I'm curious to this as well. I've seen some guys here say they go out like 4 times a week and I just can't believe it! Don't you have to wake up somewhat early the next day? Where the hell do you get the energy to do that? Is there even life going out on, say, a Tuesday night?

There's nothing in seddit that will "fix" you. Stop caring about this girl, you're only torturing yourself. Trust me, the moment you behave like a grown-ass person and stop with this heartbreak shit, she'll come back to you. BUT STOP CARING MAN. She obviously wants to fuck with you and she's succeeding olympically. I know this shit hurts, but try to keep your head up. You can only gain shit from this. I hope you read this with fresh eyes.

Not an expert, but I'll wager in with my opinion because internet. I've always thought that the truly hardest part about maintaining the best version of you, for the long haul, is about learning to legitimately trust others. In some ways, life is easier when we're only focused on ourselves. It is precious time to immerse in a healthy me-phase where you can work on whatever you want to improve for the best. But having a permanent shield of invulnerability, while making you happy and content with …

Totally dude! It sucks not being able to be your complete, uninhibited self because you're worrying about how you look. It's like shooting ourselves in the foot.

Start believing in yourself man. You have everything to be proud of. I know it sounds simple, but if you take the time and find the appropriate context, you will find that you're fine and that as long as you behave as yourself and not as a dormant, shy version of yourself, you will start becoming more succesful. I am an introvert but I have a huge personality. I used to keep my thoughts and jokes and observations and what not hidden. I would never express myself. We introverts are great observat…

Haha, in South America where I'm from, it is common for the 'whiter' people to be perceived as "more attractive." Yes I'm making a generalization, but anyway. Go figure.

I don't know if this is a joke, but depending on the situation, this could be a very bold and funny response!

Thanks! It's very useful indeed, and I've been trying to think positive things. COOL VIBES

Women are attracted to confidence. Standing by your opinions requires confidence. Confidence is universally attractive.

Oh come on. Seduction isn't about fooling ourselves into believing a fantasy. It's more about being comfortable with who we are and that includes being able to say that we're ugly, not because we want your validation or pity, but because it is—again, let's not fool ourselves—true. No, it doesn't help wallowing over your looks and fixating yourself on the fact that you're ugly. It's just a characteristic about you, among a million others. I'd much rather be someone who knows is 'ugly' as per trad…

"I and most of us are our biggest enemies" is something I thought about a lot today and find it to be incredibly true. I thought: what if I lent my body to somebody else with amazing confidence and drive to do shit? What would happen then? And I'm sure that person with my body would kill it, haha.

Well, to be honest, the more tolerance I had for weed, the less I thought about "HOLY SHIT I'M HIGH AND EVERYBODY WILL NOTICE I'M GOING TO JAIL I CAN'T APPROACH THIS WOMAN BECAUSE SHE'S GOING TO THINK I'M A DRUGGIE" because the high isn't as strong. Every time I felt meta about it, I simply convinced myself that I'm just exaggerating because I'm high. How? Embracing the inner monologue and changing it to a "conversation" with myself where I thought rationally about the fact that, come on, people…

Yes! I actually went to a hotel bar by myself today just to drink. One of my plans—and I think everyone with a similar story should do—is to isolate those behaviors that turned out to be the most succesful. Thanks for the response man!

I know dude. I'll give it a try even if I find it incredibly difficult to believe that I can 'stop thinking.' It seems like it has worked great for you!

I tried the nofap thing and although I don't know how much of my 'success' with it—mainly sort of more confidence, a feeling that girls were more into me—was placebo and how much was an actual, mental/physiological result from avoiding masturbation. I think I may give it another go. Whatever. It sucks being so self-conscious. And the worst part is, I see a lot of advice regarding meditation and the like, and as much as I would like to apply it to my life for its benefits, I feel as though trying…

This is actually quite interesting to me. I smoke weed (ERRDAY) and at the beginning (about 2 years ago), I would get very anxious at times. Like a super-super-ego. Self-conscious central. Despite feeling amazing, having a great time listening to music, enjoying the munchies, weed still had the capacity to make me full-on paranoid during certain situations. This weed-induced paranoia is the 'metaness' I normally feel while sober, just to a much greater extent. HOWEVER, now it just doesn't happen…

You don't need validation from anyone. A confident—and honest—"thank you" will suffice. They want you to acknowledge it with confidence dude.

Your you're / your game is pretty poor, yo. I'm pretty sure it's very common for a lot of guys to read this stuff before going out, especially before it becomes second nature. Baby PUA steps, bro. Music is something I'm definitely sure people do before going out, so much so that I thought it was sort of understated and not something we should talk about necessarily. But thanks for your suggestion man, I'll listen to that fo' surelies. Cheerio.

Thanks dude, you're absolutely right about doing the best with what you got. I actually dress pretty well and am fit, so I guess that's already some good progress towards FUCKING FORGETTING ABOUT THAT BITCH.

Nah, I bit my tongue and responded to her in the coolest of manners; I wanted to seem unfazed. It was more along the lines of, "oh well, no worries. It's fine, see ya." But yeah, sucks.

I am actually quite fit! I'm just face-ugly (big nose, I'm balding, typical 'ugly guy' things). I do hit the gym 4 days a week and feel the uttermost confidence about my body. It's my face man. My goddamn FACE. Hahaha.

Nope, not at all. It wasn't even in my mind at all. Her rundown caught me off guard, which makes it all the more painful haha.

Agreed completely. That's why I know it is just so dumb to obsess over one woman's opinion. It's seriously fucking counterproductive and stupid. But I'd be lying if I said that I'm completely over it, you know? Logically, I can think positively. Emotionally, that's another story. I second the fucking of that bitch, though. Thanks for your response man.

Thanks man, this is the fucking attitude for sure. I really appreciate you taking the time to respond, it's fucking awesome.
