I've got arthritis and a plethora of injuries. What methods do you use to play through the pain? Anybody out here not afraid to say they are running a Test+Deca+HGH cycle? I'm sure I'm not the only guy with arthritis here right? Arthritis is inevitable for the people it effects, and it effects a large portion of the population. Obviously this isn't when we stop lifting and take the blue pill? How do you stay healthy?

Some guys at the gym start taking vicodins, doctors prescription, until that eventually stops working so they move up to stronger pills and eventually herion/fentanly and UGL Steriods. There are is more than one reason to be apprehensive about going down this path. So what do you so when you experience pain/injury? You just quit and become a beta male.....right? I lost a LOT of wages and time spent literally bed ridden.....never would have spent 2 years in a bed if I didn't dedicate my life to the gym. Should we not lift seriously? Just enough to "get the girl"?

230lbs, 6 feet. No weights at all even though I have a passion for the gym that rivals every person I've ever met. Its really depressing living with chronic pain and losing your one true worldly love. Weights.

At least I got big enough to always be able to weigh over 200 without trying. For me it's always been about body image. At 230 lbs I'm a fairly fat guy now. Embarrassed to take this shirt off.
