What do you guys read from /r/seduction right before heading out to a date / party / bar or club to get amped?

Personally I don't read anything before I go out. I set myself some goals (eg open 10/try particular transitions/ect). Then I listen to some pump up music, watch some comedy, tell myself my affirmations, do anything to get me into state. I find that reading puts me into a top logical state. I need to be out of my logical mind and just let myself just go into auto pilot and let my mind put it all together (something I got from the inner game of tennis)

You don't have to read anything on the sub before going out. Do what is normally suggested here and pre-game. Pre-gaming is basically just bringing the party with you. Talk to everybody on your way to the club/bar/party/whatever, and be in a good mood before you get to the place. It's much easier to open yourself up in an easy situation (walking on the street) as opposed to a harder situation. Get hyped before you go in the club.

One other thing: I would probably advise doing something other than browsing the sub right before you go out. It will flood your head with too much information and you'll probably get nervous as fuck, since nobody is that good at processing that much stuff at once. Instead, do something you enjoy: Play the guitar, jam out with some headphones, play a game of call of duty, or lift weights.

I want to have a lot of confidence so I watch a serie like Suits. This helps me set my mind to show what I want and make me trust myself that whatever I will say it will always be possible to give it a turn so that the other person likes some charastic aspects of me. Another day I went on a few dates with this girl. it turned out that a relationship was not a realistic goal but she said that I can gain even more confidence and must be a little secretive so that the girl you are talking to gets interrested. To much talking like in Suits is also not a good idea so confidence and getting to know her while she tries to find out more about me, maybe on a second date works for me.

Suits gives me a feeling that I can feel good about myself, and that is what I want to express

Usually I don't read much from here before going out, but I do have some rituals. Before I go out, I stand tall with my hands out high and wide, assuming a dominant posture. I learnt this from a TED video. It makes you more confident and assured. This is biased from my perspective, but the house I usually go to pre-drink at changed their perception of me after I started doing this. It went from 'Hi mate' to 'OH He's here!'.

I usually watch some videos (try infield), usually stuff on self amusement helps me get in state to be relaxed and have fun when I go out.

It serves a few purposes like making me laugh which allows me to not take myself so serious. It also reminds me what I'm going out for but most importantly it inflates my ego and takes women off the pedestal that society places them on

You're questioning method is also pretty poor, you assume everyone reads this sub before going out. I rarely do that if at all. Music is one of the better things I find, it starts your mood off well.

For example: You're gonna loves this - 3oh!3
Hadn't heard their music since years ago back in college, but something about stumbling on that song one night got me antsy to go out. Went out with the intention of entertaining myself and killed it.

Don't limit yourself to simply reading.
