Watch porn with a 30 minute timer and don't finish. Yell obscenities and affirmations into a pillow, jump around, freak out a bit. Moving around makes you want to move around more. After jumping around and yelling, take a shower and drink a shower beer. Remind yourself that tonight is a great night to build a habit. Get your shiniest outfit on. I personally like dressing up, so getting myself looking faaaaaaaaaaaaaabulous makes me want to be somewhere. Drink a red bull in the car/ride to whereve…

In this situation, since they made a ridiculous claim, just turn to the girl and ask "These two are your boyfriends?". When she says 'no' call them out on it, with a laugh. For example "Hah, you lied to get me to leave?" Then take her by the hand and go outside before they recover. Get her number and bounce. This is obviously all theoretical since I wasn't there, but it's worked before and I've seen Durden do it while looking like a champ.

I read 15 books last year, probably ten so far this year. Hardly a record, but more than enough to expose myself to new authors and ideas, not counting what I've picked up from internet articles. My opinion isn't based on lack of exposure. That being said, feel free to suggest a good real life role model and I'll be happy to test your viewpoint for myself. It's possible I've missed the best ones.

All of my favorite role models are fictional/someone who only exists in a book or movie to me. I have never met a real human being who gives me as much character exposition, as much learning opportunity, as any fictional/mythological character I can name.

Herpecin. It comes in a chapstick format and is the best stuff around, plus it's sunscreen. Don't bother with Abreva, it's four times the price per purchase (more like twelve times the price per sore because you use more) and does jack shit. Carmex is glorified lip balm for hipsters. Herpecin will turn that little motherfucker into a scab in three days flat if you follow the directions, then it's just heal time instead of waiting 9 days for the blister to mature, crack, leak on your pillow, turn…

What, you want a resume'? Are we going to whip 'em out and see who's bigger? Thursday I got four free drinks for dressing up like Bob Ross and painting trees on about 30 near-strangers. The weekend before that I saw a bald eagle, 5 moose and a bunch of snails while spending two days backpacking in the sticks. The weekend before that I flew across the country to visit a business client I've never seen in person before. Can we judge me based on what my advice is good for instead of what I can easi…

I'm trying to reinforce the 'ask less questions, focus on the basics and get out there' mentality that leads to real success. I feel that catering to all the newby questions hinders experimentation.

1: Read the sidebar. 2: Check out some of the other seduction communities and read their FAQ sections. 3: Go out and do what the sidebars tell you, learn what works for you and what doesn't. 4: Practice. Once you've practiced for a month, come back and ask for feedback. You'll get a lot more out of this community if you've been working through things and found out where your real roadblocks are.

Sure, girls have targets. We could have a long discussion on gender stereotypes if we want, my experience says that it's the more masculine partner who did the 'getting' and the more feminine partner that was 'gotten.' When feminine girls target a hottie they want, it's typically to provoke the masculine 'target' to ask for a date, not to actually do the asking. I have never had a woman blatantly ask me out romantically; but many have shown up hoping i would ask them out. (didnt realize this unt…

Because they go for the feminine ones, the 'targets.' They're the ones that have to know how to get the same kinds of girls men want. Edit: Please preface with the word "Stereotypically."

I disagree. some of the most fun i've had in clubs is busting into a dance circle, do something ridiculous (not show my penis) and then join the circle. Start 'conducting' the dance circle. Works well with bachelorette and birthday groups. Disclaimer: Not sure about a super smooth segue in a close, but i go out to have fun first, get laid second.

Take a ballroom-style (salsa or swing work best) dance class to get used to it in a formalized setting. After you have three or four moves down to the point where you're not going to kill anyone, go to the clubs in your town that have that kind of dancing. Then you'll be practicing in a social setting.

It's like wine. If you don't know how to look for the good in it, if you haven't practiced or been trained, you're going to have to work to take pleasure in it. I recommend taking a once-a-week salsa, swing, or smooth (waltz, for example) class to get your sea-legs under you. It also makes you comfortable dancing with strangers. Once you know some moves and figure out how to lead your partner, dancing is a pleasure in itself even if you're not grinding or seductifying.

Here's why we don't talk about facial beauty in men: Because there's nothing to discuss. What can you do about it? Zip. This is a learning community. You want an excuse to fail? Cool, take "I'm ugly" and leave. You want to get better, keep reading and practicing.

My wife cheated on me after a 7 year relationship, less than 2 years married. I had a fwb within 6 months and that turned into a ltr that lasted about as long as the marriage. Start trying to get blown out on purpose and you won't even notice when it happens by accident. Edit: Read an article further down and felt I needed to clarify: Start doing ridiculous shit that amuses you without worrying about whether it 'works.'

"Let me see your hand" is a relatively non-threatening, un-creepy way of getting permission to touch her without asking and coming off beta. Yes, it could be very creepy if you do it wrong. Don't do that. It's a popular move, it's worked for me and I've seen friends of mine use it.

So you can hold it, turn it over, look at it and put it on your knee for a minute, then take it back off. Kino. If you see anything unique (scar, callouses, ring, bracelet), you can make a comment on it.

Allow me to backpedal then. You didn't use the words I did, but the meaning was similar enough to bother me. "She seems smart, oh wait, she doesn't take evolution at face value, smart went away." You just did to her what racists do when they find out the person on the other end of the phone is black.

Scumbag atheist: Educated biologist-in-training expresses doubts about evolution; atheist decides she's too stupid to pursue because he's too 'open-minded' to take her seriously, then lies to cover his tracks. The hypocrisy here is astounding. Downvotes to the left. Besides that, good FR and good form. Not coming off as desperate, being willing to disagree with her in a non-offensive way and being the initiator, even with the parents around. Good work PU-wise.

Anything that is a ridiculously obvious lie. "I was in American Gladiator once." "I don't tell anyone this, but I'm actually a professional transvestite" "I kidnap people in mexico so I can sell kidneys" (Last one is pretty situational). Answering these kinds of questions is failing a compliance test. Make them earn their information.

I can see how that example would come off as creepy and unflattering. It's a pretty blunt and highly situational line, I think.

This leads to an interesting question for me. I straight up told a girl I'm not looking for an exclusive relationship, which lead to her deciding that I either needed to be exclusive (at least with sex) or she didn't feel comfortable sleeping with me anymore. I chose to tell her I'm not interested in any exclusivity for a number of reasons. I also think personally that cooperating with her demand would be failing a compliance test. Would anyone have handled this differently?

Pulling a double-entedre out of a conversation does not give the speaker credit that I can see. I can see how it's easy to come off as creepy. If you're doing it right, the conversation should still be about her when you sexualize it.

A lot of people are either telling you to just get over it and a lot of people are telling you "Dude, I'm so there with you!" I'm going to tell you both. I hope it is helpful. I grew up religious, did not date in high school and was a virgin when I got married. We messed around beforehand, but skipped first based to steal second and third. The texting ended up being fun for a bit before she stopped responding. We joked about how she's a dangerous stalker, then how I should have tricked her into showing up at a coffee shop for an ambush, to put an end to her evil once and for all. She actually told me I should have set it up but she was out of town already. After, I think she got bored when I asked her if she was a Jason Vorhees stalker or the Madison Lee type, so I should work on my text game. What I was trying to accomplish was p…

It's the difference between restoring a car you like vs. replacing it with a car you hate but hope everyone else will like. The fact is, you own yourself. You define what is true to you. When you don't like yourself because of your behavior is when you cross that line. Luckily, you can always go back and expand in a different direction.

Regarding your response to a compliment: Make a joke of it without demeaning it. For example, some of the shit-test threads mention that when a girl calls you hot, respond by saying "Respect" like a smooth criminal. Alternately, acknowledge politely and say thank you, but do not immediately return the compliment. You can find something to compliment her on later but you don't get points for returning it right away.
