Also doesn’t anyone else want to slap him for wasting food?

I thankfully have a brother in law who is HV, so I can see how I should be treated by a mate.

Or when things with their new girl aren’t going smooth. I can’t even count how many married men come crawling to me for an ego boost. Not today hairy satan.

You teach them by distancing yourself when they disrespect you.

I’m on here for future me. Right now I’m NOT dating, mainly bc of a lack of HVM and abundance of LVM where I live. Doesn’t mean I don’t need to learn and share the depravities of men with the teenage girls I work with. I wish my parents had taught me what I’m learning at 32 when I was a teen. Maybe I can help someone else with this knowledge. Edit:spelling

Not nearly the same situation but I’ve literally had a man call me a whore after refusing sex on our first date in his work truck. I’m guessing his reasoning was “I buy a six-pack and restaurant chips and salsa, I’m guaranteed a lay”.

Yeahhhh I’m almost 33 and I still get people assuming I’m in my early twenties. I’ve never met a man over 30 who didn’t look like a bag of spilled flour.

“I’m sorry you met that piece of human excrement” is a better response.

I almost did it with the last guy I dated, but instead I just told him it was bc of religious reasons and peaced out.

I’m so glad I’m not the only woman who gets immediately turned off by men trying to sexy talk after conversing with me for five minutes. We aren’t prudes, we’re human beings. I still get sucked into these traps too, but that’s why it’s called “leveling up”. I hope you blocked his boring ass.

I’m the same way. I’ve got a lot going on in my life for me to hold a conversation up. If you kee hitting me with “haha yeah” or “that’s cool” imma find something else to do.

Happy Mother’s Day doll. I’ve been single since I became pregnant. It’s hard, but way better than trying to do it with a man-child around. Proud of you for leaving. If you ever need a single mommy shoulder to cry on, I’m here.

I just had a past fukboi reach out to me after 10 years! The AUDACITY. I’ve never had to remind these men that I exist, which is hilarious. Like do they just go down the list of old conquests? Disgusting.

Made me look back on how I used to act and cringe. I’m not fully reformed, but I can see and call out red flags immediately when presented! Thank you to all you wonderful sisters for your opinions and advice.

In My last relationship I was forced into sex. I stayed after because it was “normal “ for a man’s needs to come before my own. I’m too embarrassed now to do anything and I know what they do to women who report rape. The jerk is still out there thinking he can do no wrong because I was and still am too afraid to open that door.

Had to cut off a dearly loved cousin because all she did was insult me or my lifestyle/home/you name it. Voluntary or not, her digs hurt. Block and move on. Sorry my mental health is more important than your opinion.

If his apartment is $1800 and he makes 200,000 a year why is he complaining about costs? Why is he still in an apartment? There’s no way all of this is true.

I tried dating again a few months back. He was all talk, no action. Unless it came to abusive tendencies. Ignored a few red flags and then finally saw the light of FDS. I still haven’t gone back to dating. I have a 6 year old who needs a GOOD influence.

Don’t they always. I dated a guy in 2012 and he showed up in my pms trying to relate over a family member/coworkers death at the end of last year. Boy, you still got a gf! Anytime one of the oldies shows up I think “must be trouble at home”.
