It seems men often have to suppress their anger about many issues around us. But why shouldn't be angry?

I've heard that society/women tend to fear men that are angry, assuming we will do harm to them. But there is a strong stance of non-violence with a good history of that.

Now feminists have a very proud and history of anger and violence, and that doesn't stop from getting things done or being heard. And being calm and collected doesn't stop feminists from being angry/violent towards those who disagree with them.

So why can't we be angry? Not violent or hateful, just angry.
