I'm in college it's hard to go against the current of people telling you you should date to gain experience, to improve yourself socially etc. It also may feel alienating when all your friends or people around you are dating/in relationships. I agree on the importance of therapy but in my country, it's quite expensive and hard to acquire. Ugh I know but I recently I had a conversation with my friends about how I think women should have rotations whilst men who date multiple women are unattractive. I constantly struggle with holding myself back from doing free-therapist duty.
