This one worried me a little: If severely mentally handicapped people are to be deemed incapable of consenting, does that effectively mean that they are essentially required by law to live a life of involuntary celibacy? While I accept the argument that those with severe disabilities could obviously be taken advantage of, on the other side of the coin should we be pushing for rules which would essentially mean that a mentally handicapped person can never experience sex?

That seems rather unfair on them. Thoughts?
