Women stop shit testing when they don't give a fuck anymore or are getting a good pounding from Chad. Shit tests are the MO of an interested woman. If you are married or in an LTR, expect shit tests as being baked into the equation.

Your first key is frame. As a lot of these guys say, women only care about setbacks when you don't have a plan and the confidence to fix it. I don't know your girl, but I had a very similar situation in my recent past and I have a wife that is very risk averse, paranoid of loss, and worries about things like this. She is a super saver and very good with money. That being said, when the market my business serves took a down turn, I IMMEDIATELY began to cultivate other options, and had a plan to m…

You are not only living in your wife's frame, but also living in your mother-in-law's frame. Both these women have you by the balls. My mother-in-law thinks I'm the best thing since sliced bread because my wife holds me in high regard because I not only lead her (my wife), but my entire extended family. Any female family member will submit or defer to a strong man's leadership and presence. Your mother-in-law is not doing that. You have no frame of your own. Everyone here talks about frame and t…

This is spot on! When she said "it'll never happen again", that's just what she was feel "RIGHT NOW." I'd be willing to lay money on the fact she'll be back.

If you go to counseling, there is an almost 100% chance it's going to be open season on you. One thing marriage counselors get right is that the relationship sucking IS your fault, but if you've been on here for sometime, you already know that. My fear of counseling is that the counselor will convince my wife that her “needs” are for me to be sweet, mild, agreeable, when actually my wife really just needs me to become the best man I can be. This is part of your problem.... needy behavior is fear…

I can tell you this. Whatever you do, do NOT have anymore children with this woman. I feel for you. From what you describe, you're in a bad situation. Here's the rub.... it is on you then to make sure your child is loved, safe, and gets her needs met. Usually women are hardwired or instinctively programmed to care for children and love them unconditionally. I have 4 children... two to my first wife and two step children. BOTH (sets) their moms are good mom and love them. It sucks your wife is no…

Make sure you balance dread with comfort. If you want my advice, what ever you do, don't fuck or get jammed up with the neighbor somehow just because you don't shit where you eat. Even if you could do something as wild as spin it into a three way, just don't do it with a neighbor. Do what you think you should do, but don't blow up your marriage / LTR if you're generally happy and you're already living the life you want.

Get out of your wife's frame and into your own. I can say this because I was there at one point... a lot of us were. Being beta (and analyzing it) = you living in your wife's frame and not your own. Personally, I found the key to building frame is as follows. Lift weights and take care of your health. If you look like and physically feel like shit, you'll feel mentally and emotionally like shit. Good body and health = confidence Work hard on learning and INTERNALIZING OI (outcome independence). …

This story is the poster child for everything you're not supposed to do... BUT, congrats! You've taken the first steps. Your relationship as it was is over. Whether your improvements spark it back, time will tell, but you have to accept the fact that they may or may not. Sidebar, lift, internalize frame (hardest part). OI is the center piece IMO... start there. Post, read, meditate, lift. It's long road. Do the work and stay the course. One guarantee is that your life will eventually get way bet…

I absolutely love your posts and they speak the language of the relationship of me and my wife. I have a wife that is extremely sensitive to shifts, cracks, inconsistencies, etc. in my frame. She almost gets depressed and rattled if I'm not that solid framed man. We played with d/s dynamics early on in our relationship and she came into the relationship labeling herself as a sub. I failed her at some point in the relationship, and both of our lives have suffered. I've corrected course and I have…

I have four children and I didn't have a clue what to do when I brought my oldest home. You will figure it out. If you think a family is right for you and your values are consistent with what you believe makes a good dad, then you'll figure it out. I will say this... LEAD your family. The life you will have 10 years from today WILL be YOUR creation. Sidebar, get good quality male friends. There is a very popular guy in the redpill space that I will quote, "you are the average of your 5 closest f…

Depends on YOUR frame of mind. My wife does the laundry at my house. She sorts it, brings it downstairs, washes it, dries it, and folds it. She sets the basket by the steps and says nothing. I always take it up stairs for her because I want to do it. I like doing it, but I do it because I give out of abundance. She always says thank you and appreciates it. If you're unsure of whether this is a shit test or not, then you're not where you need to be. Shit tests should be dealt with like breathing …

Ever heard of the sunk cost fallacy? Sounds like you need to move on. Also, you seem aimless and confused. Get yourself straight first. Fix you, not her, not the relationship.

OP, this is exactly why validation (external) seeking behavior makes a man unattractive, because it is a female behavior. You need to polarize your relationship (i.e. you male energy, her female energy). Validation seeking polarizes you as feminine and pushes her feminine energy away.

Wow... you exist, and by the sounds of it, have always existed in her frame. Even in the divorce proceedings too! She gave you a choice between not fucking anyone for a year separation or an easy mediated divorce?? Wtf? This woman is going to dominate and control you forever, even after the divorce, especially if your kids are young. Good luck with that. Also, marriage counseling? Wtf? Wow, dude... I don't know where to start. You sound like a real mess that's just all over the place. You really sound directionless and confused. You lack basic masculine insight and focus. You're out spinning plates, which I hate to tell you, plate #1 isn't a plate... she's a virtual girlfriend. You never met her, that's not a plate. You're like those loser rejects on MTV's Catfish TV show. You admit that you lack a mission. Congratulations on at least owning that. Women, whether it's your wife…

Most women are for lack of a better term "redpill" aware on some level. They naturally fit into a redpill world and respond to redpill men in a positive way. For example, my wife knows that she doesn't want a needy, supplicating, or submissive man. She may not know why that turns her off or even care why it turns her off, she just knows it's not supposed to be natural masculine behavior and responds negatively toward it with desert dry pussy. Therefore, she is hardwired (like most women) to inst…

I'll admit, it's a different dynamic being cooped up at home with the wife and kids all the time. My business is affected by and shuttered temporarily due to this pandemic, HOWEVER, I have chosen to see this change as a blessing and an unconventional opportunity to work on parts of my life that I have given less focus than before. Luckily, I have a wife that works an essential job and is still working. I have money put back for a time like this as well, and will survive with no issues, but I've …

My wife and I have 4 children. Like all these guys said, they're all different and depends on personality. I have one kid that's a neat freak, two that are organized, and one that, let's just say, can be messy. However, my messy kid is the most industrious with helping around the house, so my approach in motivating her into cleaning her room is different. Depending on the kid's personality, sometimes reward (or even simple acknowledge or praise) works, sometimes punishment works, and sometimes d…

How old are you? These guys are right about losing more body fat. Keep up the lifting, sounds like you're headed down the right path. Rome wasn't built in a day. Anyway, I asked for your age because if you're under 35, you'll have an easier time losing fat and keeping up, and get to 10% to 12% body fat before you get older. Just gets harder. I know it's cliche, but eat less carbs, eat more clean protein, and more vegetables. Abs are made in the kitchen.

I love the part about ego. Well said. It is the bull shit narrative we dilute ourselves with. I've found myself falling into that trap now and again. Thanks for keeping this simple and to the point. This is gold. If you'd like a more in depth take on alpha and beta behaviors as a concept, check out Rian Stone's videos and podcasts on YouTube. Beta doesn't equal bad, it's great advice from u/Sepean to avoid negative alpha behaviors. Also, no needy or omega type behaviors. Women fucking hate that, and they'll see you as weak and pathetic.

My wife and I love to use toys in our sex life now and again. However, it isn't the toy that turns her on, it's the anticipation of sex with me that gets her hot. Sidebar and lift.... game her... be attractive. Build the anticipation. A woman's imagination is one of the best "toys" you can use. Start there. Have fun with her.

At least she's telegraphing crazy now... you do what you want, but think real fucking hard. You need to set and enforce boundaries with any woman. Sounds to me like you're not. Women only act as bad as you allow. If you look past this and let her treat you this way and act like that, guess what.... you'll be on wax paper sliding down a slippery slope.

There is so much truth in this. As my masculinity has grown, I've seen my wife melt... but as soon as I wane, she pounces like a hungry wolf, ready to tear my weak ass apart

You're right, I do care way too much. I'll own that weakness and will work at that.

You're right. That's why her shitty behavior comes and goes. She'll do this (probably to test), and when I hold frame and don't fag out, she becomes submissive and fucks like my dirty little girl should.

You're right. It takes time and consistency to be a solid and valuable man. It's like the 10,000 hour rule to become an expert. Takes time and doing it every day.

Lol. We all suck if we don't work not to suck each and every day. Women are like a hungry wolf looking to devour the weak and sick. They can smell the beta bitch and pounce on it. Back to work.

This is awesome. I frequently use AA (a lot) and get called an jerk/asshole/selfish/yadda yadda (you get the picture). But in the end, she usually comes around when I hold frame and we fall into a fun dynamic where we rib and bust each other's chops. My problem is that I have a good record when it comes to passing shit tests, but stumble on comfort tests.

I agree with you. After thinking about it, I believe that I dropped the ball on that with respect to my own set of values and principles. I betrayed her trust by not informing upfront on a larger decision because she unequivocally trusted me with money (i.e. I manage and control it), and she opens and reads the bank statements and is in charge of the record keeping (how she saw it). I never balance a check book day to day, although I log into my account and check several times a day, because I d…

/r/askMRP16/01/20 09:47 PM

I didn't either. She had a problem with it because I didn't disclose it upfront. She felt disrespected by that action, more than the borrowing itself. I care about her enough to understand that and now I keep her informed of important decisions of that nature.
/r/askMRP16/01/20 09:44 PM

Yes, it is. Like I said, my actions and the way I handled the home loan issue is on me and I have those consequences. Chose the behavior, chose the consequences. The only thing I can do is don't repeat behavior that is harmful to our relationship and her trust.
/r/askMRP16/01/20 09:41 PM

Thanks, I agree with what you say. "Showing proof" is pussy ass weak and sets the stage for a really dark and slippery slope into betadome. My instinct is to just drop it / let it go. If she brings it up, I'll just tell her, "already told you the truth... I can't help if you don't believe me."

Don't move out of your marital home. Also do this (I can tell you from experience...).... find the top 5 or 6 lawyers that you DON'T want to go up against in your local area, then go do a paid consultation with each one. This conflicts them all out and your wife can't use them. It will cost you a couple thousand in total, but WELL worth it. Trick is, don't let your emotions rule you. OP, this is the 3rd comment I've written in this post either as a direct response to you or another guy's comment. Lift and build your frame! Women see constant DEERing and apologizing as pussy ass weak. The great thing I did for my relationship when I was taking steps to leave her frame and build my own was to STFU, stop DEERing and let shit go. Love your wife with those actions and she most likely will come around. They are so in tune with your emotional frame of mind and they can smell weakne…

Dude, get out of your wife's frame. You have to be DEERing. Stop that shit. You sound needy and dependent. All the side bar material gives you the information you need to overcome that shit. Trust me, I know, I'm a recovering needy ass bastard myself. I used to DEER and apologize and feel guilty and all that. Now, I get called an asshole alot, and when I get criticized, I either fog it or own it, depending on if my wife is pointing out a weakness she sees. Oh, and DON'T PUT YOUR HANDS ON HER! Th…

Whatever you do, don't show any kind of jealousy. Jealousy in a man is insecure and women smell that like a dog smells fear. It's ok to feel insecurity and to feel what you're feeling, just don't show that to her. If your wife is happy and likes you, then her probability of cheating is small. Besides, if it won't be this guy trying to pick her up, it will be someone else at some other time. Be the best you can be and that's enough. She has a choice to follow. Trust her. Depends on how quickly and consistently you stop acting like a bitch and act more like a man. The most basic advice in here is Don't EVER argue with a woman. Arguing is pointless and NEEDY. Don't criticize your woman. If she is acting shitty, use boundaries through ACTION, not words. Trust me, she'll get it Don't whine or complain to a woman.... ever! Well unless you have a solution to what you're complaining about, then do it! Don't interrogate. Trust and use boundaries via action. Don't defend…

Just laugh at her and poke fun. I was watching a football game last Sunday with our sons and I heard my wife huffing in the kitchen about the way the pans were put away in the cabinet. I heard her yell at me "get out here!" I knew what it was about so I got up and went into the kitchen with her bitching about the pans. Absolutely correct. They are hard wired to turn on and off to situations like that. It's a survival mechanism. Sucks for us, because we as men value relationship equity and history together. You can use the concept of relationship equity with one of your male friends, your dad, a male coworker, male business relationship, etc that you "fuck up" or wrong, or mess up with. My cousin did it and had a lot of success. His wife said it took 10 days for it to kick in. He's 43. No, I don't overtly bring that up, and she's pretty good at not throwing it in my face... I'll give her that. My wife is beautiful and gets alot of attention from other men, but she stays loyal to me. If she strays (cheats), that's on her and she's gone. Don't mate guard. Makes you look weak. Actually my lady tends to mate guard me, which is normal female behavior. Preselection makes them wet. If they are mate guarding you, that shows you have value.

This is true. My ex wife is a BPD. There is no end to what they'll make up or put you through. OP is in pretty deep. He almost sounds like he's torchering his lady, not leading her. When you go out, it's fine to go out, but have boundaries for yourself. If I head out without my wife, I respect her and the marriage. I tell her where I'm going, and when I plan to return home. Not because I'm whipped, but because I love and respect her. I can you, OP, that your situation is complicated and there is…

I did own it and apologized once for it. Told her it was my bad and I get why she was upset (and I do). My frame was strong in owning it, but weak in not consulting / informing her first. Her issues with being mad go beyond me not telling her. She is very sensitive on financial issues (she's super conservative and is a master planner in that sense). She also is worried because her job requires her to keep clean background, including financially. Let's just say she has a job that requires high se…

Yes, I have my reasons for what I did and I believe they were correct. However, I should have consulted my first officer. She's a fine first officer and I found her to he a wise woman. You have a point. She most likely would have objected, and gotten even more pissed when I would have overridden her. A leader must stand alone and take responsibility for the decisions he makes.

I did do this to a point. I did own the fuck up and told her verbatim, "my bad... I should have discussed with you before hand. I did DEER a bit and told her that I was acting the the best interests of our family and that I thought it best to do what I did from past experience. Good advice... STFU is always effective. No weird history, just a HELOC for short term, cheap, working capital for the business. I'm the type that will reset everyday. I'll play my nice card first. If she plays her mean card, I'll follow with my mean card, until she plays her nice. My mean card is disengage, walk away and shrug with the attitude that she's pissed... her problem.... she'll get over it.

My wife sometimes whines about the same thing.... I laugh it off and cum in her anyway. Her actions tell me she loves that by the way she grabs me and pulls me into her when I do it. She also moans and giggles with a sexy satisfying look on her face when I do it. Sometimes an hour later she comments about it coming back out of her. I just make fun of her and tell her to grab it and lick it off her fingers, which gets a laugh and a "you're so gross!" We both laugh and the cycle repeats... keep it…

What she is doing is doing a basis 101 shit test here. If you get defensive, you lose. If you explain what you've done, you lose. If you tell her what you are reading, you lose. If you reference your therapist, you lose. If you try to rationalize your behavior, you lose. If you try to negotiate her to stay, you lose. If you reassure her you've changed, you lose. Any evidence that you care what she thinks is evidence that you still have her on a pedestal and won't change. This paragraph is absolu…

All people and all relationships are always changing and evolving. It's your job to make sure that you are changing YOU for the better, and leading your woman. Most women don't usually jump ship on a valuable and improving man. Read the side bar, lift, and get your shit together. Burden of performance is always on men... always. This woman sees you as lesser value than her, and she'll leave for that.

This is a good point. My wife recently "found out" about a hobby I did now and again when she "didn't expect me to be doing it" or "I wasn't where I was supposed to or expected to be." She immediately began to shit storm and throw out things like, "who knows what else you're doing that I don't know" OR "what else are you hiding from me." You are thinking and going about this all wrong. First, these guys on here are right when they say, "first, be attractive." I have news for you... you have to do the work and it takes time. When you are where you need to be, she will seek you out for attention, affection, validation, and sex. Stop trying so damn hard and trying to force the issue. Something here doesn't add up. If your wife comes to you and proposes to bring in another woman for a threesome, I wouldn't think most guys would worry about the consequences, especially red pill guys. Unless you are strictly worried about disease or something like that? Look at the possible outcomes... you do NOT agree to it, and she eventually finds another couple or a Chad to do it with (which she will... it's so easy for a woman to arrange that), and she leaves you anyway OR you agree to it,…

I would just advise you to just understand (for you) what your expectations for yourself and for her are. I have a few questions for you. Are you under that mind set that marriage is for life? What do you expect it to be like compared to what it is now? If you truly want that long term, just understand that you and your girl will change and evolve over time and that being married WILL instinctively change her mindset. Each case is different, but now a days, a woman's hypergamy is optimized by western law (I assume you are in the USA or Canada). She can change her mind years down the road and the cou…

Yes, I found STFU is a valuable tool. I do the A&A from time to time and make sexual grabs, but they are sometimes met with more attempts at shaming... It is true of my behavior and my wife is very direct for a woman. So, yes, it is her honest assessment of my behavior. Doesn't change anything for me. I made a choice to take the red pill, and I'm choosing to keep my eyes open. My stay plan is my go plan. I did this for me. I got tired of placating and pleasing... I agree... just from a factual, scientific (behavioral) nugget, I notice that this response is a way that women like to try and wrestle for power and dominance. It's ironic, but my wife is very submissive by nature, but like a typical woman, needs to test.

Agreed on this. She is definitely advertising to you to kill the puppy. If this guy was able to give her the feelz, she will use him for that opportunity to bail. Yes, being condescending to a woman is bad, especially if she's your girlfriend or wife. This attitude may work once in a while to get you laid with a one night stand, but any girl worth making your girlfriend or LTR will eventually take off. MY FIRST POST ON OYS WEEKLY I've been aware of the red pill for quite sometime, but really didn't take it until a few months back. Anyway, a little background. I'm 41, second marriage (wife is 42). Had an awesome connection with her and sex was phenomenal. However, a few years in, the sexual frequency began to taper off. The old blue bill me bitched out and whined. Things with my wife were good for the first year of marriage, then the sexual frequency began to decline. I went into a short period of neediness and passive aggressive behavior patterns (about 2 to 3 months). Completely blew things up. This is actually a common dynamic in an LTR. Have you read the Rational Male yet? Also, buy and read a copy of Rollo's new book, Rational Male: Positive Masculinity. The science of everything you need to know is in the latter book. Rollo talks in detail about how single men need to be concerned more with interest levels or IOIs, and men in LTRs need to be concerned with desire levels. Frequency will eventually go down in an LTR, so focus on quality.

"makes me feel" is a phrase you want to abolish from your vocabulary. Yes! agreed with u/donmcde this is what a woman would say... "makes me feel." Can't say enough about lifting.... it makes you healthier, look better, increases testosterone, and psychologically makes you more confident.

Right on brother... before red pill, I was aware of this "shouldering the burden of performance" and used to be angry about it.... it ended up being a contributing factor in my divorce from my first wife. (one of many). I am now remarried and I have a "good" relationship, BUT I understand that it will only be "good" as long as I am leading and performing, and that I'm being judged in the right now.

I have no problem with it, but my wife did. She has expressed interest in women and having a threesome, but has said she doesn't think she could go through with it because she would have a hard time with me being with the other woman. So last night she asked me a question: why am I ok with another woman kissing her, but not another man? This is just her emoting and hamstering... don't DEER and roll with this... she is just expressing her thoughts and fantasies... I suggest taking her on a trip…

Yes, her statement is a test. Answer her with Agree and Amplify just like you are doing, and do what works for you. Sounds like you already do that but sometimes doubt yourself... that's fine, just don't puke that to her. As far as learning to cook... I'll probably get blasted for this, but cooking is ALPHA. Most chefs in high end restaurants and fancy hotels are men, and women usually find these guys sexy. I do all the cooking at our house and I love to do it! I do it because I love it. My wife…

From my experience, I have suffered through a similar situation. I too was overly concerned about how my wife was feeling in a particular moment, then I went into "fixing" mode. Ironically, I have learned that I wasn't doing this for her sake, but for my own sake in order to make myself feel better. I fell into the trap of making my moods depend on how she felt and how she was treating me. THIS is a subtle validation seeking trap that men fall into. It's not obvious at first, but her female inst…

Ok, I assuming for passive dread to even be effective, I have to build value or consistently do DHV to set the stage? At this point, she is angry and disgusted. I have to work to up my value for dread to be optimized?

I know what that is.... it's two fold... I acted like a needy bitch in the short term and whined about sex (been corrected)... a huge DLV The shit tests have ramped up as I've begun to add alpha. I am passing some, failing some... failing sets me back, or at best, keeps me stagnant. Working on this.

I find that sometimes the marriage counseling sessions do make it worse. They are now every 2-3 weeks. My plan is to back them down in frequency and eventually extinguish them. I'd end them abruptly, but at this point, I think it might create more problems for me in the short run (maybe I'm overthinking). Either way, my plan is to lead us away from them. I don't want to give the impression that I have a sexless marriage, because I don't and never did. It's become more inconsistent since I recent…

I really don't think that's the case and I have strong reasons for believing that. The "cheating" question actually came up by making a comment I shouldn't have. I told her, Jesus, next you're going to think I'm cheating (said with sarcasm). Like I said, don't think it the case, but anything is possible.

I didn't think I was reactive, but she may have interpreted my actions of kino later on as "pushing the issue." I know my biggest struggle is getting out of her frame. I want this so I can improve. Honestly, I want her to follow and come on board, but I know she may not... I guess I'll have to see

This statement is so accurate. There usually is one single or a very short series of events in a short period of time that start the betatization by "death of a thousand cuts." The trick in your next LTR will be to recognize it and break that process early. It's possible to reverse being betatized, but it's difficult and depends on many factors including your girl's maturity and ability to stick to her values (that has a limit with even the best women out there), how beta you've become, when you…

I need to clarify a little. Because she was mad and slept in the guest room, I woke up, got ready for work and left and didn't go into the other room and wake her up. I would have done that in the past, when we had a similar fight and circumstance. I swung back by home a little bit ago this morning for logistical reasons (I'm self employed and usually do this), and my wife was pleasant and acting normal while she was getting ready for work, so I talked to her briefly (not about last night), and …

My recent unattractiveness is ALL behavior based. My lifting numbers are real. I've always been naturally bulky and strong. They are also maximums. I don't work out at those levels on sets of course. I probably am a little heavier right now than 225. That's what I weighed at my last doctor visit a few months back.

Yes, very correct. My girl has told me recently that she has felt disgusted with me as of late, and that she "doesn't know what she feels now..." From what Inhave learned from the red pill is that women have the feelz in the moment and every moment. She can feel this way today, tomorrow, or the next day, then something makes her flip the other way. I'm just starting to accept that as the truth and not take it personally or seriously. STFU is my new motto and work on alpha. Let shit fall into pla…

She is a really great lady. I fucked this up with my victim pukes. I actually did have tons of options when I was dating between my marriages. Met a of fun and great girls, but I really had trouble relating to women that we not close to my age. All the women I dated at the time and had the most fun with were within 2 or 3 years of my age.

That is my main goal. Kill the beta faggot. I got poisoned by being in therapy for the last few years. That stuff is blue pill shit. I was told to "express" my feelings. My girl doesn't want to hear that. She is disgusted with me at the moment and rightfully so. This is my bed and it's my job to fix me.

My best answer is I'm a self sabotaging "nice guy." I am at dread level 1 technically. I have strength and mass, but I need to get my body fat content down. I need to lose about 10 lbs of fat so I show more definition. Also working on the "nice guy" thing

I need to lower my body fat. It's not where it needs to be. I can see bulk in my muscles but I need more definition. I want to spend more time in my social circles. I own a small business with 40 employees, so I'm pretty busy. Two of my close male friends are also business owners too, so we only get to see each other about once a month. Yes, I could get laid tomorrow. I can think of at least two womenl I could call but they would just be to fuck but not relationship material. If I executed on th…

You're right. I want to fix me. I think she will come around ONLY if I stop and get my shit together, otherwise, she will most likely eventually leave. There are two take aways I can see. I am aware of the problem and am working to correct. I am not super far gone and have not been in this mode more than a couple months. You are correct. She wants nothing to do with me today. Thanks man! Can't say what you just wrote doesn't have truth to it. I'm working on expanding my life outside of my wife and reconnecting with my male friends. I'll get tighter on STFU and carry on. I am currently in her frame. This downward spiral started only a couple months ago, and I caused it. I initiated again last night and got rejected. That was the first time I can think of that it actually didn't bother me. I'm working on unfucking myself. Step by step.
/r/askMRP05/01/19 02:04 PM

Yes, it was drunken puke, but I put myself in this situation. Working to unfuck it. On the lifting note, it does get harder and harder as I age, but absolutely love lifting. Changed my routine back to a basic 5x5 strong lifts recently with added and alternating small muscle group work outs worked in as well. I worked to get the physical down, now working on stronger frame building.

I do flirt with other women, just not many opportunities to flirt with them in front of her. I've read rational male, nmmng, wisnifg, 12 levels of dread, and a few of the other sidebar books. My dread level is normally about 3, maybe 4... all passive though. I'm working to get in better and better shape too. I think back when I dated her.... Great feedback and advice. I find cutting carbs has help in the arena of looking better in the mirror. Was easier at 30, but past 40 requires a little more work. Never underestimate being in shape. Women notice and love that shit!

Great feedback! The No DEERing one is huge, so is the no butthurt over rejection. When I get rejected or the "not tonight babe, I'm tired", I always frame it as her loss and assume it will come the following day or so (and almost always does). Sometimes women just aren't in the mood and that's perfectly fine. We are all human. Demo of preselection is an art as well and can be fun. I find it works also with waitresses and bar tenders from time to time. My wife has one female co-worker that consta…

Thanks man! It was awesome. You hit the nail on the head bud. Never expected that at all. Wifey always comments about that's what she loves about our sex life is the spontaneity and just letting shit happen. However, I can't say that I don't covertly plan seeds with her and work to create sexual tension off and on in our everyday life.
/r/askMRP26/03/18 12:45 PM

So, then do it but don't overtly tell the first girl. They will both sense that (women have way to be intuitive about that stuff) and it will make the sex with each one hotter. Then decide which you like better or move to the next one.

Why do you feel so much pressure? Think about that..
/r/askTRP26/03/18 03:51 AM

The principles in this book work and they hold true. One of the main points is how to not let yourself fall for other people's emotional manipulations. Fogging with negative inquiry is a fucking awesome combo for disarming and pressure flipping on people. If someone get pissed off and throws a fit (especially your woman) while you are engaging them this way, shrug, not care, and brush it off. Women (and teenagers) are masters at being emotional bullies to men that allow it.
