Oneitis, extreme version. You decide for yourself, but I would say that N count and how she got it is a dealbreaker for me. If you are as attractive as you claim you could find a similar woman. If you want a lot of kids you should be looking at 22-25 year olds.

No, at that point, both guys have enough muscles that the difference is minimal and other things like height and face are more important (they already both are more important anyway). There is a reason why the debate is height vs face. Muscle mass is third behind those two, it doesn't hurt to have muscle (unless you look ridiculously like a body builder kind of guy). Obviously skinny twigs are less attractive but other than that its not that important. Take a look at the guys who are considered …

It depends on genetics, your progression is not the same as everyone else's. I struggle putting on weight, I can eat 4000 or more calories (and have regularly) and gain no weight. If you think a woman will care if you go from 350 to 400, that is so ridiculous. You have good muscle mass and strength. Your lifts are not a problem with attracting women. You beat 95 percent of men in terms of strength. You probably have other problems or you are shooting too high. Steroids can have various long term…

maybe it's because people who are already successful don't feel the need to post in OYS. Those people who post bad stats are trying to improve. there is such thing as decreasing returns to effort, improving your bench from 300 to 400 isn't really going to change your situation. from 125 to 225? Yeah, it might help. It's more about being disciplined, getting a muscular, lean body, and focusing on what you can control. Steroids are lame.

First OYS. This is going to be a train wreck but have to start somewhere. Physical: Single, early 20's. Height: 6'2'', Weight: 165. Lifts: Bench: 185 DL: ??? Squat: ??? BF: 10% ??? Masturbate regularly (need to stop) Income is good, have started investing as well. Job starts next year. Eating healthy, but not enough to gain muscle I think. I have a really fast metabolism so I can eat nonstop and never gain weight. Started lifting more seriously. Got some advice and from RP christians. Hurt my sh…

As a young 20s single male. Unfortunately a lot of it has to do with the fact that Christianity is no longer a dominant cultural force in the United States and won't ever be again most likely. So instead of shaping culture a lot of churches are flung back in forth in culture or political war. I would recommend doing the following: Be biblical, stay out of political weeds (but don't just say politics don't matter). Be red pilled (enough said ) and definitely know the difference between blue/red/b…

Is it really true that other things matter more to women? I really don't know I think face is important. I did get off tinder and bumble but I'm still using the more relationship oriented apps and I've gone on a few dates from them. I think I'll start posting on OYS. And I would be open to talking more and digging deeper.

I definitely have scarcity mentality. I'm afraid of being alone without a woman by my side and it scares me. Feel free to message me, I'd be happy to talk some more.

Interesting, isn't that kind of blue pilled though? Or not really because it's more about who you are than how you treat her. I do think I am pretty cool, the job I'll be working is pretty impressive but definitely not like a guitar player.

Hmmmm that's interesting. I guess I need to find a girl cute to be interested in her, or she at least has to be fit. But I do agree that I've seen couples, and Christian couples in particular, where the man is not as attractive as his wife. The question is if both are happy in that situation though or if the woman will not be satisfied. I think in a Christian relationship, as long as the male is more mentally and physically dominant it might work even if he's ugly. And he leads the household and…

Thanks for the reply. I have some bad self esteem issues regarding my face so I think hitting the gym could be a good confidence booster. I agree I need to seek God. I'm going to start reading the Bible on my own.

That's true, but I guess I'm pretty selfish- I want a girl to be attracted to me and not marry me despite me being ugly. I'm very athletic, smart, and have a lot of cool hobbies and interests. But it doesn't seem to help with attractive women at all. As far as real life, I have gotten IOIs from women I am not attracted to, I've been asked out a few times as well from women who I would not say are very attractive, though one was maybe like a 6.5. These are nice girls and maybe I should give them …

Thanks. You're right, it's so hard to take the first step. I feel like I can never gain muscle. Do you have any suggestions?

Yeah I don't know what I was thinking. I might have to go to the hospital and check myself in I've been thinking some dark thoughts. I looked at some old photos and I realize that I am one ugly guy. It's not even like a good kind of ugly either I'm just ugly as hell. My profile especially looks subhuman. Maybe I could get surgery to fix it but that feels like such a fraudulent way to go. And I have all those "other things". I feel like that's the blue pill. I have a great education, a good job. …

Thanks for the reply. I've honestly been going down the black pill path these past few days. I'm not hideous but I'm ugly. I've never gotten attention from any attractive females which is probably enough to confirm that. I think I just never realized it before. I don't know what to do and it's hard to have any motivation for anything, even doing simple things like eating. How can a guy like me ever have an attractive wife, or just a normal looking wife? She's always going to want to be with some…

The attractiveness is a curse thing is so true. That's why I'm not aiming to marry a supermodel, but honestly just being in shape and a cute face would be enough. Like a 7 or above. Haven't really even found that in online dating, at least in my area. Is it beta to give in? I never thought of it that way. But what I was doing before, putting women on a pedestal, is probably even worse.

Good point I don't want to be reversed alpha widowed. I've never even kissed a girl and I think the first girl I kiss I'm going to develop oneitis for.

Let's do a group chat. I wish I shared your optimism, I want to believe they might be out there, everyone here seems to think they exist but I really don't know. It's depressing.

I am not mature mentally honestly. I've just left Disney romance land and the real world is throwing me for a loop. But I think I can get on the right path.

Well I appreciate the response, I think some of what you said hits home. I do agree I am skinny, I've had trouble putting on weight. That and reading the Bible are the two things I need to be doing the most right now. I don't think all women are sluts, in fact I think there are many amazing women who aren't. What you said about having daddy issues is not true though. I greatly respect my father and his commitment to my mother, his family, and God. He is a strong, honorable, just man who I would …

HAHAHA you do go to the simpiest school ever. Nerdiest is probably Caltech though.

I'm not exactly sure. I think it has to do with many men in the church being physically weaker, not knowing RP and what is attractive to women, being beta bux who don't make women want to submit to their alpha kind of thing. Or they don't have good jobs. But that seems to really depend on socioeconomic factors.

Yes my faith has been lacking. Covid isn't helping but that's not an excuse. I've been having doubts, normally they don't bother me but recently with learning about RP it has a bit. Scarcity mentality is definitely a problem, but how can I have abundance mentality when it seems like no one is out there? I feel desperate like I would want to marry the first attractive, Christian woman who came my way

I think OP means women go after the top 20% of men in terms of relationship value. But that's relative to the pool they are judging by. Christian women would theoretically only be going after Christian men. So you just have to be better than 80% of the competition. He's saying that isn't so hard in the modern church.

You're certainly optimistic. I guess after seeing "christian" women I match with only to see that they post pictures of themselves getting hammered every weekend on VSCO it makes me less hopeful. But I guess the women you are thinking of wouldn't be on dating apps? "The simpiest and nerdiest school". Do you go to UChicago? Because if not then that statement is false hahaha

Definitely will hit you up. Are you tall? I've made peace with the fact that I'm not going to be the most handsome guy in the room, by thinking that tall guys can get away with being somewhat ugly haha. I'm not even sure if I am really that ugly or if it's in my head. Weirdly the best way I can think that I'm not super ugly (because I never really know what a girl thinks) is some decent looking guy wanted me to join his frat, obviously ugly guys are in frats but they don't go looking for guys wh…

Thanks for the advice. I know that I shouldn't settle but I can't help but think that maybe it's not settling if there are no other options. I really have had a tough time meeting attractive Christian women but I know they exist somewhere. How did you get comfortable flirting? Today at the gym I made eye contact with a cute girl twice, which I read might be an indicator of interest, but I couldn't get myself to walk over there and say hey.

Hey I think I recognize your name from a video I watched, thanks for the help. How old are you? I'm afraid that culture has shifted a lot in the past 15 years or so. My generation was the first generation with social media and everyone had iPhones from a young age.
