As a brazilian citizen, i feel like it is safer to treat this as a new apartheid: if a woman feels unsafe with me on the same side of the crosswalk, i should be allowed to feel unsafe with her close to me and change sides on the street.

It depends a lot: - some states are right wing extremists (Santa Catarina) - some states are just overly traditional, looking like it is still 1940 - Rio de Janeiro is more progressive - most of our states are mixed between trad/right wing Pro-women law is applied in all of Brazil, also there's the internet vigilante: a woman can easily spread a lie about a man, the news makes a big fuss out of it, then the man is completely f-ed up. There's also the law abuse by women, where malicious women can…

Add to this the sexualization in Marvel Rivals, which is a mainstream game. The male characters appear in oversexualized clothing, overly muscular and caked/well-endowed. I feel like I'm watching cartoon porn.

Before finding someone who really likes me, my answers varied between: - i didnt find anyone I'm willing to date - i have other priorities - better off alone (when a woman is too aggressive) - she doesnt seem to be compatible with me Now that i have someone, a ring on my finger and a glow up, it's raining men and women.

Some things that I noticed about birth rate declining: - current economy is limiting the desire of reasonable adults to have kids - current society (relationship dynamics, legal issues, gender/class quarrels) make men and women be more weary towards the opposite gender. - pessimistic future (people are getting more violent, bad job market, education being controlled, opinions being controlled) also makes us think twice about making our children living in whatever bad scenario will come.

At my first work in a company, three girls in particular were serious man haters. Two in particular were really aggressive with their comments that HR fired them, another one learned that teal life isn't social media. The guys at work said it isn't worth complaining about the other women being aggressive or snarky with us. Some of their antics: - stop hiring men due to historical compensation - my boss was ok with mean jokes done about him - an aggressive person got fired, posted online it was s…

People like this (that like to argue or debate), actually will contradict themselves to continue an argument or will have a s"surge of joy" when they believe to have changed the convictions of another person. My strategy isn't just to ignore them, when I know I'm right (based on studies and facts) and the other person is arguing about this, I just cut the conversation. Just look at how the person gets triggered for not arguing.

Based on reports of true crime, specially those comitted by a single person, there's a pattern of the criminal having traumas or psychological conditions. If these people had a professional (therapist, psychiatrist, etc), we surely would have less crimes. But when it comes to men's mental health, society tells us to suck it up, man up, push it down, etc. This is one of the major causes for a high rate of men being criminals. As mentioned in another comment, pushing men into fighting wars, fighti…

I'm already boycotting streamings in general (the main "money maker" for film producers), as much as I hate Amazon (as someone that works in IT), it is the only streaming I have a subscription. Most of the new series/movies in streaming services throw jabs at men. Going a bit off-topic, there's also a study that consuming content that makes you feel bad (e.g. the jabs mentioned before) slowly internalize this on people. By consequence, children and young men end up developing issues such as beli…

the MRA's deny all of history of war, violence, brutality, cruelty and harsh survival all dominated by men (biological males, under patriarchical social order - not their weird version in the corporate world working in cubicles). Do you remember anything from world history? - since the earliest societies registered, the "figure of power" is a king (not by male choice, but based on the interest of other people in power) - survival is a shared task: males (among mammals) have stonger muscle and bo…

Men shouldn't be shamed for using porn,.but we should spread consciousness about addiction. In an unrelated topic, if men are shamed for consuming such content, no one talks about the amount of erotica slop being written, trying to be as famous as 50 shades of gray (also a writing slop).

Like men, women are also different. Women with same interests as men aren't the women that complain about men (answering your question). There are women curious about men-only spaces (if there were any) also there are the man-haters that think that any man-only spaces are training camps for political propaganda, misogyny and turning men violent.

Based on several posts I see on Instagram, left-leaning people tend to downplay men's rights; right wing downplay women's rights to attract men, but actually disregards all rights, except for the billionaires. Some examples: - left-leaning people say that a man accusing a microaggression should man up, but would rather eliminate conscription for all - right-leaning people would say something sexist about a woman, but would also treat a man as a replaceable cog in the machine.

Unfortunately men's rights activism, mgtow (men going their own way), and non-liberals get conflated with extreme right or traditional views. Even people with extreme right opinions like to get into MRA/MGTOW groups and make us look bad. Incels and femcels really are entitled people that think that the opposite sex owes them something.

I'll try not to be too cynic, but why would we want to let someone else be born in this world? The kid will work harder than us for less wage, benefits, worse housing and health conditions. We'll never know how politics will evolve: - if we go "full right", we won't be able to affors anything due to companies turning into monopolies and overpricing everything - if we go "full left", we'll be drowning in taxes to pay for things for everyone else. - radical right or left societies are simultaneous…

Im thinking of two possibilities: - use an artistic name that doesnt reveal your gender, JK Rowling did it with Harry Potter, then feminists will treat the book as written by a woman and will be praising any shot you write. - use the bad rep as merchandising, several gore horror movies proudly say how many people found the movie disturbing (then you can add a sticker to the book: triggered many radfems)

As a high functioning autistic, people from DEI like to call me to their committee to represent the autistics. I've been to some DEI meetings, having a representative for any inclusion topic. Being the devil's advocate: if the woman happens to be in her fertile period and the dumbasses didn't use condom, she gets pregnant. Considering the possibilities of that, it should be a shared responsibility: - if she gets prone to dumb decisions when the hormones are kicking in, she should stay at home - if none of them are using condoms, it is a shared responsibility - there is always the butt.

I go with the philosophy that places should adapt to their expected demographics. Want to have women? make it pleasant for women. Dont want them? Make it unpleasant for them. Some examples: - saunas - physically demanding jobs - dangerous jobs - Also in STEM: a 9 to 5 regular job is OK, being on call for a system crash: call a man (being fair, i had one female colleague that was ok with that) - in health area, the less demanding areas are full of women.

Autistic men are the epitome of everything that women hate about Men: Poor social skills, low intelligence, can’t hold down a job, emotional issues etc. Dude, i can confirm that autistics can be more intelligent than neurotypicals, can hold a job, usually more stoic. Anytime I watch any modern movie or TV show, any DEI meeting in companies i used to work for. I used to like the MEU, but ever since it became M-She-U, the fans agree it turned to M-Shit-U. DEI meetings: basically a bingo of sexism. - I'm a woman, i work at the office, at home and as a mother (honestly, men and women should have equal share of house tasks) - I'm a woman, i feel threatened by men (as if all men are dangerous and women are inoffensive) - (transphobia) no uterus, no opinion - (tw: …

Keeping it short, body positivity. Women have support for any shape they might have (short, tall, underweight or overweight). Men are constantly made fun of for being short or having a "little member".

Movies are considered misandric for objectifying men, poorly portraying them as either dumb/stupid or bad (violent/cruel) or by saying there's an inferior sex (in this case, male). These options are not mutually exclusive and are commonly seen in modern female-centered media.

Hard to explain in details, but it was something like changing the initial response to something that triggered depression or anger.

Maybe you should try a therapist with different approach. I had a therapist that used the "speak things out" approach that helped for a while, my last therapist has a different approach, that helped me with solving the problems. Edit/note: I'm no therapist to use the right terms.

Not a bigger plan, just a way to make the current generation of weaklings (feminists and woke people) feel comfortable, since they never were bullied, stood up for themselves, had a real struggle or had to earned something.

What worked with me: - walk away from the SJW/PC/woke media (movies, series etc), there is always an option to watch something different from your streaming service. - doesn't matter who hates you, live a good life to spite those who hate you I still don't have a suggestion for those who might want to hurt you.

This reminds me of an anime, where a planet lost the male population, so women would fight each other to let a man "have" them.

As you mentioned, in person, no one's an activist. But when someone's online or in a place that can't be held accountable for what they say, then they become "keyboard warriors", bashing everyone and everything.

When someone says this in real life to me, I get slightly annoyed and try to walk away from that toxic person. When it is said in a virtual meeting, I easily drop out and say "sorry, bad connection" (I'm not afraid of being petty with toxic people). If the person says this more than once, I follow the rule of not approaching people that hate me (or disrespect me).

About the question: to feel superior or to have a sense of empowerment by belittling someone in an imaginary higher status. About the case in the description: several places have an HR department, where anyone should be able to file complaints (in this case, bullying, sexism, body shaming). If such HR department disregards it, I would totally have at least 5 recordings of this type of infraction, the HR response and either use legal ways to solve it or make it public.

After seeing the new trailer for Thor (love and thunder), we could clearly see another movie about a man being replaced by a woman. This female empowerment agenda is going way too far on comics and comics related stuff, feels like they don't want men to have fun.

It should be the person decision, not parents or spouse It should be done by doctors The amount kept/removed should be the agreed (by who is having the skin removed) and according to unbiased health standards (not society, females or religion) The person's decision should not be a reason for others to judge.
/r/MensRights17/05/22 02:48 PM

I had to downvote you for that. As a bisexual male, the behavior of some movements (feminism, sjw) made me lose interest in females.
/r/MensRights14/05/22 04:49 PM

I see this a lot in these movies/series from streaming services, there is almost a ban on positive manly male characters. - If it is a manly male character, the character is a jerk. - if it is a manly character, the character is a female. - if it is a positive male character, it is feminized. In other words, heroes like batman, 007, Ironman etc trigger the sjw. Another example is what happened with that "masters of the universe" netflix series or the "legend of korra".
