Radio silence, if she calls you, send her ass straight to voicemail. Text back a couple hours later, "I'm busy. Call me tomorrow." no response after that. When you talk to her don't let her change the day you see her. Say, "I guess I can do this thing on this day." if she tries to change the date/location/activity at all don't agree to it. Say, "this time this thing is what I got open." don't explain yourself. If she starts getting upset then tell her you gotta go. Hang up the fucking phone don'…

Dante Nero helped me out of that phase. "You can't get mad at fish for swimming." Beige Phillip episode 107 9:08-9:25 Harry "Well you did mention that you felt like women were like gold fish." Dante "goldfish" Harry "now why is that?" Dante " because they swim around in the goldfish bowl and they think they're in the ocean" Harry "they don't know the difference. They can't tell." Dante " I just forgot. I just swam around this goldfish bowl." Harry " and men never feel this way?" Dante "no. We pr…

When you suggested no sex for a while as a manipulative bluff you done goofed. That's blue pill shit. Don't say shit you don't mean. If you could care less about fucking her and actually planned on getting shit done then it might have worked. But the second you say some shit you don't actually mean they know.

I've considered just setting up buffer to stagger updates throughout the week on twitter, facebook, etc. If I could just use it to sort of elevate social status without giving a fuck I'd be happier. Anything else is a waste of time.

If you're a weak bitch that can't even comprehend picking up sticks, that could be a good starting point. The point isn't "shitty" it's "challenging".

The endgame is ultimately not giving a fuck. If you working on yourself makes you more attractive to her... That's fine. If she leaves... Oh well, there's other women and they don't handle aging half as good as we do.

Yeah I started leaving my personal phone at home for work a while back and thought I was going to freak out the first day. But now I actually LIKE finding excuses to get rid of it. It drives my wife nuts when I just leave it and go do shit.

It's just like in the war of art. Resistance is the sign that you are headed in the right direction. Be like a Marine, learn to enjoy being miserable and nothing will ever stop you.

As far as the shit test, wouldn't the right response be, "Yep all in my mind, I just fucked you silly Sunday with the big veiny "mind" that lives in my pants." Edit: When she brought up the dude hitting on her you could have done what Dante Nero would do. Basically be like "Oh ok, well go ahead and fuck him then. Bye." and leave. That's a dangerous game but definitely is a scary all in "I don't give a fuck" wager. Its that you're willing to walk away and basically say, "if you do, I didn't want …

What it sounds like and what it is are not the same. I just don't like to take the conventional route. I know embracing discomfort and completely redefining my perspective by pushing my limits is much more rewarding to me then doing habit work. I understand the merit of making incremental improvements in my life. But sometimes you gotta jump off the cliff into the cold water and remember you're alive.

The reason I can do it so easily is that if she did this to me I'd just go eat where I wanted instead of getting butthurt over it. But she hates making any effort outside of her usual.

The technique of just leaving is so effective. I was helping my wife tape up a broken window on her and she was just being shitty the whole time so I handed her the tape and left to go wash up the dog. Then I went and bought myself dinner and sat outside with the dog at a table. Girls were fawning over the pup. I was happy and relaxed. When I got back her attitude was completely different. I brought food for the kids and she asked how I know she hadn't fed them already and I told her she's lazy …

Listening through. I think it's the lenny Marcus episode 103. Edit: I recommend new guys listen to this whole episode to learn about dealing with shit tests. And to stop trying to figure out the emotional manipulation. Dante makes it seem so easy.

But I have. And I know if I have there might be other noobs who have as well. The first thing you gotta do is let that anger and resentment go before you'll ever progress. We live in a culture that is dictated by "feelings" because it's so feminized. As a result most people allow their feelings to dictate everything. But the virtue of man is the ability to operate outside of that. Most people think of conflict being a feelings fueled affair, when in reality ruthlessness and cunning is best for w…

Oh don't worry about me on that front. I've been lurking for a while so I know a lot. I'm aware it's a lot of effort and hard work to unplug. I don't think the noobs you're talking about are so much using black and white as they are just being lazy. They are so weaksauce and naive that they want some kind of cheat code to unlock pussy based on one specific scenario. It don't work like that.

I may not have clearly conveyed it. But the intent is this. Don't view interaction and shit tests with a defiant wife as stressful like you would entering combat unexpected. In this situation don't see the things you learn here as weapons to fight her off. But as tools which you use to make the necessary adjustments. The fight with ourselves IS THE WAR. But the interactions with her is not. Shes not the enemy but likely just a shitty crew member that needs better (bitch) management.
/r/MarriedRedPill21/08/15 06:17 PM
1

Missed the point I was making. Do people actually do that? Yes. They do. Fuck. Patrice did that! Dude acted like women were the enemy. You don't think betas trying to unplug don't see their wife as an enemy? Black and white? What the fuck are you talking about? Didn't you just tear me down seeing no validity in anything I had to say? And then called me short sighted? Can you better explain your gripe beyond my choice of metaphor?
/r/MarriedRedPill21/08/15 05:35 PM

The dudes here completely struggling to excercise restraint and cool headedness during problem solving probably don't have much combat experience in the first place but I see your point.

This all sounds like some hamstering to me. Dread? Are you lifting everyday? Are you handling your shit? Dread doesn't come from a choice to not cuddle because she didn't fuck you. Its something you build up overall. Learn your value, then build from there. The fact that you are saying, "how do I do this without being butthurt?" says to me you're butthurt as hell. And to her you look weak as shit. Focus on not being butthurt instead of appearing butthurt. Put away the nice guy tactics and swallo…

She's not entitled to your time and energy. If the cuddling feels like a waste of time to you, go do more important stuff. DON'T think about her "jollies" or harbor any resentment. She doesn't even know what's she's doing and is really only aware of her own feelings. She doesn't care about your butthurt feelings or resentfulness. She doesn't know "what the big deal is" so don't make a big deal out of it. Just do your own thing treat that situation like a monkey with a handgun, don't try to reaso…

Yes. But if a man is operating under the pretense of anger in a "this is WAR" scenario, then he's unfocused and is basically using a long handled 50 lb sledgehammer to tack in some finishing nails.

It's not a coincidence. Also speaking of TV shows home remodeling shows usually are an endless parade of useless beta bucks taking on massive debt to try and satisfy their never happy wives. On Dog whisperer watch the women gravitate towards Cesar, because he knows what the fuck he's doing and oozes confidence in every little thing he does. And same with construction shows, if the husband is totally beta and the hosts a Chad watch the subtle IOIs these women throw at them. Edit: I don't watch th…

I'm not. I just know that where I stand now is light years from where I was. I've learned to view conversation as a game I play. I try to make three people laugh each day. Also if someone seems intimidating (alpha male, dangerous looking type) I force myself to make eye contact and say hi. Watching that death stare turn friendly and return a greeting is empowering. Social confidence has been tough to develop. I always saw myself as the misfit weirdo because I was conditioned to be a victim by my parents (treat others as you want to be treated), was the school punching bag, diagnosed with ADD as a kid, poor communication skills because I'm 50% deaf and kids would rip my hearing aids out of my ears so I just didn't wear them. In reply to the edit. I've been training the dog for a few days now. And he's really obedient he learns really fast. But last night he was sick and its cage was a mess when I got up this morning. Never thought about why. That's a good question. Maybe I'm still suffering from blue pill patterns. The fact that she shuts down emotionally when directly confronted feels like something I need to "fix". Or maybe it bothers me because it shuts off any ability to manipulate her. Because my mom did the same thing to me, she would get me to talk about my feelings and use the information to try and control me all while feeling good about herself for being so "deep".

I'm not really seeing it as an opportunity to convince her fuck me. I'm more so seeing it as an opportunity to learn how to lead through an activity and I was wondering if I would be better equipped to do so by learning the rules before she does. it has nothing to do with impressing her or covert contracts

The guy should of been straight up with her. Especially after the rejection. Nothing to lose at that point. But he was losing the second he started with her most likely.
/r/TheRedPill11/08/15 09:24 PM

I prefer to think that I'm not stuck with her. She's stuck with me. Just because you claim the bitch dont mean she has any claim on you.

I noticed that as I embrace my alphaness my voice seems deeper. That voice is almost a psychological state. When I thought I was just a weak bitch I would feel dumb speaking from my blood and guts. Now it's natural to me.

They are sisters so it would make sense that their bodies reacted in similar fashion. And likely were built similar. The complication my wife has would require some really invasive shit. And her sister had a nightmare experience with the mesh.

Suggest a place. If she shoots you down and has no definite suggestion of her own. Then go get in your car and eat at the place you suggested in the first place alone. Enjoy the savings of not paying for their food. Repeat until she stops being combative.

Yeah we've done all the research on it. This seems to be common. Physical therapy and pelvic floor recovery programs seem to have a way higher success rate.

She's doing some specific program called Mutu or something. The goal is to try and recover naturally, I've heard the mesh surgery usually causes more complications down the line.

This is helpful. But me being an empath goes beyond her. I feel empathy for EVERYONE. I don't feel that us vs them thing. I would only be capable of that if there was a literal THEM that was actively trying to harm an US. If I was a soldier I'd worry about the families of every man I've killed. It would haunt me. I wish I was a sociopath sometimes because it seems less exhausting. I blow a lot of energy into speculation. I'm wired that way. But how do I start to undo it?

I can appreciate the sentiment behind it though. And we share similar beliefs I just don't subscribe to the skinny bitch ass effeminate version of Christ the church tends to believe in. But personal beliefs are a whole other thing.

/r/MarriedRedPill21/07/15 01:53 PM

That seems to be my glass jaw for everything. Is there some way I can retain my empathy for people but not be like this? Or is that something about myself I need to learn to switch off?

Yeah Its like two different people. He's super soft spoken high voice always super pleasant but really guarded. And then out of nowhere his voiced drops and he spews venom at some race of people or thing like tattoos or a girl with a nose piercing. It's legit creepy.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/07/15 01:58 PM
3

So maybe I'm having an emotional reaction to what I don't like of my former self instead of just moving forward and achieving what needs done? Dwelling on the past? I just think it says a lot that a change in perspective revealed so much about the company I kept before. Now I feel like I need to find a better group of Men to be around.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/07/15 01:46 PM

I'm new to TRP. So look at it in that context. I'm divorcing myself from that way of thinking. And just seeing that some individuals who I once thought highly of for who they really are is scary to me. And reminds me that I had those same fucked up thinking patterns. The point is denying your own power renders you powerless and resentful. You become tyrannical in this sad pathetic way where you think niceness earns some kind of credit. Which leads to covert contracts and fake friendship.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/07/15 01:40 PM
-1

Not a bad example. But I'm talking about seeing the NICE GUY mask slip and realising "oh! This is who you are!" and immediately realizing they are not trustworthy. Your example is a good example of the status quo but it doesn't have that creepy behind the mask quality.

This is quite encouraging as a dude that's still running a MAP. I will literally be more empowered if I stay the course. Discomfort today pays off tomorrow.
/r/MarriedRedPill19/07/15 03:34 PM

It's playful. But my wife is also weird. She seems to react better to criticism then encouragement. Giving her multiple suggestions about how to approach a problem and then shooting down or ignoring her excuses seems to work in most situations. The more I improve myself the more seriously she takes my suggestions and the less excuses she throws up. I'm learning to lead. It's against my BP instincts but I stick to the framework you guys show. The more I do the better life gets.
/r/MarriedRedPill19/07/15 02:49 PM

Following Pavels instructions in simple and sinister is helpful though. I can engage explosively easily with the swing easily. But engaging correctly in the hip hinge movement throughout dead lift seems to fatigue me quickly. Maybe I have a weird physiology. But big explosive athletic movements are less likely injure me versus slowly pulling something heavy upwards.
/r/MarriedRedPill19/07/15 02:43 PM

The intent isn't shame. That's negative. Look at it as encouragement to improve. A good man just wants to see those he loves do well.

One of my BJJ buddies showed me how to do it he's got the RKC so he's got form down. He's got me on simple and sinister protocol right now. He uses a lot of onnit gear and tells me for BJJ that barbell work needs a strong foundation for proper form.

I just imagined this scenario with a creepy looking pelican with bushy eyebrows standing there straining his neck over the shower rod to stare at the soapy tits of a hot blonde bombshell. Then she looks up and he raises his bushy eyebrows and says, "Hiya toots!" right before she screams.

Because I made no money for the household I was treated like a house servant. She became tyrannical in how she managed the finances. And I was trapped with no prospects. As soon as I went out and got a big boy job she stopped being a shithead. Unless you find some kind of way to learn and work a trade at home being a stay at home dad is a bad idea. You better be running a woodshop or some kind of business out of the house or your children aren't going to understand what it is you "do".

/r/MarriedRedPill16/07/15 11:18 AM

I stopped taking her so seriously. I used to always say I love you to her first when we're about to hang up the phone. Now I tell her ridiculous stuff like I'm going to bite her in the face when I see her. She usually laughs and will say, "I love you." to which I'll respond, "yeah, same." I've stopped over investing emotionally.

I've lost 80lbs. I'd like to lose 70 more. Get a black belt in BJJ. I'd like to improve my endurance and one day hike the AT. And become a park ranger or become a hunting guide. Get certified as a kettlebell instructor. My ultimate goal would be to somehow build a retreat where BP men can get started on being RP guys. I have big dreams. But they seem impossible.
/r/MarriedRedPill01/07/15 04:55 PM

I have to do what I do because I'd get conversationally run over by nonsense otherwise. AMOGs generally respond well to me because I'm not cutthroat, I just assess things and speak my mind, albeit respectfully. Alphas only make things suck for me when they peddle bullshit and lie. But that AMOG doesn't last long in a group like mine.
/r/askTRP28/06/15 03:33 PM

I myself will analyze stuff the AMOG in my group says and knock him down a notch just by asking him to further explain some dumb shit he says. He usually will flounder in that and it will put the group on better footing conversationally.

Don't put talking to girls on a pedalstool. Just look at it as a skill to be developed, read up on it, and start putting that new skill into practice. Almost any other approach is going to psych you out. Just pretend it's a game. If you lose there's another game to start right around the corner.

I honestly haven't observed the two of them enough to comment. He has said that any kind of fitness is far down on his list of priorities and the reason is kids/wife/etc. He's the small skinny bookish type. But there's some things I admire about the guy. He makes solid eye contact during conversations. He always seems to be serving the church and training others to serve more. He's a music teacher, and I'm an old punk rocker. I just told him about how my wife has no libido and that she has difficulty communicating. I just needed a dude to vent to. But to him it became a spiritual issue. And that I was trying to mentally check out by being at the gym all the time. ( I go at 5AM before anyone's up) I confronted his faulty logic but he couldn't admit he was overreacting.

I don't talk openly about TRP. However my wife figured it out on her own. She's onboard though. She's happy I'm eating clean and lifting. She's happy I drag the kids through the woods on the trails. Make sure that you're not just labeling yourself a sex addict because nice guy tendencies tend to end up setting you up for failure. I thought I was a sex addict because I wanted sex more then my wife. And that I would do it 3-5 times a day if She was down for it. But when it comes down to it, it's not about the sex it's the respect you really crave. The sex just comes with it. I can soberly say I don't have a sex addiction like I thought, I had a self validation problem.

I finally got to a place where I don't hate that person I see in the mirror. I can actually honestly say I love my self now. I owe it to myself to stop living in an unsatisfying childhood, and have an awesome life. My wounds would have healed by now had I stopped picking at them in the first place. When you really love yourself you don't sabotage yourself and you don't feel depressed. You realize that you've been given a gift and you run with it.

If she told you right away I'd call it sincere. The fact that she waited so long probably meant the apology was actually selfish on her part. She waited until the guilt on her part outweighed you getting mad at her. When she got to this point she dropped this bomb on you. She didn't care enough to tell you right away, fed off the excitement of the secret offense against you, and then probably after the drama of that wore off she figured she'd get another hit of drama and excitement by telling yo…

My wife does a version of this. She puts on a somber face and says, "you hate me." in a defeated deflated manner. I laugh at her when she does that, and I tell her that's what the kids are going to say to her one day when she doesn't give them their way. Because "you hate me" is in fact her childish protest she puts up because she doesn't have enough batshit crazy in her to hit me and scream in my face like some of the wives I've read about.

Yeah I do. Just last night last I watched the kids and gave her an hour to shower and be alone. And on a sidenote, she's kissing me for about 2 seconds now instead of the usual peck. I listen to art of charm with Athol Kay and I'm reading MMSLP.

Which part? The no sex or the weird shutdown issue? She's always shutdown during an intense conversation. I think it stems from her having a hard time being vulnerable out of fear of sounding dumb. She's an alpha female when it come to cerebral things. She wouldn't ever put herself in a place where someone can make judgements on her mental state.
