No no no no no. I don't care about averages. I am asking about the exceptions. When the average is not the case. When you have a woman that has to work to get sex in the same way most men do. When you have a man who can have sex as easily as a woman can. These scenarios may be rare, but I am asking what the Red Pill's logic is in these particular scenarios. I personally don't think they're rare at all, but you people seem to think so. I know plenty of women who are very frustrated with their sex…

I am referring SPECIFICALLY to when this is not the case. Suppose you do not have to "become" this man. You simply are naturally, very attractive. What then?

I actually started a thread a couple days ago about that. I asked women here if they prefer men with high partner counts. Literally none of them said yes. They all said "no" or "I don't care".

I am not saying that they are the same. I am simply refuting the claim that TRP makes. They assert that men and women are different in this respect: it is easier for women to have sex than it is for men. I ask: what about when this isn't the case? What about when it's easy for a man to have sex? Do the same rules apply to him?

Really? Because feminists are the only ones that I've seen actually fighting against male-discrimination. I think there's a minority of very extremist feminists that truly believe men don't have issues too, but I can't even count the number of times a feminist has said to me, "sexism works both ways." And it's true. If you're favoring men, you are putting down women. If you're favoring women, you're putting down men. No matter which way you go, sexism hurts everyone involved. I hear MRA's compla…

Uh, no it's absolutely NOT okay. I don't respect women who don't work any more than I respect men that don't work. I've known women who pull that shit and it sucks that it's considered socially acceptable for them while the man is working like a dog, struggling to keep her afloat. My dad was married to a woman like that. She would stay home and "take care of us" up until we were freaking teenagers. Whenever my dad mentioned, "Hey, uh, could you maybe, like, y'know... get a job?" She'd flip out a…

Er, both those articles about men and women are just about how women love? Says nothing about how men love. Seems like it's made to demonize women. Oh wait, it's in TRP sidebar. DUH. Of course it demonizes women! Everything makes sense now. "It would not be something conscious on your part. Your feeling for him will change from admiration and respect to rejection and discuss." The fact that men actually expect to be loved even after shirking all responsibility and essentially doing nothing with …

I don't understand. What is it about "the nature of women" that leaves them emotionally incapable of truly falling in love? I feel like to even make such a claim you'd have to operate on the assumption that all women everywhere are exactly identical in whatever aspect you're referring to, which I already have a VERY hard time believing. So what exactly are you referring to? What is this elusive feature that all women have that keeps them from falling in love? Whatever it may be, are you saying t…

This thread made me soooo sad. Like, I've always felt regular ol' dislike for TRP, but this post made me feel... pity. To truly believe that you'll never be loved the way you wish you could be loved... that sucks. But if you read the sidebar material, there's an entire article about giving up on love and how men's love is different (read: superior) to women's love, and how women are literally incapable of loving a man in a way that's not completely "rational". I don't understand why or how anyon…

"Men did most of it" Source? I know that women weren't allowed to own patents until they gained the right to vote; they had to put it under a man's name just to get their shit out there. So isn't it a bit underhanded and, well... ignorant... to simply say, "Men did all of it"?

Yeah, I think that logic applies to famous men as well (though not so much to your everyday Average Joe). I was really disgusted when that lady pulled off Zac Effron's shirt on stage. No one else seemed perturbed :/

I don't think, by themselves, the pics being leaked says anything about society as a whole. It's not like some huge organization worked together to make it happen; it was just some kid who knows how to use a computer. Although I do think it is a prime example of a surprisingly common mindset; women's bodies are not their own property. Similarly, the Elliot Rogers incident was only the action of one lonely guy, but his way of thinking is eerily close to a lot guys I've dated, met, and read about.…

My problem with TRP's stance (or rather that guy in particular and the people reiterating his point) is that they believe the only reason people are outraged is because we now know that gasp celebrities wear makeup and Photoshop and extensions oh my! I was referring specifically to the theory that the women who find this to be morally wrong only believe so because it devalues our collective SMV or something. I've never really been that worried about alimony, even in the event of infidelity. Courts where I live will only demand alimony to a certain extent. They will not take more than I can afford to give. So I don't really care. Additionally, if all goes as planned (I work and he becomes a stay-at-home dad) I'll give him alimony whether the courts demand it or not. It's the right thing to do. He has given up to his best years to rear our children. If we split custody, I don't want my kids visiting t…

It just seems odd to be that this viewpoint seems to conveniently make women look bad in literally any light. "Keep in mind, for every woman promoted/advanced, thats not only less options she will find attractive, but less men in higher social spots for the lower ranking women to compete for." You could just as easily say that stay-at-home dads are the cause of allowing hypergamy to "spin out of control". For every stay-at-home dad, that's more high-paying positions that open up for women and on…

"Well when he works half as much as you do while you have half your income to spend on yourself you might change your mind." Parenting is a full-time job. "What if you can't afford to pay him alimony? You'll go to jail." No court orders alimony to be paid that can't be afforded. All of your expenses, including taxes and bills, are taken into account. I may have to adjust my standard of living, but so will he. Oh well.

"Welcome to the consequences of being a man." Never really understood this logic. Why would I not want to pay him alimony? If he becomes a stay-at-home dad, he's sacrificing his earning potential while I continue to work my way up the corporate ladder and he takes care of my babies. I feel like he's definitely getting the short end of the stick there. I would pay him alimony and I wouldn't even take him to court over it. It's the right thing to do.

This article goes into a bit more detail about the study you're referencing http://www.telegraph.co.uk/women/mother-tongue/8731520/Fewer-couples-think-an-affair-is-a-reason-to-divorce.html The study did not question women, but rather divorce lawyers. It asked the lawyers, not the couples, "Why do your clients get divorced?" It had nothing to do with women. For all we know, it could be men who are more likely to divorce due to "falling out of love". The author's assertion that it is women who are…

I am currently happily married, but I'm the breadwinner, not my husband. He wants to be a stay-at-home dad. But it seems TRP believes these kinds of relationships to be impossible, as I am "higher" than him economically even though I am a woman. However, I also told my husband before we got married that he, too, had to find a way to increase his earning potential, at least while we're still young and child-free. Ideally, I'd like us to be equal. You know how some young wives get married right ou…

Google "my husband won't get a job" and report back with the number of results. It's extremely common... trust me... :/ While you're at it, Google "my husband won't lose weight". Just because you tell your husband to do something, just because it's best for the family, just because it's best for his health, doesn't mean he'll do it. This is why people get divorced. It's not because women "get bored". It's because our husband takes up smoking cigarettes around the kids. It's because he took out a…

It seems to me, however, that the main point of contention is the mere fact that these women are career-minded; not so much the unattractive qualities that may or may not accompany that fact (such as aggression). As I mentioned in my post, TRP seems bothered by the simple fact that they don't want the woman to be "on top" in the relationship, aka the main bread-winner. But if you can't be the main bread-winner, then you'll have to rely on your husband for support and inevitably marry a man who i…

Nothing wrong with getting off on being needed. Different strokes for different folks. "A loyal woman doesn't divorce her husband." Fair enough, but of the women I know who have gotten divorced, it was for very, very good reasons. Her husband had become an alcoholic. They were married for only a year when he started drinking. Tried for another year to put him through AA, he kept saying he'd get better, never did. Started getting belligerent around her kid. No alimony was owed as the marriage was…

What I actually said was: "...should he one day become different from the man I married?" Sometimes people get married and use it as an excuse to let themselves go; men and women. Whether that be by cheating, gaining 200 pounds, refusing to get a job and help support the family... people change.

I'll pick up from here! I consider myself mostly "blue pill". For the record, this is from the perspective of a married woman, currently working towards my degree. As for your first point (which I'll condense to "Whether someone gets respect depends on their actions"), that's all fine and dandy, but I don't think it's completely true. You're misunderstanding my point. I am not comparing being Black to being BP. I'm comparing being racist towards Blacks to assuming that everyone who subscribes to or comments on the TBP will troll Red Pill Women. I've been with guys who had a ton of experience and were awful lovers (in fact, the most experienced guy I was with turned out to be the worst by a long shot). I've been with guys who had relatively no experience and they were the best or at least pretty good. Really there has been absolutely no correlation. The only thing I assume if a guy is a virgin at 25 is that he has not had sex by the age of 25. That's all you can assume without most likely being wrong. People are incredibly complicated a…

I would not assume anything if a man was a virgin at 25, but I would be curious as to why, simply because it's abnormal. I wouldn't assume "no woman wants him" or that he "doesn't have game", that's for sure. "Lets not pretend that women don't want sexual fulfillment. "People who post/comment at TBP try to infiltrate RPW and cause dissent, chaos, or run false flag attacks to try to get RPW portrayed as being racist, homophobic, etc" I see. So because some people who post on TBP engage in that kind of behavior, that must mean all people who post on TBP do the same. Hmmm, I agree with all your points, but the last one leaves me a bit... skeptical. Women shouldn't dress to show their sexual attributes, yes. But literally every part of a woman's body is sexualized. It used to be that women couldn't even show their shoulders or ankles. I hear about schools banning tank tops and what not because they "distract" male students and it seems very sexist.

Sorry you feel that way. If you don't like it, I suggest maybe spreading the word on actual violence statistics / odds of being raped? A lot of women are going off that bullshit "1/4 women are raped!" stat that came out a while ago. Or maybe one day, if you have your own daughter, don't constantly remind her of how men are out to get her. A lot of dads do this and don't realize how harmful it can be.

Oh, c'mon. Children are not taught to fear cars in at all the same frequency that girls are taught to be afraid of boys. There's a big difference between the occasional "Be careful crossing the road!" and having your dad tell you he'll kill any boy that tries to get near you. There's a big difference between being told to look both ways when you cross the street and being told that "All men only have one thing on their mind." Legislation based on fear? What are you referring to? I'm pretty sure we agree on most if not all points. I assume when you said "not being so inebriated that your judgement is impaired" you're referring to how women will get drunk, sleep with a guy and claim rape when they regret it. I also agree with you on that front. When two drunk people get together and have sex, it really sucks that the woman can claim rape and is seen as the victim; ironically very sexist. "Laws that are written to discriminate against men and others that are deliberately enforced to harm men." Culturally, men are seen as the "stronger" sex. They can "take a beating". As far as sexism goes, their main problem is overenforcement. They receive longer sentences than women for the same crimes, for example. Women's problems do not typically intertwine with the legal system. They are characterized by very general, yet pervasive sexist attitudes that many Americans don't even know they h…

Any issue that is considered a "women's" issue is called feminist simply because that's the definition of feminism. It doesn't really matter what kind of label you slap onto it. "What is clear is that men have a 4.5 to 5 point IQ advantage" DO YOU EVEN READ YOUR OWN STUDIES? Seriously. That was taken in 1994 with little kids. The oldest sample they worked with was 16 years old, and even then the IQ advantage for boys was less than 2. And we've also already proved that IQ is not an accurate indicator of intelligence. If it was, …

As I said, "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." You've not provided any evidence to support your claims. The article you gave me turned out to be in my favor. Could it be that you're wrong and your ideas about women are bigoted and biased?

Did you even read your own article? That guy did find that women have slightly higher IQ's than men. Quote, "So they certainly equaled men, and perhaps were slightly above." Though the difference was pretty insignificant. Next. While I'm at it, here's an article from Smithsonian Magazine on why brain size doesn't correlate with intelligence. Aaaand another one on Live Science, just for good measure here. Men do have significantly more gray matter (as you said), though it seems women are able to …

Ah, that makes sense! So you're saying the size of the brain is what matters. We should start letting blue whales run the world, then. Their brains weigh over 15 pounds! (If it's not already obvious, I'm trying to point out how completely flawed your logic is...) Moving on to your next point which I'll condense to: "Men have higher IQ's than women." Ignoring the fact that you (yet again...) did not provide any evidence or sources to support your claim, did you know that the whole idea of IQ test…

Like I said, only sometimes, not always. The whole point of this thread is me wanting people to recognize that. You keep trying to apply some absolute, concrete definition. It doesn't exist. It's different depending on who you talk to.

Very true! That study really blew me out of the water, though. I found it especially interesting that the girl on the left recieved slightly more messages than the girl on the right, though... Mostly because the one on the right seems more "traditionally" attractive, and the other looks more ethnic / exotic.

"The majority of women lack the logical capabilities necessary to make rational decisions in policy." That's a rather extraordinary claim! You're saying 50% of the population isn't capable of making rational decisions in policy. They say "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." Do you have any evidence to back your claims? Any studies or articles? Here, I'll lead by example. This is a study examining the difference between male and female brains. It suggests that women are much bet…

It does if it starts infringing on a woman's professional potential or, as our Constitution puts it, "the Pursuit of Happiness." Take a look at this Italian study that sent out 11,000 fake job applications to 1,500 vacancies. "The average callback rate was 30% across all of the CVs sent out. For attractive women, it was 54%, and for attractive men, 47%. Unattractive women had by far the worst results, with a 7% callback rate. Unattractive men had a 26% rate."

I think the reason feminists, media, women, etc. push for the whole "nice guy" thing and "just being yourself" is more in an effort to get guys to just stop being so... sexual. Ladies just aren't as interested in sex as men are. They can be. Some ladies are. And that's fine. But it seems men (or at least more men than women) are constantly trying to devise ways to sleep with more women. (hence The Red Pill! I just don't feel American feminism is representative of feminism in any other country :/ And I know literally nothing about general feminist attitudes anywhere else. It probably has a very different "feel" depending on where you go. Also their goals are probably completely different. Although, if I had to guess, it's probably because male conscription is a male issue, and feminism typically (not always) is more about women's issues.

I hope you at least recognize that there are still "moderate" feminists left in this world who don't gobble up every statistic that supports their already firmly cemented ideas... Yeah, it really sucks that "modern" feminism doesn't really include men... Feminism, in its broadest definition, is about equality between the sexes, usually with a focus on women's issues. Hardly anyone comments on men's appearance. No one cares if a man doesn't match his shoes with his shirt. People never comment on my husband's appearance when we're out and about. People constantly do so with me, though. "I love your hair!" You say "you guys" as though I can somehow represent all feminists everywhere. I don't think I've ever called anyone a "neckbeard", barring men who have beards on their necks. And I think the term is usually used in a purposely inflammatory sense. When a woman calls a man a neckbeard, it's usually (at least in my experience) because she's pissed and trying to insult him. Well, actually yes. I see what you're trying to do, but that's exactly what I'm saying. There is no definition of "true" feminism. I think TRP'ers underestimate exactly how many women they simply gloss over in their daily lives. They focus entirely on young, attractive single women. From there, it's easy to understand why they believe that American women are all entitled, hypergamous, femi-nazis. So if, by staying home, your SO is able to work 50 hours/week instead of 40 hours/week, you're supplementing his income by a large margin and that should be taken into account. If, however, you don't even have any kids and just married someone and didn't work the whole time, obviously you shouldn't get anything. And you don't. Alimony is only awarded in 15% of divorces, sooo...

So you're saying you don't have any romantic experience with men, therefore you are incapable of deciding whether or not they are like children. Huh. So your assertion that women are like children is based entirely on your romantic experience with them? Do you think that's an accurate way to arrive at a conclusion? Are you saying women only act like children when they are in romantic relationships? All but ONE of the men I've dated were emotional children. Does that mean that all men are like ch…

Well golly gee, poly, I guess this means all men are violent, irrational dickholes! Let's start a subreddit dedicated to learning how to control them. We'll call it The Red Pill (GET IT? GUYS? LIKE THE MATRIX?) and teach other women how to date men like that! You know, the type of men who get in fistfights over being cut off in traffic. Surely we won't begin attracting those types of men exclusively when we systematically develop ways to seduce them... surely that won't happen...

Here's a study comparing brain activity in men vs. women. ..."greater neural connectivity from front to back and within one hemisphere in males, suggesting their brains are structured to facilitate connectivity between perception and coordinated action. In contrast, in females, the wiring goes between the left and right hemispheres, suggesting that they facilitate communication between the analytical and intuition." So basically women are good at making analytical decisions based on logic and in…

When feminists say, "All men are violent", what they mean is that women should exercise caution around men because they are prone to violent outbursts. You're on a slippery slope. "All men are violent =/= All men should be in jail". I personally don't subscribe to this way of thinking, but that's how they think. However, I notice that when you hear that, you interpret it very negatively. You feel it is a "cowardly shaming tactic". You feel it has no real basis in reality. Now when women hear tha…

What I'm really curious about, though, is what it is about women that is different from men in this aspect. Do you believe that women are more prone to tempter tantrums than men, therefore they are more childish? Because I so far have no reason to believe that men and women are not equally childish. My point is that you seem to be saying "Women are like children", and (correct me if I'm wrong) inadvertently claiming that women are more childish than men. Otherwise you would say, "People are like…

What leads you to believe that women tend to avoid responsibility? Or, more importantly, that they have a tendency to do it more so than men? Avoiding responsibility seems like an extremely common thing. It's human. I can't think of how it is any more common in females than in males. I agree that society tends to allow women more leniency when it comes to certain things (for example, it's a lot easier for us to get away with crime, especially those of a sexual nature). But men take advantage of …

It's no secret that men are convicted of homicide more often than women. Women may receive shorter sentences, but they do not commit homicide as often as men do. Actually, today women initiate closer to 62% of divorces. That 70% stat is from the 90's. Do you believe that initiating a divorce means you no longer deserve spousal support? Why? Perhaps women initiate divorce slightly more often because a) men are more likely to cheat, and b) men are more likely to lose assets in a divorce, perhaps even their children or possessions. I'm not saying it's fair. Divorce proceedings in the US are skewed to favor women (as are a lot of things). Radical feminism se…

The difference is that the value of a life at home is economically worthless. They contribute equally to the relationship and finances, but in the event of the divorce the breadwinner reaps the majority of the benefits while the stay-at-home mom or dad is left exactly where they started at the beginning of the marriage. The ONLY thing a single mother has to show for her marriage is more memories of her kids. The breadwinner, in this case the father, has 10 years of accumulated promotions, experi…

Yes. And "to a certain degree" most men and women are somewhat homosexual. "To a certain degree" most men and women enjoy rape fantasies. Does that make most men and women homosexual rapists? Additionally, women who end up with RP men usually don't realize it until something specific happens. In this scenario, the man will continue to reap the benefits of the marriage. He still has the promotion because his wife was home taking care of the kids. He still has the job because his wife worked as a waitress to pay his way through school. He does get a "reduced portion of your end of the agreement", as you put it. Yes, here's a statistic from the US Census Bureau stating that 24% of couples living together with children under 18 have a stay-at-home mom. http://www.infoplease.com/spot/momcensus1.html I gave that to you earlier and you tried making your own calculations to disprove it (unsuccessfully).

You got your number, 38 million total mothers, by dividing 72 million children under 18 by 1.89. So you calculated 72million/1.89=38 million In reality, 1.89 is far too large. 1.89 counts children who are over 18 because it is derived from total children a mother will have IN HER LIFETIME. By the time a woman dies, she will have children in their 30's or 40's. Your number should NOT be, "Number of children the average woman will have in her lifetime." Hmmm, most of the other women I know (keep in mind that I am very young, only 19) who aren't in school / bettering themselves in some way are only missing out on opportunities because of the men in their lives. My buddy, let's call her A., dropped out of school to get a job and support her husband. They have moved in together and can't afford to put the both of them through school. They intend to get married, have a kid, he'll get a well-paying job and very likely start a career while she become…

Maybe not directly, but they definitely seem to put women down. So while they don't claim that men are better than women, they claim that women suck and men are awesome. Which is pretty much the same thing.

There are people on TRP who believe women shouldn't have the right to vote...? Seriously? Is that typical there? Condoned?

I don't think BP's are specifically after RP theory, I think they're just after things hat don't have any evidence, proof or data to back them up. A TON of TRP is based off of anecdotal evidence and not supported by any real science.

"We want to relax. We want to be open and honest. We want to have a safe haven in which struggle has no place, where we gain strength and rest instead of having it pulled from us. We want to stop being on guard all the time, and have a chance to simply be with someone who can understand our basic humanity without begrudging it. To stop fighting, to stop playing the game, just for a while. We want to, so badly." Isn't this just a different way of saying, "I want a woman who makes me feel like I d…

Although evolutionary psychology is a convenient approach, we're not cavemen anymore. "To gain a more nuanced understanding of gender and jealousy, researchers from Pennsylvania State University approached the issue with some modern psychology. In a study published in the journal Psychological Science , researchers found that, while generally speaking, the evolutionary explanation of gender and jealousy held up, when viewed through the lens of attachment theory—broadly, the psychological theory …

But your information is not incomplete. You have the opportunity to get to know a woman and discover whether or not she actually is more likely to cheat on you. Is she really promiscuous with a history of infidelity? Drinking problems? Unpredictable? Is she cheating on someone to be with you? Well, as they say, "If she'll cheat with you, she'll cheat on you", so yeah, you should probably avoid an LTR. But is she just a regular lass who happens to enjoy sex as much as you do? Is she stable? Is sh…

My point is that you can't apply statistics to an individual. I cannot say, for example, "99% of rapists are men. Therefore, I no longer trust my male best friend." "Males account for about 70% of all D's and F's in school. Therefore, my boyfriend is uneducated." "Videogame addiction is about 4x as common in boys than in girls. Therefore, I won't let my husband play videogames anymore because he'll probably become addicted." "Promiscuous women are more likely to cheat than promiscuous men. There…

Huh, I must admit you're the first person to actually engage me on this in a way that I can understand. Most of the time it's just, "You're a woman therefore you don't understand therefore your argument is invalid. BAM." So TIL that men use TRP for a ton of different reasons (to start a family, sleep around, or anywhere in between). But I personally believe that a much more constructive way to approach the problem of women wanting to "marry up" is to simply, as a man, marry a woman that you beli…

Of course you're allowed to hypocritically judge others. You're just not justified. My whole point is that it's a very common belief on TRP that's frequently condoned and never justified. Not talking about you, just a lot of the people I've seen commenting on TRP. "I love fucking bitches, hell, I slept with 7 women just last week! One for every day of the week, right fellas? HA!" "Ugh, women who have had sex with more than 10 men in their lifetimes are gross. They're more likely to cheat and mor…

Yeah, and 99% of rapists are men. Does that mean I'm going to become a slave to my instincts and distrust all men? Nope. The majority of divorces are instigated due to infidelity and men are more likely to cheat than women. This is why women initiate divorce about 70% of the time. So when a man decides he's going to become a slave to his instincts and leave a woman just because she has had, say, 24 sexual partners in the past, it makes me think he is weak. He is incapable, unwilling, to look pas…

Aw man, I was hoping to talk to this about you and this other guy beat me to it :( Oh well. Let's restart. I'll be referring to your first comment. "That being said, many men are disgusted by it. TRP (via evo-psych) offers an explanation for it. Specifically, said disgust is a defensive mechanism in men. It drives us to emotionally distance ourselves from promiscuous women. This prevents us from investing resources in a woman who is more likely to cuckold us and use our resources to support anot…

Here's some data! Eat up. Number of sexual partners in the past 12 months by gender Percent of all women 15-44 years of age who have had three or more male partners in the last 12 months, 2002: 6.8% Percent of all men 15-44 years of age who have had three or more female partners in the last 12 months, 2002: 10.4% (source: http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data/ad/ad362.pdf) Yes, you're completely right and now you have some science to back you up. "Whoever has the choice has the power." You cannot essentially blame women for being choosier about their partners. Ironically, you're "hamstering". You can't ask for sex, get rejected, and then get pissed because the "ball is in her court." If a woman doesn't want to have sex with you, she's not trying to make a power play, she just doesn't want to have sex with you. "It's irrelevant whose fault it is. I'd say its nobodies fault except the universe's." So do you honestly believe that men hate f…

I like how the most "attractive" women are the ones wearing the most makeup. I'm sorry, but men fall for that so easily... the women in the 7, 8 and 9 category would be equally attractive if they all had clean faces. EDIT: ESPECIALLY ASIANS! I'm not saying they're unattractive without it, I'm just saying eyeliner and eyebrow pencil go a long way... http://sociorocketnewsen.files.wordpress.com/2012/09/half-face-make-women-13.jpg?w=579&h=390 http://viakorea.files.wordpress.com/2011/09/makeup-vs-no…

I posted the link to the study you're referencing on this sub about a week ago. The conclusions it came to were the exact opposite of what you're saying. "...found greater neural connectivity from front to back and within one hemisphere in males, suggesting their brains are structured to facilitate connectivity between perception and coordinated action. In contrast, in females, the wiring goes between the left and right hemispheres, suggesting that they facilitate communication between the analy…

Wait wait wait, your coworker told you she doesn't want to have sex with you... Is she even sexually attracted to you? Are you sure she even likes that you're slapping her butt? Especially "full force"... my husband did that ONCE and I told him to never do it again. Because if she told you to stop and you're still doing it, I wouldn't be surprised if you were fired for sexual harassment (and rightfully so!) Maybe I'm jumping to conclusions. I totally agree. Some of these "lies" just make me think to myself, "Who would actually believe that?" -"Women don't cheat." -"Women are better than men." -"If women were running things, there'd be no wars!" I for one was never "conditioned" to believe any of this. And my mom is a liberal, feminist hardened Black woman. I get that a lot of these guys didn't have male role models growing up and were taught to put women on a pedestal, but turning around and deciding that women are outright inferio…

I am only pointing out that women like this exist. I'm not saying all women are different from the "norm", I'm saying some, a few, maybe a lot, are. My point is that no two women are exactly alike. More importantly, no two people are exactly alike. Why do you think so many different viewpoints exist on TRP even though you all read the same "doctrine" in the sidebar? Why do you think two different women will dress radically differently? Because people are different. In contrast, you are saying th…

Up until recently I dated men like that, but to be honest they're usually too socially awkward and that's a huge dealbreaker for me. I once dated a guy named Sam who absolutely refused to meet my parents because he was scared. Not like a, "We've been dating a long time and you ought to meet my parents" thing. More like a, "Hey, it's my mom and dad! Wha....? Why are you hiding? You don't want them to see you? They're just passing through..." I found it really unattractive. He never wanted to go t…

First of all, your reply seems very emotional and belligerent and I'd like it if you'd take it down a couple notches. I don't like debating with someone who throws out personal insults. It makes your opinions seem biased and riddled with emotion rather than objectivity. "It has nothing to do if you are female or not. Anyone, anywhere, can understand a concept. By your logic, all the women over at TRPW are talking out of their ass because they are female." You misinterpret. I understand and mostl…

Every human being is unique in that they all hold unique combinations of beliefs, experiences, opinions, preferences, convictions, etc. You could look at a person's "data" (White, blonde hair, blue eyes, female, student, mother) and find they are the opposite of what you'd expect. You can base your "seduction strategy" on the idea that all women are manipulative, bitchy and bossy, but then you'd only be attracting those types of women. You base your assumptions on that rule. I base my assumption…

Typically, yes. But if the woman happens to be making more money than the man (let's say he's a stay-at-home dad), it's likely she'll be the one paying alimony. Again, every situation is unique. I am an engineering student and my husband will be a stay-at-home dad when/if we have kids. If we were to get divorced, I would be the one paying him. And rightfully so. If he's staying out of school to take care of the kids, I have a moral obligation to help him out if things go sideways.

Truth. To be honest I don't agree with the majority of TRP philosophy, mostly because I'm female and I see a ton of general woman-bashing in this community. I wouldn't call myself a feminist, I don't think I know enough about gender roles in general to make that claim, I just don't believe (for example) that I or any other female is incapable of deviating from what TRP believes is the "norm". I see a lot of people saying that sluts or even former sluts are "not good LTR material", but I personal…

I was just refuting what OP said; that women who have sex with a bunch of guys, aka sluts, are not respected. I agree that "slut" does not have to be a negative term, but I know saying any group of people is undeserving of respect is pretty negative. I'm married, but if a guy sleeps around I don't lose respect for him... AND, OP says that, "Women provide physical intimacy, men provide emotional intimacy." But I feel this only describes a very, very tiny piece of the pie! What about relationships…

That is simply not true. If a woman gets over you faster than you got over her, it only means she was not as invested in the relationship. Or, maybe she simply recognizes that the relationship is no longer worth the effort and dwelling on it is illogical. Lingering in despair to prove you loved someone is not attractive, nor is it healthy. If the relationship is over, why would you waste your time thinking about it? Why not seek better companionship? 2 months?! That's ridiculous. That's why wome…
