We are just starting to meal prep/meal plan! As far as types of food, we do really well! We eat lots of veggies and meats and bake almost all things and are generally pretty balanced however I never relized the PORTIONS I was serving were perhaps 30% oversized! So while I may have been cooking very well we weren't eating properly :0 Since figuring this out I've been much more mindful :)

All these are scenarios of gender identity, whether they identify as an opposite ot mixed genders or no genders at all. Intersex or hermaphrodites are completely different cases, I can see that being a gray aRea because yes, they were born without a clear cut sexual identification.

Sex and gender are separate terms This has only become a modern discrepancy because of this non-binary gender identity crisis.

We have conclusions to identify GENDER. So if you're telling me gender identity is different than gender, how is ethnic ancestry identity different than my ethnic ancestry?

If he sees you visibly upset about being shut down for sex, it's only going to add to his stress. My SO is a horndog in any and every situation and mood, so I cannot speak from experience, but if he is not looking for sex let it go for a bit. That being said, I do think sex is very important in a relationship, how long has this been an issue? I agree with BSC in that if you reformatted this post according to these questions it would lend a lot of insight into your situation.

In one of our discussions, he told me that while he knows he has to and is ready to make this change mentally...he isn't ready emotionally because the consequences are so uncertain. There's a lot riding on this change other than just angry parents. If his decision is to wait, I can only imagine it's something hes weighed pros and cons against. Just be his ear when he needs to vent and avoid trying to solve his problems for him.

If your man is upset and wants to leave the room or house, do not try to prevent that. Don't stand in his way, don't grab him to try to keep him there, don't nag and whine and insist on "hashing things out." THIS. It's very much a female thing for wanting to 'talk things out' and try to 'fix' things RIGHT then and there. Men generally need time to decompress and need to step away from a situation. I've been guilty of standing in the way before and I've learned my lesson!

When he actually has one of those rare super deep gut laughs and loses his breath laughing. I love it. When we were in his hometown and went canoeing and he ran us into every log intentionally so I would have to get out to un-stuck us. It was all a ploy to look at my butt. I've been trying to be a bit frugal, especially with groceries lately. Instead of porkchops, I was able to pick up some reasonably priced ribeyes and am making steak and potatoes tonight! Those lips. People abide by dress and behavioral codes at work but I see so many people take issue when it comes to their relationship. For me, as long as it's within reasonable terms (he doesn't request I gain 600 lbs and shave my hair into a green antihawk) I generally abide. Clothing, perfume, makeup, weight. I've run it all by him and we don't vary between our decisions much. He's the one person other than myself I want to make sure is pleased with me so I will do pretry much whatever is within my contr…

You say you understand from RPW that men don't value the same things in women that women value in men, but then you continue to ask why men aren't seeking out doctors or looking at your career when considering you, so I'm unsure of where you fit in your understandings. How are you presenting yourself now? Are you using scantily clad party pictures in your profile? Is there anything you've presented that would make YOU want to talk to you?

If it goes far beyond the physical, why did you post here about trying to get him to become more dominant in bed? It's because sex and attraction matter. This wasn't a sexual relationship before, it was a close warm friendship. /u/Littleknownfacts++ You were in a non-physical emotional relationship with someone, but it's EXTREMELY different than ACTUALLY BEING WITH someone, and that's why issues are starting arise now that you two are ACTUALLY together.

You're attracted to him when you're horny and he's half naked, are you not very attracted to him otherwise usually? Edit: I've read some of your other comments and posts and apparently you're not physically or sexually attracted to this man. You seem to say that it's not a big deal, yet here you are coming to RPW with a problem regarding your lack of physical/sexual attraction to him.

I've also been applying for managerial positions. Mostly office or project manager, as those tend to be more entry level. Like cats said, a managerial position is not 'entry level'. You'll have much better luck looking for a receptionist position or something along those lines. I am playing the field and having fun, but I know I can't have it both ways. I'm not looking for a relationship so I think this is just healthy venting after years of deadbedroom So after your divorce you're sleeping around and you think this is healthy behavior? If youre making an extra effort and going out of your way to connect with and impress his male friends he may be perceiving that as flirting. Like I said he seems pretty diligent in keeping you away from other men and it hadn't always been that way.

So he's basically not inviting you anyplace where alcohol is involved. You admit that you MAY have acted inappropriately towards one of his friends, your boyfriend has expressed concern in the past regarding you flirting with other men, you admit that you want his male friends to like you. It seems like he is put off by your behavior in public settings while intoxicated. He doesn't want to "worry" about you and you should give him no reason to. Why does he offer to do things and act like he's excited to do them up until the day of? I think this is a very important question you need to ask yourself. Why does he feel seemingly obligated to appease you by doing things for you he doesn't enjoy? I can't trust whether or not he's going to be pouty yet you get upset when you can't force him to have a good time at something he's offered to do for and with you, aside from the fact its not something hes interested in. he thought I was being ungrateful and maybe he's right he is. My father grew up mostly knowing short tempers and a lot of yelling which actually led to him being exactly the opposite. I've probably only seen my father lose his temper once. He realized what he grew up with was not what he wanted to provide for his children. I am not a mother so I suppose this should be taken with a grain of salt. If he is not yelling at your child and causing the child to cry or physically abusing him, I don't believe the child is going to remember being called a retard and won't be damaged by your stressed husbands meaningless 'insults'. I worry that he'll cheat, I worry that I'm not good enough for him, I worry that he'll want something else You are discrediting this man by thinking that he's a man who would waste his own time. I am comfortable having male work acquaintances or distant 'friendships' with A's male friends but I don't have any close male friends. Much like a recent post, being too close with a male friend may make you feel comfortable making decisions you otherwise would judge as not prudent. Being the sole breadwinner is vastly different from not wanting to captain a ship. How does a woman defer to a man who has no desire to lead? If a man is keeping his health and hygiene it's up to you what you deem attractive. Some women prioritize physical attraction before regarding emotional attachment, and there's nothing wrong with that at all. It's up to you to decide how important this is in maintaining attractions. I wouldn't say not working out is grounds for categorizing it as 'not much…

The alleged meaning was defined approximately like this: “Isolationism is the attitude of a person who is interested only in his own country and is not concerned with the rest of the world.” The real meaning was: “Patriotism and national self-interest.” What, exactly, is “concern with the rest of the world”? You said that you would resent your husband if you were working 8 hours a day and he wasn't doing chores but instead playing video games. The division of labor being you work at the office so he needs to be doing chores at home, not just playing video games. I get to enjoy his company, yes.

I don't care if men are sensitive. It's not an attractive trait though and I'd never date this guy. I also think it's irrelevant if someone shames me for not having a career. That has nothing to do with anything remotely relevant other than pay expectations. I've never had a man ask me to be forthcoming because I don't tiptoe around messages I'm trying to convey or make covert contracts. Not only that, but think before you post. Is this necessary? Will this actually contribute to the overall sub or is this just my opinion on a thing? Do I think this is a RPW thing because I am RPW and it's a thing that I do? There are certain aspects of my relationship that I do not think is considered RP and I would actually advocate against it for most people as a general rule of thumb.
/r/RedPillWomen24/02/16 08:37 PM

No if people messaged me asking how to find boyfriends through video games I would still direct them to other means because I think my situation was a one off and I don't think it's a viable dating strategy, especially for RPW.
/r/RedPillWomen24/02/16 06:35 PM

Doesn't mean that we should give advice as if the exception is the norm. Why is that exactly? I've been asked a few times on here by women who are using the app on how to navigate it specifically to combat against the guys who are using it as a hookup app. I met my man through a video game, doesn't mean I'm going to write up a FR and recommend other women do the same thing. Just because a RPW has done something doesn't make it RPW advice.

You are entitled to your opinion that Tindr is a viable app, I just do not think this is RPW appropriate advice.
/r/RedPillWomen24/02/16 04:49 PM

Additionally, Phantoms post is apples and oranges to recommending women to go Tindr. I don't think you can take the advice she posted about using dating sites and apply it to something where the majority of people are just looking for ONS. It's not even within the same ballpark. It's not even the same sport.
/r/RedPillWomen24/02/16 04:39 PM

I still would not want my name tied to the reputation Tindr has, let alone throw myself into the cesspool that is Tindr in hopes that MAYBE I MIGHT find someone in a sea of dick picks.
/r/RedPillWomen24/02/16 04:34 PM

I don't know enough about Tindr but supposedly it's only for hookups - I just don't think there's any RPW approach to that.

The most straightforward advice I can tell you is what I've already said. You have to trust in your judgement that you chose a good captain. You have to believe that you did well by yourself choosing a man who cares enough about you and your family to take the path less traveled and fight for something he believes in rather than throwing in the flag as soon as things get tough. You have to see that your husband is a champion and truly, actually BELIEVE it and let yourself FULLY trust that he is …

You ever hear the phrase that you find love when you aren't looking? If you're 21, are you still in school? Do you still go to social events (read: not house parties)? Do you work at a job where other young people work? What do you typically do on the weekends? There are good men out and about, but they don't all congregate at the Good Men Shoppe every Sunday between 12-3. It's not a matter of shooting fish in a barrel.

How long have you two been together? edit: your last post points out that this relationship is new. like the other women have pointed out, snooping is not the answer. you either trust him or you don't. you need to decide if this is a man you can trust and stick with that answer, or realize that although you adore him you do not respect him enough to give him your trust and you need to leave.

I realized and goes to some effort to hide it from me hat in addition to the mismatch with what he says to me about porn and what he does (casually mentioning he never watches or lying about not knowing a specific porn website for example. he's hiding it from you because it bothers you. i'm not saying this is a reasonable response by a …

I'm 28, and I've been single for a good eight years, almost painfully so. Don't let your thinking lead you to latching on to the first decent guy, but at the same time you are the common denominator in these bad dates. Where are you meeting these men? Edit: You've expressed in other posts that there is nothing wrong with casual sex, are you having sex before commitment with these men? You must also realize you will have a smaller dating pool being a single mom of a 5 year old.

I still don't think he fully understands RPW. RPW aren't going to react to IOI the same way a plate will. It's a different dance and while RPW can be very receptive to game, it's not the same game that will be receptive to a plate/ONS.

You think its a coincidence that multiple people "misinterpreted" your relationship with this man? It's odd that so many people would gather the same mindset out of nowhere. i don't know exactly what your fieldwork involves but would it be acceptable to wear something like this (though probably without the cardigan)? have you tried other types of vegetables? have you tried cooking them in different ways? candied carrots may not be as healthy as steamed carrots but may be a lot more palatable. If the veggies give him gastrointestinal disorders it may be enough to deter him from eating the veggies altogether and in that case nothing is going to make him want to eat vegetables.

your wording is a bit off-putting, you 'trick' children in to eating vegetables. if he actually is fine with having vegetables in his food you shouldnt have to be 'tricking' him, but if you're trying to get him to eat more vegetables, deep frying your food isnt going to help with his overall health. consider trying new vegetables or cooking them in different ways - he may just not like the way they are prepared. THIS! Yes! That's why I always went to Sally's and dyed my own hair for the longest time. I eventually sucked it up and found a really great stylist near me. She's super reasonable and honest about what she's willing and capable of doing in one sitting. I want to grow my hair another 8" or so, so she's super gentle on my hair when we color it and she introduced me to Olaplex. I've not had luck with any mayo/eggs/etc but just slightly warming up olive oil in a sandwich baggie and dipping the lowe…

If you ever have to do a difficult lift I am a FIRM believer in Olaplex. I started getting the treatment at my new salon whenever I get a color treatment and use Olaplex conditioner at home and it really has made a difference in my hair. It's not a fix, but a band-aid, but I really do think it has saved quite a bit of my hair.

The pointer about having piercings/tattoos and a generally 'alternative' style is that you generally limit your selection pool to men that like that kind of a style whereas if you look a bit more 'traditional' you will more likely than not still attract those men along with men who are attracted to 'traditional' style. There's no rule saying that you shouldn't chose one over the other, just that you should be aware that it could have a hindrance on dating possibilities. If you are already with y…

He always has to be the one to ask you to come over while you just accept his invitations and never ask to come over because you miss seeing him. Do you work during the day? Stay at home? I don't know what time you're getting up now but get a programmable coffee pot, set it to be brewed when you wake and get up 30 minutes earlier than he does. Drink your coffee, stretch and make yourself a positive thinking routine (I have a pinterest board for this). Be ready to greet him wit a smile and a hug when he wakes and his coffee if he takes it. 30 minutes a day is all it takes to be a more pleasant you and protect your relationship.

Once your show is done filming will you return to traveling? That's just a huge hurdle to jump. I know some people can manage it, but it can be strenuous, especially on a fresh relationship. How long are you supposed to be filming in town/how much travel do you foresee in the near future? Just something to keep in mind when you're vetting your dates. Some may be a little taken off guard at first but no reason to write them off if that's the only thing holding you back IMO.

I could see it in a smaller city then, yeah. I still don't think your career would be INTIMIDATING to a man with high SMV, though like other users said it could throw up red flags. A change in behavior patterns should be something to pay attention to but yes, you definitely overreacted. Especially for a not-relationship going on only two months. He became more distant while on vacation, for whatever reason, and rather than welcoming him back with positive vibes and a smile to make him go "man it's nice to see her again" you only berated him and nagged him and probably made him wish he had taken a longer vacation.

They made their conclusions and you just don't agree with them. I'm sure they've thought some movies you loved were terrible too. If you want to have an open relationship, go for it. Be that guy that has his girl who lets him get tail on the side if you can swing that kind of game. Don't be the guy that turns a real good woman sour because you couldnt be honest because you were afraid to lose her. All or nothing. You should be confidant enough in yourself that you don't need to tiptoe around your woman. If that's the lifestyle you choose, find a woman that's down with it.

IMO relationships that "take a break" for whatever reasons are doomed to failure. If you couldn't muster up the strength to get through things, to figure out how to make things work other than separating from one another for months, I just don't see how you plan to spend a lifetime together. I know my comment may seem entirely unconstuctive but maybe you two just don't have the chemistry to keep this going.

Phantom never fails to hit the nail on the head. That being said, would you really want him to NEED you? A man who depends on you to bring him happiness and reason? I love, admire, respect, desire my man but I do not NEED him, and likewise he feels the same about me. He is strong and stable, his ability to move forward in life is not dependant on anyone but himself, I believe that is what truly makes him a strong leader.

Having slept with one man doesn't put you out of the wife material pool for the majority of men, but you really need to work on your self esteem. Not only that, but if and when you enter into another LTR, if he knows you've been intimate with other men and are withholding from him, this could cause you a lot of issues. My advice would be to work on yourself until you are stable, find a good man to commit to, who is interested in starting a family with you and give him everything.

You will keep climbing until you leave one man for another who does the same to you - he will deceive you, turn you into a faithful plate and drop you. This will be some time from now, while men's values are still rising and yours is dropping. Your youthful beauty and energy will be dropping along with high smv men's attraction to you. You will probably end up settling for less than you have now because you were unable to stay faithful to a good man early on.

what you think about yourself wearing makeup is irrelevant, what your man thinks about seeing you without makeup after youve presented yourself a certain way is what you should be concerned with, since youre not even wearing the makeup for yourself, but to attract a partner on false premises. you might be good looking to him with makeup, but he might not be attracted to you without it.

The way Mrs. Ironwood and I explain it to our children, Trust is a sandcastle that's built one grain, one simple act, one word at a time. Every day it grows a little, and every day you risk messing up the design and the size. It only takes one error, one clumsy foot, one careless word to dash a large part of the sandcastle away. ♀ I love this. Trust is the foundation of a great relationship and too many people don't work on cultivating a strong trust in one another. Thank you for this Ian.

Set an alarm thirty minutes before he arrives home. Make yourself ready and maybe prepare a meal for him. Be his escape from his work woes, not his solution. before you make a list of what you want in a relationship, ask yourself what do you bring to the relationship? your expectations may be unrealistic if you are this girl, but having similar expectations and being a high quality woman with a lot to offer a man of that caliber will change the level of 'realistic' expectations.

A large part of RP belief is that the captain is responsible for the ship, so you have to ask yourself, can you take some responsibility for letting the ship float astray? It is hard to be a good first mate to a poor captain. This does not make her behavior inexcusable, but if she is responding positively to your newfound leadership I don't see why you wouldn't be able to move forward knowing you were both at fault.

I understand, I just think that is a very slippery slope in a gray area. Its hard for me to give much more advice in that area since I don't think I could ever give my man the go ahead to be with another woman, even if it seems selfish (I don't see monogamy as selfish though some people do). I have to agree with Temp though. Inebriated though he may have been, he was still comfortable enough to do this in front of your friends, it doesn't seem like this was a one time slip up.

Just because you don't LIKE some aspects of TRP for men doesn't mean they aren't effective. There's a reason there is TRP and a RPW sub separate from that. TRP is the mens space, you do not need to be reading TRP to be a good RPW. Leave men to do their thing at TRP and focus on what you can do as a RPW to help cultivate the best and healthiest marriage you can.

I understand people make mistakes, I've made the mistake of STARTING to wander over to a towel/set up on the beach that I thought was ours after we had been in the water and the tide had taken us a bit, but it becomes clearly evident in a moment or two that you're in the wrong spot. Not only that, once someone points it out to you and y…

To love and to cherish. How is not giving someone physical, emotional affection a declination of 'loving and cherishing' someone? Someone who obviously wants physical affection from their partner and is not getting it is being neglected by someone who VOWED 'to have and to hold from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health'. Not breaking vows? Baloney.

There is nothing wrong per se with having fun in the bedroom but you don't role play being yourself, do you? Masculine men don't need to try to put on a front the way I imagine a Dom would (I'm not familiar at all with the bdsm stuff) but I never 'tire' from being who I am because its not some front that I feel like I always have to hold up.

A lot of people don't ENJOY dieting or working out or going to work or a number of other activities, but still do them because they know the end result is beneficial. Sex with someone you love is FAR more fun than anything else I could think of and what you have to gain from that intimacy is so much more substantial than writing a few reports for that meeting next week or watching the latest episode of Drama Wives. If having sex with your partner is really that big of an issue (not saying that i…

So you gave him a coat that you thought represented your relationship, which he simply didn't like the way it looked so you took personal offense. You held on to this offense long enough to make a situation where you admittedly wouldn't have minded an action, but because you were holding this grudge, you decided it would be a good idea to inflate the situation and continue to pout (giving yourself a "pass" because you're not being a TOTAL bitch). Silly, I know. If you know you are being silly, you should not need advice to stop feeling like he owes you anything for being a decent, civilized person. You were a toxic person before, why do you feel entitled to a pat on the back just for not being a shitty person? You should feel fulfilled alone in watching your progress. IF the issues are big enough to actually be upset about, you can explain why his actions/words upset you, but do not pout and do not hold a grudge. Without understanding what it was that upset you, I don't really understand how you expect to get any decent advice. My advice would vary greatly if you were upset because he tickled you too much versus he slept with your mother.

I'm sure the woman has a bad skin day now and then or has had a behavior issue here and there, but for the most part everyone does (and should) portray their best self. Prefacing her comment with "I'm not insecure, but" is the cousin of "I'm not racist, but". Anything said before the word 'but' holds no value. Basically she is intimidated by the image this woman portrays and feels inferior. Rather than trying to bring her down by talking about how unrealistic she is, she could take some pointers…

Is this 'friend' really worth putting stress on your relationship? And when you met your boyfriend, I'm assuming he either was already in, enrolling, or had an idea about being in the service so you moved forward understanding those circumstances. Its unfair to make an issue of his time at this point, and if you didn't know what to expect from a relationship with a service man, that is not his fault. What are you offering to this relationship that would want to make him make time for you?

This is a spot for like-minded Women to objectively and realistically discuss sexual strategy from an anti-feminist, non-feminist, traditionalist and/or evolutionary psychology perspective. Our focus is on long-term goals that bring long-term happiness. Personally I don't agree with using sex as a form of currency, but I see where you are going with this. I think as long as it is not withheld when he is not being dominant, it may be okay, but to ONLY offer sex when she feels like he 'deserves' it can start her down a very tragic path.

if its at all possible, try an experiment. try putting your want for him to be dominant on the backburner right now, and fully commit yourself to pleasing him. he says he doesnt mind you using toys, but ask him what turns him on - he might actually feel inadequate that you HAVE to use toys to climax, not just that you want to have fun now and then. do things to him, for him, things he has fantasized about. you might feel like you are getting the short end of the stick, but engaging him in this w…

I think a lot of it also has to do with people posting in the heat of the moment and not letting it sink in, not giving themselves the time they need to reflect. I know that I can look back on some of my actions years ago and think "yikes, I really shouldn't have done that" or "that really wasn't a proper response to the situation". Some people might need more time to be able to take that step back and truly see the situation for what it is, rather than just how they FEEL about it.

keeping a good diet and steady workout routine paired with a little hair maintenance is a lot less of a dilemma than being in a relationship with someone who's attraction to you is failing. Hair will become to look like straw when you don't maintain it well enough. A little bit of maintenance will go a long way. I think it most definitely depends on the situation and couple at hand. Many people have unplanned pregnancies just because they weren't trying (having sex but rather for pleasure, not for the explicit purpose of procreation), but it doesn't mean the couple hadn't PLANNED on having kids together at some point, and whether or not it's by your book, it may be very welcome by them. I'm not really sure of your history with this person, but if you two are married, you should be comfortable enough to be able to bring these types of things up. it's not mutually exclusive, but reading your posting history you do exemplify some masculine traits. this may work for you in your relationship with your dynamic, it just isn't something shared with rpw. i play video games with my SO but i do not share masculine traits with him.

you demonize his wants and needs by saying that by meeting these desires you'd be demoting yourself to the status of a slave. this is a prime example of shaming men for being men - he has desires that arent being met, while im sure if you were to go unfulfilled it would be an issue, be it physically or emotionally.

When you both try to be equals and a real problem arises where you two butt heads, he wants black and you want white, you two both know the other is wrong and whatever the outcome, one of you will resent the other when the ultimately get their way. It may not happen all the time, but it does and it causes an immense strain on relationships. I'm a fan of express for men when it comes to dress clothes, though I don't go for the whole graphic shirts or anything else. My man is a white shirt and jeans kind of guy, but if you're looking for a button up or something express seems to always be running deals and they have pretty quality made clothing.

Glad to hear it! If you're up to it, put together a field report for the ladies here and post it. Go over your actions where you think you may have caused friction in your relationship, reflect on that and what changes you have made and let us know how it has positively (or negatively) impacted your relationship. We love to hear feedback :)

You are sulking because you want him to cave to childlike actions, therefore you're already expecting him to be weak-willed and submit to you. Yes, its disrespectful. The easiest way to stop is to respect his decisions, which it seems like you don't (at least not fully). If he gives you a 'no' and its something that is actually an issue, you can present your point in a concise, adult manner. You've decided that this man is your captain, a role in which your man should make decisions with both of…

I've never heard anyone say a bad word about my father, he's always smiling and gets along with pretty much anyone. He's extremely charismatic and genuine, for as long as I can remember it's something I've always admired and tried to emulate after him. Everyone is acting so strong because you seem extremely reluctant to realize how detrimental to your relationship your actions are. You shouldn't need to be told certain things you are doing (or not doing) are disrespectful or generally just not conducive to a healthy relationship. He's not making time for you because he doesn't want to. You aren't making him a priority and your actions reflect that. You're very passive about realizing how strong your faults are and only focusing on changing what it is that is making him mad right now instead of changing whatever you can to better yourself as a significant other. You seem like poor relationship material and it seems like he's discovering that.

Reading his comment history it looks like he's just an internet tough guy. He tries to flex his alpha muscle and put others down at every opportunity so he can look better by comparison. Why did he even rush to get you a present? That defeats the entire purpose behind gifting something to someone, doing it with a sense of obligation. He either didn't care enough to put effort into getting something for you with thought, or he felt like he had to get you something - anything - by a certain deadline. I'd prefer no gift from my man if it meant him stressing out, running through a department store trying to brainstorm something acceptable to box up.

I'm not even sure I'd get a stern captain talk at that point, I would very likely be dropped off at the nearest light and most likely be done with, and that would be the most appropriate response to that type of behavior. The guy is at least shrugging it off but he really should put an end to her tantrum and let her know her behavior is not going to be tolerated. If you're a woman with a male friend and you put the signal out there, he will take it. I agree with Lady_Motido on the crazy about you bit. Any man who is instantly smitten may feel like he doesn't have a lot of options and you are the best he can get, putting you on a pedestal. The basic tips would be to just be aware of your behavior, be pleasant, be pretty. Take things slow enough but don't play games. You say you trust him yet you back peddle and say you worry if he spends time with a woman he will become emotionally attached. If you trust, admire and respect him then you can understand he's capable of making responsible decisions. I was offered some advice on RPW about a similar issue, if you want a high value alpha man, there will always be some level of insecurity of women throwing themselves at him - if you cannot deal with that then your option is to date a man with lower smv who you wil…

He doesn't want to talk to you about his feelings because he's not a woman. He's your man, not your girlfriend. Be a pleasant oasis for him to forget about his problems while you give him blowjobs and he loves you in his masculine way. He will never show you love the way you show love because he's masculine, not feminine. You can't expect him to spill his guts and believe that when he's not that it means something is wrong. Don't bring up his stressors. Be his escape from that.

She has more value than a vapid hot girl. Granted, the ideal is a beautiful woman with all the traits of an RPW but men will more often prefer being in an exclusive LTR with a woman who brings more to the table than just looks versus a hotter woman who has nothing else to offer.

If you're not into that idea when he keeps pushing it, he's going to be disappointed in the bedroom with just one of you.

This is so important, I feel like quite a few newcomers take offense to criticism be it constructive or otherwise and assert that there is no issue with what they are doing or who they are - we can all stand to take a bit of criticism to heart and use it to better ourselves. My .02: RPW isn't about finding a man with money, RPW focuses on finding a high value alpha male, these men in turn happen to also show alpha traits within the workforce as well, which will often help move them up the ladder (if they work a corporate-type job) or motivate them to achieve their goals as entrepreneurs or something of the like. You are focusing on a result of alpha traits, not searching for an alpha male. You have tunnel vision into a mans wallet to provide a comfortable lifestyle …

I think cooking a meal versus just warming up a hungry man meal is like turning a house into a home. I understand schedule differences can make this hard for some families but I enjoy cooking a nice, hearty, homemade meal as often as I can. RPWs main goal is at gaining and maintaining (usually a monogamous) LTR from the high value men we love. A 'plate' may find the RPW forum informative on some points but unless you plan on 'upgrading' her to a LTR it could send the wrong message. That's just how I see it, though I always enjoy seeing new members come in and share their RP views and ideas.

I would think examples would help better frame your issues (it doesn't have to be in a 'bashing' manner - I think phantom may have pointed out how to frame issues in a constructive and neutral way) - sometimes there is no happy medium in a decision, its either X or Y. You do not have to be a SAHM but the term 'career' is one where you will put your 'job' first to make it so. A 'job' is one where you can help supplement the income. You can WANT To move to be closer to your husbands work but you DEMAND and give him an ULTIMATUM of your way or the highway - that is what we take issue with. My grandmother has the same, but damn if I don't feel SO much sexier in a pair of pumps than I do any of my flats. If its got a heel its gotta be a high heel, and I really do want to get back into the swing of wearing them more often. I work a desk job so there's not much wear and tear on my feet, so the risk of bunions and pains is substantially less than when I was wearing them standing for 7 hours a day.

Most RPW choose a partner that they see eye-to-eye with in most if not almost all situations so relinquishing control and trying to micromanage the relationship is not stressful since we know they not only have both of our best intentions at heart but the final say will usually be agreeable for both parties. A relationship with 50/50 control can often become controversial when one partner does not get their way and can become resentful of their SO over the most inconsequential things such as how…

I disagree with the idea that if he doesn't involve the state in our marriage that I would consider leaving him. I'm not with him just so I can end up being some mans wife, I love who he is and a lack of marriage certification from the state wouldn't make me love him any less or 'cut my losses' (what?) for some random guy just because he was willing to make our love recognized by the state.

I think so! I also try to eat pretty well and am trying to stop picking/micromanaging blackheads that I think I see (such a terrible habit I have but I have to stop, its far worse for my complexion than a possible micro black head but its just really hard to not scrutinize :/). I used to have an issue with over cleansing = dry skin, now I am much more gentile and feel like my pores aren't as noticeable and my complexion has evened out. My skin was never bad, but like I said I think my habit of p…

I just can't imagine basing the opinion of my worth and my SOs satisfaction with me in regards to if/how many/what kind of gifts he gets me. The fact that you're stating that you genuinely expect these things because you are accustomed to it reads entitled to me, but to each his own. Your gift should be his love, not something material.

Reading through your posts I'm wondering if English is a second language for you and if you're referring to American culture or otherwise? at any rate, expecting gifts because your SO has the finances to supply them is still ludicrous.

I had an ex once pick a daisy and bring it to me. It was genuinely the nicest gesture he had ever made and when I told him this he just simply didn't understand. I have an issue with giving and receiving gifts because I always feel like they need to be sentimental instead of buying someone a hairdryer even if they need it.

The way I see it is why would you put so much effort into fantasizing about one beautiful day when you could be putting that effort into fantasizing and creating your beautiful life with this partner? One day is a drop in the sea of adventures I plan on having with my SO. If we do have a wedding, something is bound to go wrong and I'm sure we'll both get a chuckle out of it since its a long standing joke that I have a way of inadvertently screwing shit up from time to time. My life is already my…

I obviously can't tell you what works in your relationship, teasing her about a student being hot for you is one thing, but if my man told me the dirty things he wanted to do with one of my friends? Nope.

I know it might sound silly but I always wanted something personal instead of the diamond if I were to get a ring. Maybe some fancy rock or stone we found while out hiking or canoeing or something along our adventures. I don't know. I would prefer a ten dollar ring with meaning, significance and sentiment rather than some ten thousand dollar ring he got because that's what's been taught as appropriate (three to six months salary go f*** yourself).

I don't at all take this as you being abrasive towards anyone, rather I agree with quite a few of your points. I would like to get married and have kids some day but I've already let my SO know a ring or a certificate will not change anything. I don't think weddings change the women into being princesses, but rather just amplify that behavior and feelings of entitlement. learning more about trp as sort of changed my feelings about marriage, I've always said I would completely agree with a preneu…

I don't find that my man disappoints me or lets me down because I always remember how much he adds to my life. He has helped make me a much more positive person and encourages me to curb my frustrations. Take a step back and realize how many things you have probably let fall through the cracks lately, even if he didn't seem to notice. Do not make mountains out of molehills, if its truly something that needs to be addressed be sure to do so calmly and do not be accusatory or belittling ("you alwa…

I've posted here but have never formally introduced myself. Found TRP through my SO, feels like a breath of fresh air. I've always tried to pick the best men for relationships, but it seemed like I had ended up being my own captain, not by choice but because my SO ended up being very passive. I would ultimately become unhappy in my relationships despite the positive qualities of my man and was unsure of why I was losing attraction and feeling like I wad carrying the weight of the relationship. I just know it can be very difficult being told the person you love or want to love is no good for you, I've been in such a position myself and you just force yourself to think "well they don't know them like I do!" I'm going to see if I can't just try and keep in contact with him and try to let him.realize he can open up to me. I don't know if he has anyone he feels he can open up to about his situation if he does actually see what's going on.

Yeah like I had told a few others I am going to call him and just try to be in contact with him. Their financials are such that his phone will usually get disconnected and its not common for me to be able to reach him through Facebook or email. Thanks for your input

Your comments are always golden. I will try to be a shoulder to him until he's the one that brings her or a fault up in conversation then I will try to analyze it with him. She is a terrible mother to his son, puts her child's and her own needs in front of my nephews and my brothers on a constant basis so I really don't see any redeeming qualities about her or their relationship. I was thinking about starting with MMSL but I don't know how often he's on the computer and I feel like if I bought h…

Its tough coming off as nonjudemental when I despise her so much, but though my parents have made their feelings of her clear, I have not. He lives a few hours away so actually sitting down and talking with him is difficult, especially to do so in private. I will try to call him this week and just chat with him, tell him how much I'd like to rebuild our rrelationship and just generally try to be a friend to him. Unless she's also seeing other guys she's hoping/planning you'll really fall in love with her and sweep her off her feet to some far away magical land where you are the answer to everything wrong in her life and you will put a ring on it. Unless the sex is truly outrageous and you're willing to deal with the inevitable, I'd skip out.

I might get downvoted for being inquisitive but I suppose I've seen conflicting theories in TRP regarding whether women or men cheat more. Some say all women are bound to cheat, its just a matter of time, while so many maintain that its a mans biological imperative to spread his seed to as many young fertile women as possible, even if he is in a monogamus relationship. So is there just a mutually exclusive set of ideas here? I'm not pointing fingers by any means, just a bit unclear on what I've …

She writes with the grace of a one-legged donkey and I bet she fucks like one too. This poor girl will wise up one day and realize all those tapas dates will only land her a sob reputation and some Omega while she struts around food trucks at 35 looking for a hot date (read: meal). The way men and women love is different. Nature does not bless her w/the ability to love him the way he does her. His love is a mature one, a loyal one, one that accepts it's fate. Her love is more of a love with the way he makes her feel than with him. I've heard this idea many times so I'm not going to insist on flat out discrediting it, but what of women who go through tough periods of a marriage for whatever reason, not being made to feel good, but still maintain deep love for their husband …

I wish the best for the health of your parents. Its truly unfortunate to see a situation like that where you feel completely helpless. My brother has followed my father in finding a woman like my mother and he's miserable but says he loves her though sues basically dragged his life to shit (he used to own a home and a business, since then he closed the company and can't make rent, had a stroke at 33, her behavior and attitude is despicable, etc. But that's a whole other story, just wish I could …

Like dana I aspire to be what my mother is not. She belches, let go of herself, is very high strung because of her power position at work, belittles and emasculates my father, constantly challenging him, bitching, nagging, hamstering like I've never seen, etc. Its sad because my father is such a good hearted man whom I love very dearly, he may not be an ideal alpha but I've never heard anyone say a bad word about him, he has a wonderful outlook on life and has been a strength for me during a lot…

I would just take what was mine and split, it doesn't seem like many women share my feelings on this situation. Even if I did feel betrayed as home maker with not much in my name I wouldn't want anything to do with him afterwords, money or not. Basically, it's about cumming in her mouth... there I said it. This made me lol, thanks. Have a serious talk with her and let her realize its a deal breaker (a big enough deal for you to be pent up and posting on forums about it). If a girl truly loves you/wants to please you she should put inhibitions aside and get freaky for you if its what you want; after all, you would do the same, right? I for one cannot stand adultery/infidelity. I know my man will check out other women, fantasize and what have you, but as long as he doesn't act on those primal urges why would I care as long as he continues to strongly desire me as well? I agree with a lot of the women here, I would not be willing to share time or resources so he could be with another woman. I could go on to reiterate the points made regarding risks involved with an open relationship but the point is I just don't see that being…
