I just wanted to offer some encouragement brother on your excellent start at self improvement. I too started at 400+ many years ago. It's a hard, long road but 100% worth it for you and you alone. Work hard!

Go to Alpha Game Plan and read up on Gamma males. There is a whole bunch of material that might ring a bell. The graduating gamma series is good.

Any idea of the costs associated with the ongoing meds with the two companies you mentioned in the post? The quotes I've been getting from local clinics are outrageous and associated with plastic surgery.

Pretty low. 30ish years old, 400+lbs, lost my job, business, house. Moved my family in with my parents. Less than $1000 to my name, phones shut off, parents paid off my car so it wouldn't get repo'd. 6 months later I read MMSLP and started walking come hell or high water. I sometimes think about how I will never go back there. I have proven since to myself that I'm for real time and time again. 190, well built, athletic, 40ish now, in charge of my world. I still can fall into short periods of de…

My girl changes her tune on the first day of her period until the day after she ovulates. Obviously the few days leading up to the ovulation event is more frenzied but that whole time in the cycle is where she should not be doing shit like that.

It's pretty common dude - I was choking some broad the other day sitting at the bar for Christ Sake. Yeah the shit gets old. You just want a little minx to jump on top and go to town, but women will never love you like you want to be loved. Women are depraved if they're into you and their cycles play a big part. Before and during ovulation they want to be dominated and fucked in the butt. After they ovulate up to their period they want reassurance and Sade (showing my age) on the radio.

You have to drive into her that you demand to be respected and defended at all opportunities. That means making sure you don't let disrespect go unnoticed. She will start to filter that into her actions. During conversations about them "coming around" is the perfect time, but don't forget the small stuff. Use her submissiveness to your advantage. My in-laws used to hate me because I was pretty hateable to them. Read the 48 laws of power to manipulate and learn to speak their language. Secretly, …

My perspective was skewed in recalling the story, I forgot that we had fired the first hospice company due to extreme incompetence a day before he died. You jogged my memory in that it wasn't supposed to be that way and had a bad taste in my mouth about hospice. I remember thinking that I'd rather have been in the hospital. I'll address this in my rewrite someday. I still to this day donate to the second hospice company that helped us out on the day he died. Thanks.

The one thing that got me through was huge bags of almonds and fruit. I was able to maintain my weight and strength during it all somehow, in fact hit a DL PR on it. Now that I think back maybe it did change me more than I thought. They bill the diet as primarily a mindset reboot. I noticed that today I eat more fruit, simplified my diet even more and gave up whey protein in the past six months which I feel has been a positive.

I think there can be value in it for serious people. It was not easy to finish the 30 days. It did help with retraining to eat good food instead of fake processed garbage. For example the black coffee business for snowflakes that turn coffee into a snickers bar. The day after I demolished a Chinese buffet and went back to LeanGains.

Comon man you're asking fitness how to achieve a more feminine physique? I highly doubt you've read enough here to be here asking these kinds of questions. Pick something and live it 100% for awhile. I said previously I think it's possible but I don't think that person is you.

If that's what you want don't fight it. We are all here to learn and teach others how to be men. You are here for a reason so own up to that too. Your mindset will make it hard to have masculine and appropriate relationships with any woman, in any abbreviation.

It's not healthy for your long term development. You have to be honest with yourself in what you want. If you can't be honest you'll never get it. Learn to compartmentalize your life and interests. I'd say you'd never want to experiment with this crap in an LTR but with meaningless plates or paid assistance, go for it? Good luck getting rid of your desires man. Stop jacking it for a week or two and see if it helps. Com'on man, there are obvious things you can change to solve your problem by elimination. Jacking it a bunch with no social life will make your erections weak. Pent up sexual energy will make you crazy in a good way if you can harness it appropriately into your life.

Focus on limiting your excitement...keep your asshole loose like you're trying to take a shit. It's really hard to do in practice. Breathe deeply and imagine you are sucking energy from your woman. Imagine that energy is flowing in a circuit through your head, down your back, under your taint, and up through the front of your body into your heart and to your head again. Utilize the sexual energy in your life and become a god.

Most of the time I can entertain MRP's emotional drivel and gather some sense of coherence within the context of the conversation. Yours needed work.
/r/MarriedRedPill29/11/16 09:35 PM
2

I can't see the difference between "saving" a marriage and possibly, POSSIBLY, change a failing or stagnant marriage, a lack of benefit marriage, a one-sided marriage. Why the fuck does anyone do this then? I expect most people on MRP would be overjoyed with my life over the years. I decided I wanted more - so I pushed for more. I clearly reached her breaking point. It's pretty simple. I'm not emotional - today I see opportunity.

To teach and PTSD is a hell of a thing. My personality requires me to analyze everything so it was a fun exercise in healing. Most of MRP I've surmised are pretty emotional people - I am more the cold calculating type.

I actually re-read MMSLP recently in light of recent events. Funny how scary accurate it is. I've referenced that book a hundred times over the years and the way things were going it was pretty easy to skip over the chapters dealing with ending your marriage. I did miss that point, because I didn't feel it ever applied to me until it did. For the longest time I was under the impression that it did save my marriage.

That was what it was like in my blue pill days, paycheck to paycheck. I'd find bags of useless shit from stores buried in the closet 6 months after their purchase with the receipt still in the bag. It's rarer than you might think, I struggle to actually find time too. Once your wife is back on track and she desires you she want it in her puss pretty much 24/7. I've used this exactly in my lunch time grocery store to great success. I've gotten tons of numbers just using this. Almost always the girl will at least entertain your presence for a bit while you pick something out about her clothes or her shopping cart to talk about. I'd say I have a 50% success rate. I also discovered RP through Athol Kay in 2010 - it was good reading your story. Thanks...I'm internalizing /u/TheFamilyAlpha 's words as we speak.

Yeah they have been. Wife has been waking up before the kids do and we've been calling it the new "hangout" room where the kids can watch movies and cuddle with us on the weekends. I'm up at 5am everyday anyway to lift. So far they seem to be OK. My elementary age kid drops some nuggets here and there about how lucky she is to have her parents and how they love each other etc. So I'm sure she has an idea that there is some shit going down, but we're treating the kids well as can be. My other kid…

Never cheated once. Yeah it was tough. I spent a good amount of time questioning my relationship due to the disparity, but I came to really appreciate our marriage and I was happy as hell eventually. We were mutually happy for a looooong time. That's why I am angry - I was at one point ready to drop her, but things changed.

The Porsche is really nice though - highly recommend it. Had thought about it for years and just impulsively did it. Rediscovered Willie Nelson and driving fast. I can see that. It's tough for me too. I want to be incapable...going through it, its just not that easy for me in practice.

Thanks man. I love MRP because once in awhile you get stuff like this instead of the usual bitter, hard advice for the sake of being hard. The truth is - I have already decided to let my wife back into my life. I am hurt as fuck though, it's been a huge blow to my ego/pride. I read your article and this part speaks to me: You need to work on catching the symptoms when you start to think back to who you were. When you begin to drift back to that time you were ‘humiliated/cuckolded/too weak/didn’t…

Absolutely brother. We were happy for a good long time. That happiness can really play with your ability to trust your gut. I found RP 6 years ago, since the beginning, and have been working hard since then. Changes came quick and often...my wife was a fool in love for me. Until I started becoming 100 times the person she was. She was still fat, still lazy, still an average parent, still anxious etc. You name it I beat her at it. I'm gorgeous, jacked, rich, a flirt, alpha as fuck. She's not - so…

I don't think she's going to win a divorce case based on evidence - I'm in no fault state anyway. I have reams of chat logs, pictures, security camera footage, screenshots of evidence that will drop a nuclear bomb in her life if I need it to. Otherwise, I really don't give a shit about what happens in the divorce. She can have everything and I'd be more happier to start over. I just want my kids to be safe and taken care of. The only thing I'm concerned about is starting the timer on alimony. I …

Pretty much...I basically laid it out like this.... I'm going to fuck whoever I want from here to forever. You have to make yourself worth a shit to a man of my caliber. Outcome independent at this point. IDGAF what happens but I'm prepared for anything. Right now enjoying it all outside the broken heart. Plus I bought a Porsche last week. Been driving the hell out of that and I'm pretty fuckin happy - considering.

Technically we are. I've moved her to the basement guest room and everything of hers is out of my family's living spaces. I started her in therapy and she is literally bending over backwards to win me back. I'm continuing to stay super busy with athletics (lifting and rugby) and music and friends and I'm already playing the field - basically kicking ass (as usual). My gut is telling me I'm dealing with a psychopath at this point. Not sure what I'm going to do yet.

That's kind of what I meant. We were so happy for a long time and once the smoke started it was easy to ignore it and be in denial. I posted about the smoke on MRP the very weekish she started cheating on me. Everyone was telling me I was crazy too. It's hard. It was a controversial post about a "HIGH SMV Male with Low SMV Wife" if you remember. She spent a long time disarming me and it took me awhile to put it all together....but we finally got there. I will never not trust my gut again.

Security camera footage of her doing the deed in our living room after I went to bed. I was lucky to catch her she had no idea I was recording the feed on my NAS. She kept it up for 3 months and totally checked out of our marriage before I caught her. Easy to ignore your gut when years of past extreme happiness clouding your judgement. Trust your gut. I just found out 3 weeks ago my wife of 10 years has been snap chatting her tits to California. Well you missed your chance I'd probably just act as if now...bring it up later when she is agreeing with you about something, like hey could you bring me a drink and she says yeah sure and you start ribbing her about hey what happened to sir...then you're back in the game and playing. don't forget to tell her "good girl".
/r/askTRP04/09/16 10:17 PM

She started it man without any prompting. Just tell her you like it when women call you sir...women aim to please you. Personally my reply would have been something like, "Wow, so respectful. I just love respectful little girls." She'd probably respond with a raised eyebrows emoji. It's not offense, its interest. Then just rib her occasionally about not doing it when you're messing around. Who knows...she could dig it.

Take the sir thing and play with it....sounds like a faux/real bdsm thing. Make her start calling you sir all the time and threaten spankins if she doesn't.. Fun stuff and makes you the defacto king of the castle. No more self deprecating bs.

Once you go Hitachi you can't go back. It's a valid concern. That being said you can have a lot of fun with a Hitachi too. Another thing to try is put a gag in her mouth so she can't start complaining to easily and push through it. It's the same thing with G-spot play when the girl complains about having to pee, being too sensitive etc....you just gotta push through that shit if you are going to get anywhere.

Time for some SGM indeed - by the time you asked yourself that question it was too late...the correct response to the cleanup comment was no response. Why worry? Leangains is at its heart a system designed to keep you honest. I know there is a bunch of science around it too, but if you are into cardio and think it will help your overall goals do it whenever you want. How does it make you feel? Test it and try it out. I lift 4 days a week and do cardio in the mornings at 5am when I wake up on my REST days. I fast every morning until noon. I am pretty ripped and feel like a God physically.

This happened to me once - figured why not - it shows balls I think. Showed up, her friends were fucked up. There was a bunch of drama between some of them going on about another dude. Three of the girls took me back to their place and I banged the one without as much as a few sentences the whole night. The drama chick started audibly crying in the other room during the banging. It was weird.

I probably do have a long way to go - I know we're never done growing and learning. It was a poor choice of words. I of course will never stop. This whole time I didn't know there were a bunch of don't give a fuck naturals out there on MRP. Would I do what I did again? Not in the same way in a million years. We were both low negative SMV - I wanted children and was fucked in the head (like a lot of us). MRP didn't exist when I took the pill. I came across a book called "Mating in Captivity" 5 years into my marriage then found Athol Kay and the rest is history. Hope that helps.

Yeah good points here. I guess one of my problems is that I never HAD to learn it. It came natural because I was miles and miles better looking and awesome after awhile. Me dealing with my wife's transition from exactly what you said undivided submissive low self esteem attention is my problem. Maybe I'm nervous that now I don't get it on easy mode anymore - dealing with the prospects of me "actually" having to be an alpha man rather than "faking it till I make it". Yeah for the most part - I am afraid. Why though is the hard part. I am 100% confident I could be banging 8-10's tomorrow. I'm still having mental hangups. I understand I'm weak, but why?! My plans are if she leaves is to start a harem and have threesomes for the rest of my days. I have led my wife to this point. No way she would be here without me, being 300 lbs her self at one point. Like I said, my wife has significant issues which will leave her way way worse off than me. You're in good company. Good point about my attitude and self imposed limitations...sometimes it's hard not to wonder if a 40 year old dude has reached his peak after being a broke, fatass, smoker, loser for much of his life.

I have established boundaries - we had a master/slave thing going on for about two years ago. I backed off on it about a year ago because literally I felt my body and just general dominance was good enough and I was getting tired of it. I'm not sure what my view point should be on GNO's. I never had to deal with any of this shit before....in her defense she did ask me to go out dancing - as a part of her new found confidence.

This makes sense but I'm not really sure this is it. I feel like I have extremely high confidence. Strange. I guess it does not help that she is visiting her family many hours away with the kids seemingly making all these changes. I won't be able to see her for another two weeks.

Going from a low SMV to a higher SMV woman has been pretty shocking to me. When you go from a low confidence, no shit testing, perfectly submissive wife to someone who says she's horny, shit tests me, and wants to go out dancing with her friends practically overnight....it's hard to cope. I dunno....feels bad. Like the old rules don't apply anymore.

I'll answer it anyway...there's hope man. 5 years ago this July - I took the pill. My wife and kids were vacationing 16 hours away. I was 400 pounds, jobless, homeless, broke, pretty much a loser my whole life. Today, I am ripped (215lbs with lots of extra skin) living out my dreams.

I have read it and it predated my discovery of the red pill by probably a year. I don't remember much about it other than it caused me to seek out more information and eventually find my way here. It was literally the thing that got my head moving in the right direction. 6 years later, the change is nothing short of miraculous.
