I got both points of view and I'm sorry its tough to explain my story in text. I know it so I leave things out. My kids are a priority. But like its been said I was a shit father dealing with her bullshit. And a piss poor example for my boy. I've been a better father in the weeks since she found the affair and we decided to dissolve than I was for years. That makes me sad but all I can do is be better.

Could not have said it better.

It was tough and yes it was difficult. Its just the sad reality when you marry someone at a certain weight and they don't feel they need to maintain it.

I can deal with teasing. I appreciate the advice I always get here and if I can share some all the better. I am happy. Despite so much going wrong at least I'm not dealing with shit sex with someone I can't stand.

Thank you. I mean I've dealt with women to try and get them to submit. Some just don't have it in them. And a girl that knows she can do better (i.e., equal SR) has no reason to submit. She's the dominant one.

Brother. When the other side starts letting you in on their secrets you listen. I don't need the information for this one. I need it for the next one.

I'm not sure there are studies but most females of any species are biologically wired to try and diversify the gene pool by mating with as many top quality (for them anyways) males as possible. This is pure and simple hypergamy. The praying mantis female doesn't eat the head off the male because its being mean. It does it to secure food for the upcoming pregnancy. Its pure survival for them. They can't even really control it well.

Its not a total rape and in fairness I gave her much more than I probably could have gotten away with. But rather than fight it in court I made her an offer she couldn't refuse. Don't get me wrong. I'm paying the fucking beta tax. Not real super happy about it but its worth it to lose the remnants of my betaness.

Who bangs a 300 lb woman? Well me for way fucking too long. Its just one of those things I got stuck in. My life lived me instead of me living it. And we all know where that leads. But please I'm happy with the girl I'm with right now. Its not a self-confidence issue. Its a she fits me issue. Everyone has a type.

That's pretty much what happened. And they don't regain it in certain cases no matter how much you outrank them or improve. Best to move on.

I get your point. But the sliding scale is so subjective. I'll settle for a lower SR if she'll wear a collar and let me lead her around on all fours. I'm weird like that though.

Its a good question. But its been an open marriage for a while now - just open on my side. LOL She's moving out next week. I'm buying her out of the house. I've got child support and we are splitting household goods. Its not a horrible deal. We will call it beta tax. Don't be beta fellas. That being said. I got a little pissed at her that she used my money to buy gas to go fuck him. I told her that would not happen again and I expect to be repaid. My kids are protected. 50/50 custody. I am worri…

The truth is I don't know her weight. She's short as fuck. I'd guess 175. She's not supermodel thin but that's not my body type. Judge me if you want. I can lift this one. I'm happy with that.

Wait a minute....do we know the same girl? LOL
/r/MarriedRedPill20/01/16 08:34 PM

But according to her he was hot!! LOL Of course he told her this is what he does. Goes on Match finds a new chick to bang every week. Women are pretty fucking stupid. But then again, so are guys if she can find cocks to ride.

Could not have laid out my plan better.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/01/16 08:33 PM

Well I don't hate her. Trust me she's going to need help getting a man and keeping one. Right now she thinks the 15 mins of attention she gets from another man while he's inside her is all she needs. She's going to be very lonely and lord knows she's going to have time to make my life hell. But also, meeting a guy she's texted for a week and fucking him within an hour. Yeah that's pretty slutty. She might sell a kid for condom money. Ya never know.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/01/16 08:32 PM

Of course. The funny thing is that I could not go too fast with the dread with this woman. She saw very quick what she was losing. We've talked before BPP. I went through the levels, maybe a little quicker than I should but the affair was me just fed up and so I went to 11. I gave her maybe 3 years to catch up. She wasn't even walking fast. LOL Yes dread but also hysterical bonding. I'm not kidding you. I could have pretty much gotten my soon to be ex to do just about anything I asked.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/01/16 08:31 PM
3

Its true. She might be. I have my eyes open now though. I won't be afraid to next if I need to. Its much easier to say goodbye to a girlfriend than this fucking divorce. LOL But if you go back through my post history I talk about being a hapless beta. I let her run over me and I didn't even get a nice looking old lady out of it.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/01/16 08:29 PM
3

In theory you are totally right but have you ever known a woman to think that far ahead?
/r/MarriedRedPill17/08/15 12:53 AM
3

Actually BPP, Athol's explanation is worse than that. Because the man can no longer get the woman pregnant and she knows it, the danger and excitement from sex goes away. IMO only effective if your woman has baby rabies. LOL
/r/MarriedRedPill16/08/15 09:02 PM
6

Honestly its tough to capture there's several reasons things change after a baby. A woman's hormones change dramatically, there's the kids interrupting, there's the time to take care of them, the betaization of the dad, the hormone changes in dad, etc., etc., Diagnosis is different but treatment is always the same. But in reality the man can act like leaving is or isn't an option but with a kid it becomes a whole new financial reality.
/r/MarriedRedPill16/08/15 09:00 PM
8

I agree with the pseudoscience. Athol can sure make some shit up. Look at the vasectomy like this. You can fuck anyone and you can't get them pregnant. So wouldn't that make you more dangerous? LOL
/r/MarriedRedPill16/08/15 04:03 PM

BPP's explanation of the levels is the best explanation I've ever seen.

Are you asking because you care or is it a statement of "I don't care?" Here's the deal. Newb comes, make a low quality post bitching about marriage. RP Alpha boss comes in and replies bitching about low quality. So bitching begets bitching. Let's whine that someone made a post I don't like. Talk about losing frame!!! When someone makes a low quality post, downvote it or ignore it and go. Jesus. When your wife does something low quality do you become a whiny bitch? NO. And I'm not talking specif…

Chances are its not the vasectomy that made sex dry up, its the new little cockblocker. You know why they call them babies, right? Because calling them little cockblockers is impolite. She has the baby, so she needs you less. It happened to me and it happens to all guys. Start with the dread.

I never really understood the "don't post here" rules. If it pertains to application of redpill within the context of a marriage then my feeling is it belongs here. There's always on the internet a shaming of the n00bs. We've all been new at something once or twice. The different levels of knowledge always compliment and help up and down. Seperating them is short minded.

I feel like a huge piece of this story is missing. She doesn't find you attractive (as much). I think that part is clear. What besides working out are you doing to increase attraction?

BPP - The treatment itself is no problem. Its getting the treatment that I hear is a problem. Already my primary care doctor wants to shirk the responsibility of giving me the fucking shot or script and send me to an endo 200 miles away. No offense to any doctors but most of the ones I've seen are fucking idiots. All that schooling does not make up for lack of problem solving ability.

Yeah I'll let you know in July after we go. She has actually been pretty decent about it. She is jokingly asking where. I'm just telling her what to buy and what to wear and what to plan for in vague terms. If I had let her plan there would be no relaxation and it would have been all stuff she wanted to do. I plan on introducing sexy stuff both days to get her in the mood. Sex shops, fetish shops, strip clubs even a risqué show. I'm pushing a lot of boundaries so we'll see how it goes. I'm glad …

I agree with this. Way too vague.

I don't think STFU is a good hard and fast rule or even in general. You should have a conversation with your wife when it is necessary to meet an end goal that requires her to do something. When its not you should talk through your actions. For example, in your case, do you need her to do something? This might be changing a behavior or doing something to help. Otherwise talking without action is probably just going to come off very beta.
/r/MarriedRedPill21/06/15 10:05 PM
1

As opposed to? I don't find you attractive right now either? If the dude is with her he obviously thinks she's attractive. If not, he's with an unattractive woman and where does that leave his value if he's willing to do that? Its the right balance of not actually validating while drawing a boundary that if she gets less attractive then there will be an issue.

I'm glad to hear this story as I'm doing almost exactly the same thing (except 17th anniversary). I'm framing the trip as for me and there are some fun things to do that she'll enjoy. I'm not letting her even know where we are going until the airport.

"Do you plan on becoming less attractive?"
/r/askTRP21/06/15 01:53 PM

Basically this: Dread is a result of natural changes. The dude gets better looking. Swole ass muscles. Dresses nice. Other girls flirt. He has interesting hobbies and friends that take his attention. Now how is taking his ring off any form of dread if he can't do the other things first? In your version of dread the dude would be hitting on other girls. In the true form the other girls hit on him.

I gotta disagree. The mantra here always seems to be to "lead" your wife and marriage. I don't think the right way is to take it off and leave it off. If a kid misbehaves we don't do PA stuff and hope they understand. We firmly address it. But once he's taken it off it's probably not prudent to put it back on "because she said so". So I agree with that part at least.

For me giving a gift to my wife is like giving money to a homeless person. I do it for me and I can't worry about what happens after I give it. You are worried about her reaction but she doesn't worry about yours.

That's what I get for trying to type a reply while my wife is going in about something. Taking them off at intervals for no good reason I meant. It's like flying the flag upside down. It's noting that the marriage is in distress.
/r/MarriedRedPill20/06/15 10:36 AM
1

You are right. Sorry for the abbreviated reply. It sounds a little passive aggressive and butthurt to take it off without explaining. It wasn't clear from your post if you explained. Stfu isn't always the best course. A lot of guys don't say anything direct about bad behavior and by the time we do it's extremely pissy and butthurt. The last thing you told her about going back home and always wearing your rings was the right (but should have been first) course. I went back and read my reply to yo…
/r/MarriedRedPill20/06/15 10:36 AM

To me the rings are a symbol. Taking them off symbolizes no marriage. Taking it off at intervals is probably a bad sign. There's a difference in being butthurt and making an inquiry. If I were you I'd insist she wears it.

See I've always wondered about that. You read stories and the dude married a normal seeming girl and the shit like BPD came on slowly. Now I know a lot of these manifest later in life. But still. Solid attraction, alpha and she's fine. Dude goes beta and the screechtard comes out. Maybe the BPD or schizo is always there but the dude is handling it. Maybe the chick can control it as long as the tingles are there. I dunno, maybe I'm playing armchair psychiatrist. The point as you pointed out is th…

Dude. Practice reading. I don't allow her to do anything. There's only so much "leading" I can do from both the front and rear. I'm going to take a guess and say you are single.
/r/MarriedRedPill18/06/15 02:27 AM
1

This is the toughest one. You expect her to be there for you but she's not. I learned that when a family member dies to not shed a tear in front of your woman. If you muscles are sore from the gym push on. Don't even moan or groan. You'll get it. Just takes a different way of thinking.
/r/askTRP17/06/15 10:41 PM
4

That's the RP line. Here's the reality. You can't make them do anything. You can lead and hope they follow. In some things they do. In some they don't. People can say I'm not leading enough. That's fine. She's going to the gym with me three days a week. But I cannot cannot cannot make her walk fast enough on the treadmill to lose weight. And there's no amount of browbeating and dread and me getting abs that's going to change that. At some point its just not worth fighting all the damn time tryin…

If you are spinning plates who cares. If you are LTRing someone those are huge red flags. She's put you in a no win situation. If you let them continue to orbit one day they will slip out of that orbit if they know what they are doing. If you nuke them you've shown massive insecurity. Tough.
/r/askTRP15/06/15 10:42 PM

You would think that but my wife has even told me that there must be something wrong with me for liking BBW. LOL, beat that hamster! One more thing. Keep in mind. Your last sentence is kind of a tell all. In GENERAL people who are fat have impulse control problems and a need for serotonin and dopamine bombs. They eat on impulse and they may fuck others on impulse. Its not a hard and fast rule. Its like an inherent red flag. Just stay frosty.

Nah, I appreciate the concern and not paranoid. She could have cheated in the past. Now not so much. I have access to all comms. I mean all. I know for sure 100% where she is at all times. Unless she's banging one of the three guys at her work (competing with 40 other women). Plus she has a guilt complex. She once confessed through tears to masturbating. LOL

I agree not to push when you know. If she's thrown up within the last 8 hours or has a fever. Yeah probably a dick move. However my wife is the queen of the headache shit tests. There is always something wrong. Something hurts, etc. I have to tell her that sex releases endorphins and it will make her feel better. LOL Seriously though. Women have a brain and mouth. They can say no. No sense in feeling shame for wanting what you want.

The worst for me are the validation givers. My job is 75/25 men/women. The few women are post wall harpies with either thousand cock stares or BPD. But the men (and I use that term loosely) feed those bitches validation all day long. I'm not saying they are nice to them. They are total orbiters. For your first paragraph I didn't really understand. You probably explained it well I just didn't get it. Sorry. For the rest. The problem is that its both a comfort and a shit test if that is possible. She would like for me to tell her she's the shit AND at the SAME TIME she would like to tell me I'm not the shit. If she can accomplish both. BOOM her value goes through the roof compared to mine. Its insidious. That's why she's a master at mental gymnastics. Seriously I'm not that good at it. Th…

I wifed a BBW. I like all types of women and really BBW does it for me more than any other type. So take my advice. Beware of your social proof. Its hard for me to get IOI's with the wife around because a lot of women will think you are low value. Therefore dread is a little tricky. All big girls have insecurities and they can manifest poorly sometimes. My wife likes to try and lower my value with words so she appears higher. As you pointed out with the media. I'll not make a single suggestion for a scent. Rather I'd say go to a site like perfumesamples.com (don't worry they sell cologne too). Take a few of the examples other posters gave you and order some samples. They are cheap and you can actually put them on (your body will change the final result). Oops I posted on AskTRP. I'll be the voice of dissent when it comes to Athol Kay. The dude is not redpill. He may have been at one time. MMSL primer is a decent book but everything in it can be picked up from reading this sub and the sidebar. And absolutely do not go to his forum. Its populated by and ran by women and beta men who are spending good years of their life trying to beta their women into fucking them. But I won't leave you just with negativity. Here's where to start. Fucking lift and…

I wrote the post on tests. A run and fetch command is a shit test because it seeks to establish your time and energy as less valuable than hers. For a long time you told her through actions that she was more valuable. My wife makes the same comments. The most humorous one that I have in writing is her bitching that she actually has to ask for things like a fucking adult. She likes to drop hints. Like popcorn sounds nice. Then I'd run and get it. No! That's beta bitch behavior. I don't mind getti…

Like I tell my boy. You know there are snakes in the woods. You can go into the woods knowing that and keep a sharp eye out. Being afraid to go isn't an option. Neither is skipping through oblivious.

The way I see it is this... When you've done all you can do and you've improved and been the man and led and made everything good and she doesn't follow then you pull the IDGAF because at that point you can't anymore really.

I've spent several of those frustrated days and nights you talk about! You are right, not worth it and basically pulls right into her frame. Happiness is a choice that we can make for ourselves.

Right on. As I was trying to say that I got pulled back into that mentality a bit. I think your point is important that people not try to conform and do the thing that is right. In other words not letting perfect be the enemy of good enough.

Withdraw is definitely good. Nothing like a parting shot (Parthian soldiers learned to shoot a bow from horseback behind as they overtook the enemy). And yes that's part of my point on silence. It can be mistaken for just not being clever enough for a comeback.

Lol. It's all yours! My reasoning is this-and I suppose it's situation and person dependent. Silence in my house is winning the battle but not the war. I can go silent and call it a draw but the tests will keep coming. A sharp response is the only thing that puts it down. That being said, sometimes there is no right response. My wife is great at mental gymnastics. I do use silence especially when I'm reading or doing something. It conveys the idea that my time is much too valuable for petty game…

Those are some very good points. The fat thing is maybe more of a shit test disguised as a comfort test? I sometimes go a little too alpha on the comfort tests and end up hurting feelings so I have to be careful.

I wouldn't say you should avoid apologizing. A real man owns up to his mistakes - no matter how small. I gave my wife grief for sending me to the store for coffee. You know what, I forgot it the first time so I went back for it. With my wife I never ask her to do better next time. The fucking hamster runs wild. With kids I simply tell them after an apology basically what you do. An apology is fine, I expect better next time. Kids understand this better than women. LOL But don't expect an apology…

Well contentment is the opposite of what you want. You are destabilizing the relationship for fun and profit. LOL Remember, she fucks the bad boy. The good guy supports her lifestyle and you have to be both. When you see her getting too content trot out the bad boy again. I guarantee that if my wife starts taking me for granted I can seek some IOIs and start acting aloof and its like a crackhead to crack up in here.

I might have this all wrong but... That wasn't a shit test, it was outright abuse and disrespect. Certainly hope it didn't happen in front of the kids. Shit tests can be ignored or AA or CF. Disrespect is handled. "That was disrespectful and I won't tolerate it in this house. Find a better tone or find a new place to live." Then shut up and go about business.

First semester! You are in for a long ride brother. Pregnant women are fucking crazy. Even more than normal. When she starts backing off on the sex, start backing off on the comfort (snuggling, helping her with stuff, etc.) and find something better to do. Dread isn't always pretending you are fucking someone else. A lot of the time its just being unavailable.

What this guy said. My wife and I run into the finance thing from time to time. I get the same gaslighting and DARVO shit. I tell her what I expect and what I expect is open communication. Asking about where the joint money going is not accusing her of doing anything wrong. Its your fucking money too. As for the sex yes. Fuck me or fuck you conversation time. The bible has a lot of male positive things to say about sex.

Let me tell you a little story. I became a beta bitch exactly during our first pregnancy. Sex was once every two days before that (trying to get preggo). After our son was born it was as if I didn't exist. Sex dropped to once per week or two. I FOUGHT and FOUGHT back from that. Basically telling my wife that I was fucking miserable. Lifting, dressing better, taking control, massive dread and up to once every other day. Then bam, pregnant again. She kept warning me sex was going to be off limits …

Could not have said it better. I made sure she got a card and a modest gift and I'm trying to give her a day of relaxation. I don't do it for her. But it does help her to figure out that the laundry and dishes and cooking and kids can all be handled as well by me. So she gets to relax and a little bit of dread gets worked in. I don't need praise. I get praise from a job well done.

This 100 times. 5 years later you are married and she loses attraction and tells that sex hasn't felt good for 5 years. By that time you have a kid and are beta as fuck. Run fast, run far.

I like this and look forward to reading more. I would add that expectations are most frequently contracted covertly in the form chore play and other acts for sex. However there are many more types: Expectation of fairness Of recognition Of sacrifice Of loyalty There are so many! The best thing to do is to expect of one's self. Expect things of other people and prepare to be dissapointed. We have control over limited things.

Not to derail too far. I know Athol is viewed as a god some places. Mmsl is not a bad book. But the new vids and the forum are horrible. The forum is moderated and fully under control of a group of women. Why are the women there? If you ask them they all have perfect marriages and they are perfect red pill wives. So why bother hanging around. The forum is designed to keep guys in phase 3 for fucking ever. No one ever escapes. Of course you can get coaching and maybe graduate. There are tons of g…

There are several 50+ women at my gym. There are two distinct groups. The ones that work hard and those that go to people watch and hamster away that hard work. It's not hard to tell the groups apart. Lol

And this, fellas, is why I no longer take MMSL seriously. It's a decent transition to redpill if you are having trouble getting it down. But everything is eventually about supplicating and ignoring the fact that AWALT.

Good question. You'd think but you have to remember, she has a 7/8 on her arms so she "BELIEVES" she is a 7/8. Its a self-defeating cycle in a way. The most risky thing I do is when she starts misbehaving I remind her that finding another me should be easy for her (sarcasm). I think deep down a girl can hamster away that she isn't as low as she really is but reality can strike them at weird times. It does really fuck with my head. I know she would have to search hard but she could cheat. Getting…

For my cliff notes, read livingthedreamnow's cliff notes. LOL Well pretty much. We are still married. I married a girl maybe 2-3 levels lower as well. She has been a good partner but once the oneitis sets in she's on an equal level with you. I'm the weird guy who likes girls a little chubby. She's still passing the boner test but it could be a lot better if she'd not be lazy. That's truly why women go lower on SMV its total laziness. The truth is too, once they marry a 7 they become a 7 by proxy…

There was a post on here or TRP about finding TRP too late. You can't dwell on that. Its like saying if I had known the internet would be a thing in the 90's I could be rich. LOL So just curious - how would the logistics work? Would you move her back? Is there a job to worry about for her, etc.?

My advice (from a younger man to an older one) is to add variety but also to not worry about making every encounter a super quality one. Sometimes I can tell when my wife isn't super into it. I play sniper, I get in, take the shot and get out.

Three relationships in 4-5 years. All failed and you want to get back with the woman who dumped you when your business failed and you gained some weight? Wow. I mean I understand that you were no longer attractive but most women give you some notice that you need to get your shit in order. Sounds like she just busted up the marriage and with kids. Oneitis kills dude.

I'm going to be a little hard on you because I've been through some of this and you need someone to be. Remember when Diogenes walked about with his lantern - looking for an honest man. You are holding the lantern and looking for an honest girl. The moral of Diogenes is that there isn't one of either. If your girl had been cheating or really misbehaving I'd say fuck her - move on. But she's just doing what women do. Your oneitis has died and that's a good thing but you are questioning whether sh…

Yeah I recognize this talk. I'm curious how pleasurable she finds the sex. In other words, is every session about satisfying her? If so, skip that and go for a quickie ever so often where only you get yours. My wife was getting an orgasm a day and eventually she took that for granted. She was actually too satisfied. Now she gets then when she can ask like a big girl.

You were light years ahead when you gave your letter. I had still to read anything redpill so mine was totally driven by desperation. It wasn't perfect but it did work. After I read NMMNG and MMSL I realized it was about 85% me that was driving the behaviors in her. The 15% is partially that she resists anything good because its change. The 10 second kiss was like pulling nails. Now if I leave the house without it she knows that I'm not happy.

I had to do the letter because if I say something she doesn't like she just walks off. So I treat her like a kid putting her hands over her ears. That was just the ultimatum to quit living an unsustainable lifestyle. But yes she took that as an ultimatum and it was remarkable the change in her after that. The other ultimatums came later. The sex one actually went quite well. I learned I wasn't dating her or giving her affection. Once I switched that back on it was every other day and anything go…
