Are you posting here because you genuinely care about the outcome? If so, your not outcome independent and it doesnt matter what you say because that is going to become obvious to her soon enough. It doesnt matter what you tell her, its all about HOW you tell her. Either one of those senarious could work if delivered in the right way.

Dude, you are too far gone to put any "game" to good use. Trust me, I have been there and I can see it in your writing. You have some serious work to do on yourself before you realistically have any chance of interacting with women the way you want to. If you haven't already, read EVERYTHING in the sidebar. Read all of Rollo's blog, it will take you a long time. Start lifting. Becoming stronger will increase your confidence and help you develop an abundance mentality. One of the best things I ev…

Are you just asking about whey? Of course you should be taking whey. You should consume your body weight in grams of protein a day (175lbs = 175g protein). It is hard, and expensive, to consume that much protein from food alone so you generally need to supplement with whey. Creatine is practically mandatory as well. Quality of protein is important as well. check out the "best quality" section on this website. They do lab tests for protein purity and quality. https://labdoor.com/rankings/protein

The best gym is a gym you will go to. Other than that, think about what kind of lifting your going to do and find a gym that has the equipment you need. For me its a squat rack and dumbbells. For some reason tons of gyms only have smith machines.

Nice. I was sitting here racking my brain trying to figure out this chicks angle and i just couldn't put it together. Makes perfect sense.

Dont think about how the mother affects the situation at all. Let your girl know what your boundaries are and what you will and will not put up with and maintain those boundaries. This is of course assuming that whatever the mother is doing is affecting you. If its just something between them two, there's not much you can do. You will just be seen as someone who is butting their nose into something.

This one is easy. This girl is strictly plate material. Not worth an LTR by a long shot. If you actually "like" this girl you have already fucked up and may as well move on, or at least test boundaries and learn from it. Once you internalize the fact that this girl is not worth your time, the whole situation will be alot easier for you to handle.

No. You did not just change into a different person in the last two days. The emotion of the situation is bringing out this part of you. It has always existed in you and your girlfriend has been getting glimpses of it throughout your relationship. Subconsciously, she has been getting less and less attracted to you and now it is too late. My suggestion to you is to stop ACTING like the man TRP tells you you need to be and start making the changes in your life to become that man.

I hear ya friend. I too have noticed a serious shift in comment style that would indicate a much younger crowd. Unfortunately, i believe pointing this out is considered "concern trolling" so theres not much to do other than wade through the shit.

Just stop and read what you just wrote. That mindset is exactly why your girlfriend is going to leave you, and she should. How can you take care of her if you cant take care of yourself? Read the side bar, really read it, a couple of times and get your shit together.

Holy shit. Where did you find that? I just read the first chapter and its full on TRP...from 1991. " Many men act as if they believe the feminist propaganda that "it's a man's world," and don't realize how badly the legal deck is stacked against them, in both marriage and divorce. The women's liberation movement has caused restructuring of the laws, to gain "equal rights" for women. At the same time, it has carefully avoided demanding equal responsibility from women. The law often requires the h…

jesus christ! you probably believe in UFOs too. There was not a secret meeting with all of the major banking executives deciding to implode the housing loan market for personal gain. Thousands of people acted independently in there own best interest by taking advantage of the (lack of) financial regulations on housing loans. Btw, anytime someone says "do your research" it immediately shows that they don't have a good enough understanding of the topic to explain it themselves and instead are rely…

You need to wrap your head around the idea that she probably wasn't raped. Every one of your responses in this thread is defending that assumption. OP is the husband correct? The wife has every reason to lie to him about being raped.

To me, she wasn't rewarding you for anything. In fact, she was relating to you, and by doing that she saw you as human, instantly all the walls fell down, and she was instantly turned on. What I learned from this post is "I feel weak" is a great line to use in the right context. wtf? Did you get lost on you way to /r/relationships? Admitting that your weak does not drop panties in any context. I agree with OPs analysis.

Excellent insight. Much better than "this is why i will never get married" That's the point of this sub. Not to hate women, not for mens rights, just to understand how the world works and make the best of it.

was going to say the same thing. Im not sure why oldredder thinks that article proves anything regarding sexual partners. There is clearly a correlation between the two.

I'm just playing devils advocate here but does your wife make less than 2000 a month after taxes? Because then the solution seems pretty clear.

I stopped eating soy a year ago because i started having boner problems. I never bring it up because people think im crazy when i do. I never bothered looking up a list of other foods that contain estrogen so I'm glad you posted this. There are few more foods I need to cut out.

I don't know how you ended up here but your clearly too lazy to figure out for yourself what the sub is about and have instead relied on someone else's, also lazy, description. Normally i would recommend reading the sidebar but i don't think you could handle it. Just turn around and go back to where you came from.

Ahh yes, the first point you make has been the hardest part. Ensuring that she is always thinking about me but not appearing to be more into her than she is me. I have increased my amount of phone calls/texting obviously, but i always try to keep this in mind. We lived together for about a year before I moved so i think everything should be fine in that regard. I will definitely set a goal date for her to move in, thanks for the advice.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. We have lived together for the last year. She had to stay behind for a few months to finish school.

Costa got it half right. You shouldn't get married before you figure yourself out in your late 20's, but there is no reason your wife has to. Wouldn't it be infinitely better for your wife to "figure out who she is" with you and your guidance instead of outside influences before you meet her? Also, If you want any chance at a successful marriage the girl has to have a low count, the lower the better. The odds of this go down (exponentially i would guess) with age in our society. If you can find …

I haven't seen the posts your referring to but i know the type and ill take your word for it. Shit like "find a woman who you can have a conversation with" is complete blue pill bullshit and should be downvoted into hell but i suspect we have more newbies than veterans on here these days. Just remember gents, plates and LTRs are two completely different beasts. The qualities that make a good plate are fundamentally incompatible with the qualities that make a good LTR and the reverse is also true…

This is awesome advise OP, listen to it. I just want to add on to it, to really drive the point home. She has moved on. Anything she says to you from here on out is for validation (to make herself feel better). You can do your best to not give her any validation (no response/no contact is usually the best way) but the truth is it doesn't matter what you do. All you have control of is your emotions. Nothing you can say will make her feel bad about what she has done. There is no emotional justice.…

That is facinating. When i decided religion was bullshit, at a young age, i hated everyone and everything that had to do with it. I thought they were all morons, too dumb to think for themselves and apply logic to the world around them and i was vocal about it. Now i realize the smartest guys in the room were the quiet atheists. The guys who knew that it was all bullshit but kept it to themselves and played along because they saw the benefits to society. I'm not sure if its still possible to be …

whoa dude. You need to keep reading TRP. So many contradicting things here. You don't LTR an alpha widow for exactly the reason you stated, and you definitely don't try to explain those reasons to her. She is strictly plate material, but since i dont think you have the skills yet to turn her into one your better off just letting her go and starting fresh.

How fucking ordinary. What a great fucking way to think about it. Any guy with the prerequisites (TRP knowledge, lifting, game) can go around mentally destroying these chicks... but it takes an honorable man, someone you want to look up too, to let them go before their damaged beyond repair.

yea yea yea, i read plenty of TRP... All im saying is if people can use religion to indoctrinate their children into behaving certain ways, so can non religious people with enough work. Im just talking about psychology here. Everything you mention would make it hard as hell though.... Lots to think about, glad I don't have kids yet.

I was thinking the same thing. As long as you can back it up with research on pair bonding, successful marriage rates vs sexual partners, and long term happiness among women vs sexual partners. I think TRP forgets sometimes that women can think for themselves if given the opportunity and not too heavily indoctrinated by our feminist society. Dickish makes a good point too, the mom would have to be on board and also represent the morals your preaching. Shouldn't be an issue since you should not h…

It would actually be 33 percent in your example. 100 total 60 female 40 male 40 females will pair with 40 males leaving 20 females without a pair. 20/60 = 33% of women graduates without a "suitable" man. Obviously that would only apply if everyone stayed in their own little bubble where you live but I think everyone understands the point your making. With gender quotas favoring girls education over boys, the proportion you mentioned is becoming common across the country and there is bound to be …
