If there's one thing young men are great at doing, it's long-term planning.

You're absolutely right about the dangers of this shit, but you also have to remember that these kids aren't just inventing their insecurities out of boredom. Social media (and, I'm sorry to say, specifically women on social media) is filling their heads with a non-stop bombardment of impossible expectations and outright misandry.

Since we're talking about HGH, here is an example of what short kids are seeing on social media. This is a drop in the ocean. A few handpicked examples among literally thousands, and among them, millions of likes and shares.

These poor kids simply want to be treated with the same amount of respect as someone imperceptibly closer to the sun than they are, and the only people that claim to be on their side are these redpill hucksters, frauds, and assorted Tates. There are no women coming to their defense, so they interpret that to mean that the hateful shit some of them say is universally applicable. Of course they're going to do everything they can to be normal. You can tell them that their libido and/or sperm count will suffer in the long run, but very few of them will actually care. What they do care about is the fact that they are seen as subhuman by a very large number of women. Guys that go for leg lengthening are absolutely no different.

Anyway sorry for the rant. I just wish people would understand that these awful thoughts don't just pop into the heads of impressionable young men fully formed.

I get your PSA, but remembering being a young guy myself, and weighing the risks and rewards I was extremely black and white back then and went firmly no.

Knowing what I know now, I'm not so sure. There is a strong case to be made that the candle that twice as fast at least burns twice as bright. Every boy and man needs to look himself in the mirror and think real hard about whether it's worth it or not.

Is it actually the testosterone causing the issues or are the men seeking these treatments the same men that would have had fertility issues regardless?

Also is it not true that having higher testosterone generally correlates with a lot of positive things like drive, confidence, calmness ect?

Ok so you get skinny forever with a good fertility rate but unable to get with a proper partner. There's no reason for a men to not use testosterone, even more if we consider the impacts of female birth control in the water supply.

Growth hormone does not impact male fertility, strategic (planned cycle of 6 months or so) use of it as a shorter teen is not necessarily harmful and I can't really blame shorter teens for choosing that path. The main danger of HGH is crashing your insulin sensitivity and making yourself a type II diabetic from long term (1 year +) use.

Test by itself is usually recoverable but typically fertility drugs are also helpful or needed. It's true for some men that their fertility is totally irrecoverable but this is a minority. Younger men/teens definitely shouldn't be taking test though.

The bigger issue than fertility is heart hypertrophy.
