I responded on a youtube video regarding feminism and slut walks, specifically the claim that rape is something 'men do to women.' I felt it necessary to mention I myself am a victim of a female perpetrated sex crime, and received this quote in in response:

I was strong enough to resist his efforts but it left me very shaken and a lot more sensitive to how women may feel. Men are (generally) bigger and heavier and stronger than women and so have an advantage. A man who wants to force a women to have sex can do so. The reverse is pretty unusual. And women worry about pregnancy after rape as well. I agree that the definition of 'rape' can be extended to include many situations other than a masked stranger jumping out onto a 15 year old virgin but to be honest I think we have to face the facts. More men are raped by other men than men are raped by women."

I was really taken aback by this, both by the level one thinking and the complete dismissive attitude towards male victims of sex crimes. Can anyone help me out here? Either by providing some links to challenge such a claim, or by commenting on the video itself to the feminist in question?

This is the first time I've posted to reddit and hope I didn't do something profoundly wrong.

NOTE: I've edited this to state the situation more correctly since it seems it was a man and not a woman that made the statement. I guess my original plea for help combating such a statement still stands, whether or not the person considers themself a feminist or just can't really acknowledge male suffering of any kind.
