This really hit me hard. Especially in relation to what I've been told here about caring too much about what others think.

Edit: I'm aware this is basic level stuff. But just the reality of it is humbling. If I'm only lifting and running to have pictures for progresspics or to share on Facebook, then I'm really not doing it for myself. This is making me seriously consider deleting all the time wasting apps off my phone and deleting or just disabling Facebook while I reevaluate my motivations for the changes I've been making.
