Well that is the thing, men have to constantly be aware that another man can and will hit them. Women get a pass on this, they are constantly told that a man should never hit them no matter what they do, and women aren't very likely to get in a physical fight.

I haven't gone through the comments but OP do you think a man could have done this to another man?

At :34 he starts the attack on the term regressive left. Pakman is very very liberal about using "fallacies" to shut down any opposition he has, often calling someone a troll to dismiss their opinion rather then confront it. David IS the regressive left.

Yet the video and claim remain. The FTC says putting "sponsored" in the comments or details of the video isn't enough, therefore him saying he is sorry in the comments isn't enough. If this was directed to me I'd demand the video be taken down or threaten a slander suit. Edit: Also /u/sillymod or /u/EvilPundit someone commented here but is shadowbanned.

That's awesome to hear you guys are doing awesome, do you get any support from government or friends and family?
/r/MensRights14/11/15 03:06 PM

Typically, no. Unless the woman is very wealthy then it's almost unheard of for women to have to pay child support and if they do have to then its almost never enforced by law.

Everyone keeps saying it's weird weird the prosecutor got so involved, but Kane is a very high profile athlete in their city accused of a very serious crime. If he is guilty then they will want to get it right, and if he is innocent they definitely want to get it right.

If tried to give an article I would have read it, but since you were a cunt about it, why should I? btw: I was being condescending, not sarcastic, retard What difference does it matter? You were being a cunt refusing to answer a question. Have a mild day.

I asked for a source for your statement, you responded by refusing and telling me to do my own research. I asked if you want to double down on that and you give me a sarcastic "let me google that for you". So no, you didn't answer my request, you were a cunt about it. After being told to fuck myself multiple times, I really don't care about your opinions and no one else should since you follow tumblr feminist logic.

you actually think you "won" I defended my points, you refuse to respond to that. I don't think I won, I just think you are a coward for not responding. you are a waste of time, a complete proven idiot there is no value in you at all, expect no further response. Why did you make this response again?
/r/MensRights17/10/15 09:51 AM
2

Yes, try to make an argument than when someone points out your errors, you just call them an idiot and a waste of time and run off because you aren't able to combat what has been brought forth. If you want to say someone is wrong then don't be a coward when they defend their points.

A - You need to learn to read before you go bashing because I said this "Youtube, while not a prefect meritocracy is still a meritocracy.". If it's hard for you to read and understand 4 lines, then don't write anything next time. B - "you might aswell claim women earning most in porn is proof women are better performers than men " Pretty sure I never mentioned women being better then men, only that they are capable of doing as well as men. /r/MensRights17/10/15 02:00 AM

I think this is important to get out there. A lot of times feminists will demand women get special treatment in order to be on the same level as men. Youtube, while not a prefect meritocracy is still a meritocracy. And I believe it's important for people to see that women are capable of doing as well as men without any special treatment.

That sucks about the editor, sadly that is the state of "journalism" today. Those feminists tend to be called coffee shop feminists, people who don't have skin in the game but like the definition of feminism so they go with it. Hard feminists will most likely see your article as condoning Roosh's behavior and thoughts, and attack you for stepping outside the narrative alright step up about Roosh. I just hope you are ready for it if it happens. BBC has a very bad history of demonizing anything me…

First of all, well written article and very fair too, I'm sure the BBC article will be anything but. I would warn you that because you didn't smash your keyboard and bloody your hands in rage while typing up this article that feminists will have a lot of hate mail for you and I wish you the best with that. Secondly, I don't think you are a feminist, and I believe you will find this out later. Lastly, thank you for rushing to edit your content when corrected. Many are too lazy, or just don't care…

It's kindof like abstinence only sex education, just leaves people ignorant.
/r/MensRights08/08/15 08:06 PM

Yes, I know what a strawman fallacies is.... How is it a small sample? All the things I've mentioned are coming from the most vocal and powerful feminists, and very popular opinions within feminism.

I'm not sure where you are getting that but okay.
/r/MensRights08/08/15 02:30 PM
2

You seem to have constructed a straw-feminist argument. How so? Everything I've said has many real life stories attached to it that have come up on this subreddit. I don't believe any feminist when she says what her motivations are for doing something. Showing and explaining how feminism hates women and thinks they are inferior is much more effective than wasting time saying how feminism hates and wants to oppress men. We all see how society doesn't care about men, but when women are hurt its an…

Well think of it like this, feminism is a movement that believes men are superior and women are inferior, that is their world view for every issue. Feminists demand that colleges make accepting females easier otherwise they couldn't compete with men. Feminists demand the same thing with jobs. Feminists demand quotas for women on boards because women can't compete with men for those jobs. Feminists praise women for doing something on equal footing of a man, i.e a woman playing football with same …

Feminism cares about female suffering over male death. Like Cenk said "it's the decent thing to do" taking a bullet for your girlfriend. Then goes to talk about the girl dating other guys.

Monitization only reduces the amount of quality content. Not always, sometimes it's necessary to monetize in order to step up quality. But focusing on monetization over quality is the problem.

Feminists have no respect for female autonomy, and everything a woman choses to do that is risqué is the fault of the patriarchy. Like I said, feminists have no problem when its clearly a woman choosing to do something by herself for herself. But if a man is somehow influencing that decision or apart of that decision then it becomes a problem for feminists. It's a great thing to highlight to show that feminism is absolutely about hating men rather then empowering women. Also with sex negative vs…

tl;dr of the article: Krill pours champagne on young women at nightclubs, often when they are topless. Feminists have a problem with this because they believe drunk women can't consent to anything. Often times women are sober or begging Krill to pour champagne on them. "Free the nipple" campaign is brought up and feminist double standard is shown. Conclusion is that feminists are against it when men are apart of it, or in power of it, and when for it when it's a women's only decision. Pretty goo…

Japanese people used to smoke a LOT. But it is also a low stress society, on average. I'd love to see more on this, from what I've seen in japan there is no such thing as overtime or working too much which causes 14 hour days to be common.

Mass data collection collected by government while not the same thing as collected by a company is still relevant to how people want to keep their data private for personal use instead of being sent to a third party. jesus chirst we still aren't even talking about the same thing. You want to talk about mass data collection where I am talking about specific targeted collection for the means of conviction or innocence. Fuck off to /r/conspiracy please.

sopa cispa Those are much different then what we are talking about. However if that data was sent without your noticed and collected illegally then that is a different issue that violated privacy laws prove the data is yours and you will win, but it's not, it's the company that you are paying. we have already seen some aspects of data collection made illegal a la the FBI stingray phone towers, the prism fiasco with the NSA. again not what we are talking about. you are talking about data taken in…

I think this is part of a much larger topic of the use of mobile devices and their tracking data in the use of legal court if it can be used as evidence, it will be. Cry all you want, thats how it will be.

Apparently you don't understand how evidence works. If there is evidence I've been in two places at once then a jury is going find that fucking suspicious. Fitbit data should be part of other evidence, if you think fitbit data alone should convict someone then you are a fuck tard.

Who said it was a big deal? This video is a bunch of feminists wanting a form of evidence to be excused from the courts because it hurts their agenda. Maybe your okay with evidence being excused because "feels over reals".

so officials suddenly became 3rd party companies? Who here is trying to misleading? data could be misleading It's kindof like there is a person who helps defend the person, a person who knew a lot about the law and would act as a shield...

fitbit being used to transfer data to officials without your approval is against privacy kindof like how any company hands any relevant data over to police when asked? You believe your cell phone company won't hand over all your texts with a simple knock of the door?

Nothing they said had a feminist tone, though. You must be new here... It seems a little extreme to add all this extra meaning to their words. Extra meaning? They have a 7 minute video talking about how they dislike the use of fitbit data in courts and have an example of a rape claim exposed as false by a fitbit in the description. It's kindof like saying how awesome the confederate flag is then having stats of how terrible black people are in the description, then saying "how dare you imply I a…
/r/MensRights05/07/15 04:37 AM
-15

And then, they're upset that every new invention has to be mined for data and used against the consumer. Something they don't have a history of saying... What does this have to do with the false accusation other than the use of a fitbit? Feminists demanding that things be excused in order for more rape claims to be turned into convictions or believed isn't something that should be brought to light, correct?
/r/MensRights05/07/15 04:12 AM

I personally wouldn't want something as inaccurate as fitbit data to be used in court I guess you no longer want witnesses as evidence either eh?

The point is ignorance isn't an excuse. If you told a cop you stopped reading the news because its usually meaningless so you didn't know about a new law being put into affect then he will smile and give you a big fat fine. You realized that the whole 7 minute video is them raging that lawyers and courts want to use a new technology in order to convict or get someone off. The description brings in the sexual assault case. So literally the whole thing is relevant.
/r/MensRights05/07/15 02:33 AM

I quit reading those things years ago. Hopefully when a cop pulls you over for a new bylaw or new law that has been put in affect that this isn't your response to them.

So the title is alittle misleading but it's impossible to fit the full context into the title so I hope you forgive me. The study went to find if LGBT youths were more likely to get/get someone else pregnant. And they did find that but one other thing they found was this. "What really accounted for most of the risk for the girls was sexual behavior," Lindley said. You can't have a team if there isn't enough interested people. What really stroked me as odd, was them saying "women are the defense and men are the offensive", like they do know that all teams have both correct? Another thing was, "women might get hurt if they play sports, why? Because of men!". Makes no sense since any girl would play against other women. If men and women did play together then it would be in a non-competitive/for fun and there would be strict rules of physical contact.

After watching the full interview, I hope there are more interviews like this. Karen stays calm and provides facts throughout the whole interview, Cenk gets angrier when she doesn't agree with him. If more interviews come out like this with showing how calm MRAs/Egalitarians are compared to feminists then winning over the public will be easier.

Thing is with Wu, he barely challenged her at all. If you really watch the video like he doesn't really hit her that hard and is throwing her soft balls the whole time. She isn't a person that is used to being challenged at anything, if you look at any video before that they just let her talk and don't challenge her. She felt the tiniest resistance and lost it. Did you not see pakman absolutely crying that he wasn't able to retweet something chu said?
/r/MensRights02/01/15 12:11 AM

Have you seen pakman's coverage of bill cobsy? He says the there is a mountain of evidence against cobsy, only "evidence" against cobsy were accusations.

I don't think his story is one as an example of a mens rights issue. If you want to come from and stay with that men overall are the majority of victims of police brutality are male then go for it. But this story seems like more race baiting even though there seems to be no evidence of racism. The police most likely were in the right in this story. If you want a story about police needlessly killing an unarmed person then look at Gilbert Collar. Sadly this is a white kid being killed by a black …

You can't gather evidence when there is no way to gather evidence. There are 1575 total comments on the video, about 25 are shown and about 1550 aren't shown. If you can't logically see that is very important then I can't help you. Teacup analogy is an atheist one, you kept asking me to prove a negative (such as prove god doesn't exist). You are not helping anyone, you are just making it easy to mock those against MRA's.
/r/MensRights22/11/14 04:37 PM
1

I went there because they were mass deleting comments, and you want me to save all 1550 comments for your judgment? Seriously man, they made the claim it's MRA's and that all those comments are terrible, proof is on them. If you don't agree with that, I know there is a teacup going around the moon. Now I don't have any evidence that there is a teacup going around the moon, but that is my claim. Now prove there is no teacup going around the moon.

Show me a time when that happens with men? I highly doubt you will find one. Now they are trying to find a way to say what these women did without saying they are deeply mentally ill or sick. Hi I'm a left leaning egalitarian who sympathizes with MRM. Using someone's political leaning to dismiss or champion someone is childlike. How is it pointless, counter-productive? You gave given zero actual argument why it is. And this isn't to gain sympathy points from the rest of the world, it's showing /r/mensrights that Malala is pushing the same agenda as Emma Watson. If you can get over political leaning attacks than please respond, if you can't then leave this convo.
/r/MensRights13/10/14 05:33 PM

And that is stated in the article. Do you have a left leaning publication that will criticize her? Doubtful. As we have seen in #gamergate, left vs right is bullshit and who is right is more important. Sommers was heavily criticized for being with AEI which is a conservative think group by those against gamergate, but sommers is highly praised on /r/mensrights. So if you can't get over left vs right, especially when the left is mainly the enemy of men's rights, where right is the best ally we ha…

When you have a student/teacher relationship consent can't be granted, even if the student is over 18 it's highly immoral and usually you get instantly fired. Now they really do support male students having sex with their teachers or older women, they did say the teachers should be fired but that's only because they were caught. JR was the only one who fully condemned the teachers as pedophiles and he was mocked by the rest of TYT.

Actually this is a big thing in the states right now. Many states now have "revenge porn" laws, which make it possible to convict someone of publishing/sharing nudes that you sent to them in the context of being private. Idea is that you consent to that person seeing them, but no one else. They are different laws being violated but the same principle is being violated.

Dave Franco is a pretty big movie star. But yes your right, women's nudes are the only ones people care about, which is why these guys are getting ignored.

Actually Justin Verlander's phone was the one that was hacked. There are multiple pics of him alone, and of other girls on his phone. And Dave Franco was with Alison Brie, side by side, no one was in the background more than the other and it's unclear who was in the background. Just a heads up.

they specialize in a service for men. like curves and goodlife women.
/r/MensRights31/08/14 09:41 PM

because its providing an area for both genders then giving special treatment to one gender. If a company had provided people of all races an area then said whites get special treatment time, isn't that racist?
/r/MensRights31/08/14 09:20 PM

theres a difference between offering services only to one gender and offering services to both genders but one gender gets beneficial treatment. To be honest if these women win this case then everyone should go to curves, goodlife women's fitness and demand a membership, when they deny due to your gender, you sue and cite that case as grounds for a lawsuit.
/r/MensRights31/08/14 09:05 PM

So these women are entitled to men, want to do absolutely nothing in order to get these men and have men literally come to their village. Kicker is that they don't want a lot of men in their village because they believe the town is run better without men.

There's one video she hosted about a guy giving his gf abortion pills, and its about 7 minutes long. They never once ask why he did it, they spent the whole time talking about how her rights were violated. John is probably the one who is most men's rights friendly due to his stance on circumcision, which Ana has literally said she won't talk to anyone who says "female circumcision" because fgm is fgm and mgm is circumcision.
/r/MensRights29/08/14 03:44 AM

/u/ninja451 If you watch TYT more you will see when Ana agrees with something that she is very vocal about it. While she isn't very against it, she isn't supportive of the idea either. Ya TYT has massive double standards when it comes to dealing with issues of gender, female vs male and of race, usually mocking white people while giving black people victim status automatically. I was surprised to see Gina speak up about this, she is usually a wildcard going either way. If you have ever watched t…

But this is a men's rights forum, not a black rights forum. My issue still stands with linking to TYT because they will ignore all men's issues and only focus on the issue of race. If a black man's penis was cut off during a circumcision, they would say it was because he was black.
/r/MensRights27/08/14 09:53 PM

You shouldn't use TYT as a source then since they only care about the race issue and totally ignore the men's issue. It's kindof like linking to Jezebel if they cover this.

Is this a race issue or a men's rights issue? TYT doesn't give a fuck about men's issues and only race issues. I.e prisons are racist, but not sexist.

You can revoke your citizenship at any point and yes, it's called a civil war. I guess you don't feel very strongly about your convictions if you don't consider that to be an option. "Business are people because they are made up of people!" "The state is not a person because its made up of people!" How you try to justify that double standard is laughable.

How is the state not formed through people voluntarily associating? If we all wanted we can take down the state, if we wanted we can leave the state. The whole idea behind the slogan is women are not responsible for what men do. Therefore men should stop and women shouldn't have to do anything. I.e the predator should not hunt the prey, the prey should not have to run from the predator. Present your argument behind the slogan or I'm not replying to you.

The argument has been for a while "don't teach women to X, teach men not to Y" and it's not a minority of people on tumblr or twitter saying these things. If you are trying to say attractive women who show off what they have, will not attract attention (good and bad) then you are stupid. I haven't heard anyone say that a women being attractive is permission to be raped, if they do say it then its usually a troll comment or an individual. But it's not a cultural thing, unlike the argument "don't …

/r/MensRights08/06/14 09:05 PM

Just so I understand, you are saying it's the minority of feminists who make the real argument and that they have really terrible marketing? And what is this "true argument" which doesn't blame rape culture or all men?
/r/MensRights08/06/14 09:02 PM

Yet everything we hear from feminists is that women should beable to do anything they want without the fear of being a victim. But men should do everything they can not to rape a woman and make them feel as safe as possible. They are literally saying it's the predators responsibility to protect the prey. Note that feminists tend to believe all men are rapists until proven otherwise.

My personal belief is that you should do everything you can to protect yourself. The feminist belief is that you shouldn't have to protect yourself, they should not do the crime.

It's not natural we live in homes and have sewers, most of the world we live in is not natural. Our whole exist is to make sure the next generation survives, individually doesn't matter in the large picture. I think we are talking about the same thing from a different point of view.
/r/MensRights07/06/14 09:48 PM

Making sure people follow their gender roles is pretty natural really. Gender roles are there because that's what helps the species survives. Break gender roles to much and the species suffers.
/r/MensRights07/06/14 04:32 PM

Feminists tend to think of gender roles as unnatural.
/r/MensRights06/06/14 07:29 PM

I think a bit of both, you cant really have masculinity and femininity without gender roles.
/r/MensRights06/06/14 06:37 PM

Something I've been told by a feminist, which you don't have in your write up. Is that men created gender roles in order to oppress women and keep themselves in power. I.e thousands of years ago men decided they would be hunters / leaders and forcibly kept women out of those roles, so that men would be superior to women.

A) She killed her brother due to a disagreement they had. B) Survivors said she was targeting people and not just killing randomly. C) Roger wasn't a gendered murder, he left evidence that he hated men and women. She had a history of killing men, to a feminist this would be enough to say it was a gender motive crime. Your points are weak as balls and you miss the overall point that when a women kills people then it's not news worthy, but a man kills a couple women is national news.

My favourite thing to say is when someone says all men are rapists or need to be taught not to rape, or all men are dangerous. I'd just ask if their father/brother/boyfriend/male friends are like that. It really pains them to think one thing about all men then when it's made personal things change.

Like /u/DulcineaIsAwhore said For Canada, this is true. However, what's wrong about this, isn't that Canada didn't extradite her, it's that she was given refugee status. That means she is invited to stay and work in Canada indefinitely, in contrast to other Americans who have to go through the regular process. You take it from an wide net to a personal level, and that can change things. Same kindof thing with "teach men not to rape".
