I've personally decided to opt out of society norms. I'm fortunate I am retired and have enough financial resources to do this. I am not sure how a person who needs to work and still interact will deal with these issues. Each person's solution will be different.

You have to opt-in, to by abused by most of that stuff. For example all problems with dating, cohabitation, and so on, go away if you do not persue women. Over time it become abstract distant problem, like people with motorbikes or sport cars have.

People who work remotely or I trades, self employed... do not have problem with HR, mandatory vax and so on...

We are all biological creatures and often our emotions are based on chemicals that our own bodies produce. Vitamin D improves your mood. Just going for a walk and getting some sun makes a big difference (I also take additional vitamin D drops). Doing some exercises will boost your serotonin. I recently learned how to skip rope boxer skip. It’s not much but I am proud of that.

I left Facebook. I don’t watch news or other garbage. I avoid negative posts. I try to stay busy. I focus on me - my career, my health, and being polite. I am glad that I joined this sub-reddit. Discussing helps. Commenting on posts and trying to help others emotionally makes me feel useful.

You will always have concerns, but improving your mood and feeling happier will help you to deal with the outside world. Also, remember that you are not the only one feeling that way. ***Update: There are many of us. We will stand together and we will help each other.
