yes, UK is nothing like the US when it comes to chatting with strangers in general. It's very different due to culture. Not impossible. they get no feedback, they have no idea what their "sticking points" are. Usually a rejection isn't due to a mistake or a sticking point, though. Exposure therapy, starting off with 'easier' approaches is one way some people try to get over it In terms of approaching, if you're not waiting for indicators of interest before approaching, then your odds of a successful approach go way way down. biggest thing for me was retrospection. analyzing the actions i took in the field, self critiquing where things went wrong thing is, you can approach 2 girls in an identical way. I'd tested negs directly from mystery in his venusian handbooks and his premium seminars etc. Negging a girl who is super cold to you seemed to be the very worst way to attempt to flip the girls. flirting is just like teasing her, being playful, making it clear you like her and behaving in a way you'd never do with a guy friend for example. If she's attracted to you, escalating too fast or too slow doesn't tend to be an issue in my experience. As long as you do it. (and if she's really into you, she'll might even start it). The men I know who have a very good success rate just know who will be more receptive to their approach and will never just approach random girls yes, I have friends like that. They tend to only approach when girls are checking them out and starring at them non step etc, but they have a very very high hit rate So more of a warm appraoach as opposed to cold I guess. I assume they think there's no point in going cold as, if she was attracted, he'd know (she'd be looking at him etc)

I used to try negs a lot and just being a bit of a 'dick' on the open. The cause of the rejection literally had nothing to do with you, and was outside of your control (a lot of the time). but the guy was saying that's not the case and that a lack of attraction in an intreraction just means you dont something wrong and need better 'game'. yeah, I mean I guess that's not that uncommon. I'm not sure where i was going with my post really. I guess maybe part of the confusion is how he can get hot girlfriends so easily but seemed to have no joy at all when he'd try cold approach. yeah. Maybe he didn't experience much rejection since he didn't really ever try cold approach. As I say, from memory of the few times he tried, they were just awkward interactions that fizzled out fast where the girls weren't interetsed, and maybe he figured it wasn't the way to do things and so he didn't get too experience much rejection in that regard which, as you say, maybe is something that can hurt you over time (rejection. Especially rude ones maybe?! that seem to be common in bar setting…

i read this book the other day but i felt there was very little actionable advice. I was still lost as to waht exatly to say to open and transition with for example.
