Exceptional piece of advice, I agree.

Better find a girl that doesn't think. You cannot be serious. It always takes some time with these posts, but eventually there is a phrase that renders the already ridiculous essay completely invalid. You are of course entitled to your own opinions, theories and constructs, but please realize that all you're doing here is molding personal bad experiences (with book wormy women, likely) or traumas into a general framework that you lay out over all women. This has nothing to do with TRP, this is j…

I don't want to give you armchair doctor advice here; go to the doctor and get that cleared up. I'd not recommend doing any isolation exercises to be honest, swimming would be my best bet; it's very light on the joints, and can be done to get fit. Again, consult with your doctor first.

Here's solid proof why women are inherently manipulative cunts This already proves beyond doubt that you have absolutely no idea what TRP is about, it's just another badly-written sob-story / rant you use to rationalize and process a bad experience you probably personally had (obfuscated in the story). Even if the story's legitimate as you wrote it, you should have better things to do then going full armchair TRPiller and writing inconsistent rants about relative's relationships.

I am having trouble understanding 5th and 7th The whole man-woman dynamic is kind of distorted in today's society. It takes some time and work to realize this, and although the comments in question are not directly related to that, it would be beneficial if you did some digging on that, as I feel your biggest problem is your current idea of women&relationships. Anyway, what I want to emphasize, is that it is absolutely okay to have your own set of interests, preferences, etc, that you should not…

Is self centered, talks about himself, is rather a bad listener. That's okay. If you think this puts women off, please read "The rational Male" right now. I can't stand their bullshit and I will stand out as a hissy prick if I try to correct them or anything else. That's okay. That's called being alpha and honest. My mother is freaking out because she wants grandkids That's the feminine imperative speaking. Don't get stressed out; it's generally never a good idea to let other people judge or gui…

Along with the subjective bias that is inherent to your informal observations, it's normal for a small number of elements to scatter heterogeneously on a scale. Additionally, you have holiday season, where everyone is bored.

As the other commenters have pointed out, flirt with every girl you encounter if you feel like it. It's fun and enjoyable, and not binding in any way. Also, the threshold to what can be classified as flirting is very low, so keep that in mind. Chances are you already flirt with some girls you chat with, unintentionally.

I'd advise against doing direct cold approaches (direct intentions), but rather practicing approaching in a more indirect manner, and focusing on building a circle of acquaintances, and later, friends (after all, PUA doesn't seem to be your primary goal at the moment). The concept is basically the same as that of PUA-approaching; most people love talking about themselves. It's certainly enough to just say "hey, I noticed you quite a few times now but we've never chatted, have we?" There's no rea…

I agree; often, there are underlying problems of some sort that have an impact on your confidence. Hard to say though how low his confidence is; AA, and in this context, the feeling of vulnerability is normal, even for advanced PUAs. However, I'd definitely recommend meditation and self-reflecting exercises of some sort to eliminate all possible pre-existing problems.

Fully agree with /u/wankamanera . Additionally, practice to initiate conversations, as short or trivial as they might seem, with strangers you come across. There are countless very low hanging fruits (aka obvious low-risk opportunities) in your everyday life. It might feel unfamiliar at first, but it helps tremendously. Also, you might want to do some anti-comfort zone challenges in public to get a bit desensitized to doing stuff in public and to realize nobody really gives a shit of how awkward…

But isn't it weird As /u/savagesteve_13 said, nobody gives a fuck, and if you do, you should work on not giving a shit. This might now sound misplaced, but there's a lot of anti-comfort zone challenges (basically doing stupid, harmless shit in public) that will make you being more comfortable in open, public environments and help you give less shits. After a couple of these, you'd even man up and order a tap water because you don't like the carbonated one (sounds unbelievable, I know). All bante…

Is it worth it to ask the office cutie if she wants coffee? If you want to, but don't go for it if you like your job. Don't shit where you eat, there's plenty of other nice girls out there.

You just have to work on your inner game, that's all. Read Models if you haven't yet (my recommendation) Talk to lots of people in general; the supermarket clerk, the old lady in the queue, the new barista at the coffeeshop, the librarian, and so on, so you realize that most people are bored most of the time and love to talk (especially about themselves). Be positive and give compliments; for instance, when a girl with cool shades walks by, whatever; so you realize that literally every person re…

approaching a stranger does not show vulnerability. If you're direct and showing your intent, that's vulnerability. You're simply over thinking my post I just comment on what you said in your fairly elaborative post.

Try to find a high-volume spot (not Neumarkt if you don't want to get stabbed, at least that was my impression when I visited), where the wait time between the sets is low. You can ask/approach with any phrase/theme basically, most people will be very friendly after a couple of seconds, once you snap them out of their muscle-memory daily routine. after reading some comments that you should not approach someone you do not know in Germany Complete bullshit. Of course in some cultures openness and …

Starting off, you do what makes you comfortable.. I agree. you show a little vulnerability I get your point, but there are other ways to make yourself vulnerable (the simple act of opening her in a crowded place and being direct, for example) without sacrificing your status. Whatever works for you, I guess.

everything is a skill, and that I can become a master in everything if I keep the habit up of exercising for it properly. Correct. I always opposed clubbing You don't have to go to clubs to do pickup, it's just where the average joe usually goes, gets decently drunk, to finally muster up the courage for a clumsy, slurred-speech approach. Some people are very successful in these environments, but there's lots of other places to do pickup. Daygame, for instance, is naturally more conversation-heav…

I disagree. Making too much fun of oneself, even if it's followed up by some quality banter, communicates underlying insecurity and lack of confidence, which is never beneficial (even if she's being understanding). Imagine a co-worker at your new workplace presenting himself as "I'm basically only managing the printers downstairs really. I know, I'm doing nothing, really. Oh well ... insert quality banter here." You'd instantly take him less serious, even if he's a nice guy. With women, confiden…

Which isn't helpful at all. Seriously. It's personal taste. You could just hang out at high-volume areas like plazas, parks, malls and directly open women. Or on your way to work, if you don't have time to dedicate it to PU. Or in museums, classes, whatever works for you really.

That's called daygame. The focus here is naturally lower energy, more quiet and thus more conversation-heavy (nightgame being more about body-language). I prefer daygame too, although it might seem strange/uncommon at first to approach women in the daytime. Advantage is that you basically never have to deal with any competition. Edit: a good source for daygame content is James Tusk's YouTube channel.

There are often coaches who do free lessons for newbies. Otherwise, just google "my_city pick up lair" or something, there are usually forum threads for 50k+ cities with active people in it who are looking for people to game with. I doubt there are any scams, since PU is very niche and there are not really ways to rip you off unless you are paying for something. Of course there are paid bootcamps by a variety of coaches, but for the most part, they just physically push you through the Approach a…

I later learned she was single, so the dude was just being a dick Good job. Ignore bystanders and beta orbiters who are envious of your balls to open direct. It's often really hard to judge the situation, and the dynamic of a group before approaching. Surprisingly often, men around women are just some friends, bystanders, or random people. So yeah, good work not being intimidated by some bystander too afraid to make a move himself (my guess).

Get in shape, it will have a positive impact on all areas of your life. It's not mandatory for pickup; to a certain extend it helps, just as getting some nice clothes, having a beautiful face or a lot of money, but in the end it's all about your game, and none of the above will bring you any success standing alone. How do I maximize my chances of being successful with women Buy clothes that fit you and that fit your personal style. They don't have to be super-edgy or creative, plain T-Shirts and…

TLDR: thinking about quitting the game bc I've never had success Of course you never had success, because you never practiced. Reading books only brings you so far (also outlined in Models), you only will ever learn through practical exercises, and reflection afterwards. and the college I plan on going to only has 1,400. 1400 students? That's not nothing. Come on, no excuses. Of course it's not as easy compared to gaming on a high-volume area, lets say in NYC, but it's still very much possible. …

Of course it works to some degree; you literally have nothing to lose, no effort, dedication, risk-taking in any way is required. But the flake rate will turn out accordingly.

Make sure to express yourself, express your feeling, try to communicate that you thing she's cute/sexy/whatever, this is essential. I hope that staying normal shows confidence and keeps me as the leader. It might, but it surely isn't good if you're trying to flirt/escalate. Read Models for more on that, basically try to always communicate your feelings and show vulnerability, don't just do the poker face or try to look cool, that will never lead to anything, believe me. edit:typos

I think that this pattern is inherent to most of our conversations to some degree, even though most of us use it naturally and unconsciously. Not to shit on OP, but this post just complicates things. Not for people who are struggling with holding a conversation, or who use to run out of things to say all the time. Of course this probably comes naturally when practicing conversations.

I only listened and offered advice, and hung out with her and made her feel like she wasn't alone This is not what makes a woman attracted to you, at all, sorry to break you. Read Models by Mark Manson regarding that. Anyway, end this, nothing good will ever come out of this. Being nice to a woman does NOT make her attracted to you in any way.
