from the original website or have the box/warranty info 😩

It’s ridiculous. For me, using TP wasn’t “ingrained by society,” my mom taught me how to wipe after using the bathroom and how to wipe properly (front to back) after #2. I don’t remember the lesson, but I’m sure it happened during potty training right? My mom (single mom) also taught my brother how to use the bathroom and I have no idea what she told him, so that’s why I’m genuinely wondering what parents are teaching their boys. I have to guess that parents are teaching their boys that 2 shakes…

Oh, sweetheart. You’re an FDS success story, and you should be proud of yourself! I won’t get into the advice of not dating at all at your age, but at the very least you deserve a man can say he loves you after 2 years. Just imagine how long you would have remained stuck in that dead end relationship as a forever-girlfriend if you never asked him that question?

This drove me crazy the first time I lived with a man. He would pee and “shake” but the floor in front of the toilet would always have 2-3 fresh drops of pee right after he was done. Then he would just stick his dick back in his pants with no boxers and I’d see a wet spot where obviously his dick still wasn’t dry. I was honestly shocked when I realized men don’t wipe after urinating. What is so hard about grabbing 2 squares of TP and blotting it off over the toilet then flushing it like we do? I…

I’m disappointed it’s become so normalized to basically proudly proclaim that you sit in front of a laptop and play with your genatalia. I mean who even wants to give anyone that visual, it should be embarrassing. Unfortunately, I’m sure it will only get worse before it gets better (if ever). As more women become FDS, men will be getting laid easily much less often.

Aww, I love this energy. Enjoy, OP! In all of my past LTR, the man was the one who grocery shopped and cooked for me. My life was way easier being with them and no extra work for me. This is the only way to go imo, lol

I kinda figured when I saw he wrote “hi I’m 38” in the message to you. Gross 🤢

Usually men that are much older would assume this, maybe lower your age range to strictly 5 years older to really weed those creeps out.

You don’t need to stop caring about others. Empathy is a beautiful trait. You just need to value yourself more than anyone else. This includes parents, siblings, BFF, etc. Basically everyone except your children if you have them. In every situation, think about your feelings first. Research self preservation. If you’re being robbed or physically attacked, your instinct wouldn’t recognize “feeling mean” while you defend yourself. Take care of yourself first at all costs. Then, see how you can all…

When they get so frustrated the charade hasn’t worked to get you to sleep with them, so they revert back to their true LVM nature 😂

This is me as well. I love the concept of the scrotation but I don’t use OLD, so it’s rare that I have 2 men pursuing me at the same time. Still, holding back emotions and refusing to succumb to oneitis while I vet allows me to see clearly enough to drop a man if need be.

He’s actually kind of ugly in that picture so he’s probably tall and white which inflates his ego on tinder. Also if a man is white and the woman is not, he automatically thinks you’re falling over yourself at the chance to sleep with him. These men are delusional!

So if everything went according to plan and he did get you the Uber, you would have went to his place to hook up? I have no idea how any woman agrees to this. 🤮

It’s getting scary. For most men, the facade cracks the moment you sleep with them. Others can hold on much longer especially if they have plans to use you for more than sex- like your money, cooking or cleaning over a long period of time. They will keep you around as a placeholder for as long as you allow it.

Don’t beat yourself up. I had a similar experience where I didn’t notice the subtle negging and attempts to make me feel uncomfortable until the next day. This sub has really opened to eyes to see the disgusting, low value behavior for what it is.

What a creep! You definitely did the right thing. For only knowing each other a week, it’s not even worth a discussion. Goodbye, scrote 🖕

Some of the not so hardcore ones will still pay for a woman they really want to sleep with. Even if he can take you on 2 or 3 really high quality dates and pay, most won’t be able to keep up the charade for long before the mask slips. Making them wait for sex for 3 months or longer will eliminate those.

In my opinion, I wouldn’t consider that a real dating/pursuing type of situation. It seems like he’s a decent man who treated you respectfully but what you described sounds more like FWB. You met as classmates, hung out a friends and even when you two started getting meals together, or whatever you two did together... if you were paying for yourself, I would still consider him just a friend. And he was a good lover to you. But what else did he actually do for you, to pursue you and prove himself…

Just to add one: my boss let us leave early at 4, I didn’t end up packing up until like 4:20 and while I’m walking to my car I see a flower delivery person frantically unloading a bouquet and there were more in the car. If I got my flowers 10 minutes before I leave for the day I would be pissed 😒

I definitely “lie” or omit any information about negative behavior I’ve tolerated from men in the past. I believe this concept is somewhere in the handbook. Never reveal to current prospects any abuse, cheating or less than stellar behavior you dealt with in your past relationships. Always say like you’ve been treated like an absolute queen by every man you dated so he knows that will you accept nothing less. I also refuse to give an answer to any sexual history inquiries. These omissions are me…

Say it as many times as you need until you really start to shift your mindset. He’s trying to impress you so act like you get this treatment all the time. Order anything you want and enjoy yourself!

Don’t plan anything, just let him know that your schedule opened up and you’re unexpectedly available. You can even add that you’d “like to see him” so he can feel wanted but leave it up to him to invite you out.

Men don’t need to be romanced. Your presence, genuine happiness and excitement while receiving what he does/gifts for you is more than enough. Just be extra radiant and appreciative. If you insist on getting him a gift, make sure it’s less than $20.

I think the term is grossly overused in this sub. The last man I dated ended up slow fade/ghosting after 2 months. During that period, he paid for every date, bought me flowers and gifts, opened doors and pulled out my chairs, initiated contact and seemed genuinely very sweet. I hate to be pessimistic but I didn’t let my guard down or consider him particularly HVM yet (I expect most of those things during the courting phase anyway and nothing really stood out as exceptional). Lo and behold, he s…

A friend of mine recently did this in Miami. She turned 40 and decided to level up and hire a matchmaking service. She paid $10,000 retainer. The plus is that the men have to pay even more and own several homes as criteria. This ensures that they are serious about finding a wife, they won’t be ghosting or playing games or they are wasting their own money.

I dated a guy who was literally obsessed with JP. He was reading his book and had countless YouTube videos of his talks saved and was always trying to play them for me. He even used the word “weasel” as an insult. I never took the time to do my own research on the guy because he seemed really arrogant and had a whiny voice in the few videos I agreed to watch.

Well if he read the last post then he’s reading this one too. It’s bullshit that he wasn’t aware of dating etiquette that the man pays for the date. My guess is that he’s playing games and wanted to see how bothered you are by the fact that he still hasn’t texted you 2 days after he graciously agreed to do the bare minimum and pay for the next date. You obviously have to give up on this.

Wow this is exact advice I needed. Now that I think about it, he actually did try to force me to get dessert! He asked for the dessert menu even after I mentioned I probably don’t want anything. He said “all women love dessert.” WTF. I totally forgot about this. Anyway I ended up not ordering anything but I did look at the menu. Now I know I should have refused to look at it and said “No, I already told you I don’t want any.”

The first date guy from last night just said I’m easygoing and didn’t complain (during that one dinner). The other man who told me that had been on 3-4 dates by the time he said I “never complain.”

My thoughts exactly. It would be different if a total gentleman who did everything right and treated me like a queen said that I’m easygoing (and left out the ridiculous part about “other girls”).

They seem to equate being open, adventurous and going with the flow as a lack of boundaries. I hate feeling like I need to defend myself and clarify that of course there are things I wouldn’t tolerate (they just haven’t happened yet) or they have, and I’m just waiting until the date ends to block you.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/01/20 06:21 PM

That probably is the difference. For example, I do have strong opinions but don’t find it necessary to debate anything on a first date. I don’t argue when they reveal a stance that I find revolting. Such as being a trump supporter, disagreeing with me too movement, etc. I just change the subject and don’t waste my energy on it. So maybe they see that as weak and I don’t stand for anything.

I asked him to clarify what he meant and he said I didn’t complain about the restaurant, the food, the service, being cold, my feet hurting etc. but I’m pretty sure he was being manipulative.

I totally agree. My first instinct was to argue back that yes I do complain, and that there is nothing wrong with other women. Which is why I recognized it as a neg, because it made me feel like I need to prove myself somehow.

Good on you for calling him out! I went on a first date with a man tonight who didn’t make an effort to be discreet when looking at other women. I mean everyone has eyes, and I look too when a beautiful woman is walking toward me with an outfit/hair/makeup I admire but I don’t feel the need to turn my head after she’s past me. Needless to say he has been blocked.

Women are definitely more wired to enjoy sex solely for pleasure rather than reproduction. The clitoris is the only organ with the singular role of experiencing sexual stimulation/pleasure and serves no other purpose. Men have feared our sexuality for a long time and is proven by how some cultures still perform genital mutilation because they can’t stand the fact that a woman enjoys sex.

The last man I lived with cooked every night (he was a chef) even though he came home after me. On rare occasions, I would “help” prep by chopping onions/veggies if he was running late and I was very hungry but everything would be waiting on the counter for him when he walked in. I remember one time I made him chicken soup from scratch when he wasn’t feeling well but I made sure to cook it when he wasn’t there and it was ready when he got home. He was soo grateful, appreciative and couldn’t beli…

You’re right. I wasn’t expecting such a logical reply but I appreciate it. Thanks for making me think. I guess this was just a lighthearted attempt to show that at the end of the day, they all were pining over a man to save them from their problems at some point of their story. (Though I guess that’s what we all hope for?). Ok, going back to lurking mode until I have something better to contribute 😔
