I disagree that if she isn't attracted now she was never attracted for a shit ton of reasons women can lose attraction for men and vice versa. I've been responsible for many situations in which women who were v hot for me lost it bc I displayed weakness. maybe you can argue that weakness was my true self and that as such she could never have been truly attracted and that would be a cogent argument but it ignores how dynamic we are and how with effort one can improve one's true self to become mor…

normal women want to lose control of themselves during sex. this is not normal and while my reflexive reaction is that she's not attracted to him (which is most often the case) this woman might also have some psychological trauma shes unhealed from

women have it so fucking easy. you want to be attractive? don't be overweight, dress like a woman, and have a fun personality all that can be done in 6 months of work or less, keyword work instead its one post after another asking "why am I unattractive despite my unattractive qualities?"

the best way to get through to women on this issue is to tell them single moms are the female analogue to weak men women despise weak men both are largely behavioral choices

all the fancy psychology diplomas and all that shyt and I bet you 99% of the time the true cause is she isn't attractive and wants to fuck other guys but wants to publicly claim she did everything she could to save the marriage but the POS husband wouldn't cooperate

I pick up major insufferably political vibes from her imagine meeting her for a drink, it would be non stop fuck capitalism, critical race theory, white male privilege etc etc nothing kills my boner faster than some sanctimonious leftist (redundant I know) railing against the system without the slightest acknowledgement that her cushy life is a direct result of free market capitalism

agree 99% of the way there but lets be real during her winning days she didn't even realize she was playing games. yknow stringing guys along, "oops I thought I replied to this text," "maybe next week," "I need more of an emotional connection before sex" etc etc she only becomes aware of the games when her value drops and she starts to feel younger+hotter girls replace her

if she were more attractive - likely both physically and emotionally - she wpild have a long track record of attracting men for whom employment, stable living situations, etc were always hitting on her and she wouldn't need to lash out like this its only bc deep down she knows that her history of loser men reflect how deeply undesirable she is that she throws this tantrum tldr: she mad bc she garbage🗑

Yeah none of these dates involve me buying them dinner. Most of them I'm spending $15 on ice cream. sure i think there may have been a few time wasters in there but generally i think they are really hoping I'm going to be a cool awesome guy that's going to sweep them off their feet and then i just lay an egg. Keep in mind most of these are online dates but some are street approach where they've actually already met me in person and agree to do it again and then they're done after the first date

Same with you man. Progress keeps happening in all other areas of my life but while I have way more access to dates now the actual dates themselves are worse and obviously by virtue of the zillions of words i've written here i can't figure out why

I think you are right and i should cut that shit out. that being said I've always though waiting til the end of the date for the kiss is a mistake bc she knows it's coming and it's too much pressure. and IMO you want to go for the kiss bc otherwise she thinks you're a pussy. So what do you suggest?

I know i've been a bit too rigid with the ice cream dates. I lost a date on Sunday because this girl and i had set up a bar date last week, she flaked. I did the right thing and said no big deal, we agreed on a reschedule. She disappeared so I deleted her #, then she hit me up and asked what i was doing tonight. I said hanging out with you. She said what do you have in mind? I said ice cream a walk by the river. I should've just said the place she had suggested the week before. She told me the i…

Thanks you actually raise some good points. My eye contact used to be better but as my confidence has diminished, it's a little more jumpy but i still think i'm better than most at that. I never look down when I break eye contact, I broke myself of that habit a while ago. Only up or to the side Re: interrupting them. that was another bad habit i got in that i've worked to break. i used to be horrible doing that and i know it's terrible form you get my point though about trying to make them feel …

it's kind of all over hte place. some exes online, some thru nightgame, some through street approach. Most of the first dates though involved alcohol rather than my normal ice cream date these days.

My gut tells me this is right. Remember the girls show a lot of interest over text and before we meet so generally they look really good when we meet up. One time I went out with this serbian bombshell on a 2nd date who was mega keen on me and she looked like something out a fashion magazine. I bombed that date and that was it. that was a street approach - i tend to be able to get much hotter girls from street approach than online

The phone thing doesn't happen too often but it does on the particularly bad dates, like the girl that booty texted me and then we met up the next day. She was checking her phone about an hour into the date I'm sure i'm guilty a few times of forcing the k close. Last saturday was one such instance. But like i said there have been a number of dates this month where I thought better of even trying As far as the thirst goes, the last 2nd date i went on was after a first date that i actually crushed…

I wrote below but I've had to adapt my sense of humor to my intended audience. I actually tried stand up for a little bit i wasn't all that great at it but reading the science behind what makes people laugh gave me a better perspective and understanding. Honestly man, physically, i have never looked better. I have lost weight - so I'm leaner than i've ever been (in the right lighting you can see a lot of ab definition) and over the past 2 years I've invested a lot in my wardrobe, bc before that i didn't pay much attention to style or fit. I also had a hair transplant last year and that's not even reflected in a lot of my pics. the only physical difference is i have a beard in a few of my pics - including hte most popular ones - that i've since s…

Right i totally agree re: the talking too much and I have had to consciously work on that. It's a work in progress You're also right re: the conversation not being fun enough. I think i have started to play it too safe on these dates as a response to my struggles and my lack of outcome independence. it's not logical but it is what it is I should also specify that getting rejected on the kiss 75% of the time - i'm including the times that I don't even bother trying because it's obviously not ther…

Fair points. My goal is to get a rotation of girls, and eventually improve the quality of them over time. I mentioned above that a lot of these girls aren't that great and I'm not crazy attracted to many of them, but I understand that you don't go from rookie ball to AAA, you gotta make your way up. But re: improving my game i think that is a valid goal. Think of it as wanting to build a skillset. It's weird to me that the common wisdom on how to get better at _______ is to practice, except for going on dates. That's just supposed to come naturally? I go on these dates, often times with girls I'm not even that attracted to, because I'm trying to get better at it and approach it as a skill, which takes the sting out of all the rejection. I mean first you call me out for being overly analytical and crafting theories, and then you denigrate my effort to apply that shit as being try-hard and …

It's not just analysis and theory man. I'm going on multiple dates a week, approaching, all that shit. In other words I'm not just pontificating, I'm practicing. most of the time i don't even bother trying for the second date bc it's obvious they're not into it. if they won't kiss me on the first date, or if they're checking their phones multiple times, or looking around instead of making eye contact while we talk - i know the "save me" eyes when i see them - that's the signal that it aint happening. when i do go for a second date, i might hit them up within a day or two, or on the rare occasions i do get a second date, it's usually because they followed…

It doesn't suprise me that you think i'm too rigid. It's feedback i've gotten in the past. I took up salsa dancing partly to work on this, but even on the dance floor i was told i was stiff. Another piece of feedback i got from some game friends in the club was that when i was in conversation with a girl, i tended to stand there stiff as a board. So one thing I've worked on is learning to move my body and my hands when i speak

I mentioned this - that talking too much and talking about myself have been major problems in the past. I've made progress in minimizing this and learning to take their questions, answer them as briefly as possible, and then turn the spotlight back on them

the rationale behind that question - asking her favorite part about her dad - is just an example of something I do to try to get her feeling happy. I don't go right into that, I wouldn't ask if we weren't already on the subject and I had indications she had a good family life. Here's what I'm trying to do: remembering happy memories triggers happy feelings. If you get her feeling happy enough she's going to eventually think/feel "i'm always happy around this guy." same reason why taking a girl t…

some people just cant stop from sabotaging themselves. this woman had something good that she liked but because she needed the validation and had no self control over running her mouth, she just couldn't resist saying something stupid. if at 39 years old you dont know when to just simply STFU you are an adult child

that's a gross oversimplification. you're also missing the point that empirically marriage in the US is a terrible economic deal for men. a one sided bet where heads the woman wins, tails the man loses. this fact explains why RP philosophy is wary of marriage and also explains why FDS and women by and large seek marriage

theres nothing wrong with wanting a romantic relationship with someone and the only thing separating a romantic vs platonic relationship is sex men shouldn't bitch about being friendzoned bc complaining is a waste of time and the behavior of weak minded individuals, but that's not the central point of your criticism. your aim here is to paint a righteous desire for romance as a bad or shameful thing which it isn't dont you ever get tired of vilifying men and your constant stream of "oh yeah well…

Good thoughtful reply as always. Let me share some of my thoughts The goal of game and trp is not to offer "high value" women enough incentives to become interested in you. The goal is to become better and to become the prize. Once you become better, you will find that women will want to be a part of your life by themselves and chase you to have that privilege. I'm not sure there is a giant distinction here. For me personally, the gap between where I'm at right now and being in a place where w…

If men see it as too much work, that is totally fair. Everyone has their own priorities. But it's weak and loser-ish to complain that you aren't getting "x" when you aren't putting in the work necessary to get "x." I totally get that some are born on third base and don't have to put in as much work as others, but as men it's incumbent on us to accept our realities and work our asses off to get the results we want - key phrase, that we want. If you don't want to pull high value women, by all mean…

also if they eventually reply I will continue the conversation what I mean is that they will need to reply first to hear back from me double texting a girl you haven't slept with is a cardinal sin of game

you're delusional If you're important enough to her she will find the time to return your call or text if she ignores you it simply means she doesnt perceive enough value in replying to you to just fuckin do it it's really that simple

nah not really. I have dated both hoes and very conservative girls w little to no sexual experience I should clarify however that if I haven't been dating a girl (ie sleeping w her) I will never double text her. ever. if they dont reply to one of my texts they will literally never hear from me again

i have had to learn this lesson the hard way girls get ONE missed call or text from me, then the next time around I either delete or they go on time out for a few days it sounds like you've never experienced having a girl be a YES girl for you. when they are a yes they dont miss calls or texts EVER. in fact most of the time they initiate so much and are so responsive its actually annoying

standardize your first dates. same venues same times. minimize the number of variables write down some good material that you can go to over and over again and that you know works. funny stories, Barnum statements, cold reads, etc you need to do a better job preparing for these dates. it slays me that in sports or business or music or whatever, you prep and practice so that when the game is live you're ready but in dating somehow were just supposed to wing it each time?

Great reply. This mirrors my thinking a lot more than your original comment. Social proof can most definitely be earned by girls seeing you be the most fun guy at the bar. Good advice as always. I agree that being social is a muscle that gets stronger the more you flex it and so it's a good idea to be social with everyone. I've been incorporating that into what I do day-to-day as well, just generally cracking jokes and bantering w/everyone, not just women. The skillset is different with women though, especially when it comes to humor. At least the game I run, which is in bars and nightclubs, my dry sense of humor just doesn't work w/women there and so I faced the …

wise words ive been putting a great deal of effort recently into learning game and it is just starting to pay off. besides the success with women, the payoff is confidence and a new skillset, which lead to a feeling of control over my destiny even the hottest, most desirable women do not have control over their romantic outcomes. one of nature's cruelest ironies. imagine being biologically wired to not only desire the best mates but "the best" being defined as one who must initiate/approach you.…

fellas look at how this question is framed. this is the subconscious manipulation women engage in constantly. it's like asking what's wrong with eating? what's wrong with breathing? the goal of asking in this manner is not to unlock new knowledge or to stimulate discussion, it's to paint the respondent as illogical and extreme by insinuating you oppose normal, innocuous human behavior a typical example of this tactic is "how drunk were you when you beat your wife?" my supposition is that the ind…

ive been thinking about the optimal way to respond to real man shaming technique. two options I can think of, I'm wondering what the community thinks is a better reply agree and dismiss. "yep im not a real man, bye bye." it's similar to the advice Patrice o neal offers in his famous time ho video where he advises a nice guy to ditch the girl who has friendzoned him - he states that the nice guy should expect the girl to call him an asshole and that he should same "yep im an asshole.... see ya" a…

there's a serious disconnect when a woman, who has clearly subscribed to a lifestyle of living in the moment, also practices a method whose major purpose is to enhance the ability to "stay present." I agree its indicative of some serious mental problems now for someone who is meticulous and methodical, and lives a rigidly structured life, and has a very demanding career, I see the value of meditation and this is probably why you see a lot of highly successful people ascribe to meditation

re your point 6, society rewarding swindlers/liars/cheats I really think this has to do with the financialization of the modern economy. a fabricated pricing system for credit is the base of this issue and that bleeds over into other asset markets . it used to be that wealth was generated by operating businesses which generated cash flow. while this is still true, the end goal shifted to building a business to sell it at a multiple, or buying assets and selling them for profit. what this really …

indeed is a good point that she is bragging rather than truly seeking help upon thinking about it, I'd be surprised if I've seen even one post like this from a female redditor that appeared to be genuine rather than bragging/comfort seeking/venting one giveaway is to watch which comments they respond to. many respond only to feel-good BS and ignore the actionable, unpleasant advice they are given. makes it very obvious they aren't in it to improve themselves at all great comments and observation…

well look im not gonna roll up my sleeves and examine child support laws in 20 diff countries. my theory explains the change in the U.S. very well you also didnt incorporate improvements in birth control technology which would mitigate out of wedlock births, probably to a much wider extent than artificial insemination served to promote single mom-hood. again this is a theory but I doubt very much that the single moms we are talking about have the economic resources to pay for IVF which I underst…
/r/WhereAllTheGoodMenAre10/05/19 02:17 AM
4

attitudinal changes to me are less important than changes in economic incentives but I also dont think they are mutually exclusive here's how I would distill it: changes in the law have economically incentivized women to both have out of wedlock children and initiate divorce that which you incentivize you get more of; that which you dis-incentivize you get less of
/r/WhereAllTheGoodMenAre10/05/19 02:11 AM
5

nope the issue is women using child support as supplemental income basically. one manifestation of this is an increase in out of wedlock births the magnitude of this phenomenon increases dramatically starting in the 60s. at a MACRO level, what explains this? seems to me like you would like to believe mens' behavior is at issue so I ask you, has mens' behavior changed that much over the last 60 years? if so why?
/r/WhereAllTheGoodMenAre10/05/19 01:49 AM
7

i think you probably glossed over this part, which is extremely important. this speaks to societal attitude change, yes, but is a sea change in terms of a shift in economic incentives Supreme Court rulings in the 1960s and 1970s also changed the nature of family relationships by eliminating many of the legal distinctions stemming from the marital status of a child’s parents. In 1968, the Supreme Court ruling in Levy v. Louisiana (391 U.S. 68) granted equal protection under the Fourteenth Amendme…

4

take a look at the line graph in the link. see how births out of wedlock have dramatically increased since roughly the 1960s? do you think that the explanation for that is that all of a sudden, over the past 60 years, men have materially increased the amount that they cheat and gamble? if so, pls explain why you think men have increased these activites so much

you're right, but she could potentially be 30 if her 20s were spent doing drugs, partying, being out in the sun, and not getting enough sleep notice shes not smiling in any of her pictures. when i saw that, combined with her suspect claim of being 30, I immediately suspected shes a meth head

while I agree in part accountants that are good at selling services sell peace of mind. enough firms can fill out a tax return but top accountants know how to ease the pain and stress for their clients and make them feel like everything will be taken care of smoothly and on time

accounting is the measurement and reporting of various pieces of data. so a bit of science and a bit of language but a good accountant is one that can make the numbers say whatever the client wants them to say ;)

I think rollo once wrote about how extreme rudeness is a sign a woman is very horny. but yes women expect men to just 'get it' and it's a huge turnoff to them when men dont the silver lining is that most men dont pick up the clues so those that do have an easier time differentiating themsel

it really is fucking disturbing the growing trend towards normalizing pedophilia. these things usually start innocuously, in this case by renaming it im not outraged by much anymore but this is one thing that makes my blood boil im no expert but my understanding is that pedophiles are extremely likely to recividate, which is why I honestly feel lifetime incarceration is appropriate even for first time offenders

social media and dating apps have granted women wider and more covert access to top tier men than ever before with the stigma of being a slut shuttered by the privacy of a cell phone and the effort required to interact w men reduced from getting dressed up (and we know how long and how much effort women put into their appearance) to a thumb tap on an app icon, is it any wonder that the inequality in the SMP is increasing?

part of not being creepy is learning social skills let me say that again, really slowly, so you get it all. LEARNING. SOCIAL. SKILLS becoming skilled at any craft is hard work and takes practice. game, ie the art of building attraction (the opposite of being creepy) is a VERY difficult skill for most men to learn so to stop being creepy, as you advocate, requires a man to nut up and practice talking to women. guess what, that man is going to have to risk creepiness in order to get better. gotta …

first there is no chance in hell this woman possesses a thimble full of common sense secondly she is trying to filter out betas, who take her at her word. alpha dudes dont even give a fuck what she says, and she will oblige them by hooking up and sending nudes. watch what they do not what they say one of the best players I ever met told me he didnt read a single word of girl's profiles for that very reason

this when women make posts like this they have no bona fide interest in understanding the real reason why. they just want a) attention b) victim status (why am I like this waaaahhhhh) and c)validation that other women share the same feelings. contrast this with men, who, when they have trouble with women and relationships and seek help, at least in my circle and in the red pill community, get a strong and often yucky dose of the unvarnished medicinal truth

I have that in spades on the approach... the creativity and flirtation just totally dry up on the date which tells me i'm light on material and also at this point i'm so in my head about these first dates that i'm expecting it to go poorly and so it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy
/r/askTRP21/08/18 09:21 PM

I like the idea of walking around at the beginning of the date and then getting drinks if it's going well. I will try that I've been guilty of being the guy who asks the questions the internet says to ask on a first date. Conversationally i try to get them to talk about themselves as i've had very bad results, rightfully so, talking about myself too much on first dates. Still learning how to balance these things
/r/seduction21/08/18 12:53 PM

Mostly bars if it's an evening date. The more successful first dates I've had recently were actually a lunch date, and two ice cream dates.

I like this train of thought. I dance salsa & bachata pretty regularly and have a group of dance friends as a result. However, I've often thought that taking a girl dancing as a first date is probably too intimidating as they generally don't know how to dance, the nightclub doesn't allow for the get to know you stuff, and bachata in particular can be a very intimate dance. Am i rationalizing here? Thoughts?

Thanks for the reply. Very good points. The contrast between the cold approach and the date is something you hit on. At this point most of my approaches are fun and i have a good time with it, even when the girl isn't interested or blows me off. And that's why they are willing to meet me for a date. The dates are the exact opposite - i'm not having fun and as you point out i'm really in my head most of the time, trying to follow script, pull the right lever, etc. I'm going to start writing FRs, …

what would be the best way for one to learn from his mistakes? part of what is so tricky about cold approach is the lack of feedback mechanism. how do you cultivate that ruthless self awareness necessary to figure out what leavers to push/pull to improve?

another update here: i went full on nice guy over text this morning, telling her what she did was not cool - hanging out w/me while insisting she was looking for a relationship even though she knew i was leaving within 2 weeks she called me crazy and selfish (multiple times) even saying i was the most selfish guy she ever met i totally lost frame here. so embarrassed and frustrated.

good shit man I'm new to gym game having been in a relationship for a long time that recently ended. haven't had any success so far but I want to continue trying one question. if you've been a member of the same gym for a long time and see the same hot girls there day in day out but never/ rarely approach, is it worth worrying about being incongruent when you finally decide to nut up and approach? how would you handle the question if it comes up about why did you finally approach? thanks
