First of all, you might try /r/legaladvice. The relevant questions needed to properly address your issue are, (1) what state are you in? (2) order for what? (3) are you and the mother married? (4) does this involve child custody and child support? If you both agree, then why do you need a court order?

Not here in Ohio. My ex and myself attempted a pro-se dissolution in 2006. We thought it was all we needed. Then we ran into many, many complications.

It sucks. Lawyers are expensive. The better ones are even more expensive. But you need one. Especially with a child involved. So do like I did, marry one. Im good until we get a divorce.

Speak with your county clerk. The process is tedious to say the least. Also contact a legal aid society, usally your closest university has one of these.
