I could care less if people know I come to red pill online. I'm here to help other people. If this is the medium to achieve that end, then so be it.

There's something hugely dishonest about post-cock carousel sluts locking in a beta bux. I am not angry at these women, I am angry for their husbands. But you can't save everyone.

First rule of red pill. dont talk about red pill. You must internalize the truths. Many people will agree with red pill truths, but when you paint it as a red pill truth, it becomes taboo.

I just wanted to say thanks for this post. It reminded me to not be bitter when I have shown less value. It reminds us all to be better for ourselves and then for everyone we choose to surround ourselves with. It's so easy to forget how important new friends can be when you are worried about how inadequate you could be in some context. I think the much healthier perspective is to be honest about things and be objective. If there's something that bothers you, fix it. I'm very drawn to outgoing pe…

diss fatties, bang hotties j/k I know people are pro ltr on trp, but I don't think you can get advice on this subject. He's gonna have to take a risk at some point. I mean shit, if he gets detailed instructions that help him, then fine, but I would wonder what type of lifestyle she is living if fat is an issue. Perhaps some of this stress can be alleviated with proper diet and exercise. I mean, obviously she's not doing either well enough, or she just needs some extra encouragement. I guess this…

I wouldn't come looking for advice on this here. Most of us would just say, next. Anyone that doesn't say next is being dishonest and is bad advice.

Um, we know that real estate is just more expensive in some places. For instance, waikiki is gonna be like 600-1000 for a studio or for an apartment like 2k a month in rent. You don't want to know how much the houses cost.

I don't doubt some people will enjoy the gym more than working out at home. You don't even have to make the statement that you won't get jacked doing just body weight. Everyone here should already know that. I was just trying to showcase how you can stay fit at home, even without a gym membership. Join a gym and lift hard 4-5 times a week. Find an experienced gym bro who is huge and natty for solid advice. Go hulk mode. As for taking advice from other people, this is decent advice, but I don't t…

short example: As you have two dumbbells (one in each hand), take your right foot and as you start to go on your right tiptoe, drop your right arm a bit and that will work out your sides a bit more and benefit your core some. Then when my right foot hits the ground again, I do the same with the left side. Cheers

You can add some free weights to this stair exercise if you have good balance. (I feel like a broken record. Free weights, free weights, free weights.)

I wouldn't call you the minority opinion here. I think we all love going to a good gym and getting a great work out. If you don't, then something is wrong with you as a man, imo. I don't want people to feel like they are stuck in a rut, so that's why I made this post. I've let myself believe that before and it's not a good thing.

I can get on board with this advice. If someone needs a push to buy a membership, I am just as happy if that comes as a result of this post as if they decide to work out at home from it. The goal here is knowledge.

I suppose I should mention that I'm 6'0 250 lbs. I am most definitely not trying to get "bigger," lol. I have been down the path of maxing every couple days and I don't like how my body turned out from it. It was great, but I had to eat even more than I do now.

I am firmly against JUST cardio. I am not surprised to see the other side of this age old argument. It's not going to stop ever. Here's a fairly neutral article on the subject, straight from women's media, since you mentioned it: http://www.womenshealthmag.com/weight-loss/cardio-vs-weight-training I don't disagree with you, I just like doing cardio-ish stuff with weights. I quite enjoyed this post. Any other base stories you have? I've never been in the service myself, just interested. Just ask if you can use their gym. Find a fit looking O-3 or E-4 (just enough power to make a choice, but not too removed to be a dick) and make a good case. Networking. Such a simple suggestion and yet worth potentially the world in the right situation.

I guess people don't like being called fat. LOL. Whatever t in a sustainable routine, and if you become handicapped at some point adjust the routine. I quit working out altogether for a year. I said lift 300. That's a lot different than benching 300. But I suppose I should have specified that I mean over your head. i actually disagree with this. push your max, even if you can only get 1 or 2 reps. take a walk, get some water, come back and get under that bar again. That is specific strength training advice. I don't disagree with it, I mean if these guys have a bench press at home, then whatever. Also a good tip. I think I forget to mention a side bend you can do with free weights that is basically just standing on your feet, then moving up to your toes and gesturing your body downward (do left and right separately, not at the same time).

bonus tips for you fat guys out there: situps with a dumbbell. You hold the dumbbell (1 single, not 2) over your crotch area, and this will allow you some assistance in getting off the floor. I've been fat too, so I know that this actually helps to get started doing situps again. There is hope MEN! Start with 50 side bends per day. Yes, that's per day, no breaks for such a simple exercise. Do 50 a day the first week, escalate to 200 a day. After you are doing 200 a day for a week, you are ready …

at some point I would wonder if these girls are trying to cheat with me, or I am stringing them along at all. For sake of simplicity, red pill advises that you keep no female friends. I think there's a happy medium for everything in life. Don't let 1 piece of illogical advice be misapplied to your current situation. The real alpha thing to do is to think for yourself and make your own decision. Do most people care about hurting a girl's feelings or stringing her along? Probably not, which is why…

Yea i can see amateurs pulling the neg and getting fucked for it. It's about keeping the conversation lighthearted and different. It's the definition of amused mastery. If you can't agree and amplify and show amused mastery well, the neg is not something you want to rely on. Those people instead should study dark triad and PUA if necessary.

Most people would probably just get up and walk out. If someone intentionally spills a drink on me, I'm done for the night. Sorry if that's not red pill enough for ya. I would probably just go to the bathroom and clean up and look for different people to hang out with if I was in a club setting and didn't want to go home. I have a deep feeling that its from mixed AA/BB messages on my end. Typically a girl will knock you down as much as she can to make sure you're "alpha," but I don't want to generalize every woman because everyone is different. Being a better listener is easy. If you are intent on letting someone talk, just let yourself zone out, listen to each key word, repeat those words back and process it twice for clarity. Done. Although, sometimes being a good listener isn't advantageous.

to be fair, I think less is more if you're an older guy going after a younger chick who is inaccessible to you. She will do more to get your attention if you give her none and will think you're a creep if you give her too much. As soon as your other friend realized there was a "thing" going on, the clear lack of self control on your part showed. Other than that, great power play and don't really apologize for being yourself.

Reading books is great, but a lot of this stuff you are capable of learning with experience. I don't think you should neglect reading, but you don't necessarily need to influence anyone if you are a dominant alpha. People are just naturally attracted to magnetic personalities. you probably let that poor girl down by not getting her number. You owe it to yourself to not give a fuck and go for the gold. She'll love you for it. If you see this girl again and wanted to ask her out NOW, you already missed your chance probably because she may associate your exit with being awkward. Some may even resent your lack of attraction, or worse, she will see your weakness. . I don't have the "get the number" muscle down 30 seconds or less, close with getting her number and move on.

If you don't backpedal, then people will take what you say out of context and spin a hate train against you, because they need some media to cover. It's much easier to write a hate essay than it is to have genuine content. What's easier, ranting for 10 lines or actually making an attempt? That's what I thought. So yea, you will see a lot of lazy media that will slander you unnecessarily at the benefit of their bottom line because they are lazy and untrained.

Well, sometimes it can be very tough with some old friends. If these are the types of friends that just "show up," then you have more of a problem than you think. In some cases, extreme standoffs are necessary. I've had to cut ties with friends in the past, and I just forget about them. I can't even tell you what happened any more, because I have emotionally moved on. If someone told me about what happened later, that may ring a bell, but the point at which you let a toxic person effect your lif…

Correlation does not always equal causation, so it is important to remember context. If you were thinking of wild animals, would you question which ones act which way and which ones don't? They simply ARE. While not the exact definition we tie to alpha and beta, the situation may unfold so that every animal is alpha, but only becomes beta when surrounded by the right social constructs. Much in the same way that men today are being taught lies about attraction and drowned in feminist media, beta …

I think that goes without saying, honestly. The point of being unpredictable has nothing to do with when you work out. The idea is that you choose to engage things in an unpredictable way. Since you obviously called her to set a date (why else would you), there's nothing wrong with you telling her to call her when she can. There's nothing needy - if she doesn't want she won't call and you're fine with that, if she wants she will when it's convinient to her. Idk, I would rather pull dread game. I feel like you have a great attitude. Abundance mentality when talking about your feelings is a great way to tell a girl how you feel and give her a chance to know the real you. I feel like if we don't let our guards down, noone will truly know the real us. It's a very real thing when a man treats a woman like she is nothing and everything at the same time. I suppose you can call this a guy shit test. If you unload on the chick, you are asking for trouble, but telling her deeply disturbing secr…

If she would cheat on me it would not be in one of those weekends, there is no reason for her to wait until then or talk/ask me for permission. Fair enough. The issue is that its hard to not see her being open to doing it as disrespect in itself. And that results in two things, either me becoming angry but ultimately not acomplishing anything and pushing her away. And/or lowering my opinion of her or stop caring. And both of these things are not what you want in an otherwize good relationship It…

2/3 is a metaphor for not investing yourself as much as the girl so as to allow her the space to grow an attraction towards you, and potentially work harder to gain your affection, which is "chase framing" her. I wasn't trying to be critical, I just wanted to give my point of view. It's not a rule, it's an idealogy. Thanks for the response what if I'm really comfortable with text forms of communication since I'm a programmer and express myself with ease This may be true for when you have to expl…

you're not following the 2/3s rule. for every 3/3 of what she writes, you will only write back 2/3s. So you're at about double her, putting you at like a 6/3 so you need to reduce message size and frequency by 60 percent, easily. Just try to be short and mysterious. Not to the point of doing it for the sake of being mysterious, but make her guess and keep her on her toes.

idk if she's cheating on you, but if you show an ounce of insecurity, she's going to question your alphaness and this will push her away from you. Tbh, sounds like she already could be cheating on you. Reexamine your relationship. If it's mostly giving from you and her taking, *(not the sex) then you have a problem. The way you solve this is to not be insecure and not worry about the time you may waste on this one if she doesn't work out. Don't ever put yourself in a frame of mind where you woul…

If you demand a mate, your will attract one. Confidence is being able to take a rejection and walk away with a smile. If you were to ask a girl out in your current mindset, you will probably scare her into a quick "no." Everything about you has to become better. People judge on first impressions. They can pick up on your energy. If you don't respect yourself enough to be able to go get any girl you want, they will know. Women are competitive so if they are under the impression that you can get a…

if she ever said shes not attracted to you, then you are being used and I would reinvest that time and energy in yourself. She's got flaws man. Tons of personality flaws I can see from here. You are a beta in her eyes and always will be. If you have oneitis bad enough, you can try to switch her perspective of you to alpha before breaking it off. There's your 2 options. Either break it off, or expect to break it off and then casually accept her back with much less privelege IF you will allow it. …

Think about it like this: if you waste that money to impress her, you're going to look like a douche. She's going to use you and string you along, while she secretly dates everyone she wants to marry. Then after she's done fucking around with you, she will fall in love with some asshole that bought her flowers 1 time to make up for something terrible he did. You: send flowers when you shouldn't You should: only send flowers when you are in deep shit (not to be confused with a shit test, whereas …

As a man, you should not care about the cause of such things. You are only concerned with the resulting action. This is your instinct, so unless you are truly curious, try not to worry about stuff like that, imo. Just know that AWALT and when some amazing women surprises you, you keep her. Until then, treat her as you should, and don't be surprised when she ends up being AWALT.
