I think anger phase is a big debate here. Some people see any amount of anger as hidden beta bubbling to the surface. Some see anger as motivation for progress. Still others use residual anger as a means of not giving a fuck. One thing seems certain, you can be successful with women and have disdain for them. Whether in spite of or because of it. It's probably largely dependent on the individual and what they do with that emotion.

Everyone has the right to decide what to put in their bodies, for health, recreation. Probably it's good to optimize some other things first - diet, minerals (Mg, Zn, I), lifting, sleep, maybe even some herbs. And then T supplementation if your still looking for better results. But it doesn't matter why you're taking it, no one has the right to prohibit consumption, including governments. It's fundamental to life and freedom; statist prohibition has always failed.

Hey man, my advice would be to start lifting, get in to some martial arts (fighting), and get on to an approach program like RSD or goodlookingloser. 6 months to a year of that and I'm willing to bet you will be able to answer your own questions for yourself better than any of us could.

What does that even mean to "make yourself vulnerable." Obviously if you love or like someone there's the possibility they will leave, but that's no different than any endeavor where failure is a possibility [aka, everything]. Sounds like weak minded thinking to me

Ironically, accepting your emotional state, acknowledging without resisting it is one of the first steps toward "enlightenment." I'm angry at a lot of things, not just women. It's not a phase, it's my natural reaction to perceiving bullshit that harms society and causes me personal if not indirect inconvenience. There's a lot of retards, losers, sloths, and psychopaths out there.

I agree with your sentiment regarding unappreciative (grown) women who feel entitled to my presence. However, even though the case of the child you described is similar, there are key differences. I would like to offer some constructive criticism. Consider that there are 2 sources of joy from giving. It feels good to know others feel appreciation and respect towards you. The other is being able to experience joy vicariously, by enriching the life of the recipient. If a woman has no gratitude for…

That is pretty much correct. All governments would have to be 100% voluntary in nature, down to the individual level. People still have the right to contract with each other to provide for common defense and general welfare, but it is not legitimate to force the people of any land to participate in a so called government. If society mirrored that concept, we would more appropriately have a form of anarcho-capitalism, not government. Unfortunately, we are closer to a form of fasci-communism, what…

Great question about taxes. Yes, the manner in which they are collected is a form of coercion, although there are elements of voluntary cooperation. For example we signed a social security contract, and we accept "benefits" from the corporation. However the full nature of the contract was not explained (full disclosure), and participation is not presented as optional. Thus there is a level of fraud, which makes it an invalid contract. However, most everyone accepts and consents to avoid possible…

I think you greatly missed the point, and even set up a couple straw men in the process. I'm all about cooperation, voluntary (not forced) cooperation. I dont know where you're getting this idea of isolationism, it is NOT synonymous with individualism. I'm well aware that rights are an abstract principle, they only exist when they are asserted and defended, even with violence when confronted with violence. It is self evident that a man has the right to pursue life liberty and property. This is e…

Absolutely. This is in the same vein as a cashless society. At this point I don't trust any code that is not open source and verified by a large community. They already suicide enough people as it is. I used to be a fan of Elon Musk, but the issue of how he is integrating his cars into the tracking and control grid makes him suspect of being part and parcel of the elite corporatist/globalists.

This is the attitude to take. At 30 you're not even 1/2 way through your prime. If you had slayed it in your 20s, almost guarantee that you would have been less productive and less successful in other ways. Failure is what drives men to learn and improve. I feel ya on having some regret for wasted time, can't say that I don't have some of that too. But forget what everyone else is doing, most people are mindless drones anyways. Going Galt. Until the productive men of society quit the existing monetary and political monopoly of the corporate government; we will be hard pressed to make any real progress. You can't change the system meaningfully from within, it's not possible. We have to create new systems of sovereign volunteerism.

With some notable exceptions, you should generally avoid the entire mid west, mid east, and "the south" of the USSA. Racist, small minded, backwoods bible belt, low opportunity. West coast, Texas, Colorado, upper east coast, and a couple cities in FL are where it's at. Altho FL prob not the best opportunity for Asian men.

Ha, look at you, trying out shaming tactics like some leftist cunt. I'm just getting started Do you understand the term admiralty jurisdiction, and how it came to be that we consent to being ruled under the law of the high seas, rather than the common law? Do you understand that every supposed government body is a corporate entity? Cities, states, schools, federal departments - all incorporated. Don't forget that we live in a state where in many ways the rule of law has broken down. The USSA now holds political prisoners. Cops, judges, and prosecutors are operating within a system that mostly adheres to policies, procedures, and codes which are invoked at their discretion, often with very little regard for the constitution. This is the reality of being under admiralty (military and high seas) jurisdiction. This is the reality of being in a corporate police state.

Before the agricultural revolution, humans were healthier and longer lived (once you factor out youth mortality and violence). Take the Inuit for example. Before adopting western diet, they were renown for their resilience and longevity in a crazy harsh environment. The transition away from hunter gatherer to grain farming, and concentration into unsanitary cities resulted in elevated disease and mortality, and almost 10% reduction in height and brain size. The original Star Wars with Harrison Ford has some great RP content. He's a self interested alpha who doesn't give a fuck about miss princess (at first), gives her a hard time, shrugs off her shit tests. She says "I love you," he replies "I know." He goes slightly beta at one point but only for a moment to let the audience know he really does care.

Hey man, you sound genuine, good on you for standing up to your mom. As far as helping your brother, I can tell you right now that most medical establishments are controlled by big pharma, and have no real interest in curing disease, only treating it. Thank you for articulating one of the most significant and misunderstood aspects of the men vs women intelligence debate. Women are equals if not better than men at memorization and regurgitation, but on average have nowhere near the same ability for abstract creative rationality (aka, independent critical thought). You did good by remaining calm and avoiding any verbal discussion about it. By verbally acknowledging it, no matter how well you "hold frame" or whatever, you subtly tell her that she has power over your mental state by withholding sex. Female orgasm causes large amounts of oxycontin (aka love hormone), and in reality withholding sex should hurt her more than you. Some guys need to take a 90 day break and not game at all in order to break their reliance on women and sex for a positive identity. When you know you can be content and can choose to take it or leave it, then you don't have to resort to fucking 5s and 6s. Personally I'd rather just abstain than to fuck a 5. I like where GLO is going with this. It's a strategy that would certainly get TRP more exposure. Is TRP prepared to handle the unintended consequences? Go ahead shit all over the men who re-birthed self governance and liberty into the world after 1000s of years of dormancy, giving you free speech, the right to vote, and the right to a fair trial, among others. You do realize that without the seeds of inherent liberty planted by the founders, the slaves would've been much less likely to be freed. Being alpha has nothing to do with morality, unless you mean that many alphas consider themselves to be morally superior. And just because someone has anger, or even hidden insecurity, does not exclude them outright from being an alpha type(ish). A beta takes that insecurity and becomes servile and pathetic. An Alpha 1.0 takes that insecurity and becomes aggressive and pathetic. People on this forum really, really need to read blackdragon's write up on Alpha 1.0 vs 2.0

Turning your feet out helps to open the hip and allow you to get lower, but makes your knees susceptible to tracking inwards which is pretty dangerous. That's why they say to make sure knees track in line with feet. As your feet turn out further, the knees have to be pushed out more/harder, and failure to do so is a common fault as load/fatigue increases. If you're turning out by more than 30-45 degrees, you're better off finding and fixing the underlying reason and fixing it. Usually outer hams…

You probably lack range of motion to get below parallel without turning your feet out by 45 degrees or more. Or you're not varying your reps/weight by enough. Try getting 80kg to 10reps. Try sprinting on one of your off days. And improve your ankle and hip range of motion. Otherwise you can end up fighting your own muscles which will put a hard limit on improvement. Nothing in my response indicated that I advocate treating others poorly just bcause. It's important to understand the distinction of motivation. OP seems to believe that the desire to make others feel good and to be popular as defining characteristics of alphas. While a benevolent and wise alpha leader will take care of his people, plenty of betas have the same desire/motivation. I would think that having strength and speed at 30sec to 3min intervals would be ideal for those situations, which overlaps well with swole goals. I'm gonna start up BJJ and maybe muay thai after I put on another 8-10 lbs.

Thank you for being more reasonable in this response. Hedging against a banking or currency collapse in the USSA is just one of a few protections offered by precious metals and cash. In the context of OP, women and wolves can't take what they don't know you have. Bitcoin, if purchased anonymously can do the same, but it's still speculative and could go to 10,000 or to zero. It really depends on the company, specifics of the situation, and her delivery/method. It can be either an opportunity or a liability. If she went to HR, made it a huge deal, told everyone in the office, went about it in a negative way then yes you're right. But if she has a private convo with the boss, showing maturity and restraint, then it can earn respect. There is definitely some level of risk involved by speaking out. Context and savvy are essential, especially on a corporate environment.

To continue the analogy, the cake is not a cake until it's edible. The difference between a dependant grouping of cells vs a viable individual is a rather compelling viewpoint imho. That is an incomplete and inaccurate statement. In our existing monetary system, currency represents debt. Federal Reserve notes (aka dollars) are not money because they are not a store of value over long periods of time. But it is currency. And every dollar was borrowed into existence, as opposed to just printing it. When a loan is made, new currency is created. When a loan is repaid, currency is eliminated. This expansion and contraction of the currency supply is what drives inflation and defl…

While I agree with your points, they are merely effects which are motivated by, and follow naturally from, a more simple universal truth. All women are attracted to power, (be it physical, social, monetary, psychological, etc), and all women will attempt to lock down the most powerful man they think can. Pretty much any fleshy edible portion that contains the seeds. Veggies are next up, tho usually better to cook them. Avoid dense high glycemic starches like grains, potatoes, rice, beans and lentils... in addition to the insulin response, many of these cause an auto-immune response via the action of lectins. Both contribute to e…

Rand Paul. Watch some of his recent videos. One of most impressive politicians I've seen in years. He speaks even better than obama did 9 years ago.

Ya know guys, sometimes writing is more than just machine logic. For those who can "read between lines" unique style confers subtext, personality, and underlying assumptions/beliefs. Like you I recognized a stylistic difference. Except instead of dog it for being non conformal, I rather enjoyed it and found it entertaining.

Absolutely correct. If they understand that giving up the pussy is the only chance they have to be part of your life, and prob won't see u again otherwise, it does 2 things. First it establishes nature of your leader/follower dynamic and activates her respect and tingles. Second, u get laid! Just be 100% completely ok with showing them the door. But that shouldn't be an issue if you escalate physically before they got to your place. You may have to be a bit more aggressive or dominant tho just f…

I think that prude-ish women are worse than sluts. At least sluts can admit (on some level) their own nature instead of unhealthily repressing it. God damnit there's a good reason why humans have strong sexual instincts... a good fucking reason. It promoted the survival of our species, plain and simple. So please stop bitching about sluts yall, they're really great. And maybe stop being an emotion slut youself.

After awhile, I thought it was important for her to fuck at least a couple other guys while we were on a break. Part of the reason, I thought it likely she would realize what she had with me, instead of feeling entitled. Also I needed some variety anyways. Lo and behold we're back together, and I'm seeing another girl on the side. If …

Mods, is there any way to block/delete a good amount of the generic gender hate, anger phase crap that distracts from the more pithy insight, and easily infects many new members? I have to agree with throw_em_all. When I first came here it was something I noticed immediately. And any time I tell someone about this sub, I ALWAYS qualify it by saying that even tho there's a lot of great stuff here, there's also a good bit of angry whiners just mad at women and somewhat mysogynistic. Many of those problems are inherently related to our modern (neolithic) shit diet. Grains, legumes, refined vegetable oils, pesticides, preservatives, etc. These cause health issues and compromised bone structure. That doesn't mean EVERY hunter gatherer diet was perfect or complete, but many tribes had much better health than westerners today.

You need to do some deep reflection on why exactly you lost control. That's a big red flag of some problem in your own psyche. Until you identify and understand it, you will not be able to move forward or fix it. A generic "I lost frame and still have some BP tendencies to get over" - while true - isn't going to get you there. It's not specific enough. Obviously, you felt threatened. Try to examine that further.

Rawpaleodietforum.com I have been eating raw meat since 2008. If you're gonna do it, quality counts. Don't just go buy walmart crap, those animals are sick and contaminated. Ideally pastured grassfed, but no hormones/antibiotics at a minimum. Going 80-100% raw paleo is hands down the best thing I've ever done for my health. Don't get me wrong, I occasionally still enjoy alcohol, pizza, etc, just not often. If you're suffering from intestinal parasites: garlic, cloves, wormwood tincture, habanero…

I have personally grown 0.5-.75 in girth, and about 0.25 in length. Flaccid size is much improved too, but I didn't keep track of that. Mind you, this takes MUCH more dedication, patience, and time than growing muscles. I've been doing it off and on for a few years now. Some lucky bastards do get quick gains, def not me. I couldn't agree more. It's my experience there are faithful and quality womyn out there, but you have to be a solid guy with both Alpha disposition and provider potential (Alpha bucks). It's sad how many guys here just can't accept that because they either made poor choice(s) in the past or don't have qualities that keep a womyn hooked (usually both). The subconscious thought process is something like: "It CAN'T be that I'm just too much of a pussy/beta/boring/etc, or a poor judge of character.…

Your anger will diminish, but only as you improve your value on your own terms and for yourself. Right on, if you enjoy it then feast away. I just wanted to give an alternative view/experience that doesn't make cunnilingus obligatory, or conditional for PIV, which is part off the reason I see it as somewhat submissive.. I have convo'd with women who expressed similar sentiment. Also I wanted to put a bit of knowledge out there about vaginal orgasm. Men who give their women vaginal orgasms are MUCH more likely to have faithful women who are satisfied with the relationship.

I pretty much never eat pussy. I don't really enjoy it, and I think it puts you into a submissive position. I'm not in it for her pleasure, I'm in it for mine. Luckily for the womyn I'm with, I fucking love to make them whine, scratch, wiggle, scream, convulse, and otherwise go epileptic by hitting their deep spots with my COCK so that we're BOTH having a great time. The time has come for us to start learning how to create a society that is not dependent on current political, corporate, and especially, monetary(currency) policy. This hasn't been a possibility until recently, somewhere in the past 10-15 years. There's a very good reason why it's W2H ratio is so important to sex appeal. The reality of Paleolithic tribal life is that nature goes in cycles. I'm gonna start preaching the gospel of tissue smashing (aka trigger points) every time I read something like this. Use a lacrosse ball, lay on your back, put the ball under you, and smash/roll all that soft tissue. Along your spine, under your shoulder blade, scapula, lats, pecs, etc. 99% of injuries are caused by tight muscles or improper joint motion, usually both. 10-20 mins/day, 4-6 days per week. Should feel a bit painful, but don't go super hard. Try it for 2 weeks and tell me you don't f…

I agree with the other replies. I'll go a step further to say that women really do want to see beta men alpha up. But make no mistake, she'll shit test you far more severely. If she's already slated you as a beta, she will fight hard to maintain her version of reality. But IF you succeed, she will be putty in your hands. This is advanced shit tho, not for beginners. Sometimes I wonder wtf is wrong with some TRP subscribers. What bitch-asses down-voted this guy? Trolls and fools Your comments are right on. My MLTR just got a dog and she brought it over. It was super scared of going downstairs and she was resorting to carrying. I had it going up and down on its own in about 20mins. I saw the admiration in her eyes give way to arousal. She asked me how I was so good with training, to which I replied "I just understand bitch psychology. "

This. I used to say an almost exact version of this to my last monogamous LTR why I would never marry (her or anyone). And I said it to anyone that bothered me/us about it: It's not possible to make that kind of lifetime committment with reasonable certainty. Circumstances, people, ourselves, children, time ... If u don't have a bar, then use a baseball or lacrosse ball. Sit on a chair and put the ball under your thigh (hamstring). Use your weight to "roll out" or "smash" your muscles. It will be somewhat uncomfortable, a bit painful but it will not cause injury. You can use this even while injured, it will only help recovery. Spend about 5-10mins on each leg.

TrP - Trigger Points. Tight muscles and faulty neuro-muscular programming are the root cause of 99% of all injuries IMO. Check out Kelly Starrett on youtube. For your hammies, set an oly bar about quad or hip height (squat rack or smith machine). While standing, put 1 leg over the bar and use your body weight to smash the full length of your hamstrings. Should feel like a deep tissue massage. Do this at least 4 days within a week for each leg.

But if you communicate that you are amused by, aware of, and impervious to their womanly craftfiness (sic), your likely to get an emotionally positive response. Thanks OP for sharing your insight, I especially like the plausible deniability angle. I think there are good ideas from both strategies, and which one to use is both person and situation dependent. I want to point out one thing which commenters have alluded to but not overtly stated... Outcome Independence. It's the most important facet of approach, enabling the freedom to act within your own frame. Much of the debate in the commentary subtly revolved around that simple paradigm.
