How do pro-LTR red pillers know if a girl is LTR worthy?

It's a bit of a complicated issue. How quickly she has sex with a man shouldn't be the only indicator. It is multifaceted. And, in a sense, both parties need to be on the same page. In my example, I wanted my partner to meet the following criteria:

Ambitious in personal goals and career
High interest in sex/new sexual experiences
Lives an active and healthy lifestyle
Feminine

Traits outside of this, fall to the wayside and do not matter as much. I don't list "dedicated to monogamy" or "how well she takes care of me" because it is implied. If she starts getting distant and communicating with other men, our relationship is done. I am willing to walk at any moment that she doesn't meet my expectation.

I have some dating experience under my belt so I had a good idea what to look for. But to a new red piller, this might be foreign to them.

No. My girl I saw 3 times (group) before she saw me individually and I took her home that night. I don't wait and that didn't disqualify her. On the other hand, her history is one of not sleeping around with a lot of different guys, so that plays into her favor.

As far as beyond that, she's gotta understand and accept the captain/first officer model. She has to be someone who's not going to freak out about my life plans (prepared to live off-grid at the drop of a hat). She's gotta love animals :) She doesn't have to be a shooter herself, but she's gotta be willing to live with guns.

And then the usual stuff: devoted to me, enjoys sex with me, adventurous in bed, in shape, physically appealing, and able to hold her own in a convo.

That's for LTRs. If she's just a plate or a ONS, don't care about much of that shit.

All other attractive qualities aside, those are two signs that you are dealing with an equal.

Smart, professionally hard-working but wants kids, attractive, mother still fuckable, religious, preferably doesn't drink, decent sex drive but still holds out (eg she'll try to resist her desires, will make out and grind to completion).

I know the girl being religious and sexually conservative sounds irritating as fuck, but you're looking for a keeper here, and both of those things you can break her out of over the years while still enjoying the benefits of the underlying character virtues these things indicate.

How did you jump to that conclusion? Relationships sometimes start slowly and end quickly, sometimes they start quickly and last a long time. If it feels like a whorey move to the woman, it will feel like a whorey move to the man too. Both parties should be able to tell how serious the other is.
