I agree with your sentiments. And happy to hear more on what you think on what I believe. At any given point I believe that a feminine and masculine energy is present. I believe it to be an interchange in terms of a relationship. What however I don't believe in is the fact that male equates masculine energy and the other way round. I just believe in points. If a relationship is at a point where one must man must exude feminine energy, then it is so in order to balance the equation. We can both b…

Very well put! If you can't express insecurity, that's definitely a red flag. It means you are in a place where you are not free to be expressive. And I agree with you that one should be in a relationship where they feel valued and appreciated. Otherwise, it breeds insecurity, which ultimately eats the relationship alive.

This is the point I was trying to put across...sorry if it came out the wrong way. I do not advocate having power over someone, I believe in being with someone who you cherish and respect rather than trying to control or exert power over them.

You couldn't have said it better. Sometimes it's not that one is not giving but rather they are not giving with confidence. They are unsure whether it's enough and this leads to a point where one is trying too hard to please the other person without realizing they are already doing enough. Thanks for bringing that up!

I am glad you found it insightful! True, they've got their similarities and I think in both it comes down to the quality you offer.

Thanks for that interesting perspective. It's true, for example, one does not simply cease to be an assault victim if he/she was one. Then an interesting thing arises from it all, how do you process that? Would love to hear more about that and finding the strength after going through a traumatizing ordeal.

So true. One gains more confidence and self believe as they work on themselves. And it's so beautiful when you match with someone who shares most of your life goals and they are constantly working on improving themelves.
