No actually. Let me explain a bit, the burden of proof in a civil suit is different than that in a criminal suit. My partner has done two combat tours in Afghanistan and he doesn't want women in, in his experience they have by and large been lazy and unmotivated soldiers or terrible leaders. My rule of thumb is do they appear to need the seat more than I do. Like if they come in, and they're wearing work clothes and have obviously been on their feet all day while I haven't been, then I have no problem offering my seat because I know I would appreciate it in kind.
