this is solid advice. As I've gotten more experienced, I realized it's all about rep range, progressive overload, and compound exercises. Any workout that: focuses on compound movements stays in the 32-50 rep range for hypertrophy (3x12, 4x10, 5x8, 8x5 etc - keep changing this when you plateau.) leads to progressively more weight being lifted will lead to solid gains IF YOUR DIET IS IN CHECK!!!

You eat to gain or lose mass. The workout won’t dictate the physique you end up with. Are you trying to gain mass or trim down? Either way I think your workouts have too much volume - stick to 4-5 exercises per session, mainly compound. For putting on mass, I like to keep the reps in the 10-12 range. For cutting I like to up weight and do 6-8. You’re killing your self in the gym for little extra reward, train smarter and align your diet with your goals.
