Honestly, I would be kinda apprehensive saying it out in public given that the world we live in, is surrounded by misognystic men and pickme women, but I have always HATED the expectation of bj. It is fundamentally a degrading and disgusting thing, like why can't keep their mouth (built to ingest clean good food), away from those parts of the body meant to literally throw out dirt and crap of our body. It's so illogical and disgusting really. Given that I'm against BJs, I also absolutely don't e…

She might be defensive now, but she might come around later on and realise how right you were. Ppl who've been brough up brainswashed by patriarchy, can't usually deal with the cognitive dissonance at first, but if they are smart and someone gives them the right advice then they are likely to come around eventually.

What a travesty, misogyny even infects intellectual fields like Law. You would be surprised at how big a (negative) role misogny plays in the legal field. It is very common unforturnately.

Can someone DM this lady who desperately needs to be saved by FDS? I'd recommend using a throwaway to DM her because sometimes even women are so brainwashed that they might turn on us when we try to rescue them.

but that first sight, just with my face, I suck the air out the room that sounds like a mean bitchy thing to say to someone tbh. She could've said you aren't very approachable at first sight or something more polite. Although, I wonder why she went around telling you her opinion about yourself unsolicited. Sounds like an insecure person. Also, who wants to be some nice people-pleasing person at first sight anyways, you'll just end up attacting a bunch of creepy people who assume you'd put up wit…

My father & father's parents & siblings have never considered my mom or me their family (they are all toxic abusives poses to us anyways). They got their son's marriage done so they can save their face in front of society, and not be seen as greedy people who only produced a son to use as their personal slave and atm (they totally are doing this, but don't want other people of think them like that).

Speaking of insecure male bosses, I had a boss at a place I was interning at who was deeply insecure and made my life miserable because he hated that I went to a top tier school and that I was studying engineering (at that time, I changed majors later) because he himself was a dropout who hadn't studied beyond high school. He was also a struggling failed musician until he was 30, then he switched career to IT despite being unqualified because tech bro friends helped him get jobs. He was also a g…

Not me, but on the other hand I've lost count of how many scrotes and LV people I've dodged or cut off and it's glorious. Same. There were so many men and other people's relationships that always seemed off to me and I spotted so many red flags, but given how common scrotes and LV people are, I sometimes felt like maybe my standards were too high or uptight or something, although I wouldn't have mostly compromised on my standards even then. However, after finding FDS, so many of the things and v…

Wtf is happening to this world, and what kind of criminal would this person grow up to be! How could his parents be so negliegent and let him continue!?? When I was a kid (and so did other kids my age) I played childish video games, watched cartoon network, and would go out to the park to play with my friends, didn't even know such crap existed in that age.

I empathize sis, and I don't have to imagine all that you said because I've been suffering very similarly (and in some ways maybe worse bcoz his side of family is also into weird occult shit and weird shit has happened with us) due to nvm father. My oh my, I can never understand why some of us kids have the misfortune of suffering through such terrible so-called fathers. I would've been so much happier and better off, so would be my mom, if he just disappears from our life somehow forever.

I had to go on birth control for medical reasons (completely unrelated to getting laid) sometimes, and I can tell you, it was HORRIBLE!!! My quality of life was shit during the time I was on medication, and it imepeded all other aspects of life. I won’t even date a man who lies about his age That's a big thing to lie about imo. Absolute dealbreaker if someone lies about it. He can be vague or not talk about it unless asked, but if they lie in my face about their age, it's an instant dealbreaker.

men get married to have a retirement plan (his kids) and have a bangmaid wife who cooks and cleans for him If these benefits (at the huge personal expense of women and kids) didn't exist for men in this patriarchal world, I think 99%+ of men on this planet would never marry, because it's not like they are capable of being a healthy wholesome equal relationship anyways.

Interviewed with a small company belonging to a field infamous for being filled with sexist, racist, boysclub kind of people. While the guys I interviewed were fratboylike but atleast seemed neutral on the surface, the HR lady sitting in on the interview wasn't shy of showing of showing very obvious disdain for me ever since I walked in. How about hot model worthy men giving conventionally unattractive women a chance? Yeah no one says that. Also, when women are forced to wear heels to appear taller, when height isn't even that big a factor in women's attractiveness. Men who feel shorter can wear some male version of heels to be attractive to women? No, that's too uncomfortable, inhuman, and damaging to the body so men won't ever make that a socially acceptable thing. Men want the standards ridiculously high for women, but want t…

Men hate woman who is better than them in any way. Actually it is kind of common occurence in India, Africa, Middle east and a bunch of other countries. A lot of cultures, except maybe white people, face such crap commonly in their marriages. Storytime - Audacity of a chinese guy (probably barely 19/20 yrs old - few years younger than me at that time) Yelled obscenities at me (i.e fuck off bitch, you're such a bitch) because I refused to single-handedly clean the huge mess our apartment was left in, by the previous tenants. I'm no religious extremist smh. I'm not against any religion at all, but is a documented true fact that mughal & british invaded a land that was not their own, and committed atrocities on the local Indian people. This is a true fact that historically invaders don't treat the local population of that land well (and India was no exception), and stating this most definitely DOESN'T make me some sort of extremist or anything. Actually most men in India believe in misognystic idea that menstruation is dirty, and women are brainwashed into believing the same, so most people haven't dug deeper, and believe the same. So i doubt that the idea of women absorbing all kinds of energy during menstruation is used as an excuse to justify actual discrimination, but I'm pretty sure if they knew about this fact, they would twist it to oppress women. Also, temples are reservoirs of positive energy, especially the big old ancient on…

Nope, I'm not trying to cover it sis. I totally agree with you in that about how women are oppressed in India ever since British & mughal invaders began invading India, but that is,done by misognystic men or women with internalized misogyny women who don't know better. Actual textbook Hinduism doesn't endorse that at all & in fact mistreating women is considered all sorts of sin in Hinduism. However, a lot of people manipulate & oppress women in the name of religion.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy03/06/21 06:58 AM

Alright I'm gonna defend India's Sabrimala temple because I do believe they are right - See every religion has it's own rules and atleast in Hinduism women are given the utmost respect (I'm not talking about India or the general population there, I'm simply talking about vedic texts and the textbook Hindu culture). Women not being allowed in.a spiritual place during periods is not because they are dirty but because, according to hinduism, when women are on periods they are very powerful & they a…

Contact your university asap and descrive to them the toxic and abusive workplace environment you're facing, see if they can help you in any way. Document everything you're facing, try to get evidence (recordings & all if it's legal in your area) and send a workplace sexual harassment letter through a lawyer or something. This might be too much effort if you're only there for a short while, but it should get him to stop treating you like that real quick. Maybe get a sick leave or something for a…

Thing is I'm a gender non-conforming straight woman, and I've ways been like that ever since I was a little kid, so I don't even know how to dress or act conventionally feminine. I've learnt to indulge in more performative feminism as I've grown older, because no matter how hard I work, without acting/looking feminine I almost always get treated with disrespect. Also, it takes …

Damn I didn't know this. My father (unfortunately, I wouldn't have chosen to be born where I was if I had a choice) loved acting like this at the smallest of conflicts (with me or my mom only, he knew how to act right in public) growing up, and I used to think this is just normal behaviour for men. Grew up to realise it wasn't normal. Now realised this was also domestic violence among all the other things. smh...

I personally find that even if someone hasn't been thru trauma, still the idea that their partner would get off on choking/slapping them (i.e fake physical abuse) makes me pretty uncomfortable. I don't wanna kinkshame people who are into it, but it just feels very non-natural imo.

I totally agree with you! If I like a guy as a person but I'm not attracted to him, then he's a friend. Period. I'm only gonna date a guy if I'm attracted to him, and for that he better be taller than me, among other things.

Same! I'm a woman whose height is above the average for men in my country, and honestly I don't find men much shorter than me attractive. And many of them are butt hurt about my height anyways, it's as if I'm personally responsible for their shortness, so why not only go for taller men. Life's too short, who's got time for short butt hurt men anyways.

That's just straight up psychopathic behaviour. Women shouldn't give any of their passwords ever to anyone, not even if they're married to a man. I mean, come to think of it, men don't really "need" it for anything. The only exception might be maybe your online tax account if you file joint taxes or something like that where it's actually necessary. In fact, someone getting mad about this boundary itself can be a huge red flag imo.

I don't even know what to say, I'll just add to all the other replies. This shit is okay when you're already in a long term committed relationship, not a first date. The zero thought and effort on guys part is disgusting. He is basically just using her, a stranger, to have a good time while his chore gets done. Apart from the regular significant side effects of BC pills, I once had a horrible migraine (far far worse than my regular ones) caused by them, to the point that I felt like I was about to die and needed urgent medical care because of it. I agree, I'm not trying to take a dig at india. There's a lot of things I love about my country, but imo, on average, indian culture is far more misognystic and toxic for women as compared to most of the western world. I say that as someone who's firsthand suffered because of toxic misognystic indian culture, and also as some who's had the privilege of living in other parts of the world.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/09/20 02:27 PM

Thank you for making this post, because I've always wondered at how the society conditions women to take childbirth so goddamn casually. Like it's a very very big freaking decision that literally gonna have such a big impact on your life. I agree with everything you've said, just also wanna add that having children with lvm/NVM will not only destroy your life but also most likely also your kid's life too.

I mean, of course. These plastic objects aren't selfish turds who only care about their own pleasure. There is zero risk of creepy/abusive/criminal situation, which could be a serious risk with a stranger man. There is zero risks of catching std or pregnancy. Plastic objects won't rape you or pressure you to do sick things from porn. Plastic objects don't have ED from porn addiction. Tbh I could go on & on, these are just a few pros I could remember off the top of my head.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/09/20 03:48 AM

Yep. The more insecure and empty a man is inside, usually the more misognystic he is.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy21/09/20 09:26 AM

Exactly. The law/police and the societial structure doesn't take domestic violence or abuse seriously. That is what makes it impossible/hard for so many women to leave - ignorant & misogynstic people will always find a reason to victim blame.

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy19/09/20 05:41 PM

While parents can exert some amount of control over their minor child, especially when done for child's benefit, controlling their life choices like that sounds like toxic behaviour. His wording made me think he'd make a very controlling parent.

The lack of overly selfless behaviour isn't selfishness, it's just self care. But I agree with the overall message, very true! I got called a fucking bitch several times by one particular roomate (who was a complete stranger btw), because I refused to solely clean up my stranger roommates' (4 of them) mess. This mess was created during the 4 months when I didn't even live in the apartment, and I demanded that either all 4 of us are gonna clean it or I won't touch it. This verbally abusive (asian…

Indian men don’t respect other Indian women but rather Caucasian or “lighter skinned” women. 🙄. They don't usually respect white women more, they just view them as good looking sex objects and that is why they treat them far better than brown women just to get laid.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 02:17 PM

Please do! We'll highly appreciate it! This blatant myth needs to be exposed.

Yeah no shit, I'd rather die than suffer through such toxicity.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 02:13 PM
6

So it’s seen as a kindness rather than “I’m being rude/overbearing” because the women need to learn how to adapt and self-sacrifice to make their lives easier. I gotta disagree here sis. I'm sure there are some old women who view it this way, but there are tons of old women who simply torture these younger women out of bitterness since they themselves had to suffer through this when they were young, and now they want the younger generation to suffer like they did.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 02:07 PM
12

From what I've read, it sounds like typically, the "husband" doesn't give a fuck that his wife is unhappy. He'll take his parents' side over his wife's. Indian men have no backbone. They just follow whatever they parents tell them. Can confirm, have personally witnessed tons of such situations.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy17/09/20 02:04 PM
6

Can you please explain the MIL nightmare? I've heard that Indian women are expected to serve their in-laws and basically be a slave in their husbands families home under the thumb of their in laws. Is this true? And where did this tyranny via in laws come from? Yep it's all true. Current Indian culture is extremely toxic and misognystic towards women, which is the root cause fuelling all these pathetic behaviours

Raging capitalism is one of major reasons why. Sex rules the men's world i.e sex sells, and so many industries make so much money off of it (directly and indirectly), so they influenced the media and common culture to be hypersexualized. I mean sex can be great, but we live in a hypersexualized world which is kinda too much imo.

^ This. Men are just whiny over-emotional vengeful beings (usually when it comes to divorce) who can't stand a fair judgement. They want to win at all costs, and have the woman 'lose' in a court settlement. But because the legal system is usually fair in divorce cases, their LVM asses can't handle it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy10/09/20 12:16 PM

Yes you are doing the smart thing. It's scary how common it is for women to send nudes. I wouldn't send nudes even if I'm married to a HVM. No HVM with good intentions would consider not sending nudes a big deal, or really even ask for them in the first place.

Not necessarily. Women can be conditioned/groomed pressured by society to accept and live with LVM/NVM. Women can be a victim of circumstances, since it's only our gender that receives the wrong kind of social conditioning, one that benefits men and is detrimental to our own well-being.

I'm the child of a HV woman who got married to a NVM (stupid fucking arranged marriages). Like hell no, I'm not gonna burn myself emotionally to provide you support for free, unless I'm in a LTR with a hvm. Emotional labour is very costly, it's called therapy and can cost hundreds of dollars per hour, and if you want it, you better go to a therapist coz you ain't getting that from me.

Shitty men are in every culture/religion/part of the world. So are the few good ones.

That is how someone with a conscience would react. I doubt her ex-bf had any.

Idk I feel she was too kind to leave the breakfast and game like that. I would throw the food upside down in his apartment and scatter it. Then I'd return the game to the store, and donate that money to a homeless person or something.

Totally agree! I was an intern, and I had a boss basically unnecessarily criticize everything I did, because he thought I was a 'unpassionate' programmer for not living and breathing tech.

Oh tell me about it. I'm a woman in tech. Honestly, it's absolutely frigging terrible even being surrounded by men like that. I went into tech because I was always passionate about it, but seeing how pathetic and toxic the male dominated tech community can be, I really wish I'd gone into some other line of work.

Exactly. So many male communities have a feeling of brotherhood and camaraderie. I wish media stopped pitting women against each other as competition, and we could have similar sisterhood and camaraderie among women. I say that as somebody who was always told I was a tomboy growing up. As soon as I hit my teens, boys of course started treating me differently (and not as one of them), which is fine and how the world works, but I miss the feeling of brotherhood and camaraderie. I stopped joining m…

Men totally lust after women's bodies and drop them when they don't find them good looking, and are able to find a younger, better looking (in their pathetic opinion) chick. Men want women who will do housework, child rearing, emotional labour, make a house a home. Then they also want to treat women as their personal sex worker. But when it comes to relatively meagre job of paying rent & bills, the woman is a gold digger. Fuck these men. They want everything for nothing.

This woman has deeply internalized misogny. Oh god I pity her.

If I'm gonna dress up and put on makeup, he better show up dressed nice else I'm walking away.

Exactly. Women have these super high maintainence standards whether they are dating or professionally to get respect in workplace, but for men it's like "yeah try to take a shower and wear pants instead of shorts".

Speaking from my experience, 1000x Yes! Especially so in Asian countries where male privilege and patriarchy is extreme, and being a woman is almost like a soft handicap.

Storytime- My father is an extremely abusive terrible person who always behaved terribly (and that is a generous way to put it) with his wife and kids. Now, as an adult, I want absolutely nothing to do with him, and don't give him time of the day. He takes it out mostly on my mother, and sometimes on my little sibling, because she didn't justify his actions to us or manipulate us to appease him.

The difference is intention and sincerity. Men mostly do it either out of misogny and/or to get in her pants. Women usually do it as a sincere compliment with no hidden agendas.

They are just shitty terrible people along with being rapey. Anyone who sees someone in an absolutely vulnerable situation, which includes a butt ass naked drunk woman, and decide to take advantage of that, is someone completely devoid of even an ounce of decency/morality. People like that should not be allowed to roam free in the world. If laws related to women's safety were actually rightfully enforced, then they would all be behind bars for being the criminals that they are.

Media is bullshit and controlled by rich, powerful people (who are mostly male) to influence general public for their benefit. I wouldn't trust most of what media says. And no, I absolutely don't beleive that porn can enhance relationships.
