i have read it before here, the numbers may vary:

if a fat, married girl gets a stomach band and inevitably loses weight after that, around 85% of them leave their husband in the next 5 (2/3?) years. that only happens, when she was fat at the beginning of the relationship. if she was slim back than and gained the weight during the ltr/marriage, the numbers don't change according to normal marriages.
