Couple of points I want to make. Usually when starting out, cardio isn't neccesary at all, and is more of a hindrance when bulking. I went from 150 lbs 5'10 to 200lbs within 10 months, while keeping body fat at 14-16 percent, but I didn't do an inch of cardio.
