You cant just get advice from successful people. You have to contrast it with what unsuccessful people do, and find the differences.

I used to swear off of condoms until I was advised to simply buy a larger size. Buy some larger condoms, dude. You don't want to roll those dice. You can't really screen women for STDs. Many people won't show any symptoms.

I feel you man, just had a couple girls from OKC, seemed like they were really into me, now just radio silence. Tinder seems to be nothing but bots. Shit's fuckin dumb sometimes.

Ive noticed one of the biggest signs that she's into you is when she stands/sits there and does nothing.

It may actually be advantageous to let her talk about her relationship. She might talk herself into breaking up with him.

Definitions can't be logic'd into existence. They can only be agreed upon. Anything farther down that rabbit hole is pointless.
/r/seduction09/02/15 09:10 AM

First you have to define what is wrong. For this I will use two conditions: 1. Does the act prevent or interfere with an individual's autonomy? 2. Does the act have a negative effect on societal well being? Torturing a baby does both of those.

Texting without reciprocation comes off as needy, yes. There are some girls with whom texting is a great way to keep her engaged. The safe bet, though, imo, is to save it for the face-to-face, because there's a lot more to conversation that what you say.

Who even said I wanted a 10? A 10 isn't something I necessarily think a human can attain. It shouldn't be. A 10 is perfection. A 10 is reserved for the gods and god alone. Perfection isn't even something I'm interested in. Then that's not a 10. 10 is a matter of attractive chemistry, not an Adonis. Rather than want a 10, I'd want someone who has flaws and can accept my flaws. Write about that guy.

The idea is to turn the reactions of other people into positives. My epiphany happened when I was doing some combatives training with a group of my peers. We were in our socks doing round-house kinda kicks one at a time on pads held by instructors. We were also on carpet. I took a swing and slipped and fell. My peers burst into laughter. A younger me would have felt embarrassed and ashamed. Instead, I laughed as well. It was a good time had by all.

It's a simple concept, but a life-changing one that I didn't realize until I was about 21. When people make observations about you that aren't explicitly compliments, it's natural to take it as a criticism. The right thing to do is to take them as compliments! I can't tell you how much happier I am since I started this.

I'm a drummer. I have rhythm. I love music. But whenever I'm really in the zone listening to a song, all I do is a little undulation in my neck and torso. The idea of full-body dancing like I see people do is entirely foreign to me. Seems pointless and wasteful of energy.

It has everything to do with seduction for a lot of people. There are so many of us in the sorry state of AFC precisely because of what's described here. In order to resolve it, it first needs to be acknowledged: that we aren't unwanted the way we've thusfar formed our lives around. This is the essence of self-acceptance for us. It's hard to like yourself when you've been told all your life that you're unwanted. It's hard to undo that damage. But it needs to be done.
/r/seduction21/02/13 11:21 AM
1

For the most part I don't even acknowledge it. It might take me a bit longer to say something, but I don't care.

I'm in the same boat--I have a noticeable stutter. But, I've had it so long that I rarely notice it anymore. It happens all the time, but I blast right through it without a second thought most of the time. When it does get the better of me, though, I affirm it and exaggerate it, like a self-inflicted shit-test. Don't ever let it make you feel like less of a man.

Yeah that's cool, she might be a good match for you, but she could also have weird daddy issues she's not telling you about. Believe me, you need a couple years with someone before you really know them, doubly so when it comes to the opposite sex, because your brain is under the influence of itself. Play it off the cuff. Don't look into the future, stay in the present, stay grounded.

I think Alec Baldwin's message is selfish and sociopathic. A boss would only say those things because he was frustrated with his employees not doing his bidding, not earning him money. I would not take it personally, but I also would not be manipulated. I think I would quit because I don't want to associate with someone who is THAT focused on the paper in his wallet. I remember seeing Ashton Kutcher do a cameo in a film where he had no lines. All he did was stand there. No one was directly interacting with him, but I noticed that whenever he looked at whoever was talking, he would hold the gaze for an extended period of time, MUCH longer than I would in the same situation. So lately I've been trying to push how long I can hold every gaze I make.

I don't think this is happening. Sounds like she's made you her gay friend. You've given a greater degree of emotional investment to her than she has given physical investment to you. It's not balanced. Sure she's given you a few kisses, but this is quickly declining. Meanwhile, you've cuddled and watched movies, comforted her when she was tired, even given her an awesome foot massage. You deserve as much physical investment as she deserves emotional investment.
