I'll be really honest. I wish I had the energy required to be a "nice guy" to focus that into a male action plan. But I barely scrape by enough to get out of bed and go to work. I call it a victory if I summon the energy to take a shower and a walk every day.

I've done therapy. Forced myself to train and completed a tough mudder to see I'm capable of doing what I think Is impossible but I can't find this "inspiration" that others seem to find. I can't seem to tap into momentum that comes from changing habits or following plans. I just feel apathetic.

What are some things I can practice to learn that mental endurance that redpill guys seem to have in spades?

Are there scenarios I can run in my head? How can I continue to encourage myself when my accomplishments feel pointless?

I'm willing to put in the work, it's just things never seem to stick.
