Was just being a dick I guess. Normally if I don't like something and don't feel like typing why I just don't say anything. I didn't follow my own rule this time. My fault.

I’m not being flippant here. I’m genuinely curious as to what the end state of a MGTOW society ought to look like. but what does the intended goal-state look like for MGTOW? I’ve yet to get a clear consensus on this I think, like most things there is a spectrum. Some MGTOW are militant and want women to come crying back to men once they've come to their senses. Some still fuck women, and nothing else, while others avoid women like the plague. Some just don't give a shit and decided, regardless o…

It's important to read them all because different books resonate differently for everyone. NMMNG and WISNIFG were the books that helped me stop being a "people pleaser." The manipulated man was the book that knocked ALL women off the proverbial pedestal for me. Come back after you've read them all and tells us how you've changed for the better as a result.

Nothing new here. The key take away for those that don't feel like watching this is: "There is nothing that dries a woman's pussy up more than being rudderless" Would you want to stay on a ship if the captain had no rudder? You in a sexless marriage? Find something more important than her and pursue that. You'll get sex...may not be with your wife, but you'll get sex.

> I wunder how you guys became OI, what works Learning to not deriving my self worth from sex. It wasn't over night, but I had to continue to remind myself that my wife's actions don't define me in any way. Also, constantly flirting with other women and sometimes fucking other women. That's not everybody's thing, but it works for me. My wife has joked about using sex as a weapon and I've laughed in her face. She knows I can go out and get other women, because she's seen it. Sounds like you've go…

There is so much here, and so much one could say to all of this, but really you just need to shut up and read the side bar. Stay away from women for a while. Focus on your self development and stop worrying about what everyone else is or isn't doing.

Keep your expectations low whatever you decide. I pawned my ex's ring off. I got fraction of the price I paid. I tried to haggle, but the pawn guy (is there a name for these guys?) said diamonds aren't worth shit used, and was only paying me for the metal. Maybe I did it wrong, but that's my 2¢

"Everyone wants to be a bodybuilder, ain't no one want to lift no heavy-ass weights." Great line. People want things they don't have, but aren't willing to work to get them. Boys want to become men, but aren't willing to fight to become them. The things I like about myself the most are a result of the difficulties I've overcome. The things I hate most about myself all have to do with comfort and ease. God dammit....

, food, booze, money, drugs and bitches. You ever walk down a beach, or a pool, and have all the hot bitches turn their heads at you? That feeling tastes better than $100 wine to me. Cholula is my go to for hot sauce. The original, mind you, not the newer crap they've come out with. My wife mostly follows my diet, but here's the thing. If I "cheat", even if planned, she cheats times 10. My cheat meal will be a cheat day for her etc, etc. That could just be my home, but just keep that in mind when deciding when/if/how you're going to pig out. Intermiteat Fasting is my new savior when it comes to cravings. Most of the time I have my diet under control, but when I have terrible…

So let me ask you this: How does this help a dude get laid, or get laid more often? Preselection works, we all know this. Does knowing why, or what's going on in the woman's brain give me an edge? It's more important to discuss what you do with the knowledge that preselection is a thing.

Saying that you be base your confidence on your confidence is like using a word to define itself. Confidence has to have a source. There are two sources that I can think of off the top of my head, but feel free to add more if you think of some. 1 Excellence Actually putting in the work, whatever that may be. Lifting, game, fashion, sports, public speaking. Becoming good at things breeds confidence by default, because you can "talk the talk" and "walk the walk" 2 Outcome independence. If you're r…

I’ll play. I’m curious: Cool. So you say married game is different, but then you say, treat her like your girlfriend which would be using not married game.... The rules of attraction don't change once you get married. Fucking and keeping a family together are two different things. I game my wife the same as I game other women. The only ones that have it harder are the ones that are faking it, because your wife will see through your bullshit where a ONS won't have the chance.

Since you probably won't read Meditations like u/SteelToeShitKicker suggested, and it happens to be one of my favorite books, I'll do some leg work for you and quote Mr. Aurelius himself. “If you are distressed by anything external, the pain is not due to the thing itself, but to your estimate of it; and this you have the power to revoke at any moment.” But really, read Meditations.

What do you want? If you want to spin more plates, go solo and flirt with everyone, or like Perter_B_Long said, bring a (hot) wing woman. Only reason you want to bring a plate is if you want her company and some pussy afterwards, otherwise she's just gonna get in your way.

Same as taking her to a club, or a movie. Shouldn't really matter, if she's a plate. A word of caution: If you take a plate to a wedding, she may think it's you taking the relationship to the "next level" so be explicit that this is no big deal, or hold frame and be ready to drop the plate when she's starts acting up, because she wants to "get more serious" after attending the wedding with you.

add in kids and it not as simple as getting laid. If it's not as simple as getting laid, we're exiting the realm of TRP. Not saying that's bad, just that there are other forums for that. if you have a simple set of rules I don't really like rules. I mean, I have my own code, but it's fluid. If it's simple you're looking for: I live my life the way I want and I invite others to join in...or not.

I've seen a lot of posts lately that seem to try and make simple things complex. Maybe it's just how I view the world, but I like to do the opposite. I like to make things as simple as possible. TRP is just a revelation of the truth. Married, or not married shouldn't matter. The truth about male/female intersexual dynamics is the same. What you choose to do with the truth regardless of your situation is up to you. Whoever said MRP is TRP on hard mode got it right. You can still achieve the smae …

I always felt like RPW and the other "matrix" related subs were just another female "Hey, the boys created something cool, so we have to show them we have something cool too" RPW would never exist if men didn't create TRP. It's the same thing with boy scouts, and Elks clubs and all the like. Women hate men only spaces, and they either try to invade them, or create a shittier clone. We've got the real thing, why should we care about the crappy clone.

Pretending like sex is not super important is not a good way to get your wife to want to have sex. It may make your wife's hamster spin a bit, but what will make it spin WAY more is owning that you LOVE sex, and that you're a man that can get it anytime, anywhere. That will get her to want to lock you down and fuck your brains out. If she thinks you're not a slave to sex, then eventually she'll just think it's not big deal that she's not giving it to you.

A big challenge for many people (but especially men) is when they get something right, they want a lot of applause and accolades and recognition of their success. When they receive this, they are fooled into thinking they've "made it." They are now on the same footing as a master. This leads to the kind of ego that is hard to teach, because they had minor success and a pat on the back they don't feel the need for criticism or even the need to push forward. Here is a challenge for new guys, as we…

deny her (which I know is breaking a cardinal rule) WTF? Where did you read that? If you want to have sex with her, then do it. If not, don't. That's real frame. Also, if you're only getting sex once every 3-4 months...go find it somewhere else. I can't even process how men do this?

Phew, that's a lot. Here's the thing about manipulation. The more fucks you give, the easier it is to be manipulated. I don't give two fucks about a piece of bread right now, but if I'm starving, I could be manipulated to do almost anything for it. If you're "full" in all aspects of life it will be much harder to manipulated.

If you want to cut pounds quick, I highly recommend IF. It's kind of tough at first, but you get used to it. After the first week or so the pounds melt off. It's easier than cardio, better on your joints, depending on your choice of cardio, and there are also mental benefits. Cardio is still good, but (in my experience) IF is faster.

"You might want to take a breath before you pass out." I think that was a great response. As far as the other stuff, your wife wants your affection or she doesn't, so as others have said, this will just pass, or it won't. If it were me, plenty of other women want my affection. As stoney says, "she gets first crack." If she doesn't want it on my terms, I'll give it to someone else.

A more fun option would be, show her a picture of something ridiculous that you want (extra points if it's a hot girl) and parrot back her statement. Then when you don't get her the ring and she's pissy about it, you can be mock pissy about not getting what you wanted. Edit: Just thought of another good one. Tell her straight up that you're not going to get her tha…

Just a note on not giving a fuck: Not giving a fuck is not something you can practice. You either give a fuck, or you don't. What you need to do is focus on yourself more. Your goals, your needs, and improvement. Basically, the more fucks you give about yourself, the less fucks you give about the opinions and behaviors of others.

I've been on MRP since about 2014/2015ish, don't remember exactly when I started coming here. A dead bedroom was not why I ended up here. Sex has never been an issue for me. Funny enough, MRA is why I came here. I was getting it in the ass when going through my custody battle for my kids. I found MRA through some google searching, but they bitched too much. Someone there mentioned TRP. TRP led me here and I found this place a better fit. The reason I bring this up is, I haven't posted much on OY…

Let's do some thought experiments: What's the worst that would happen if you just said "no"? What's the worst that would happen if you just told her you were going to be late and turned your phone off and went back to work? You're a grown up. If you know you're handling your business, who gives a fuck what anyone else (including your wife) thinks.

I don't disagree. Only adding that actions are, or how about, can be, a result of the way we think/believe. Example: I used to believe in god. That belief led to action, like going to church, giving money to said church, praying, etc. The important step is thought to action. You're statement here indicates we agree. Edit: Or how about, Your action shows what you believe, regardless of what you say....Yeah, I like this one.

This will be my last entry of the Susie so and so saga: For whatever reason I was trying way too hard. I got rattled, and all of a sudden was making an effort to not be around her and avoid her at all costs. This was fucking with my head way more than it should have. I finally had to talk to her concerning some shit at work. Everything was professional. I was cool, she was cool, and when I left, I felt much better, and haven't really had her on my brain since. I'm chiming in with a personal anecdote for some perspective. I didn't hire a lawyer when I got divorced. The ex did. I didn't want anything from her (except my kids). I played nice, but she was pissed and wanted to hurt me. No logic or manipulation worked. She was out for blood. Cost me a shit ton in assets and some of my sanity. When she tried to move away with my kids, I did hire a lawyer and won custody of my kids. I realize I'm probably the exception to the rule. Whatever you do, move slow.…

Soooo, you need to get to the point where sex itself is a reward. My wife was in a great mood this weekend and did lots of wonderful little things around the house. I finally asked her what got into her, and she said "you fucked me so good the other day I can't help myself." I don't say that to brag (well, maybe a little) but sex should be something you both look forward to and enjoy, not a chore she gets a reward for after the fact.

Her only drawback as far as i know, is her job. There are a whole lot of other drawbacks that led her to a job like that in the first place. just like we should have balanced alpha and beta qualities in order to maintain a good LTR / married life Uh....what do you mean by balanced? If you're talking 50/50 you're way off. Also, it's not beta qualities, its' beta actions....subtle but big difference. You also need to understand the context of implementing those beta actions. I'll give you an example: I brushed my wife's hair last night. She loves when I do this. Now, did I do it because I'm trying to get on my wife's good side in the h…

If you don't like it, go to Russia -Homer Simpson No offense to our Grey Goose drinking Scurvy of course. The internet is a big place. If you don't like something in the community you frequent, and said community tells you to "fuck off" for voicing your opinion, then fuck off. There is most certainly a place for you to hang your digital hat. If you don't like it here, go. Weight, 168 as of this morning. Got down to roughly 10% bf this summer and have gained about 5lbs since then. I dont max often so i couldnt tell you that, but reps are in the 225 range depending on the day....regardless of my numbers, after a year of lifting, you should be farther along. Am i wrong? Unless you used to be 375lbs, and if thats the case i salute you.

Well, from you numbers, it's not what I call a competition, and there is nothing cute about your weight, but if mediocrity is your thing....

Let me just give you some perspective. My bench PR was 265lbs earlier this year before my cut. I was about 172lbs when I did that. I am by no means a power lifter and have seen guy lighter lift more. You can do better. No more of this "I'm going to" Shit. Tell us what you've done.

I say "they are pretty sweet" (fucked up there). No you didn't. You like titties. Your wife knows this and she still them it up. She either doesn't care, or she won't bring up some other woman's tits again. Own that shit.

Start small. Don't come up with a whole routine and then try and start. Pick something simple like 10 pushups. Do those every morning, no matter what for a week. Then add something else. Keep doing that and in two months you should have something pretty solid.

Does anyone have a simple as fuck app Here's your problem. Nothing simple and quick about being strong and staying strong. You gotta embrace the suck knowing your future you will thank. The good decisions you make to day will set you up for success tomorrow. Or you can make excuses and try and find an easier way, and your future self will only look back with regret and more depression. The only easy day was yesterday, my friend.

Lots of good answers here to think about doc. Let me give you something else to chew on..... What you permit, you promote. If she's acting like this, it's because you allow it. The more you allow it the worse it will get.

Sounds like your motives are still for her/other women. Why do you feel the need to spark the attraction you had when starting. My suggestion: Think of all the things you want to do in a given day, week, month and do them. She is welcome to join in or not. Don't let her emotions, good or bad, distract you from that.

Edit: Is DND still short for Dungeons and Dragons? If so, then the answer is most defiantly NO. You do nothing manly Mr Neckbeard. Fuck you and your high horse. What do you do to let down your hair with the boys? I don't DnD, but how is this different than having a beer with the bros at the bar? I started yoga earlier this year and it's pretty damn amazing. Aside from the flexability, my whole body just seems to "wake up" when I'm done. Group class barrette haird men....I can't handle it. Sounds like she's responding positively so far, you just haven't been doing it very long. Trust the process. She's had a beta for years. A couple of months of change is not very long. You say your SMV is higher than hers, but does she know that? Does she know that you can go pick up a younger, newer model tomorrow if you wanted? Do you? Continue to work on yourself. Why are you willing to hang out with a flake? she eventually reached out to me and i made plans to see her again. If anything, it will be good closure. Last time she flaked on you and you're willing to give her another chance? Also, what in the world do you need closure for? Stop lying to yourself, you're still under her spell.

Been there homie. It gets better, if you get better. A couple of points of advice from someone who is a few years removed from a similar situation. Be ruthless. Don't consider her feelings at all. Save every bit of communication and always know that any form of communication can and will be used against you if possible. Don't worry about any pussy right now. Make all of your plans about you. Proactive negative realization has been powerful and effective tool for me. When I meditate, I visualize potential negative situations that might occur throughout the day. I work through my emotions before it even happens. If that situation happens to come up, I've already dealt with it. If it doesn't, great. Either way I'm good. May sound a bit hokey, but I'm telling you, if you want a good way to maintain frame, this practice has helped me stay cool in some very frustrating situations.
