I don't think this is a fair comparison. Malala's widely criticized in Pakistan for her activism, which needs it very badly. She'd be killed if she moved back there.

Also, Breitbart is a poor example of a journalistic publication given their very obvious conservative slant and it's pretty obvious that the article is clickbait.

On the headline alone i am not going to click this link. How the fuck do you equate women in the developed world, where they are undoubtedly the First Sex, to women in the Global South, where they are undoubtedly the Second Sex? Smells fishier than Watson's little speech.
