Isn’t that what this sub spends a lot of time doing? As well as everywhere else on the net?

They aren’t choosing bad men, they have standards! /sarcasm
/r/PurplePillDebate03/11/23 12:56 AM

If we’re going to disallow “incel rhetoric” why is this misandry and femcel shit allowed on this sub?

I’ve had it one step worse. I was the shoulder she cried on, I was interested but also seeing other people. Her thing blew up, she told me she wanted to see me - then decided she wasn’t ready for a relationship after we had sexted and been physical. That really fucking sucked.

I’m not angry over what I believe and see. All the ways to change the dynamic are unrealistic so being mad isn’t changing anything as it usually doesn’t with anything in life.

Every sub I frequent that has a thread of the day - this one included has a minuscule fraction of the engagement the regular posts have because the posts provide context to the discussion instead of boxing a topic to one thread.

The new rules to seem indicate if you say looks had a hand in different reactions someone got compared to others it’s considered incel rhetoric and not allowed. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It looks like the mods are attempting to kill the debate portion of this sub. Let’s see how it goes.

I’m gonna need a delineator of looks and black pill talk. This seems heavy handed and looks do matter is a trp tenant

There’s a limit and it depends. Morbidly obese out. Obese out. Some curves and softness with a cute face? Absolutely. But like with men - being obese or over is a hard no

Also body positivity. No hate but no belly rolled mid riffs were showing in the 90s and 00s and now it’s everywhere because the media has told women obese is beautiful

I see men under six feet with cute women all the time. The height is an overblown argument by men. Unless you’re a midget it’s not your height. And if it is your height - just lol, not a serious person
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/23 01:01 PM

You meant over 25 btw . Under 25 is normal
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/23 01:00 PM

There’s a line between thick and cute and obese. It’s okay to have standards and preferences but only when it’s women expressing them? Also - show me the woman who is into an overweight or obese man. I’ll wait
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/23 12:54 PM

This sub greatly overly estimates how many austistic and guys who aren’t capable of communication are out there and it’s used as a crutch response a lot. They knew how to express it how they felt and they did - but ultimately he wasn’t enough hot enough to get a yes and then the other things you described happened. And then when things went south they looked for a shoulder to cry on.

Women don’t care about an emotionally intelligent man unless he’s attractive. The vast majority of men are emotionally intelligent - but average in attractiveness and invisible. And what effort are women putting into dating? Below average to average women have polar opposite dating experiences compared to men and it’s not because they’re putting in effort.

This. There isn’t someone out there for you just because. There isn’t someone out there for you just because you’re a good guy with a heart of gold. The things that men were told mattered in the 80s, 90s, 00s got turned on their head pretty fast once enough of the conversation started happening and men realized they had all witnessed the same thing. Women aren’t attracted to men for any of their personality traits as a primary driver. What women consider attractive is a far narrower definition t…

Creepy and weirdo? Yea. The same behaviors and words definitely result in different reactions based on your attractiveness to a given woman. If you’re good looking it’s cute and funny and if not you’re creepy. Stalking is cut and dry.

Even if you’re body building the odds that you’re a cbum who is an ultra responder and you’ll be competition or Instagram level is never happening. It’s not worth the risks when a high protein diet and progressive overload in the gym will do
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 06:58 PM

You should not be using hgh or test just for gains esp in your teens and 20s. Whoever is advising that is a moron.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/10/23 06:56 PM

It at the very least shows bad judgement on the woman’s part to wind up in the situation in the first place. And now a guy is giving that person a second chance with the odds likely to end the same way. I know this is a PC no no opinion, but most men don’t want to play dad for a child who isn’t biologically theirs. There are guys out there who will and bless them, but for the vast majority of men it’s a non-starter.

So women suck at choosing? The entitlement is crazy. Nobody wants to compete and simp to win over a woman who isn’t into them and if she is you’d never wait this long to get a message back
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 07:18 PM

Nobody should have their rights or equality impinged. However - I will point out that in the era of women being given more opportunity than men to enter and graduate college, earn as much money as men etc. suddenly in a very short amount of time we’ve arrived at most men not being good enough for most women. Take from that what you will. Imagine if this had been true when men had the advantage.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 07:14 PM

Everyone on this sub has a lot of trouble with the obvious facts. Women get enraged because it points out how shallow and unrealistic their expectations are in addition to how bad they are at choosing for mates so now we get the “I don’t want to date anyway” crowd and men continually complain that self improvement won’t help.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/09/23 07:08 PM

People on this sub have a real issue pointing out that a normal distribution of attractiveness applies to both sexes. And this is only reaffirmed by things like every woman is a 8,9,10, body positivity, and OLD. So when you point that objectively and mathematically speaking every woman you throw on a screen isn’t in the top percent it doesn’t compute.

Your female friends are trying to time their own market at the tippy top which is always a losing proposition instead of riding the very obvious excellent up swing. And likely the guys they’re getting that hit it and quit it have an endless clone of them like they say they have an endless clone of those guys and the sad fact is they aren’t great enough for any of those guys to want to lock down as one of your friends told them.

They painted a narrative from their stats that men are more lonely comparatively compared to 35 years ago no denying that. But failed to mention the loneliness in todays stats between the two sexes are statistical equal. I know how to read a graph and how stats work. I’m not gonna get into a pissing contest on PPD over intelligence with someone who is attempting to wash the issue as a mens only problem. I find the irony in you telling me DK bias. The analyzer of said study is a moron. Yes the drop in men from 1990 to now is greater than in women, however looking at the bar graphs of the number of close friends reported for men and women in 2021 - the bars are almost the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 08:59 PM

Or conversely, if men sharpened their general standards for attractiveness even a little bit.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/09/23 08:48 PM

Hard disagree here. Lots of guys have robust friend networks and social lives none of which are romantic. Those circles can only take you so far emotionally. There’s nothing like the feeling of being in a good relationship and the fact that it’s minimized in todays society, or blamed solely on men, or gets you labeled an incel for speaking out about it is wrong.

There should never be a world where telling someone not drunk, not sloppily, not touching them they look nice is creepy. But alas it’s determined by how attractive she finds you and blue pill and others can’t accept this truth. It’s always the man’s fault for trying. And then “why don’t approach women?”. Cause being called a creep sucks, telling other people you think someone is a creep for the sole reason you aren’t attracted to them is fucked up. But hey no accountability so whatever
/r/PurplePillDebate25/09/23 10:02 PM

Yep exactly this …. And no the approach wasn’t creepy nothing creepy was said. The same approach that is on the rare occasion successful when she’s interested versus not. I found out later I was called creepy behind my back for telling her she looked nice.

OP doesn’t understand how stats and math work. Next post.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/09/23 11:24 PM

Maybe, maybe not. If you're not attractive having ten thousand social circles won't really help. I have a friend who is the biggest social butterfly I've ever seen in my whole life and struggles mightily in dating. He's a great guy, smart, funny, caring, he's not even short but women pass over him all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 10:25 PM
2

The bar is very high for men particularly in the online dating space, this isn't debatable. What you've described OP are platitudes for why men are passed over. I also don't know where these men are, but I rarely if ever run into men who don't brush their teeth and never shower.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/09/23 10:21 PM
1

I don't think there's ever going to be "fairness" in dating, too many factors and too many variables. However where we are today thanks to the narratives pushed by media and social media is most definitely outside what should be considered acceptable bounds. If you don't believe me, go over to the tinder sub and look at the swipe stats posted by the normal every day man and normal every day girl and tell me if what you see makes sense, because it doesn't to me.

I’m so sick of the men are horny and want casual sex trope. Show me the study where men want casual sex. Most men I know on apps are looking for a gf, not a hoe.

Another reddit tall tale made up by who knows who. Guys aren’t en masse sending unsolicited dick pics to women on dating apps.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/09/23 05:39 PM

How are dating apps not a good experience for women? It’s easily the best course of action these days unless you make it very apparent you’re open to in person interaction

No amount of appearance improvement will even the dating field. There’s a woman on the tinder sub who posted her stats today and she’s 5’7 286 lbs and has no issue getting dates and casual sex. I don’t know what other evidence to provide.

Because part of the problem is as women graduate college at higher rates than men, enter the workforce on the higher end at higher rates than mine, and own homes at higher rates than men it’s become obvious through multiple studies that women refuse to “date down” economically. This would be the equivalent of men in the 50s/60s saying they refuse to marry women who intended to be housewives. A ludicrous assertion.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 06:10 PM
6

It’s difficult for men here when their personal experiences contradict what’s being written here by women. And then what women say contradict themselves. So either this is the altruistic collection of women in the history of the internet versus out there or something else is up. There are a few women who are telling it like it is.

/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 04:17 PM

Haha thanks it was more intended for sarcasm/general advice given by people on this sub. My only counter argument from personal experience is - when men join hobbies looking to make connections even then women can sense it and reject him
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 04:14 PM

Based on the current trends unless something changes and changes fast, especially for young men we are headed for a combo of Japan and South Korea. Growing disillusion with women and dating, growing animosity for feminism and women in general, lower relationship and sex rates and thus lower marriages and population decline. We need to make a concerted effort to reinvest in young men and do everything in our power to ostracize dating apps as a start.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 04:04 PM

I don’t feel I’ve joined any pill sphere but it’s helped put some logic and reasoning behind what I was seeing that didn’t align with what I was told growing up
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 02:43 PM
1

Just find some hobbies!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/09/23 02:40 PM
16

Agree - but the flip side of this is women are just as broken and undatable and yet because of dating apps have an extremely inflated sense of value. Most women, like most men, don’t bring anything to a relationship other than their private parts but society has made that acceptable and okay. For one gender it’s empowerment, for the other, it’s a call to improve themselves. One of the great emerging injustices of our time.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/09/23 06:09 AM

Then please tell me why the stats for uni admission, graduate degrees, workforce participation, and home ownership for the last 40 years have tilted so heavily in one direction? Women never wanted equality - they wanted to rig the game and have succeeded through the media since anyone asking these questions is called a misogynist.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/08/23 06:20 PM

Everyone should have the same basic rights. But we always got to tilt the scales heavily in someone’s favor.

I don’t know - being friendly with no ulterior motive. I had a wonderful latte yesterday and I asked the barista what bean and how she made it. I instantly knew she thought I was hitting on her when I was genuinely asking a simple question. Get off your high horse - most of you aren’t beautiful enough to make men fall over themselves to get in your pants.

Female hubris on display here. 80%+ responses assume a guy is talking to you to fuck you.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/08/23 02:44 AM

Because most younger women are going for and dating the same men. This isn’t rocket science
/r/PurplePillDebate28/08/23 02:12 AM

You must be very overweight cause I’ve never seen that
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 03:30 PM

The user you’re arguing with is a known ppd idiot. Don’t worry about her
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:17 PM

You clearly spend too much time watching tv and streaming if every example you’re gonna bring up relates to entertainment. For the last 40 years women have gotten into and graduating college at higher rates than men. Are in the workforce at higher rates, own more homes, and the gender wage gap in corporate America is an outright lie. Get off your couch and stop watching bravo
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:12 PM

I stopped taking you seriously the moment you opened with “women know what men find attractive thanks to porn”. Honestly asking - how do you manage to breathe?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:09 PM

Yes but here come the cope responses about demographics and god knows what else. As if the one discernible objective avenue doesn’t translate to real life
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:08 PM

Don’t be so sure
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:06 PM

Are they though? I definitely see it less often than I used to esp among younger people. And how long do those relationships last before she finds the next best guy?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:03 PM

If we knew the answer to this question we’d solve a lot. A genuine good guy stares women in the face and they pass for the guy who obviously sees them as a cum rag
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 01:01 PM

Rule 1 and 2. Just like two different men can do and say the same thing and what makes one man creepy and one man kind boils down to how physically attractive she found him
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 12:58 PM

It doesn’t - whoever told you that is a moron.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 12:57 PM

There’s literally no difference out in the real world between the two guys you describe. Stop pretending like these characters exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/08/23 12:57 PM

It boils down to one thing: looks. And men are incredibly more wide ranging and foregiving in this arena

There is a large divide in looks culture between the coasts and fly over America. Every time some guy on this sub is like I’m a normal overweight dude who is killing it with women my first question is always where are you located? It’s without fail the Midwest or southeast. Fat joe average has no shot in Los Angeles.

And this is slowly leading to the most toxic society in human history. Enjoy the decline for real. Lonely men where society looks at them and goes “sorry not my problem, level yourself up” with no other assistance only leads to problems and instability. Don’t believe me? Look at human history.

Even a slightly overweight woman years ago wouldn’t dare bare her midriff. Now obese women do it with regularity because of body positivity. Way to go society.

You don’t know that. 25 is plenty of time to be rejected ad nauseam through high school, college, and after. An increasing number of men are leaving the dating world for one reason or another - way to go ladies! And we can have differing views. However, this is like comparing the lives of the wealthy to the poor.

As a human looking for a romantic relationship it takes two to tango. An apartment rejects you? There’s plenty more willing to take your money. Education? There isn’t only one college or uni with your specific program. Job? Apply elsewhere. The switching ability of every other example your autist take cited is solved with zero emotional investment and strife. Dating and finding a mate? Not so much in the time sink it is to get to know someone and develop a sense of who they are and feelings for …

Your second paragraph literally starts with you mocking the OP for rejection bothering them. How the hell are you an engineering grad student who doesn’t understand their own words they put on the web. You belittled romantic rejection into the realm of apartment leasing. Of course you’re a woman, color me shocked. Understanding of romantic rejection is at the grade school t-ball level with your female privilege (side note: how many women’s engineering and stem programs did you attend and stick o…

We’re going to pretend like rejection especially a string of them over time isn’t painful and is somehow misogyny? Your generation is completely fucked in the head. The rest of your post makes no sense and reads like bullshit

You seem triggered. Who hurt you? I have a lot of friends. I think women like you have a serious blind spot to male female friendships and relationships because it’s clear you feel entitlement to male friendship. Edit: shocker rad fem who responded like this
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 06:06 PM

That adds up though. Women want their cake and to eat it too. They want the men to play all the traditional roles of men while also simultaneously playing with the men ain’t shit card and I don’t need no man and I’m a girl boss.

Counterpoint - imagine someone liked you as a friend first but as they got to know you and your hobbies and values and life goals and all else aligned, they found you romantically interesting but you didn’t find them so.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 02:16 AM

Women’s egos are infinitely more fragile since whenever you see a woman get rejected their brain can’t compute. Men on the other hand experience it so often so it’s expected now.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 02:15 AM
25

TwoX is filled with sad radfem losers who will victimize themselves over literally anything. They simultaneously will tell you that they don’t owe you a relationship but you DO owe them friendship and to not do so if rejected or taken or whatever is being a “nice guy”. I hate to say this, but the more I experience and the more I read I’m starting to go down the misogyny route against women and I don’t like it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/08/23 02:10 AM

What you both say is true. If you’re a guy who spends his 20s establishing himself without time to date there’s a very high likely the women you date post 30 have been “ran through”. This isn’t a hot take.

We’ve arrived at a place where the general belief is that women are somehow superior to men especially in the dating realm especially since they function as the selectors now. In reality, women have never been more shitty at picking partners than they are right now and the trend line is only continuing. They are just as undatable/broken/bad at relationshiping as men but since almost all but the most ugly have options they think they’re princesses. We are headed for South Korea style gender wars …

Not all women, but most are. Alpha fucks and beta bucks is definitely a thing that men are now becoming wise to. None of these are acceptable besides red pill. I’d talk to him. I do worry about the future for western boys and men in this current social and political climate. Women needed their equality. However - the movement has sought to have their cake and eat it too and threatens to cancel anyone who challenges the assertion. It’s out of hand and needs to be stopped. Young boys are being disadvantaged in favor of girls in school, training, and workplace far too much now.

Yes … chubby is just not thin\athletic\toned. The woman in the tweet body wise is very attractive to me. Overweight and obese are bigger. Where someone carries their weight also makes a huge difference. If all the fat is stored in the stomach for example, I can’t find them attractive.

That’s the entire point of why the people who are pissed at her and the woke media this is even a story. They labeled what looks like a very mature discussion about boundaries in a relationship to be misogyny, abuse, and praising this bitch’s “bravery” for posting them years after this happened. Oh and he weaponized therapy language 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/23 09:29 PM

It’s okay for anyone to express whatever views they want in the confines of a relationship. It’s also okay to communicate to your partner that XYZ make you uncomfortable and if that’s a dealbreaker for you you get it wish them well but time to move on. It would be like if she had said ya know Jonah I’m not okay with you costarring with Mila Kunis cause she’s hot.

That’s the issue here. The texts are a non-story. Couples fight, disagree and break up all the time. What is the story is this person years later bringing this shit up where he handled himself well and better than 90% of people would, dragging his name through the mud conveniently right after he had a baby with another woman, and then having the net and woke media back her up and call her brave and a survivor. The story itself can kiss my ass. The larger issue is the reaction to instantly always…

Delusional take. Most women go into high risk situations and are sad at the end they weren’t the princess who tamed a man. And in this case Jonah was nothing but respectful. Spare me the flamboyant sounding tik tok therapy semantics bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/23 02:04 PM

First of all, he wasn’t controlling. He said if this stuff makes you happy I support you but it’s not for me and we should break up. If you morons are too immature to view this statement as reasonable I have nothing for you. And again - the focus on the term boundaries is a sad commentary on where we are when you lot have been overfed Xanax and therapy. Y’all have the mental fortitude of a fork.
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/23 02:02 PM

Not taking anyway any new lessons. Just another example of todays twisted society where a woman is always the victim, bares no responsibility for anything, and everything is somehow tied back to misogyny. I can’t believe dude is literally like here are my boundaries if they’re not for you no hard feelings and this bitch tried to cancel him conveniently right after he had a baby. Fuck off.

You kids need to stop with the therapy, therapist language, and mental health pills. It’s overused and being weaponized.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/07/23 12:55 PM

And this is the problem. Men are sick and tired of this movement it’s gone too far
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/23 01:57 PM
3

It’s fine for women to be rallying around her for what an “abuser” he is years later a month after he has a baby for him stating very reasonably his boundaries to her for another point in the bullshit agenda but the sad boys online should shut up about it? Nah fuck off
/r/PurplePillDebate11/07/23 01:55 PM

Because women have never dated a man who wasn’t a good fit for them and men shouldn’t be allowed to date someone unless a comprehensive list of boundaries are established and a contract signed 🙄🤡

How are more people not questioning this? This didn’t just happen, they didn’t just break up. She waited two years after they broke up and one month after he had a baby with another woman to release these messages. /r/PurplePillDebate10/07/23 07:22 PM

Where do the men here subscribe to this?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 03:21 PM

The truth is always is in the middle. Use your best judgement and experience to determine what’s real and what isn’t. Are all men pieces of shit who hate women and are looking to rape them at every turn like two X would have you believe? No. Are all women riding the cock carousel and will dump you the moment something more exciting comes along like TRP says and relationships/marriage is a joke? No.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/07/23 03:19 PM

The funny part is, the average women think they’re relationship material for the guys they go for and are devastated when they’re not. The only reason you’re putting out 7-8/10 times is because you played yourself that hot guy is gonna date and marry you. When in reality, the moment he’s done cumming in you onto the next. And when you are ready to settle only but the most lane and weak average guys will dare get near you. Your actions bare responsibility and have consequences even if in the mome…

/r/PurplePillDebate01/07/23 06:18 PM

Which is going to be a huge societal problem due to loneliness for men - so you’ll have more things like incel communities, violence etc. AND for women the guys that meet these categories are likely not going to wife you up for the long term because they’ll wait for the 10/10 or just continue to enjoy the field. It’s a super lose for everyone but everyone is selfish as long as they get theirs right?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:12 PM

Comes to reddit about male attractiveness in a wide array and hits us with Pitt, Clooney, and Mamoa 🤣 I too love Megan Fox, ScarJo, and Amy Adams.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:07 PM

That would mean 80% of men are ugly. 80%. Get a grip. Women have just as an equal distribution in the looks department objectively as men do - however men are less shallow and more accepting.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/06/23 08:05 PM

Which is the center of the redpill ethos. Women in general - (yes we know you reading this on reddit are the special snow flake of woman who likes a wider array of men) - only consider a very narrow definition of men as attractive. Aka tall, in shape, good jaw line etc. The plight of the average man has been amplified by dating apps where the average woman - the squarely mathematically average woman - is led to believe because Chad will fuck her that he will gf or wife her. And when this doesn’t…

Nobody shouts oi fatty or pig in public and if that happens the one in a ten thousand guys doing that is a cunt. And yeah I would. At least they’re being open about it. Just because women think they’re sly about it doesn’t make it any less hurtful. It’s the same premise as oi fatty in a room full of people but you know it’s you and the feeling is the same
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/23 01:02 PM

Avoid eye contact, move away if you’re near, act like you’re about to assault them for speaking to them, whisper while obviously looking at you to other women.

Your premise that fat women get shit on more is absurd. As a overweight person just because women don’t call you fatty fat to your face doesn’t mean they don’t treat you as badly as the men do. Women do a million more devastating behaviors when it comes to ugly, overweight, non attractive men that are equally and more hurting. Open your eyes a bit
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/23 12:48 PM

I can’t put hey I work out X hours a week on my forehead. If you’re overweight or obese nobody cares. Society is more superficial and visual than it’s ever been. Nothing else matters. You could do coke and meth all damn day as long as it’s not obvious and you’re thin nobody cares
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/23 02:47 AM

I trained daily and was walking north of 10K steps for years and hamster wheeling in weight. I just got medical help and it’s working. Not everyone who is fat is sitting on their couch eating bon bons all day like the majority of you want to believe. Some of us genuinely have genetic issues. And no my calorie intake isn’t different
/r/PurplePillDebate22/06/23 02:44 AM

The fact that you think fat women get more vitriol than fat men is flat out false. People who haven’t been fat a day in their life need to shut the fuck up on the topic.

What if I told you there was a whole other half of your body that needs work too. Would you believe me? Do what you want in the gym, but it’s the same as a guy who focuses on chest and arms 5X a week.

My deal breakers are fat/obese, an ugly face, or too many tattoos. I like girls up to thick. But there’s a group of girls in the gym two of which have amazing bodies but literal troll face - I wish I were kidding. If you were a man the prevailing wisdom would be it’s a you problem better yourself. As such, the fact that you pick losers who pump and dump you is a you problem. Better yourself, hit the gym, go to therapy, be less boring. Clearly women who want it are able to find relationships with stable guys
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 12:48 AM

It’s money from the corporate aspect. But there’s also an activism aspect to it in their advertising. There are ads where being fat is celebrated but it’s all for women. There are still zero mannequins for men other than ripped guy.

The biggest issue with incels is the ingrained teaching that treating women like princesses will guarantee success. It doesn’t. It does the opposite. Women are normal people just like you. When you stop pedastilizing them and bending over backward for them it gets easier. Also - be attractive and don’t be unattractive.

The body positivity movement never had a way to begin with. It is and has been overweight and obese women screeching for acceptance in society and it’s worked to a degree. I never recall seeing overweight and obese mannequins in stores before it. I never recall seeing jelly rolled midriffs out in the open before it. I don’t see women of any but the most absurd obesities have issues getting dates, sex, or relationships. It’s not a lie but it’s a new double standard. Nobody has positivity body and…

Women is not a monolith is a cop out posted on this board to overemphasize the minority argument. Like “nOt aLl wOmeN liKE cHaD. i LIke daD bODs 2!1!1!!”

Because it’s mostly women who having not walked one step in those shoes not believing it really be like that out there
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/23 01:08 AM

Look bro she shows up to the gym 3-4x a week and does the same leg day focusing on her ass and if she’s feeling spicey will throw a ten minute texting sesh on the stair master. Meanwhile - we over here going to failure and then doing cardio until we are spent.

If women end up in this position it’s on them. For the guy they’re waiting on to come around there were or are 3-5 guys they passed over who would worship the ground she walks on but they didn’t interest her.

I agree with the op in theory but the examples are bad. The 80/20 rule so slow draft is in fact true. The absurdity escalates take on dating inequity is true.

I love that the first line addressed the jabba Hutt thing. Your looks determine how and when you can approach a woman and how successful you will be. Two guys can try the same line, same approach, same everything and the one who looks better will get a positive response and the one who doesn’t is called a creep.

/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 09:43 PM

Society media and advertising is normalizing and celebrating fat women. It’s easy to have more self esteem when you look around you and your body type is being celebrated. For men not so much. Stop being so disingenuous.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 06:26 PM

I go to the gym every morning. The 20 something girl who wears neon tights with a sports bra and is slim thick doing the same ass and leg routine daily on low weight spends a significant amount of time chatting up and being chatted up by any and all guys who are at the gym in half way decent shape regardless of age. And she loves the attention. Any time a somewhat equivalent hot woman has walked in she stares and scowls - its hilarious. This is what you're dealing with guys. Anything even semi a…

/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 04:44 PM
6

This is my issue. Walk into any store that has mannequins or look at any magazines... overweight, obese women are celebrated, have mannequins of their physique on the floor etc. nobody dares to tell them publicly to lose weight or that they need to work on themselves. No such thing exists for men. All your models are still chiseled and if you are overweight you're told to work on yourself. The body positivity movement is a scam double standard that can fuck off.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/06/23 04:43 PM

This is the dumbest shit I’ve read in a long time. Thanks OP. Women have been pushed forward at the expensive of men now for 3-4 decades. Scholastically, professionally, and socially. Ever see a program for college admission specifically intended for men? No? Weird despite the fact that more women have been getting into college for 30 plus years. Ever see a program in the workplace for men? No? Why is that? Single women nowadays are more likely to own a home than a single man. And socially - don…

Show me in the past few years where an "unattractive woman" has been made light of in tv or film? It's a quick way to get cancelled. Still happens all the time for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 09:43 PM

That’s because most people don’t have an answer for the question. Especially those who feel entitled. I hate to say this but in todays society women feel entitled to a partner if they want it so if something like this is asked it’s met with hostility. Men have to answer this question indirectly or directly all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/23 04:49 PM

This is hilarious - guys get asked this all the time. What’s so wrong about asking the same of women? It’s not an offensive or misogynyistic question at all. If you think it is it’s a you problem.

/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/23 01:03 AM

Yeah, the flip side of the coin is women overestimate big time how much their juice is worth when compared to the squeeze. On average, they're not better than men, they bring nothing more to the table than a man does, but we're being conditioned to believe they do. As a post once titled here said, "Most women are just as undatable as the men they claim to hate"
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 06:13 PM
1

If the woman got used and disposed for not being hot enough she overestimated her own level. That's what you'd tell a man who got rejected so...

Just yesterday another woman posted on how she was initially approached by a man, turned him down, he persisted and she said yes. How are men supposed to navigate this?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 06:06 PM
1

I'm not taking seriously or reading something by someone who can't use to, two, and too properly. Edit: Ok so I read this. I hate to burst women's bubble, most men aren't approaching the top 2% of women and the fact that so many of you believe most men aren't self aware to this degree is laughable.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 05:59 PM
7

In the west women bare zero responsibility, for anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 05:58 PM
4

Yes it is very harmful. You'll arrive to your 30s without the training wheels and practice to not make the mistakes that an inexperienced person would make. The truth is, women's priorities shift in late 20s and early 30s. They stop riding the CC and want to settle down. So the safe guys they mostly ignored are prime options.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 05:55 PM
46

I know this sub loves to sensationalize on how men want to go out there and fuck anything that moves and says yes in an endless loop. But in reality, I think it's more most men just want a steady relationship and a partner.

/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/23 02:40 AM

The initial “pushback” is directly correlated to your attraction to them and still a risk for the average man. You were never going to tell this guy you got off at 7 if you didn’t find him hot enough. Stop moving the goal posts.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 11:21 PM

The risks of cold approaching a woman in public if you don't reach her looks threshold.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 09:27 PM

So you declined initially and he persisted? That is again a quick way to end up online about not taking no for an answer, on the twoX sub or cancelled on social media as someone who doesn't take no for an answer. Risky move - but hey he's attractive so all good!
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/23 09:26 PM

It's not being timid, weak, or submissive. It's self preservation to avoid having you become a meme on tik tok. If the environment wasn't as such it wouldn't be this way.

It's this. The aloofness and lack of ability to read the room is interpreted as a strength as opposed to the guy who considers and overthinks the situation.

Your assumption that the 4 women who rated Bob a 7 all message him or reply to him based on the real world is laughable. The issue is those 4 women also have men who are more attractive than Bob in their inbox and they reply/message those dudes first. Bob is really further down the list because anything with a vagina on OLD has lots of options.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 06:20 PM
6

Your logic is incredibly stupid and not based on actual math. If the percentages were higher maybe but at a 4:1 ratio there’s no way and the number of different men women find attractive is far less variable than you make it seem
/r/PurplePillDebate01/05/23 06:05 PM

Western women won’t accept a date though. So here we are
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 05:43 PM

The funny thing is, the values incompatibility argument flies past the one immutable fact: thanks to apps every plain Jane, Becky, or beached whale thinks they’re entitled to a guy to the three sixes. You don’t get to values and personality until you clear that gate and most men who have a normal distribution of attractive likes are sick of the 80/20 rule.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/04/23 05:10 PM

Because western women don’t do this…

This is what the anti Tate anti red pill crowd doesn’t understand. You want guys to not model their behaviors and thoughts? Show men in real life that the regular guys have success too. But in most cases - you can’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/03/23 07:42 PM

The point is that there are no women with the same level of experience as you unless you go much younger which is a whole host of other problems because women by just existing can secure sex if they want to.

Theoretically programs encouraging men back into education and jobs. Bringing blue collar labor which was a staple of the middle class back to America instead of cheap places like China. Stopping the whole women need help programs for education and the work place because they do not. In practice? None of this will happen. We are headed for Japan. Women on equal footing are showing they don’t actually want equality. They want binary outcomes where they win and men lose.

I don’t think people are lying. Men have zero incentive to lie about this stat and the same goes for women. I don’t think it has to do with a misunderstanding of what dating is. Even in a world where the nuanced definition of we’re dating is defined differently it’s not different enough to account for a 2:1 difference. A small number of men experience the dating scene as women do and maybe better - endless options to sleep with and they do it. Women would rather simp for these men, wait for thei…

Wow thanks for pointing out this 1 in 1000 corner case. What novel fucking analysis Being labeled creepy or not is entirely tied to how attractive someone is and how attractive the other party finds you
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/23 04:08 AM

A surface level vapid take. If there weren’t enough of these men identifying with this there could be a million Andrew Tates and nobody would care
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/23 08:48 PM
4

The thing is if these men didn’t identify with these experiences the platform would go unnoticed. But when you’re a young man who did everything by the book and come to find out the book is twenty years outdated and now you’re middle aged what do people expect?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/23 08:47 PM
10

We spent 15 years plus pushing women forward at the expense of men. Societal changes like this don’t happen overnight. They take a while. You now have two to three cohorts of teens through early 30s who grew up in the era of metoo, boss bitch, women’s programs, and dating apps. The answer can’t only be men need to be better. But frankly, when you raise these points and ask for help women ick at the thought or label men as incels, losers, creep, whatever pick an adjective. Just like it’s not miso…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/23 08:44 PM
4

Men have a lot leeway on what is attractive to them than woman. Men have a rainbow of likes. Women? Much more narrowly focused on what is considered attractive.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/23 07:21 PM
8

But the experiences are diverging more than ever ... huge problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/23 07:20 PM
21

Nobody wants to say hey women are more picky and attraction has replaced career success, personality, etc. as the primary driver of selection. Nobody wants to say that. Why? Because that's the same shallow trope that was used to generalize men for the longest time and its hypocrisy.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/23 07:19 PM

Enough time in the dating app era hasn't passed to draw any conclusion about guys later in life. Most people my age never had dating apps.

/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/23 01:05 PM

Ah you’re still here - red pill lies … such as?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/23 01:04 PM
1

Replace attractive with not entirely ugly and above and it holds.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/23 01:03 PM

It goes beyond that though. The feminist and woke machine do not want equality - they want a zero sum game where they win and men lose. There’s no mutually beneficial relationship any more.
/r/AllPillDebate12/12/22 05:44 AM
1

Women have far less road or no road for improvement to do that
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 05:46 PM
4

But would there be a possibility of being drawn to their energy if you’re not attracted? I say no
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/22 05:45 PM
1

This used to be the conventional wisdom that men were shallower than women. I don’t know when that changed exactly - but I’ve never encountered shallower people in totality than modern women.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 06:49 AM
1

This is the way. Even then neo liberal politics are as bat shit as Neocon I’m finding
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 06:45 AM
1

In the same breath of telling me men shouldn’t be able to advocate for themselves you then say MRA is about shitting on women. Raising awareness means you view it as a threat against feminism. The best part? No such thing happened when women did this and look where we are now. And yes write my congressman. Can’t wait to see how many votes the men needs rights too position will generate.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 01:11 AM
0

This is the thing that isn’t accepted every time this is the response of “well men should do something about it like women did!” . Men are expected to suck up and deal. Anyone advocating for men is pariahed and labeled an incel. So as someone who is feminist - what’s your advice on how men could muster a movement like women did to have the same social structures of support in place?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 12:57 AM
3

I don’t see anyone anywhere in society rushing to help men. The mere mention of helping them gets you labeled an incel.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 12:37 AM
-5

Women have structures to escape all of that. Men? Not so much.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/22 12:27 AM
6

I’ve seen them … it’s super easy to be like this guy is just here for sex or sent me a dick pic. It’s obvious to me maybe because I am a man but still
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/22 11:33 PM
5

again the only separator in my experience for which side of the fence delineates one from the other for a woman coming from a man is a banned topic here.

And anyone with a vagina
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/22 11:09 PM

But when you’re doing those things depending on the situation it’s clingy and ick to women. So we either do and are seen as clingy and cringe or we don’t and we’re assholes. There no winning
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/22 11:06 PM
27

I think men have far better self awareness and self evaluation than women do in dating. I would posit that hypergamy would be a lot less if men were in this dynamic than women. Men are perfectly content and happy with good enough. Women are always searching for more perfect
/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/22 11:05 PM
1

This is a bad hypothesis but my counter to it would involve what’s is now considered black pill ideology I guess and that’s banned on this sub

/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:30 AM

Cowardice or not is reinforced by others treat or approach which is determined by your attractiveness level. This sounds very blue pillish to me. You're right life isn't a movie. If an average guy is extroverted girls are less inclined to have a good time with him because he's not attractive versus the hot guy. This plays out every day on planet earth everywhere.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:24 AM
1

Not true. I've asked plenty of women and strangers what I look like and I'm told im average. I am very easy to talk to in person and average looking. The combination has served me fuck all in the romance department for women who weren't morbidly obese. The work it takes to get a date with someone who isn't is immeasurable.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:15 AM
1

Downvote me all everyone wants - this is such a toxic viewpoint and what is driving society to where it is. But let's keep pushing this and have the reaction to such ridiculous thought go even more mainstream.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:13 AM
1

Yeah what the fuck post is this? If it were only so easy to have the bare minimum bar of having the opposite sex in your social circle. Why didn't I think of that!
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:12 AM
2

This is super black and white and not how it really works. Let's assume the guy is hot. In scenario A he's mysterious and in scenario B he is the life of the party. If he's not hot? In scenario A he's the weirdo you referenced and in scenario B he's seen as annoying. But try again.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:09 AM
8

It's just another buzz word that is thrown around to separate the attractive people from not. Want proof? An attractive person who is confident is seen as confident. An unattractive person being confident? That's socially unaware and arrogant.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/12/22 12:06 AM
2

Forget status symbol - it’s in some ways becoming seen as unattractive. Oh he’s alright looking but he can provide. Maybe I’ll fuck chad or Tyrone on the side while I play wifey for him
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/22 03:32 AM
3

Can we stop with the men expect out of this world pretty shit? If anything - and there are countless studies that bare this out - women are far shallower now than men on appearance.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/22 03:28 AM
1

The red pill ideology has never been more mainstream and popular because the only thing that matters for a guy now are looks. I don’t care if you’re a man or a woman - but this is just facts at this point. Women got us here - enjoy what comes next. The same turn off behaviors are suddenly seen as so sweet and amazing in a guy she’s attracted to.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/22 03:23 AM

That’s nuts. This is truly how a society stagnates. Great work feminism.

No angry bitter older women in general shame any age gap when the man is older but celebrate it when the woman is older. Another awesome women double standard. Leo? Creep. Demi Moore? Boss. /r/PurplePillDebate02/12/22 06:02 AM

The triple 6 may be over played - but women would never ever date their looksmatch unless super hot or super ugly. That’s the issue. Average women do not want average attractiveness men because tinder says they can go out with above average and just maybe lightning strikes and she can win him over.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/22 06:00 AM

Is it? We live in a day where femboy boy banders who haven’t seen the inside of a gym in their lives are being voted as sexiest man alive.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/22 05:58 AM

It’s one of the top post on PPDs this year and it was titled something like the mistake that women make isn’t assuming that the majority of men are undatable. The mistake they make it assuming they are. In essence yes - social media and old has bubble inflated the self confidence and sense of self in the average woman who is able to get sex casually but never lock down those same guys
/r/PurplePillDebate02/12/22 05:54 AM

This had nothing to do one mental health over the other. But a woman journalist attempted to live as a man and ended up killing herself and a lot of had to do with her treatment as a man
/r/PurplePillDebate30/11/22 12:12 AM

What does that even mean? Would anyone in every day be considered though if they weren’t a rich famous comedian?

/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/22 04:41 AM

Looks are more important than anything. And for fucks sake can we stop with the Pete Davidson example? One normal looking guy who smokes a ton of weed, is rich and famous, has access to celebrity circles is running through models. He’s the exception that proves the rule.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/22 04:40 AM
1

It’s a combo of both. But nobody gives a shit and sick of the gynocentric narrative. Women have never been at a larger advantage in the history of society and it’s at the cost of men
/r/PurplePillDebate29/11/22 04:38 AM
4

The saltiness is justified. But men are doing it to themselves. The drive to get any attention and physical touch is overriding the attraction portion.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/22 02:45 AM
6

This is what I don’t understand. You walk into target and half the mannequins for women are fat or obese. When you walk past the man ones they’re still chiseled and six packed. Why is this double allowed to be pushed forward? You can’t say anything about a woman’s body but for a man? Anything goes.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/11/22 02:44 AM

Men in general like to fix things. Women do not

I don’t disagree with the part about the economy being a factor but the cardinal mistake your every day woman make is thinking they are clear and above the every day man and they ain’t
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/22 10:27 PM
3

For every woman that’s gonna call her average and an uggo - please post one of yourself so we can judge too. Thanks. She’s hot. And for the record - you ALL wear make up, pose, tuck in, use filters etc. to make yourselves appear better on social media. Way to cherry pick the candid shots because I’m sure you’re all Victoria secret models behind the keyboard all the time.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/11/22 10:24 PM

Some women get mad when other women call them out on their bullshit. They can’t call her an incel and or a misogynist and move on with their day. They have to actually come up with a counter and we all know there isn’t one that makes sense.

As I pointed out in another thread - trp and bp have become much more main stream in the last year. A lot more people are suddenly awake to the realities of modern dating
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 09:54 PM
1

Dating during these stages isn’t important because you may find your soul mate, but it’s like batting practice before getting to the big leagues. Especially in high school. If you don’t get to practice you are going to be so so so behind as a man in the dating world. It’s fucking gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/11/22 09:51 PM

Red pill and even black pill are extremely more main stream than they were 12 months ago. But I don’t know if that’s some novel break through. More people are aware of it and more people agree with it.

There’s tons of guys like this. You can think modern society for the stupidity of labeling them incels. In fact - there’s far more men like this and the genuine Nice Guys trope that is peddled. That’s what’s annoying.

Really? How did you manage that - not mocking just curious what you saw that made you think it would change? Why is it still socially acceptable to body shame men? Money is definitely the great equalizer it’s either there or it isn’t
/r/PurplePillDebate06/11/22 02:43 PM
9

I agree in general does nothing. But if you told me 20 years ago fat women, and I don’t mean slightly overweight I mean morbidly obese women would through their complaining on the internet about being labeled as such band together and bring multiple industries into the fold under “body positive” I would have laughed at you. So far fetched? Yes. Impossible? No.

Why do so many people make the assumption that being nice and a good person is a means to an end? Maybe I should have added being attractive wasn’t as big a deal as it is and that your personality could raise you a few points. That’s simply not true

Really? Thanks for the update. But I was also told the same but all the women in my life as well. So what shapes our world view if not a combo of experience and what you’re exposed to? Is social media where all of todays idiotic expectations getting set real or fake? So it’s a fantasy put forth by the media that being the nice guy will get you the girl? Where did I say a man being good or kind is only an act to get a girl? Any more circle jerk replies you’d like to make? You instantly assumed me…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/10/22 03:36 PM

It’s funny to me that in 2022 this has become the counter argument when for decades and even now still the media spins the story that the guy with a heart of gold wins the girl at the end of the day and that just doesn’t happen. But sure - it’s probably just me. Any more weak counter arguments you all have?

Women don’t like porn because like anything else nobody likes competition even if it’s not on the same playing field.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/22 01:46 PM

Because any time an argument falls back into the not all and whataboutisms it’s the tell tale sign of a weak argument. Your premise that porn teaches men sexually abusive behavior or is sexually abusive is flat incorrect.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/22 12:35 PM

Ah yes the not all argument. Point being - it’s not porn that has ever put any of those ideas into my head of wanting to do them. I’ve been with more woman than not who were into it.

I’ve been proactively asked to do this by multiple women in my experience. It’s made me super uncomfortable. You’re underestimating what happens behind closed doors from the very same women who virtue signal in public.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/10/22 12:15 PM

Women have always been the ones to ask me to do many of the horrible things that if discussed publicly would be labeled abusive or deviant bedroom behavior when I had zero interest. This is cap.

We don’t see unlimited attractive women in real life. There’s objectively as many 5 women in real life than men. The truly stunning and gorgeous are just as rare equally in both genders. The ugly the same the average the same. What’s happened is the gross over inflation of womens egos and standards due to dating apps and yas qween movement. A woman who is not dating alone? She must have standards and is empowered! A man in the same? What a loser incel. Smh

Thanks for typing this out. Even if you’re at median in all attributes and given what we’re discussing here the variables I’d say are mutually exclusive and hence to be average and median in them all simultaneously in aggregate would make that person above average. But clearly most of these people didn’t pay attention during that part of class.

Most people are average. I don’t encounter model level women even in my highly attractive region of the country and I also rarely encounter a guy who impresses me physically. Great analysis - you clearly didn’t read the study. Sexlessness in women also increases but by a factor 5X less than the increase in men. What other conclusion can you draw? And if we’re gonna throw stones at the scientific method of a published paper for using survey then every study in the history of ever using a survey is invalid.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/22 03:48 PM

Only a fucking autist would phrase it this way.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/10/22 01:41 AM

I always chuckle when I read something like this. If this were case the sexlessness rates in younger males wouldn’t be going up. There’s recent studies that show more women having sex with fewer men IE the top shelf of men are having most of the sex. The bar for men has never in human history been higher and to think otherwise is outright stupidity or blindness. It’s a simple byproduct of increased competition introduced by OLD and social media. There’s no counter argument to this.

Because when men communicate a preference of any kind - be it weight, n count, body type, education, pick a topic they get criticized into oblivion for being misogynist. The inverse isn’t true and that can fuck off.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/10/22 02:54 AM
1

I don’t know why this topic comes up every fucking day. Here’s the deal, downvote away and be mad. Everyone - regardless of gender is allowed their own preferences. Guys don’t want a girl with a high n count? Great. Girls don’t want a fat virgin? Great. Everyone gets to have their way. Just because one side or the other doesn’t like the stigma associated is just too fucking bad. Deal with it. Actions have consequences and everyone - everyone judges you for your present and past.

Why do people continually push this question? Men are allowed to have N count preferences. I don't care what anyone thinks it means if a guy doesn't want someone who has slept with more than X number of people he's comfortable with. It doesn't mean he's insecure or some sort of mongrel or incel, it's his body, his choice. I swear to god you people who keep posting this shit are doing so to try and justify your own behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/10/22 11:20 PM

The underlying issues are that for the better part of 30 years men have been told being man bad. Women have been pushed forward in education and in the professional workplace. They get into and graduate college at higher rates than men. Things men were taught about womens preferences were mostly a total lie. Merge this with the rise of dating apps, body positivity, and the normalized and accepted misandry at levels at least equal to classic misogyny. The best part about all? They'll never get ad…

I’d say we shouldn’t withdraw rights or basic things like DV shelters. What we should do is immediately cease special programs designed to forward women in getting into college, getting ahead in some area, or getting into a company. It’s frankly steering away resources from being equal across genders and the 1980/1990s notion that women are being held down and treated unequally has to stop. I have no sympathy for the person who is sitting at a buffet with infinite options and can’t stop food poisoning themselves and instead of taking personal responsibility for eating the meat that’s been left out of the fridge for 5 days and has flies on it, instead blames the meat for being rotten. I have a lot of sympathy for the person putting in the work to be the best they can be and still getting told no, because up through the millennial generation they were …

Marriage is eroding and will continue to do so. Social media, neofeminism, woke culture and society has ruined interpersonal relationships. I see a lot of Gen Z struggling in the dating market and even less willing to marry. Something bad will happen to snap society back into more trad and socially conservative values but what that is and how long into the future, I have no idea. But todays dating culture? This ain’t it fam, this ain’t it.

This is just another reeeeeeee thread for who knows what reason. Nobody is claiming they want only a virgin for marriage or complaining about female promiscuity at face value. Quit straw man bullshit arguing. What’s the most common beef is no guy wants to be the guy who has to wait N dates for sex when X number of other men didn’t have to wait and had to do nothing for it. I don’t think women inherently lie about their N count and honestly, if you get to the point long enough where you sleep tog…

TRP is very hard but ultimately leads directly back to where the premise of black pill begins. Looks are everything and nothing else matters. It’s a really sucky situation and it used to not be this extreme. Looks mattered but other things could offset. Social media has made people so shallow and surface that you can make up for being a nazi general if you’re good looking but being a great successful guy means nothing the other way

Most younger women < 30 don’t generally have to. But as you get older it’s important. Looks are by and far the largest determining factor of success and I’m not sure why the public at large still acts like it isn’t

Maybe it’s because I don’t work retail at my age but I wouldn’t sleep with any of my coworkers or subordinates cause I’d lose my job. Sleeping with my female friends would be weird on so many counts - even if given the chance wouldn’t do it.

I’m gonna go a step further. I think it depends largely on where you live what average is and thus your dating success. In a major metro on one of the coasts? Most of the time you’re cooked if you’re an average man. Somewhere in flyover country that’s less shallow and more down to earth on average? You’re probably fine and if you’re not then you’re not average.

Even in middle and high school. What determines if you like someone? It was LOOKS. So you’re an average to unattractive guy in middle/high school and you start on the same level playing field as everyone but immediately are squashed for your looks and it doesn’t get better from there as you get older. If you don’t know how to have a conversation and be normal I got nothing for you but attracting women in the first place is 90% of the game.

Full RP is a moronic and I’m red/black leaning. 1 and 2 do not contradict each other. If she’s promiscuous and ladies it’s easy to tell/assume at this point then point 2 comes into play because why be made to wait where others have not? If she’s low N and relationship material then waiting is fine.

Concluding the juice isn’t worth the squeeze when you put it this way is a logical conclusion that many media outlets this website included are not fond of. I wonder why. But if any of your current partners finds out about your past and isn’t okay with it they’re not femcels, not unenlightened, bigots, misogynists, or insecure for it. They’re allowed to have boundaries and respect those boundaries without criticism by the PPD peanut gallery. Nice try though. The gotcha …

This is the issue in a nutshell. I take it you’re from europe u/madadepp . Here in America we just assume she’s high n count now so this behavior has become unacceptable and finding out concretely is a deal breaker.

This is common female rhetoric. Also - everyone is allowed to change preferences, but nobody is owed remaining in a relationship when learning things about someone’s past they’re not comfortable with. That’s not being an incel- that’s having boundaries and self respect.

Of course some idiot awarded this post. Do you know what incel means? What part of the guy in OP post is an incel? We have vanilla sex once a month and i had to wait 3 to get any and I just found out my gf had a threesome with her friend in a ONS likely 2 years ago and if I’m not accepting of this I’m an incel? 🤣🤣🤡🤡 Disagree with women or feminist world view, have any expectations, standards, morals, etc. you’re an incel if you’re a man. Guys who expect a porn star woman as a standard are as dumb as the women who expect the three 6 standard in a man. And yeah - hypergamy wasn’t as prevalent.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/22 02:01 PM

Beyond any doubt. You used to be able to walk into a bar, no phones with internet, no swiping. Hot people were still hot and had it easier. But the right personality and charm would go a long way. I think that’s all dead now.

Cause 70% or higher failure rate isn’t what anyone with two brain cells to rub together on anything from an odds perspective would think oh - this thing could have potential, especially with FWBs. This is like saying some small percent - pick a number - of marriages the two people started as friends for many years before being romantic
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/22 06:00 AM

Not to this extent. I don’t remember the job interviews, hypergamy, and other games that occur today up until about the early to mid 2010s.

just what the fuck are you talking about? There needs to be a middle ground or oops birth rates decline, you eventually have more inbreeding, mass loneliness, mental health issues and worse. Capitalism in its extreme do not function when competition has been eliminated and consolidated at the top. Society still has trouble comprehending and accepting the level at which men are currently having negative experiences in the dating market. I simply refuse to believe it’s a lack of confidence and a shower. Negative experiences, particularly multiple in a row over time weigh on men and the expectation that they not only remain silent about it or put in a ton of effort to achieve happiness with another person is batshit insane to me. But here we are.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/08/22 05:45 AM

And yet we push programs along these lines which in concept I’m okay with, but the fact that most are a zero sum game I am not.

This is the worst time in my life time I’ve seen for dating. A lot of you youngins have no basis for comparison before the rise of apps and social media and for that, I feel deeply sorry for you all. Romance is all but dead. Finding a partner is all but dead. Everything is highly transactional if you end up on the fortunate end and finding a relationship.

Bro do you know how tilted the THOTs/emotionally open women ratio is these days? Emotionally vulnerability is seen as needy. Go read any of the dating app subs for proof.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:22 PM
16

How is this not relevant to the problem at hand when women are the choosers? You choose poorly - it’s entirely your fault. I invest in a stock, I picked it. Four weeks later, it’s worth 10% of its value. Guess who is blamed? Me. Nobody else, not some shadow entity, not every person on the street. Me. You want to have your cake and eat it too and that’s just not gonna happen. Use some of your women intuition to not pick losers and abusers but frankly you’re incapable because tingles.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:20 PM
4

No matter what happens it’s somebody else’s fault and society is slowly but surely reacting to this ridiculous line of thought.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:16 PM
6

What are you talking about? Divorce has always happened in my life time. And unpopular opinion - it should be taboo and looked down on. You made a serious commitment to get married legally and religiously if that’s your thing, not to make it Facebook/Instagram official. Women are making marriage almost on par value wise as a relationship. Great work!
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:11 PM
1

It’s debated because when you lay it out in that way it makes women look incredibly shallow and bad. They don’t like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:09 PM
14

Okay - by this logic women should stop dating men entirely. OP you’re dog whistling the men are worthless trope and just lost all ground. This is some FDS bullshit and can fuck off.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:09 PM
4

When men ask women to own some responsibility for basically anything today it’s misogyny. When the inverse happens it’s just called reality, get real.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 02:03 PM
10

Everything cannot be about holding men accountable when you’re the one in control of the environment. Women have the power to decide who they do and do not date, have sex with, and get into relationships with. You don’t get to make the rules then blame the players for your own failings. I’d encourage you to give the average nice man a shot but I’ll get some bullshit about standards.

And she stayed with him ….. 🙃
/r/PurplePillDebate05/08/22 01:57 PM

Ok that I agree with. You’re wasting your own time and playing yourself by sticking around in such a situation. Even though a man must be ready to be painted as the bad guy for cutting ties.

2

Larping most likely
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 07:12 PM
7

I think you’re right on the first half. On the second half why is it a man’s fault and a man’s loss? Women don’t owe men attraction and in the same token men don’t owe women friendship.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/08/22 07:09 PM
2

I have nothing else to add but +1 the barrier as binary and attraction as the heaviest weighted of the attributes
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 06:00 PM

I have advanced social skills - more than the average bear as I have to for work and TRP has nothing to do with being socially inept. Plenty of normal men are struggling while dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 08:45 AM
5

The social inept theory is a corner case at best. PPD needs to stop jumping to “oh you must be a socially inept autist who never showers”. It’s mostly normal average every day men who are being left out of todays vapid dating market. So yes - TRP and other ideologies fill in the why when “there’s somebody out there for you” “just be confident bro!” “Hygiene” don’t add up. I love that data from scientific studies that back this up over dating preferences from women regarding men are pseudoscience…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 08:44 AM
7

Some super attractive guys - same goes for women too - don’t need social skills because society treats them differently just for being attractive so why bother?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 08:34 AM
9

The margin for error is wider - stop kidding yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate03/08/22 08:32 AM
1

The fear is still present and rational - the level to which it’s made a thing like it is on PPD is not. It only takes one negative experience to paint approaching women in a different light.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/08/22 03:48 AM
1

Looks, charisma, and status are you getting you dates where the average man is not. Getting someone into bed is a whole other ball game and most men able to have soft harems won’t settle down until they reach peak boredom. What are you on about?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/22 04:11 AM
1

I’m sorry what? Men are reacting to the incentive structure women have pushed and created. Being a good person rarely/never comes up now because oops - women have made that not enough to get a man through the dating door. What men do see getting through the dating door is now mostly handsome. I’d argue that all the other stuff is just icing on the cake.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/08/22 04:06 AM

The piece of the puzzle you’re missing is that being hot isn’t enough or even a requirement to run a successful online persona. There’s an infinite supply of hot women and men. It’s how engaging someone is with their followers and fans. Otherwise you just get a ton of transient interaction. This is social media management 101.

/r/PurplePillDebate29/07/22 12:50 PM

Yep - this. If you pull this string far enough we’ll get to a point maybe where there will be trophy husbands. Being financially successful is no longer the predictor of success in the dating market it was in eras gone by.

I don’t have “internalized hate for women”. I’ve had a lot of experiences that have taken me from blue pill growing up to reluctantly red and even a bit beyond. I don’t think “women are children” or stupid etc etc. I’m always friend guy. Or “you’re gonna make someone happy some day” guy. Or “you’re an amazing person I appreciate you” guy on and on and on. But it’s in both sexes. You know what I don’t remember in high school and college? Girls who were even the slightest bit chubby showing midriff in public. Now it’s normalized. The yas qween movement has won because men are too stupid to respond in kind.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/07/22 06:58 PM

Because when a population competes for the same finite resource they all deem of the same value you can’t have everyone win. Instead of going for the next tier it looks like women are just opting out.

So between work, trying to stay in shape, getting required rest, and then relaxing I don’t know what we’re getting at with this statement. I wear a mask and a cape at night and fight crime from my cave? Regular life is pretty boring day to day.

What you described in your first edit is how I feel a majority of men consume porn. The moment I cum I’m off with the rest of my day not giving it a second thought. Women who act like you’re Satan for watching porn have deep rooted insecurities they need to work out. Your takes are sane. I’d award you if I had them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 02:30 PM
1

Ya but watching porn isn’t rejecting a partner. If partner was I don’t have was here to have sex given the choice of porn or partner im choosing partner every time. Why am I a creep for doing so when my imaginary gf isn’t here? Also - what if the porn is of my partner like she sent me nudes is that also now wrong? It’s porn.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 02:28 PM

This wreaks of bitterness from prior bad experiences with men. Do what you gotta do - but the things that led you here were choosing the wrong men - hate to say this, most likely chads. There are plenty of men who want the same things you say you let your guard down with another women for, but you probably passed on and rejected them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/22 02:18 PM

So let’s go with this is all correct - what are men who are neglected or unable to get a partner supposed to do? I watch porn. Not a fan of the aspects of the industry you’ve pointed out. Porn doesn’t make me find every day women I encounter less attractive, the two aren’t even associated to me. It definitely does nothing to impact how I view women on a personal level. A relationship with a partner is basic human nature. That’s why. Let’s see - people don’t make eye contact with you in public - the moment you meet eyes they dart theirs away or down especially if it’s a woman. Interactions are held to as short as possible. Nobody chats you up or wants you approaching them for any reason whatsoever. Should you make the mistake of doing so women will label you creepy and men will laugh you off asap. If you’re sitting in a public place with multiple seats, everyone single one will fill in besides the one next to yours which wil…

Yep I hear that …. Work out, starve, rinse and repeat day in and day out. As I’ve gotten older it’s gotten harder to do and I’m not going to be able to do this forever so I asked my doctor for the compound V of help.

I’ve been on both ends of the spectrum. If you lose the weight you won’t be invisible at that height. Keep up the good work.

Can you point me to these fat male leads in the last ten years?
/r/PurplePillDebate22/07/22 03:29 AM

There are just as many fat people who struggle to lose weight because of genetic or medical factors as there are the stereotypical person sitting at home and eating Cheetos all day who doesn’t know what the inside of a gym looks like. This line of thought has to stop.

The fact that it’s come this far to even have the conversation having it evolve from being code for incel is enough to show that enough men feel it’s true.

No see you don’t get to dictate what does and doesn’t happen. It goes beyond simple rejection. Not only did she reject you at her prime - she also went and gave her body to multiple other people during her fun phase and now wants to settle down with you the provider while you got maybe 1/20th the attention on a good day. In your 30s, there’s suddenly a lot of these women. The rational response now that it is his opportunity to return the favor and play the field because he’s dangling his provide…

Here’s the thing - women took the power from what I gather is nothing more than complaining in a public forum forever about “equality” and “freedom” not much different than this one and it landed it us here. Now when men go hey wait a minute - getting a mate isn’t supposed to be elden ring they get called incel and told to be better.

If men get off with a slap on the wrist - women 95/100 don’t see the court room. I’m not saying there aren’t men rapists but women and men are not punished the same for the same crime. Go look at the stats of female/male underage sexual abuse in schools. Male teachers are in jail and DOA. Female teacher abusers are not punished nearly as hard. Why is that?

It takes a ton of work and luck as an obese man. Can I ask where you are cause where I am an obese man is walking invisible at best
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/22 08:31 PM

Sucks don’t it?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/22 04:52 PM

Here we go again. Every guy isn’t looking for Instagram baddie. Most want normal people. Swipe culture and OLD has inflated the market where now average women want only the best looking men.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/22 11:33 AM

You’re a gem - in todays swipe culture maybe 1 of these guys would get a chance.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/07/22 11:30 AM

And this is one of the issues average/below average men have. Even obese women have no issues having an active dating life. Flip that on a man? Good luck.

So equality until it’s no - not like that? That’s stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 12:56 PM

I’d date and have dated an “average girl” . It’s all in the carry. If it’s all in the stomach not a fan. If it’s evenly distributed they are pretty hot

Now that I don’t buy. Men are far more forgiving in the looks department
/r/PurplePillDebate18/07/22 03:15 AM

So what’s good looking? The data says top 20%
/r/PurplePillDebate17/07/22 09:05 PM

Because women do lack empathy. Having a choice in anything is never a bad thing and always better than the opposite of not having a choice whether that’s dating, professionally, etc. But men are told to shut up about not having the same choice women do in dating - or even a morsel of choice - and even now in this thread the position is “as a woman my dating life is hard because I have too many choices and need to learn how to weed out assholes”.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 04:35 PM
2

I can live with that to a degree even if there’s plenty of evidence that the moment a man becomes emotional vulnerable she sees him different and or loses interest. let’s not stick to pretext then and put genuinely kind up front in such sentences and go with attraction first and kind later. Women are attracted to men they’re attracted to and if he’s kind great - if not he still might be fun for a bit before you say bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 03:09 PM

Nothing is a monolith, but the evidence is the evidence. This sub loves to goal post move when their argument is sunk.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 03:00 PM
6

You first post boiled down to I have problems that come with having too many choices. Its the definition of privilege in the space in a thread asking why do women push back against the notion you have it harder for dating. Way to prove OPs point. Again - having options and having to decide sounds awful while your a lot of your male counterparts do not through no fault of their own.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 02:59 PM
1

I’m not sparing you anything because I’m not referring to Fox or OAN but good try at moving the goal posts because you instantly assumed I’m a Republican. How old are you?

O K? What’s your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:46 PM

Life isn’t that complex and there are certain things which increase odds for success dramatically. If a man walks around with a im red pill sign around his neck sure I agree with you, he’s a sad cartoon of rp. But philosophically the tenants of rp work and are what women want both in explicitly statement and when you look in the wild more often than blue pill heart of gold ideology. Get in the gym, better yourself, and don’t get too attached or put women on a pedestal.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:45 PM

Yeah the underlying assumptions are never happening
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:32 PM

That’s so asinine. The in bed room life experiences in those formative years are gate kept by literal children making childrens choices. You’re not gonna grow as a person and discovered your liked and dislikes in a partner by joining the rock climbing club. It’s not hard to understand.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:24 PM

The average man is absolutely pilled they just don’t know there’s a name for it. I’m even seeing it bleed into truly mainstream media. You’re a woman so a lot less likely to get an honest answer about their experiences but between men? It’s absolutely happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:07 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:03 PM

Because women in this and day age despise the truth and generally seek any opportunity to continue to the play the victim despite having more opportunities in every facet of life than ever before.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 12:02 PM

Depends - how attractive am I in this hypothetical scenario?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 11:55 AM

The distribution of what men find attractive follows a true normal distribution. The same just isn’t true of women.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 11:54 AM
1

Where does the red pill say this? The red pill explicitly says the common rules of life are wrong. Get as attractive as possible, dont be too available or nice because women lose interest with that, and don’t become too attached to any one woman because she’ll eventually find xyz reason to go with someone else. What you’re describing is the blue pill of your heart of gold and doing all the right things and being genuinely a good person will yield results which we know now is total horseshit
/r/PurplePillDebate16/07/22 11:53 AM

Tinder experiments with a hot guy who openly put he was an abuser, pedophile, rapist, etc etc had scores of women opening him…. All you need to know. If he’s hot nothing else matters - nothing. Shine any light on this and the response is REEEEEEEEEEEE

The fact that any criticism of anything about women gets you labeled a misogynist, a creep, or an incel? They’re not immune - the reality is the female ego is infinitely more fragile than the male.

Your 20s are about that for women. Increasingly not for most men. That’s the difference. Those men only start to get attention aka evolving standards when they meet a provider threshold in your late 20s/early 30s cause Brad from the Rugby team ended up working as a gym attendant and the guys that were paid no mind to are in the white collar jobs. So - as a rationale actor - guy says oh I’m attractive now? I’m going to date younger since they’re more at my experience level and more attractive. OR…

The problem is while you rail against the 20 something guy doing 20 something year old hobbies, it takes time for men to build their life/career/get their shit together just like you. But - y’all don’t pick that guy at that age unless he’s “hawt”. Only later in life when he’s established to the nth degree does average guy get a shot and even then it’s becoming increasingly questionable. Guys doing the growing get penalized and no support while y’all wait at the finish line. For women? You simply…
/r/PurplePillDebate15/07/22 12:58 PM

This is something that is lost today. Everyone thinks they’re the victim. One side is allowed to voice their grievances and are celebrated for doing so in every aspect of society. Men doing the same? Suck it up or worse labeled incels for doing so. It’s gotta stop.

I complimented a woman once on looking nice who didn’t feel the compliment. I didn’t press or pursue because that’s weird. The next day her friend told me I was creepy - for telling her she looked nice. I’m not doubting women don’t get harassed a lot - I’m not doubting that men can be dangerous - but men get labeled creepy all the time for absolutely no reason and the only common factor is how interested she is.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/07/22 05:16 PM

Nobody is talking about stalking or rape. But generally every day traits like video games or anime (neither of which I’m into) are seen as quirky or cute on an attractive guy and neckbeardish on an unattractive one.

Not in this thread but I’ve found the general response to any laments to be OP is an incel. Yeah but here’s what’s happening. The $12 McDonald’s hamburger gets invited to a reservation at Ruth Chris. They might even make it the $15 appetizer. The hamburger thinks they’re getting steak, wine, sides, and desert. But right as the appetizer course ends they get dine and dashed. I don’t think it will discourage, I think every man will try see the results are not what they were hoping and quit trying. Or worse yet- I see some guys are perfectly happy to be orbiters and spend time with women who have no interest in them romantically.

Personality doesn’t mean shit anymore because everything is “are you hawt” in a binary state. It used to not be this way. It used to be in person an average guy who up his SMV with wit, being funny etc. but now that same guy wouldn’t be given said opportunity.

There aren’t that many tall, muscular, large cock, Fortune 500 CEOs in the general dating market and especially here on reddit. Most people by definition are average. Where things today are ridiculous is that - newsflash - in the same token neither are most women and yet these same average women will not give their equal the time of day. The only men I have zero sympathy for and I know a few who are average, gets matches on apps, but are waiting for an IG model that’s never gonna happen.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/06/22 01:37 PM

You’re right - it’s called real world results. You tell a woman you go to therapy? Turn off. You tell a woman you gym multiple times a week? Turn on. You seem to be in denial of these truths. Get your head out of the sand.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/22 04:21 PM

This is why at some point the rubber band back to somewhat traditional dating I think will return. Being a slut party girl in your 20s and not having a partner later in life because of said life has negative consequences later in life for everybody. There is a happy medium where more men date their looks matched compatible personality woman and women don’t end up alone one day at 35/40 with no family but a bottle.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/06/22 11:56 AM

I’m not fully red, I believe in the self improvement aspect and that most women are like that, but I’m not looking for plates. I’m not taking up anything for anyone until the very obvious double standards in the dating market are improved. In fact - I’d argue most men like me don’t want “plates” - they want a relationship with one woman. You sound bitter like someone you liked used you as a plate.

God I wish takes like this forced the person to also post a picture of themselves so we could admire their model level appearance, rocket scientist intellect, and pleasant personality.

But it snowballs. Dating is the ultimate social proof now. It’s the society that has been created by the current Gen and now that too many men are being left behind and it’s becoming spoken up about as an open problem - it’s still suddenly mens fault.

The bar is laughably high for men and equally laughably low for women. Dating apps have inflated the female ego. I know this last line will garner a lot of hate but it’s the truth. There are just as many average looking women as men, living average lives as men in every aspect, but dating apps have given them an overinflated sense of self worth because the apps allow them access to fuck the guys they would never run into on a daily basis. That becomes the bar and the average man can never compet…

The reasons behind this are entirely obvious but highly unpopular and will drive the SJWs insane.

Simply not true. But okay - there’s literally no outlet for men to ask for help in the era of the feminism resurgence

It’s not about pushing the Mano sphere or women and sex it’s about understating the causes behind the actions and helping.

The difference is there’s zero main stream encouragement for it whether that’s at school, at work, or in social settings for men like there is for women. Allyship to women is seen as this huge virtue where the same for men is misogyny. Even though that’s incorrect. The you’re special message for women is literally everywhere. Where is the same for men? Can you imagine the optics in todays woke culture of a mens support system? Me neither.

Imagine these two groups of young people. The first group is told they’re precious, unique, attractive, intelligent, valuable, and special. The second group is told they have a built in advantage and thus don’t need any of the support, encouragement, and building sense of self worth because its innate. When the first group struggles in any form there is an army of resources to help them. When the second group struggles they’re told to shut up and be better. This result is sad but entirely unsurp…

Couple of things: Agree that our society took so long to catch women up from the bottom of the gender disparity that we’ve now swung entirely too far the other direction. There’s nothing for men and if you ask you’re labeled a misogynist because the advantages for men are allegedly innate and built in and maybe that was true but it just ain’t so now. I don’t see how TRP or BP destroy men? It’s an outlet to vent and provides a framework of both reasons to what is happening when a male fails to ac…

There’s no justification for the actions here, but everyone acting surprised on TV that this keeps happening when men are given no societal, mental, educational support of any kind are imo ridiculous. There are program after program aimed at womens educational and professional success, women are celebrated with body positivity no matter what they look like - none of these structures exist for men and they are left to fend for themselves. There’s no secret code here as to the underlying reasons a…

Overweight and heavier women have partners abs get them with relative ease. I don’t recall overweight women bearing their stomachs in a halter top until the last few years. Media has driven women body acceptance and is part of the equation which has elevated their sense of self worth while keeping men the same. Every seen a body positive male Calvin Klein model? No you haven’t.

Reshuffle looks to the top. I love these endless lists of ideals which almost make it seem like it’s a sliding scale when in fact it’s a binary scale of black and white. Looks first all else second

None of this shit matters, the only thing that matters to her are looks. All the other stuff is a bonus if he has them and if he doesn’t she’ll create a narrative where he does.

I must be the only autist who read this and thought all the things you’re putting effort into are your physical appearance. You invest in things that only benefit your physical appearance …. And bring nothing else to the table besides already having someone elses kid. So what besides a vagina do you bring to the table? YOU have to put this work in to get casual sex because no man worth their salt, and certainly nobody successful in STEM who is still single in your age demo wants to run the remot…

What was the point of this post? How is it ungrateful to want to what so many people have out there? All your points about real life are valid but they happen uniformly to everyone and finding a partner doesn’t. Get off your high horse, this was meaningless.

This is describing what men go through at every age but when it’s women having to do this it fills them with rage and they consider it humiliating. Hypocrisy at its best

Stay strong sister. As the run of the mill advice that is given to men - have you tried going to the gym and joining social activities to better yourself?

It’s either that or be alone so I understand but the time commitment and mental wear just isn’t worth it. I see why a lot of men would go their own way after a certain point.

Fat women have access to sex via OLD with ease so what’s the incentive to change? Same can’t be said for men for men have the incentive to become physically more attractive because an attractive and fit man is the only way to date on even medium mode.

Have you ever considered that assuming every man is a potential predator is also a social construct? I don’t see women walking around with signs on their back or necklaces that advertise their body count. Vetting is fine, coming at things from an antagonist worst case scenario assuming lens is everything that’s wrong with todays dating scene.

You just circled back to exactly what I’m saying. There’s still a floor and below the floor no matter the heart of gold it won’t happen. I’m saying that the floor is now constantly rising.

It’s hard to do that when online dating is a few pictures and words and cold approaching in todays society is riskier than any point in human history. In theory yes - there’s a ton more to dating. But never before has physical appearance been a larger barrier and it’s proportion of influence is only growing

I’d argue if they believe they’ve achieved alpha status and aren’t getting matches they’re lying to themselves over having achieved. Anyone objectively checking all the TRP boxes is playing the dating game on easy mode.

I think this is great but fails because there’s a floor level threshold and any guy below that for a given woman is never given the time of day and as we go forward because of what OP identifies that floor is continually being raised.
