I feel like in this case my escalation wasn't smooth enough, and my frame wasn't conducive to play off rejection and to persist. Thoughts?

That's true... lately I've been so focused on deep diving that I forget to smoothly physically escalate as well. I need to re-convince myself that it's okay. Thanks!

I appreciate the reminder to give myself a pat on the back for the awesome parts, regardless of the result. Will definitely step harder next time. Thanks for the comment!

Thanks a lot for your supportive comment. I really enjoy the high, nervousness, and anticipation that comes with looking forward to a date, but you're definitely right in that I let it make me timid rather than energized this time around. Looking forward to the day where I won't mind a full bucket!

Thanks man! I appreciate many people telling me to reflect on my mistakes, but it also feels good to have someone remind me that I ran good game at some points, too.

Hey man, thanks for your post. :) Number 4 in particular really got me reassessing my habits and my actions. Over these past two days, I've taken steps to get back on track after reading your post. You're absolutely right—it is a slippery slope. Thanks again!

Thanks for the kind words! Gym is Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Time forgiving, I also break dance and train for table tennis (I used to do the latter competitively) once or twice a week. I'm putting in a lot of effort hard to be active, and socially so. I'm slowly improving my diet, too, for healthier foods and more protein.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
