Strawpoll- What gender has it worse in modern western society?

Legitimately needs a "neither" option... At this point, I don't think either is particularly suffering on the whole relative to the other on the whole.

It's only in specific topics or bailiwicks that one or the other suffers greater hardship or inequality... But, feminism is still going strong correcting the areas where women are disadvantaged... Which is the only reason I think the MRA is necessary- to play checks and balances, keep them from going too far, and address what they won't or can't.

If our issues aren't addressed alongside theirs, absolutely: the way things are going, in 10 years, men will be more (maybe severely) disadvantaged on the whole... Right now, we're still pretty near the tipping point, IMO.

This isn't the victim olympics. Men and women both have problems unique to their sex. Whether one has it "worse" or not is irrelevant.
