I'd go with a nice bottle of wine or liquor. You are in a committed relationship, so I think it's fair to do something. Wine or liquor is something for the two of you to share together. That's a good principle for a V-Day gift before you're married - something that is for the both of you.

Men don’t need to be romanced. Your presence, genuine happiness and excitement while receiving what he does/gifts for you is more than enough. Just be extra radiant and appreciative. If you insist on getting him a gift, make sure it’s less than $20.

If you’re in a committed relationship w this guy and he’s displaying genuine affection towards you, you don’t really have to worry about being a pick me. You’d only be a pick me if you do everything for a guy who isn’t doing the same for you. If you want to get him a gift for Valentine’s Day, just make sure it’s reasonable and affordable. A card is nice, or maybe a shirt, or some socks, or his favorite candy/snack.

Nothing, unless you're in a committed relationship with him. He should be courting you, not the other way round.

I would get him something small that he wants or needs, but wouldn't get himself. That's the most thoughtful thing that you can do. Whatever it is, it should be high quality — it's better to get something smaller, but better, than to get something cheap. If you can't think of anything (he has everything), then buy a nice treat to enjoy together, like some good steaks.

Just being with you should be enough of a gift for him. If you want to show him some love, get him a card.

I'm married to a selfless and giving man. When it comes to birthdays and holidays, he doesn't like gifts at all so I usually have to think of ideas. I'm currently pregnant, so this year will be more tame than the usual.

Last year, I went to my local grocery store (HEB, I live in Texas) and got a heart shaped steak and some lobster. I added asparagus and quinoa and made us a romantic dinner. I turned on some candles and got some sexy lingerie. I did a little dance for him that he enjoyed.

He got me some wine and a delicious massage. He knows I love those!

We don't give each other material things, and instead we try to listen to what we like and surprise the other. In a committed relationship with a HVM it is very healthy to make him feel appreciated and wanted.

In my husband's case, he loves when I cook and of course sex lol.
